The customer care executives employed by Vodafone do not have complete information about the various plans offered by vodafone, have a very casual and laid back attitude towards customer issues, are not at all easily reachable, are rude during the interaction, incompetent to provide a solution. I had 450rs 2gb 3g plan on my number. I was about to exceed the monthly allowance, so I tried to activate ADDON pack available on vodafone site. The request failed once. I called up customer care executive so he said I did some mistake on my part and raised a same request on my behalf. That also failed. This happened on 1st Jan 2015. Then I called customer care executive again on 5th Jan 2015. By that time I had already exceeded my monthly allowance. He told me that I will have to pay for the data usage over allowed limit. I asked him why I wasnt able to activate the ADDON plans which would have costed me less. He had no answer. When I asked him to connect me to the supervisor or manager he denied saying both are busy. I could very well hear whispers from behind instructing to say so. The customer care executive was very rude by the end of the call. Then I had to reach out to the Appellete authority of Vodafone Karnataka. On 9th Jan 2015 I could get the exact details of my 3g plan. Vodafone had activated one 3g capping plan without my consent as promotional plan. Its a 1050 rs plan. I can use data worth 1050rs for free post which I will have to pay 1050 + the data usage charges beyond that. My appeal was I never wanted capping plan, and I wanted ADDON plans which would have costed me much much lesser than my current bill. But so far I havent received any solution. Even though I was not responsible for this I am suffering unnecessarily.

    Dear sir/madam I called in customer care at 10.39 to solve my issue about my internet pack but that guy name was sharvam vankar was attending me and he was angry on me [protected] He has no manner how to talk with vodafone customer plz improve your customer care department

      I've opened my email account "[protected]@live.com" after a long time and to my notice there were numerous email regarding the payment of the due amount of Rs 1462 for number(s) [protected] under Customer Code 1.49006226 for which I want some clarifications from the company side...Please sort this ASAP as the latest of the email threatened me of the legal proceedings and asked me to appear in court for the settlement which I don't want to fall in.         I have just moved to Vodafone this month only no is [protected] and in my first bill i get 346/- for 3rd party download charges. Unlimited Internet plan is included in my monthly rental. When i called in vodfone they said these charges are for 3rd party download even i have not used any thing from such sites and they are not ready to provide more detail for this as well as list of these type of sites. In my detailed bill timing for these usages is night 11:30, i never use phone till late and at home i use wifi connection.             Hello, This is very Bad Experience with Vodafone. I had try to recharge with 34 for STD rate cutter on 15th Jan 2015 with given no 12134, I haven’t got any dial tone and call was disconnected 3 times so I have recharge online. And now done with the recharge 4 many times. Now, same day I have call to customer care and they agreed that it’s a system mistake and you will get refund of 34*3 = 102/- R.s back into your account. I have asked for complaint number to that executive and he has suggested, please drop the call you will receive SMS. Today 16th Jan 2015 I haven’t received any refund balance and I have again called to customer care and talked with Senior executive, she spoke very rudely and denied to give me refund and disconnected the call without informed me. This is the way to talk with your customers? It’s a system problem to accept the same recharge many times. If person does recharge with once system doesn’t allow the same. If its allow the same then another benefit need to be added. It’s not the way to deducted money and will not give refund. It’s a very very worst experience and if I will not receive the money back then I will share this incident with social media and spread this bad experience with everyone. I am hoping to get the call back from the VODAFONE and refund money back into my account.

              We are from Techno Automobiles- a corporate customer of Vodafone at Delhi. We were user of at least 200 numbers of Vodafone but due to its unresponsive behaviour we port some of our numbers to other subscriber. Rest of the numbers that we are still using in Vodafone and want to port out also but due to one after another issues by vodafone we are unable to do so. Some times our credit limit has been raised by Vodafone without any intimation and sometimes un approved monthly rental plan activated by vodafone on our numbers which causes bills raising of our user. Without regular reminders and mails to our service providers, no action and revert has been taken from their side. In last month on one of our number bills had been raised to 17000/- of a user. Although our approved credit limit is not more than 2000/- but no intimation had been sent by Vodafone side for this excess usage. I am unable to understand that how a employee who is taking 10000/- of monthly salary can pay a bill of 17000/-?? And how this credit limit has increased by vodafone without any approval by authorised signatory? This is only one instance but every time new problems has always been raised by our corporate account managers and also no revert on our queries has been done by their side... Pls look into the same and revert us by a solution of our queries... Will look forward for a response from your side...

