one of my friend wannts a connection of vodafone postpaid but he did not get his postpaid connection because of he dont have his own house..is this mandatory to have own house. ? one of your customer care representative refuse to give postpaid connection due to this issue.. i have his contact number - [protected] . is there any possibillity please do me inform. my contact number is-[protected]

    Hello, I have been using Vodafone Post Paid Corporate Service Number since the last 8.5 Years and for a recent business trip to Saudi Arabia, I activated International Roaming Service (as I would be traveling recurringly in the next 4-6 months). I activated to Vodafone International after landing in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) and I have used it quite sparingly only during critical times during my 2.5 - 3 weeks stay (20th Dec - 8th Jan). Overall, in Riyadh, I would did a total of 3 Minutes of Outgoing + Incoming Calls along with Data of 14.5 MB on a couple of days for a few minutes (New Year & the returning Day) on WhatsApp. After returning to India, within a day or two, my Data Services and my Outgoing got barred mentioning I crossed my Credit Limit (of Rs. 5600) with unbilled amount around Rs. 8500. Temporarily, I paid Rs. 2700 today for resuming it. However, when I discussed this with the Customer Care, they were mentioning that Data Usage is very high at Rs. 563 per MB since I didn't activate any special rental for this and could be a primary reason behind such amount. A couple of points over here which are really concerning: 1) No one mentioned to me during activation that the price for Data Usage is as exorbitant as this. In that case, I wouldn't had put on Data itself 2) Rs 563/ MB comes to around 34 SAR/MB. This is VERY VERY HIGH compared to a Maximum of price of 0.5 SAR/MB of any International SIM/ Local Service Provider. Finally, when I requested the Customer Care to apply a Roaming Plan (with a rental of a month) for that corresponding cycle retroactively as the Billing Cycle still didn't complete, he dismissed that possibility and asked me to pay the entire amount of 8500. I sent a mail to Corporate Care and they asked me to wait along with assuring me that they'll look into these details and the end bill wouldn't be so high but once the Bill is generated they repeated the same explanation which was more frustating. With quite an amount of dis-satisfaction after using Vodafone for such a long period (with Gold status), I am posting a consumer complaint if some solution can be provided in this regard.

      Dear Sir / Madam, I am a Vodafone user and I received a message from the service provider on 14/01/2015 that, for recharge amount of 230 get talktime of 25% extra ie 57.5rs. After recharging I received a message that the extra amount of 57.5 has been credited in your account. But actually it was not credited in the account. I talked with 3 customer executives & all of them told they want to talk with their superior. At last I got a chance to talk with their superior on 16/01/15 and he told that the extra amount will be credited in your account. But still now the extra amount is not credited and after that my number is not getting accessed to the complaint section. I am attaching the offer details and recharge details herewith.

        Hi My Mobile number is [protected] vodafone prepaid. Today i got message as Recharge with Rs.11 and get 500 sms local and national to any mobile. I was recharged now. I got only 120 messages. Please active plan according to my message. Other wise Please deactivae plan and revert my money into my bank account. Thanks & Regards Venkeswara Rao

          Dear
          I am having 2 vodafone connection [protected] & another one [protected] generally used by my spouse in home.
          Both the number i am using from last 10 & 5 years almost.

          As communicated by vodafone about my outstanding amount for December 2014 I had paid the Bill of Rs. 700 against [protected] this number on 1st of this month.

          Now on regular basis Someone from Vodafone collection agent address himself as Mr. Nandi calling us from [protected] to my wife and using very unrespectful languages. Which she felt highly insulted & harrasment.

          I Have informed the entire matter to their Collection Manager of vodafone through mail however haven't received any communication against that.

          Still every day collection agent calling her & using abuse language without mentioned any reason of that.

          Sir here i am requesting you help to stop such kind o[censored]nethical calls without any reason.

            well after getting through the complaints about vodafone i too have the same problem of MI_CAP_850_30d_R_PROMO_3G which is some kinda rental. Vodafone keeps us in darka as there is no plan of 850 as MI_CAP_850_30d_R_PROMO_3G it is fraud. moreover i didnt even completed my 3g pack of 500 mb and from last 3 months they say you have crossed the plans. i will suggest to port your number from vodafone. vodafone is and worst in netowrks.

