    sir/madam i am a vodafone postpaid customer and took a new connection under CUG plan on 14Jan2015. Since 15 days it has not been activated. I call the agent Ranjith([protected]) who issued the sim card several times but there is no response. When I messaged him that I will complain to Vodafone I got a call from another agent ([protected]) and she told me that the earlier number allotted was activated to someone else and gave another no. Even this no is not activated for last 3 days. Now both of them are responding to my calls. Now the new no which is allotted but not activated is a prepaid one (as told by customer care).

      my vodafone no. is [protected] and you deduct rs 39 from my balance on 28.1.15 without no intimation and i called to your helpline no. they are saying i download somthing at the time o[censored]sing net, 1st thing i nothing download to net and if i was surfing on net so why you deduct amount from my account, its a cheat. i am using vodafone since 7 yrs bt now i am saying thankyou to your services, 2nd time i am facing this type of cheating from vodafone service, this is absolutely wrong.

        Ms Jacqueline, This is my only 3rd bill of vodafone and out of these 3 bills, iam facing billing issue consecutive for the 2nd time.Find my plan details below. Rental :299 800 min local free 100 min STD free 300 sms free Internet 2gb 2G service free for 3 months (which is over) I received a bill stating Rs 785.74 and kindly find the break even below. One time charges 0 Monthly charges 449 Usage charges 261 Messaging charges 0 Conference call charges 2.5 Roaming charges 125 Discount/other charges -138.2 Miscredit charges 0 Sub total 699.3 Tax 86.44 Total 785.74 What is this usage charge about ???? this is wrongly charged..and how come my monthly rental is 449????????? i took a plan of Rs 299 rental monthly from your executive named Nafeez, then how can Rs 449 can be charged??? i have checked Rs 50 has been charged for itemized bill... i have already tried to deactivate the same using online portal vodafone.in but it didnt happened stating some internal issues with the portal ..FIND SCREEN SHOT ATTACHED ABOUT THE SAME. Also roaming charges has wrongly charged.. it was not me on roaming. it was the person whom i called .. he was on roaming then how come iam been charged Rs 125 for the same??????? Also usage charges Rs 168 stated under downloads has been charged wrongly... you can check that i have kept my internet off and also i have deactivated the same by sending an sms CAN 2G199UL to 111, i also received an acknowledgement sms stating it will be deactivated in next 2 hrs. I HAVE NOT DOWNLOADED ANY PAID APP OR ANYTHING WHICH INCLUDED MONETARY APP OR SERVICES. Let me know what details you want from my end to prove it. I can present the screenshot of my Account Order Details of Google Play or my debit card transaction details associated with the same. This is sad billing issues from your end ... i have used airtel for almost 15 years .. and never faced any issues on that front /... I want my bill issue to be soughed out as soon as possible befor the 15th Feb ie my Due date. AND MAKE SURE TO CALL ME ON MY NUMBER ONLY ….and not on any alternate number..

          Recently i saw a charge on my Vodafone account [protected] for 49Rs for a mgossip pack which i did not authorize, so i called up vodafone and asked them to remove the charge and deactive this service as i did not activate this service. However the customer representative told me that they cannot reverse the charge nor can they deactivate the service.

            Hi this is Shafique, i am writing this mail in regards to a specific charge on my monthly bill for the month of december that supposedly occurred due to a data usage. I have been charged around Rs.2600/- for that usage but my complaint is that i've never use internet without activating internet pack so data usage charges seems impossible. I would like to tell you that this is not the only time that a miscellaneous charge has been posted on my bill there have been similar instances of such inaccuracy on my bill which i overlooked and eventually paid for them.I've already spoke to customer service regarding this issue but it was of no resolution. The said conversation is also attached with this mail for reference. I would kindly request you to please look into this matter and atleast, if you can't reverse the charges, tell me what was downloaded and how a data charges directly included in my bill from the operator.               I have been charged unfairly Rs. 247 as download charges in January bill. I have seen a lot of complaints on vodafone in this regard. Every month an individual customer cannot fight for the same thing again & again, So I request to take some necessary action on the concern of deducting unfair charges & troubling the customer.                   Regarding a query i called the Vodafone Customer care and the executive who handles that did not answer my query properly and that guy was rude in his answer, he was laughing when i told him the problem i faced. The main point is he is not able to speak proper English and he was not able to understand what the customer is asking for and he repeats the same answer that is irrelevant to the query. Why do the company places a person who is not fit in the language and who doesn't have proper knowledge about the product and the service. Its disgusting and the executive cut down the call when i was trying to make him understand the query. Worst service ever and i have faced so may problem in the past too. My number : [protected].