                My vodafone mobile no. is [protected]. i have made a payment of Rs354 on 9/12/2014 through online. but vodafone tell me that they didn;t receive my payment then i gave them transaction id. even though my payment issue was cleared. then they deactivated my outgoing call. then i receive call from vodafone and they tell me to go to main vadafone store only from there my issue can be resolved. then i went to vodafone store and show them my payment receipt along with my bank statement that they demanded from me. and then they move request to concernced officer that the payment of 354 was made by the client. but still my connection was not activated. then today i call to vodafone there i talk to mr. himanshu they tell me they didn't receive any request then i ask them that i want to talk to floor head then he transfer my call to mr. girdhar and mr girdhar told me that i have to make payment of rs 354 till then my outgoing call is not activated. is how the vodafone deal with their corporate clients.

                  Dear Sir, Thank you for given me the opportunity to contact with you. My Name is Soham Adhikary the Chairman of Adhikary Group (www.adhikarygroup.com). I live at West Bengal, India. I run my business around the web and provide only the online services and do not sell any physical products. And all of my staffs are worked online as an Independent Contractor and therefore, I never felt the requirement of an office with physical address. And since 2007, I've been doing this business and going well. And since this time I've been using the services of Tata (Phone/cell/internet). In December 2014, one of your sales staff called me regarding the group connection offer and the CEO liked this offer and he agreed to avail this offer. Consequently, two executives came to my house on December, 24th 2014. And that day I had given my business's 'Trade License, Professional Tax Paper, PAN Card, Letterhead copy, business Stamp, and my photo (on later date)', and I informed that my office setup would be completed by February, 2015 and I want you to activate this group connection (CUG/TFS/ILL/Tracking Software) by that time. They told me about the verification process, and then I informed them that the address which is mentioned in the Trade License it's my own residential house and there is no business setup you will find, and if you are looking for the business address then you have to wait for that time February, 2015. But yet one person went to my home address without sending me an intimation and the person told to my mother that here I cannot see any board of the company and it is not the business address, it's a residential house where no business setup I can see (which I informed them earlier), therefore, the verification process was not successful, and the connection was deactivated accordingly. Consequently, I emailed to the staff (Name: Namita Mukhopadhay / Email: n.[protected]@mobileemail.vodafone.in) and mentioned to deactivate all the connection permanently. 15th Jan 2015, without informing me they again visited my house and discussed with my mother Mrs.Alpana Adhikary about this connection, and then the lady name mentioned above said to my mother that I'm a fraud person and my company as well, thereafter, when I spoke immediately with her over the phone then she clearly told me that I'M FRAUD, MY COMPANY IS FRAUD, AND EVEN SHE WILL DESTROY MY REPUTATION (by using the abusive language which I'm hesitating to let you know). The reason I've known that if this connection is not get activated then the company will deduct the amount of 15 days from her salary which my mother told me. What can I do for that? I agreed to take and that is why I provided all of the asked documents, if it doesn't match with your terms and policies then what could I do for that? By the way, I've also spoken with Mr.Jayanta Das (who came to my house on December, 2014) immediately after talking to the lady, he is such a nice person who talked with me for a long time, told me everything, apologize, and made me feel to continue with this service. I have no intention to take any legal action against the lady (Namita Mukhopadhay), it may have that she lost her patience by knowing the salary deduction. Whether I'm fraud or not, whether my company is fraud or not, these are secondary matter which my lawyer will take required steps about it. First of the thing is that, whatever the legal documents I received from the Government to run my business, I provided all those to Mr.Jayanta Das & Mrs.Namita Mukhopadhay, whether these will be accepted or not; it's the matter of your company Vodafone. If it doesn't seem to be correct then it should discontinue, and if all the things are correct and acceptable then it should continue, but the matter of fact is that why this kind of misbehaviour I'll endure. I've not used any slang or abusive language to degrade her value as I was speaking with a lady, and even I've never pressurized her for this connection, and even I've not disturbed her by phoning or emailing her repeatedly. I've been involved with businesses for the last 8 years and I'm using services of several companies such as Tata, Airtel, Idea etc. and neither I've faced any misbehave nor felt insulted but today I'm feeling so for the rude and misbehaviour of that lady. I would like to know your feedback before taking the legal steps, because I run a company and I'm aware of that situation if a legal action is taken against a company, and how bad it goes.                     Hi, I am Mayumi Boruah and using vodafone services from last couple of years and now my connection is disconnected because of some misunderstanding. I had two corporate numbers which are [protected] and [protected]. I disconnected [protected] in july last year in which i paid all the pending amount. Now my number which i am currently using is [protected] is disconnected after paying 1800rs of bill. I had a word with vodafone store they said that I have to pay 350 rs more for the phone number which i have disconnected in June last year now they are kind of blackmailing me to pay 350 more of [protected] to continue my services of [protected]. In the last bill of [protected] they generated a 98 rs bill by mistake but i again went to the store and they said that this is vodafone mistake you don't have to pay the bill and then i got confirmation call from your side. now my phone [protected] is disconnected because of that and [protected] number is already assigned to some kulkarni in September so how could vodafone generate bill on my name again. Please do some thing. I will not pay that amount because thats not my mistake. So please solve this issue and start my number [protected]. Mayumi Boruah [protected] [protected]

                          Hi my name is Alex and I have 2 Vodafone numbers 9920244*** and 9820244*** ... I called today(15th Jan) to speak and get details about my existing plans and spoke to an advisor name Darshan Devikar who was extremely rude ... This has been my worst experience with Vodafone as I have always recommended to my friends and family ... As being a part of the Vodafone family I would hate to see any customers been treated like that ... I want someone to listen to the conversation and get back to me to understand the level of customer experience given ... I have spoken to a supervisor after that who was fantastic just the way it has always been...

