Hi There, It has been very painful to share this bad experience with you. I am quite an old customer and never faced this kind of issue. Problem I have been charged with 297 rs(screenshot attached). Please refund this amount There have been incorrect entries in my bill for some downloading charges(as shown) which I never did. For e.g. one entry was having details of HELLO1_TVALLSOUTH and charges of Rs99, I checked my mobile details and there is no entry of such kind. Please provide details of all the downloads mentioned in screenshot or reimburse the amount. As without any details how can I get convinced that I have been charged with correct thing.       Hi Sir, Again, this is the fifth time I am requesting for the below mention number to be inactivated. Previously I called your customer service and spoke with several representatives (Kirtiga, Syed and several others) and was promised my Vodafone number would be disconnected. However, they have failed to cancel the number for the past three months and keep sending me bills. Seriously, this kind of business is very bad and disappointing. It would be greatly appreciated, if you could have my number inactivated and closed..         Dear sir, My name is Bikash Roy, mobile no. [protected].I recharge 3G data @147 for 28 days as special offer.After 1 week the retailer accidentally recharge 250 MB @52 for 1 week in my number.So my 3G data exhausted and 2g data activated.After end of 2g data pack 3g not restarted. My question is why is it possible?If this is the company rules then anyone can intentionally harm for any person by only 25 mb @5. So i requested to you please change this rule not only for me but also for any person. Thanks and regards Bikash Roy

              first of all sorry for my bad english. my name is sidharth. from kerala. this is my new Vodafone connection [protected] I took this sim connection for better internet and many of my friends told me that several data packs and good offers.. thats why I took this sim. on[protected] I had got a message from vodafone. it says " recharge 49rs data pack for 200mb 3g from vodafone app and will credit 824 mb 3g with in 24 hour. yesterday I was recharge like this. and till now I didn't got other MB. now I think that this was prank and promotion technique of their Vodafone app. so please help me. i wish that now onwards no one is cheated like this. Vodafone cheaters :/

                  I have the same problem. I have been deducted Rs. 99 for this random link 'shotformats', which I am not even aware of. I spoke to a lady at their customer care, who spoke to her manager and said that the balance will be refunded to me, but just before taking the complaint number the call got cut. After that I could not get in touch with her, and the other 'insensitive' officials that Vodafone has bluntly said that I HAVE TO PAY for this. I want this matter to be resolved by Vodafone as soon as possible, because I will not be paying for something I have not used. If need be I will get my number ported to some other company. So kindly get this resolved.

                    I am the customer of vodafone prepaid no : [protected] and i have done the recharge of rs 70 on 15/01/2015. I have a complaint regarding deduction of rs 50 done from my balance and when i call customer care 111 and talk to The customer care executive he asked me to do a Y Typed massage to 6789 and promise that refund should be done in my account but when its not done i Again call customer care where they put my call on iVR section where i have to disconnect the call. I even done a complaint call on 198 complaints only cell and i face the same problem and this is not enough. Now i am not able to make call to the customer care they shows me a massage called ham (is samay apki nivedan par karyavahi larne m asAmarth h) Please do the needful as i am very disappointing with your serviCe

                      I switched to Vodafone postpaid corporate sim card in October from Vodafone prepaid card through a relationship officer of vodafone (Mr. Anand Poyrekar). I had asked him to activate a 2G internet plan which he told me will be of around Rs. 145 or 150. I had also asked him to activate the roam like home facility on my phone. I had number of phone calls exchanged with him telling him that he has to activate the 2 plans and he told me that it has been activate and i can start using the services reasoning sometimes the customer may not get the activation messages. But to my shock I was slapped with a bill of rs.2313. I was expecting a bill of Rs 145 (for the internet plan) + Rs.99 (for talktime plan) (Total max around 400) but this big bill i wasnt really expecting. I again called up anand and he told me the person he had asked to activate this services has left the office and had forgotten to activate my services. But he again assured me that the bill will be reversed for next month if i pay for this month as he had already spoken to his boss on this matter. The story continued for 15 more days. And this is when I started disbelieving him. I called up Customer care and selected a plan myself of rs299. Which got activated in the mid of next billing cycle. By now I was expecting that the 1st half of my bill would again be high as anad had don nothing about my payment reversal. Next month I was charged witha bill of Rs.1300. I again paid fearing my important calls would be missed if the services are discontinued. Anand had also given me his colleague mohit kapoors number stating that he will help with reversal. But Mohit too failed in his attempt stating that it is no where documented that you had put up a request so the reversal is very difficult. I again called up Anand he told me that we our currently busy meeting our targets and cannot entertain such social service activities now. After few days I learned from Mohit that like me Anand had mis sold many o[censored]s and left the job. I had also written to Vodafone care corporate assist appealate authority and had personally visited vodafone offices. Every one turned me down and were very rude.

                        I have raised the complaint that no signal is available in the while romaning.Customer care told that they will give the call back in 30 min and reslove the issue.But i have not recived the call and compliant got closed.The response from the Customer care is not proper.With out resolving the issue they are closing the calls and time being commitments they are giving.Raised compliant No [protected].

