    My cell no is [protected] (Mumbai) and I have been charged INR 99+ service tax for downloads in bill for period 18/12/2014 to 17/01/2015 which I never used below sites or apps. Even I don’t know what kind of services are these.

    I called Vodafone customer service and customer care agent said you clicked on sites that why it has been charged and Vodafone is not going to refund you and he dropped the call. This is not acceptable at all.

    I did a survey and it was surprise to know that there many users are being charged for similar fake services and they don’t know about it.


    Is there anyway to correct my bill from Vodafone?

    I have made online complaint to Nodal officer and appellate officer of Vodafone and reply from both the authority (name was same
    ) was negative . Initially I have warned to Vodafone that I will make a complaint to TRAI but they have not responded. After waiting two three days I made complaint to TRAI but no response was received .I again made online complaint to Sec. TRAI with copy to Competition commission of India (CCI) with all the facts and complaint of other consumer .After one week I received a call from Vodafone Delhi office and they asked about complaint made at TRAI against Vodafone. After my clarification they refunded the amount loaded as fake downloading .E-mail ID of sec of TRAI & CCI can be found at their websites.

    Please do not accept your defeat .Keep making complaints. We shall always win.

    Please also put suggestion to TRAI for creating a provision for online complaint forum at their website so that cheating cases of 3G service provider can be highlighted.

      according 2430mb but I was close use after 1984mb(it was last check my
      balance at Vodafone live chat and close use on 25/12/2014)

      so why that type bil are given by your
      said pls reply fast. Why that type wrong bill send me buy your said how may I
      check my last month uses ? reply fast.

        As a tourist and visitor to india, i am appalled at the level of service received from vodafone, my number is +[protected], i purchased this sim from jaipur upon my arrival. After 2 days i had connectivity...Despite being told 2 hours shocker ... Also purchased rupees 450 data bundle as it would be useful to maintain contact with family and freinds.

        I repeatedly spoke to vodafone ... And was assured next 2 hours .. Next 2 hours i departed india on 08/01/2015 and alas no data ... Is it so that multi nationals like vodafone get away with such rip offs if they make a us10.00 rip off from all tourists im certain that it would run into several hundred million rupees ... For free !!! Come on you have my details perhaps you can donate my purchase of r450 to the mother teresa foundation ? After all my purchase has not been fullfilled on your side ?

          Vodafone India has been grossly cheating its customers by luring them to move to high rental "Vodafone RED" and promising features such as sharing o[censored]sage. I happen to be one of many such customers who has been blatantly cheated by Vodafone. I opted for RED plan on my two existing Vodafone Post Paid no ( 9999 74xxxx and 9999 74xxxx) and has been trying to get the numbers linked for the last three mon...ths in order to share the usage as promised under RED plan. However, I am being promised every time that the family would be created by " next month" . This seems to be a moving target. I have visited the Vodafone Store, Indirapuram three times and have talked to executives over phone and chat at least 7 times. When I insisted an escalation over chat, the agent ( one Kasim) even gave me a fake escalation ref. no.[protected] as I verified it by visiting my online account. While the routine ref. no. [protected] is clearly there escalation no was clearly fake as there is no mention of the same in my account. Funnily enough the agent raised the request " link additional no. to an existing family plan" even though there is no existing family plan. I kept asking as to which is the "existing family" but clearly there was no answer and only after a lot of insistence I was told by other agent that there is no " existing family". Yesterday (Jan 12, 2015) I again visited the Vodafone Store, Indirapuram and was told that the issue would soon be resolved. However, today again I got the message on my phone that the family plan request has been initiated and then within 30 minutes of receipt of this message I get a message that the family could not be created. This has been happening for last three months. If the family is not created beginning next billing cycle ( Jan 24, 2015), I would not make any payment of my bill for both the above mentioned numbers. This gross negligence and cheating on the part of Vodafone would not be tolerated and I would use this mail, the record of my requests for the last three months which I could access using online account and the attached chat transcript as the proof of negligence and move consumer forum against Vodafone.