              Vodafone is trying to steal money from its customers. On December 18, 2014 vodafone mistakenly activated the 1599 RED plan for me, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Luckily i immediately noticed the error and requested a deactivation by visiting the vodafone store in Churchgate and making a complaint. I thought that was the end of the problem but in January, I still received a bill with charges of Rs. 1599 (Rental). Again I immediately called up Vodafone and spoke to representative Avdesh Singh (Lower Parel Centre) and made a complaint. He agreed that the plan had been activated again, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and that there was a billing error. He said the problem would be fixed within 2 days. Yet again i received a call from Vodafone asking if I wanted to deactivate the plan (When I had specifically request it be deactivated immediately during my complaint call) and telling me that I had requested the activation (WHEN I HAVE CLEARLY MADE NO SUCH REQUEST). They are fraudulently putting customers onto higher un-necessary plans and trying to cheat us.

                I am a recent victim of this vodafone nonsense.. i have been charged Rs. 198 for some download. when i tried calling up the customer service the fellow said that its some 2 websites i visited and hence i have been charged 99 /- each on 2 days and that he cannot or rather is not allowed to disclose which websites they are.. i am shocked to read the above comments from various ppl. who have been complaining for a long time now abt similar thing... i later figured out that the same [protected]@C NDTV PACK has been enabled and some other WEBBILL has been activated.. i want my charrges reveresed... ...

                  I have Vodafone prepaid connection, I have checked USSD *111# and got options like 1.Balance check, 2.Bonus I have check Data Bonus in my number and got to know if i choose 3G 1G/147Rs, Actual Plan is 500M/147Rs. As I have already did this recharge and got 1GB last time. But this time Option is still available, and I have chosen that option and my Balance debited 147RS and Credited only 500MB. I checked with Customer care, they are help less. As I am using this conection since 14years, Planing to migrate to other Opco.

                      Rs 30 was deducted from my vodafone account(no. [protected]) for "hello1 tvall south", Rs 99 for "d2c ndtv value pack9", Rs 99 for d2c short formats", and Rs 99 for "shortformat dwnlp" which i have not used/opted/subscribed for, on 4th dec'14, 18th dec'14, 19th dec'14 and 29th dec'14. I even didn't get any notification about it, so no question of me activating it I have already filled a complaint with the vodafone store and informed vodafone customer care as well. And as per their advise i did not pay the bill because they assured the sum will get refunded. Requesting you to kindly help me to let the amount refunded back as i still have faith that vodafone will not cheat its customers. Thank You.

                        Incoming call : When people are calling me, they are not able to reach my number Outgoing call : When I am trying to call, it is showing the error “No network coverage” although there are 4 towers getting displayed for the network. Every time I am making the call, I need to restart my mobile. Internet : I am not able to access the net. Every time I am trying to access the internet., I need to restart my mobile. After 9pm, the network stops working for the calling and data usage. I have been harassed for the last 5 days, but vodafone is not taking any act on it. I have not yet received any call from them regarding the action. Vodafone number ([protected])

                          Hi Team, Name:Amey Shindepatil Mobile no:[protected] Issue: Hi I want to register a complaint regarding pathetic service given by your company. On 19/1/2015 Rs 30 gto deducted from my account for which i called your team on 198 no. The agent who answered my call was not able to help me so I requested to speak to team leader she assist me well and I got my 30rs back. On 22/1/15 same problem occurred so I tried to call on same no to register a complaint bt as expected I was unable to get connect hence I called from another no. the agent who answered my call said she has some system issue hence she is not able to register any complaint.So I tried calling again the agent who answered my call this time ( Nikita arjun Bhaud) was extremely rude she was just in hurry to end the call she refused to transfer my call to any supervisor and also gave my wrong information stating if I am nt disconnecting the call I will be charged money She also said I have downloaded chargeable content. Hence 30rs got deducted For which I dinied and Requested her to transfer my call to her supervisor she pretended as if she is not able to hea because two days back I had faced same problem and I got my reversal after I spoke to her superviser. For which she said she is unable to hear my voice wich I am sure she was faking.And when I said I will rejester a complaint online she responded. And As expected this time she was able to hear me.I am totally disappointed by this type of service and already made my mind to port out from vodafone.I am sure ths pathetic service will never end and I will be again charged for the service which i never demanded.Sorry to say but VODAFONE =TO HELP TO CHEAT YOU Thanks regards, Amey Shindepatil