                          The customer care executives employed by Vodafone do not have complete information about the various plans offered by vodafone, have a very casual and laid back attitude towards customer issues, are not at all easily reachable, are rude during the interaction, incompetent to provide a solution. I had 450rs 2gb 3g plan on my number. I was about to exceed the monthly allowance, so I tried to activate ADDON pack available on vodafone site. The request failed once. I called up customer care executive so he said I did some mistake on my part and raised a same request on my behalf. That also failed. This happened on 1st Jan 2015. Then I called customer care executive again on 5th Jan 2015. By that time I had already exceeded my monthly allowance. He told me that I will have to pay for the data usage over allowed limit. I asked him why I wasnt able to activate the ADDON plans which would have costed me less. He had no answer. When I asked him to connect me to the supervisor or manager he denied saying both are busy. I could very well hear whispers from behind instructing to say so. The customer care executive was very rude by the end of the call. Then I had to reach out to the Appellete authority of Vodafone Karnataka. On 9th Jan 2015 I could get the exact details of my 3g plan. Vodafone had activated one 3g capping plan without my consent as promotional plan. Its a 1050 rs plan. I can use data worth 1050rs for free post which I will have to pay 1050 + the data usage charges beyond that. My appeal was I never wanted capping plan, and I wanted ADDON plans which would have costed me much much lesser than my current bill. But so far I havent received any solution. Even though I was not responsible for this I am suffering unnecessarily.

                              I've opened my email account "[protected]@live.com" after a long time and to my notice there were numerous email regarding the payment of the due amount of Rs 1462 for number(s) [protected] under Customer Code 1.49006226 for which I want some clarifications from the company side...Please sort this ASAP as the latest of the email threatened me of the legal proceedings and asked me to appear in court for the settlement which I don't want to fall in.                                 I have just moved to Vodafone this month only no is [protected] and in my first bill i get 346/- for 3rd party download charges. Unlimited Internet plan is included in my monthly rental. When i called in vodfone they said these charges are for 3rd party download even i have not used any thing from such sites and they are not ready to provide more detail for this as well as list of these type of sites. In my detailed bill timing for these usages is night 11:30, i never use phone till late and at home i use wifi connection.                                     Hello, This is very Bad Experience with Vodafone. I had try to recharge with 34 for STD rate cutter on 15th Jan 2015 with given no 12134, I haven’t got any dial tone and call was disconnected 3 times so I have recharge online. And now done with the recharge 4 many times. Now, same day I have call to customer care and they agreed that it’s a system mistake and you will get refund of 34*3 = 102/- R.s back into your account. I have asked for complaint number to that executive and he has suggested, please drop the call you will receive SMS. Today 16th Jan 2015 I haven’t received any refund balance and I have again called to customer care and talked with Senior executive, she spoke very rudely and denied to give me refund and disconnected the call without informed me. This is the way to talk with your customers? It’s a system problem to accept the same recharge many times. If person does recharge with once system doesn’t allow the same. If its allow the same then another benefit need to be added. It’s not the way to deducted money and will not give refund. It’s a very very worst experience and if I will not receive the money back then I will share this incident with social media and spread this bad experience with everyone. I am hoping to get the call back from the VODAFONE and refund money back into my account.

                                      We are from Techno Automobiles- a corporate customer of Vodafone at Delhi. We were user of at least 200 numbers of Vodafone but due to its unresponsive behaviour we port some of our numbers to other subscriber. Rest of the numbers that we are still using in Vodafone and want to port out also but due to one after another issues by vodafone we are unable to do so. Some times our credit limit has been raised by Vodafone without any intimation and sometimes un approved monthly rental plan activated by vodafone on our numbers which causes bills raising of our user. Without regular reminders and mails to our service providers, no action and revert has been taken from their side. In last month on one of our number bills had been raised to 17000/- of a user. Although our approved credit limit is not more than 2000/- but no intimation had been sent by Vodafone side for this excess usage. I am unable to understand that how a employee who is taking 10000/- of monthly salary can pay a bill of 17000/-?? And how this credit limit has increased by vodafone without any approval by authorised signatory? This is only one instance but every time new problems has always been raised by our corporate account managers and also no revert on our queries has been done by their side... Pls look into the same and revert us by a solution of our queries... Will look forward for a response from your side...

                                        My vodafone mobile no. is [protected]. i have made a payment of Rs354 on 9/12/2014 through online. but vodafone tell me that they didn;t receive my payment then i gave them transaction id. even though my payment issue was cleared. then they deactivated my outgoing call. then i receive call from vodafone and they tell me to go to main vadafone store only from there my issue can be resolved. then i went to vodafone store and show them my payment receipt along with my bank statement that they demanded from me. and then they move request to concernced officer that the payment of 354 was made by the client. but still my connection was not activated. then today i call to vodafone there i talk to mr. himanshu they tell me they didn't receive any request then i ask them that i want to talk to floor head then he transfer my call to mr. girdhar and mr girdhar told me that i have to make payment of rs 354 till then my outgoing call is not activated. is how the vodafone deal with their corporate clients.