            Dear Sir, I am esteemed customer of vodafone India. I am forced to complaint you about the network issue prevailing with my connection since one and half year. I am a regular user of 3G however since quite some time at all the places (home and office) the connectivity is an issue. Voice calls are also not clear. I have checked with other guys who are having vodafone in my office as well as my family members at home, nobody faces the issue of connectivity. I have also checked my phone inserting other sim and at that time also there is no problem in terms of connectivity so essentially I believe the issue is with my sim and my connection.               Dear Sir, My number is [protected], and i get the full talk time offer of Rs. 174 by dialing *121#, but when i recharge i get 151.56 Rs. Recharge date was (09/01/2015) After that my due balance is not received till now, then i call to the customer care they say "your balance will be transfered in 4 hrs. But till now i can't get that, Now costumer care Executive say you done the recharge online, , , so you don't get that balance, My complain is when you show the best offer that time why you could not give the term & condition on that recharge, Regards Himanshu JIndal

                sir whenever I enter in website ATARVASNA.COM the company detect from my wodafone balace 99rs. They dont give any massege and vodafone customer always siad this amount was dedcted for downloading the app ( app name MYDALA). But this was not download by me. this is far from real. p[lease resolve my problems.

                  I am Vodafone Red 999 customer, with CUG plan, and 4GB Data plan for the last 2 month I am charged almost extra 500 each month that is total 1000 rupees from 2 months, in the name of downloads charge.                   I am vodafone customer and using 3GB_650 Plan and this month additional 100 rs is charged and it showing as Download charges and when i call customere care they saying that you have clicked on d2c_maz Paid url link that's y additionally rs 100 we charged. If it's a paid link it should ask our bank details how come it will be paid from your end and cheating customer by sending additional 100 rs in the bill

                  I called them but it was of no use. Then i emailed them and after 7-8 replies they agreed to refund the amount.

                  They tried tl refund just 18.75rs at first which was the service tax amount but i denied and afte rafter 7 days today they agreed to refund

Payment transaction ID :BSBI [protected] Date of order 10th Jan 2015. Even i got a message from vodafone the same day i got a recharge of 100/-. But when i check my balance by 111 it is showing the old balance only .the amount i recharged on 10th is not added.Even i call 198 for compliant they give some number i check that also, still no use. Again i call the customer care they told i have not recharged, to check with bank., which is not acceptable for me, because i already got message from vodafone i had recharged rs.100., then how is this possible.even the amount 100 is debited from my account.                       With out discussing the charges and plan of 'MI_CAP_850_30d_R_PROMO_3G' which is 850/- Vodafone has activated this services on my phone. Vodafone keeps people in dark, they never tell before activation the charges and plan of MI_CAP_850_30d_R_PROMO_3G plan over the phone. They just activate this in background. I can't give rating in negative or zero as this form dose not allow me otherwise they deserve 00/10 nothing more then this. Cheap idea to make people fool but they are the ultimate fool who don't think from customer prospective. I'm with Vodefone from past 10 years with multiple numbers but will surly switch as soon as I get chance. My relationship number is 1.49074100.                       I don't know why vodafone is doing this to its valuable old customers.
                      They are deducting this Rs.850 from my mobile postpaid bill for last two months.
                      Now I am going to discontinue the service - as I don't have trust anymore on vodafone.

                      Please post your response if this happens to you.!
                      Look at the bottom of the bill.
                      Vodafone deducted this amount by giving discount of the same Rs.850.
                      So this service is promo service with no charge.

I am complaining that Vodafone charged me for downloading, Whenever I talked with Vodafone customer care, they told me that you can not make any complaint regarding this. You have to pay for this. In Nov-2014 bill, an amount of Rs 335 something charged for downloaded which I have never used.                           My vodafone no [protected]. I have just received the invoice for December and found that Vodafone has charged me for d2c NDTV Valuepack 9 - Rs. 99, d2c mgosssip pack 49 Rs. 49, d2c mydala 99 Rs 99 and hello1 tvallsouth Rs. 30 totalling Rs 277.00 plus taxes. Spoke to Vodafone Customer service but They told, for some of the website charges do happen irrespective of having Data plan. We need to find a permanent solution as you will realise that this is total fraud.