                            Respected Sir / Madam, I would like to inform you that I have Vodafone postpaid mobile connection number # [protected] for more than 3 years under the plan A537 of monthly rental Rs.99+ S.Tax without opting ISD call facility from my end. However, the bill of the above-mentioned mobile connection was raised for Dec14 about 1094/- which is extremely higher than regular monthly average bill around Rs.125/- per month which can be checked from the inception / activation of the said connection. I shocked when I heard such huge amount o[censored]nauthorized charges levied in the said bill of my above-referred vodafone post paid connection # [protected] and had inquired with Vodafone branch office at Mandvi, Vadodara and got information that these charges was due to ISD call sent and revert on this number which was totally out of knowledge of me. Thus, Unknown ISD call is diverted on this number and charges are applied against revert call on that ISD number without knowledge of customer is totally unethical and illegal practice of such branded communication company as the said connection is opted by me since 3+ years without extending ISD facility from my end especially usage of incoming call at home under CUG connection scheme A537 extended to corporate client Alembic Pharamceuticals Ltd. First, for such unauthorized ISD charges, I have registered complain with Vodafone branch office at Mandvi, Vadodara vide complain number # 89995930 dated 12/01/15. Secondly, I have brought about such unauthorized ISD charges levied to my said vodafone account in notice of your vodafone representatives dealing with us i.e. corporate client. Third, I have made complain to corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com also. But, the confirmation of cancellation of such unauthorized charges Rs. 971/- is still not received by message / phone on my said connection. Hence, I seriously request you to take action to cancel such unauthorized charges Rs.971/- out of total bill of Rs.1094/-. Also, note the difference amount of Rs.123/- is being paid vide receipt # GUJ94C150112_9702279 on 12/01/15 according to average regular monthly bill over this connection. I hope that you will certainly consider this my this genuine request and cooperate by waiving this unacceptable billing amount Rs. 971/- in my said connection # [protected].                               121 dial then same offer comes always but I see other customer dial then get more benifical offer like get std offer 35ps of 37rcharch 4week, etc ..but I dialdial 121 then getgetgetge 40ps of 37 rc...I check hundred time in last 2 yr.plz reply my no.[protected] email.[protected]@gmail.com

                                Dear Sir/Madam, My bill number is[protected] dated 28.12.14 for the period 28.11.14 to 27.12.14 of Rs. 9, 466.62/-. They have levied me charges for the calls & messages which are not made by me. For instance you have levied Rs. 15/- per sms for 55 messages = Rs.825/- for Mobile number[protected], which are not made by me. Secondly they have disconnected by my services inspite of paying them 8, 635/-. They have harassed us a lot & no one is willing to come to our office & justify the billing. Being a Senior citizen i would request you to help me for the harassment that vodafone has been doing to us.

                                  In my current vodafone bill of Jan 2015, I see that I have been charged unnecessarily for below 3G data packs. MI_CAP_850_30d_PROMO_3G MI_BCAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G The only pack that I registered was for 1 GB/ 250 Rs 3G data pack of MI_C_V_250_30d_R1GB_BCFU_3G I contacted Vodafone and they are giving a reason that I am bill shield plan and this was activated on 23rd DEC 2014, which I never did.
                                  Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I also got same issue. I see this entry in my bill and charged Rs 750 for same MI_BCAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G. I had only applied for 1GB (Rs250 Pack)
                                  I have also received the same, Till last month it was the default 250 rental, this month it was charged 375 extra ie 250+375=625. MI_C_V_250_30d_R1GB_BCFU_3G is my plan

                                    hi, my name is chandra shekhar baruah and my phone number is [protected] you have deducted Rs. 99 from my main balance without any notification neither you sent me any confirmation message when contacted your customer care executives they were rude to me some of their names are Amit, Sujata, Amanjeet Sing, Indrajeet and said we will not refund your money when asked to transfer the call they put my call on hold and disconnected the call after sometime, after that they blocked my number. this the second time you did this to me, if you do not take action I have to go to consumer forum. If I don't get any call from you I will go to consumer forum by tomorrow and also strictly send an email to telecom minster and pmo to to stop this kind of scam company to through out of this country.

                                      MY PREPAID NUMBER([protected]) WAS ACTIVATED FOR MISSED CALL ALERT PACK OF RS 30/MONTH ON THE 25TH OF DECEMBER 2014, GOT AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT MESSAGE FROM VODAFONE CARE THAT ITS BEEN ACTIVATED AND THE SAID AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY PREPAID BALANCE. BUT AM NOT RECEIVING ANY MISSED CALL ALERTS SINCE THE DATE OF ACTIVATION, HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT REGARDING THE ISSUE TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE DIALING 111, 4 TIMES TODAY, BUT NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR RESPONSE, AND THE ISSUE IS NOT YET RESOLVED.