                      I cannot recharge my no. [protected] with any amount since 1 week. Every time I recharge I get an error saying " sorry, your request cannot be processed at this time. Please try after some time". I have recharge my mobile 10 times through varies mean (i.e. Freecharge, Axis Bank, E-charge from shop) but everytime its getting failed.
                      Please fix it as soon as possible.

                          I have been charged Rs.99 two times ( Bill Dtd. 05/01/2015) within a day for god knows what website. I talked with customer care and they replied that I have been charged for some download but the point is I have not downloaded any such thing to pay for. Right now they are saying that they are not in a position to provide details of the web pages browsed and content downloaded. This is such a ridiculous way of charging us for something that we have not used. Interaction number - [protected] & Mobile Number - [protected].

                          Yes same thing happened with me also. For the current month, i am seeing in my bill, there is an added section "Downloads" for which Rs. 198 has been deducted. This is not included in my data pack usage.

                          When i called Customer Care, they told me I have clicked on ndtv value pack link and content downloaded two times 30th Dec and 9th Jan for which Rs 99 has been deducted each time.

                          I really have no idea what is this ndtv value pack. Neither i have heard of it nor i have clicked any malicious link. How can it be deducted twice ??

                          And i guess this happened with you also and i just googled and found that many consumers are facing this same ndtv value pack hoax of Vodafone.

                            Hello All, This is not the 1st complaint I making against Vodafone on this issue, since I have seen multiple complaints made by different customer of Vodafone on the same issue in different consumer forum I have been charged on downloading 5 Internet pack which I never subscribed. They cannot show SMS that I have sent to subscribe such internet pack. As per the Customer Care Executive it was 3rd party application, and I need to talk to them. If so then they 3rd party should ask me to pay through my bank A/c or Credit but they cannot charge it from my telecom bill. I believe there are some join ventures between these 3rd party companies and Vodafone. And both of them are making money by doing these FORCE ACTIVATIONS. . If Vodafone doesn't resolve this issue in next 7 days, I will switch over to AIRTEL through MNP. I was Airtel customer for 7-8 yrs before I moved to Kolkata, and I never ever faced these kind of issues in these years.                               I am a Vodafone postpaid user.I switched to Vodafone postpaid three months back. During the first month ie. November only they charged me an unnecessary and unethical download charge for wapvilla_ppd which they claim to be from a chargeable site.Now this time again they charged an amount of Rs.30. This is how ridiculous. Vodafone is making money fraudulently.My download details for which it charged me are as follows : 32/10/14-00:13:59 wapvilla_ppd Rs.49 22/12/14-00:34:08 hello1_tvallsouth_ Rs.30 I want my money back. In every month bill cycle I am getting 99 Rs. Extra charged for downloading. As per their bill cycle I am already paying for 3G/2G data plan but although they are charging 99 Rs with different explanation every time I have tried to contact them through customer care, mail and Vodafone store. But none of them is explaining it properly and telling me that you have to pay this bill.First time they have charged by 99 rs for short format download!!( They also don't know what's that). next month they are charging with another 99rs for other scheme.Recenty they have applied 99 Rs downloading charge in my January month bill generated on 26th January. please take action on them.                                   My balance of rupees 99 has been deducted 2 times on 19.01.2015 and on 27.01.2015. I talked to Custmer Care, they assured me of refund of deducted balance within 24 hhours but till now nothing has been sort out. I asked them for comlain/reference no but i didn't get any said no.

                                      I have about ₹160 . company detect ₹99. when I call to coistomer care they told me to back my dectecting money within 24 hours but I not received .next day again I call first they pick up and cut the call, they again told me same but I have not money till now