                            I am availing Vodafone services, predominantly for voice communications. In Nov'2014 bill, they charged 129rs. Extra for NDTV and TV_All_South packs. I did not subscribe to such sites and moreover the date they shown is the date I was hospitalised; hence no question of accessing mobile. But their Customer care and corporate are not at all responding. My connection is broken since 1st January, 2015. I wrote them to settle my bill and then only I will pay; but they are not responding.

                            I can furnish proofs of my leaves in office and a medical certificate. But I am not paying these extra charges, . Moreover, their executives are rude and careless; they cut off lines abruptly when u a in call.

                            Please resolve my complain urgently. I am fed up with the, following up.

                              I joined vodafone postpaid on august 2014. But i was not getting proper network coverage at my house so i registered a complaint at vodafone. Than too there was the same problem in the network so i decided and switched to idea postpaid. Now asking for my deposit back from vodafone they first stated me that i will get it back within 45 days via cheque, but when i said i want to settle it to my outstanding amount they stated that i will not get back my vodafone deposit as i have to be with vodafone for 1 year which they did not stated before. I want my deposit back of Rs 300. My cellular number is [protected] and my name is Sahil Patel.

                                I have Vodafone Postpaid corporate plan. I observed extra charges of Rs 30 and Rs 49 for my Nov-14 and Dec-14 months.When i checked with customer care executive, they said you have downloaded data from chargeable site. Vodafone has charged for:- d2c_mazaa_49 hello1_tvallsouth_30 Its a known fault from Vodafone end and lot of customer has already registered complaint against Vodaone. My question is how they can charge from any site without my permission?Why Vodaofone is not asking for the confirmation from customer?Its the cheapest way of making money for vodafone. I am using Internet from a long time on my mobile and never faced such issue.I am now worried that from tomorrow they will come back and say you have downloaded data from chargeable site and you will have to pay thousands of Rupees Its about the business ethics.                                 I am getting extra charges every month in my bill. I have Vodafone corporate post paid plan.Whenever I complaint, i get the same response that you have browse some chargeable sites. Lot of people has already registered the complaints about it. But seems vodafone is not taking any action.When customer fight with vodafone executives, vodafone returns money(happened sometimes if you are able to fight ).I don't have time to fight with vodafone every time.

                                How vodafone allow any site to charge without customer permission?Ideally it should ask for some credential. Its the fault from vodafone end.

                                  I have made a online FullTalkTime Recharge through Vodafone site, there they have mentioned fulltalktime on 85 rs recharge I have made online recharge and transaction was successful, but I did not receive any amount credit into my account.
                                  I have talk with vodafone customer care executive but executive told me that sir we have process your request and receive 85 rs from you, bu this recharge is valid only through the Paper or mobile recharge, and you will not get any benefits from this.

I am currently in Pune and as its a postpaid number (of NCR circle) they asked me submit my documents in NCR region. But still my number is not activated.                                       a fake charge of Rs 327/- against downloading of application in " d2c_ndtv_valu", "hello1_tvalls" &
                                      "shotformat_dw" are loaded in monthly Bill ( Dec2014) of my postpaid mobile connection [protected].The application have never been down loaded in my mobile and same was checked in my mobile application/downloading system. I couldn't understand how did Vodafone charge in my account which I have never utilized ? I made online complaint to nodal officer UPW through mail .But nodal officer denied to refund /reverse the unusual charges .Before that same type charges were uploaded in my monthly bill and reversed by Vodafone as accepted error .But this time they have denied .I also made complaint to Appellate officer, but reply received from same officer who was Nodal officer, UPW . How this could be possible that both officer will be same ? as per the web content of Vodafone both officers are different.This is completely harassment of
                                      customer.

                                        Hello I am using vodafone postpaid number-[protected] from last 1.5 years and i never faced any issues regarding the network and internet. But from last 1week the network in my place Shaktikhand-IV, Indirapuram is fluctuation unconditionally. I am not able to receive any of my calls properly. I am not able to open google also. I have called the customer care several times regarding the same issue but i am not getting satisfying solution. I had always made my postpaid payment in time. But i am really sad with their servicing. Please take this matter in serious consideration and help me out with proper solution. Thank You Looking forward for your reply.