                          I had a talk with the guy name ALPESH WALAN ( god knows wht ) but as far as i remember his name was alpesh for sure and he was talking from the ahemdabad branch, instead of being helpful he was acting too tough. I recommend and humbly request the company to take strict action against the guy just so that the other customers like me donot suffer at late nights. What i feel now is that choosing vodafone was a big blunder which i made. So many times i have suffered due to irrespective behavior of your attendant's. When i asked him regarding the solution of the net problem which i was facing, he was least interested in helping out and for that he made up an excuse saying there is no net pack active on ur number at the moment which is just practically not possible because my last recharge was on monday for 1 gb 3G plan. Which is already active with 900 mb remaining. All this happened just 10 minutes back and now my net has some how started and i am typing this complaint. Just imagine that guy said that there is no pack active at the moment ! Very unexpected !

                            My vodafone number ([protected]) has been charged with rupees 49 and 99 withought notifying me. On talking to their customer care representative they provide me with some codes: 1) DNLD-D2C_NDTV_VALUEPK_99-NDTV 2) DWAP_ANI049_PPU_CRE00691001FLYTXT First one deducted rupees 99 and second 49. They told me that you have clicked paid ads on some website and they charged you with this cost. On asking the website links, they said me that they (customer care representatives) are not provided any such information regarding my vodafone account. I told them that I have not been notified about the deductions. But they replied me that this is 3rd party transaction(service) and users are not notified when they are charged. I asked them to provide me some more information regarding this matter. But they keep on saying that they are not provided any further information regarding my account's deduction. Also regarding the first code, it says that user has downloaded some NDTV app and subscribed for some information. But neither I have downloaded any NDTV app and nor subscribed for any kind of PACK. On further searching on the internet I have found that many complaints of 2014 have been already pending regarding the same VODAFONE'S deduction. Please look into this matter. For AAM AADAMI 150 Rupees or even 49 is not less.

                              my vodafone no. is [protected] of circle up(west). on 14th january at 7:23 am rupee 75 deducted from my account.i called to customer care agent named Gaurav who replied me your refund will be done within 24 hour, but he did'nt take action about it.Due to his fault i have loss of rupee 75.

I have not used the above SMS services and my bill shows that I have sent SMS of Rs 17948.00 on my another number.                                       Hi Cell# [protected] This is regards to my number being disconnected without any prior intimation. I called today at customer support and spoke to Ritesh, he stated the line was disconnected due to non payment. for December bill. The bill amount was INR 1741, I made a payment of INR 1000 and informed the female at CS ( name - Sangeeta or Sarika not sure ), that she need to reinstate my line which was disconnected on 1st Jan 2015. I had informed her that the remaining amount is a dispute, because of network, ( several complains put up with you all on bad network but no action taken ) the line was reinstated by the female on 7th and then I got a conformation from a pratamesh that there was a reversal of INR 1000 not sure why and the same was confirmed by Ritesh today. Now the question is why was my line disconnected before the due date, THIS IS A COMPLETE HARASSMENT I EXPECT A COMPENSATION AND LINE TO BE ACTIVATED IN 24 HOURS.

                                        Dear Sir, I have *PHP Spellcheck Trial* my prepaid number [protected]. I have switched to postpaid plan rental Rs. 399 per month in the month of Oct. 14 with 2 GB 2G free data per month as suggested by executive Mr. Gourav from vodafone . But after only 10 days usage I have got message that my usage is crossed the limit and my phone is disconnected and I m surprised that I have neither used the data nor outgoing calls but I have been asked to deposit Rs.1400/- imediately to retrieve mobile services . I have contacted customer care regarding excess bill but they also unable to give satisfactory answer and asked to pay the amount to retrieve my mobile services and they also assured that the free data will be adjusted in the bill. But when I have recieved the bill of Rs.2859 and data charges will not deducted from bill. I have written to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.in many times but the e-mail failed to reach on this e-mail that is provided at its website then after many attempts I forwarded my complaint to nodal office e-mail i.e. nodal.[protected]@vodafone.in but no reply has been received on my complaint till date. In the meantime I have received two more bills till date of Rs. 399+ service tax each. Now I have been asked to give Rs. 3600/- . I m daily receiving calls from vodafone to give full payment.
