Internet activation services

Unfair services

Wrong Billing and unwillingness to help

Guys, Beware of vodafone billing plans. I have 2 cards one corporate and one personal. Their data plans are so designed that they charge 150 for 500 MB and then 1000 rs for 250MB if at all usage crosses 500MB. there is no transparency on billing and absolutely no intention to help. I am discontinuing both my numbers from this fraud company. Have wasted 5-6 days interacting with their help centers but their adamant and unreasonable attitude...

I have been using vodafone for the past two years([protected]). I made a mistake of not checking the itemized bill and usually payed the bill. Just last month I noticed that I have been charged with an International SMS that I had not sent. Then I checked the previous bills and that SMS charges were there too. extra bill charges on postpaid connection
