Hi Team, Name:Amey Shindepatil Mobile no:[protected] Issue: Hi I want to register a complaint regarding pathetic service given by your company. On 19/1/2015 Rs 30 gto deducted from my account for which i called your team on 198 no. The agent who answered my call was not able to help me so I requested to speak to team leader she assist me well and I got my 30rs back. On 22/1/15 same problem occurred so I tried to call on same no to register a complaint bt as expected I was unable to get connect hence I called from another no. the agent who answered my call said she has some system issue hence she is not able to register any complaint.So I tried calling again the agent who answered my call this time ( Nikita arjun Bhaud) was extremely rude she was just in hurry to end the call she refused to transfer my call to any supervisor and also gave my wrong information stating if I am nt disconnecting the call I will be charged money She also said I have downloaded chargeable content. Hence 30rs got deducted For which I dinied and Requested her to transfer my call to her supervisor she pretended as if she is not able to hea because two days back I had faced same problem and I got my reversal after I spoke to her superviser. For which she said she is unable to hear my voice wich I am sure she was faking.And when I said I will rejester a complaint online she responded. And As expected this time she was able to hear me.I am totally disappointed by this type of service and already made my mind to port out from vodafone.I am sure ths pathetic service will never end and I will be again charged for the service which i never demanded.Sorry to say but VODAFONE =TO HELP TO CHEAT YOU Thanks regards, Amey Shindepatil

    Respected Sir / Madam, I would like to inform you that I have Vodafone postpaid mobile connection number # [protected] for more than 3 years under the plan A537 of monthly rental Rs.99+ S.Tax without opting ISD call facility from my end. However, the bill of the above-mentioned mobile connection was raised for Dec14 about 1094/- which is extremely higher than regular monthly average bill around Rs.125/- per month which can be checked from the inception / activation of the said connection. I shocked when I heard such huge amount o[censored]nauthorized charges levied in the said bill of my above-referred vodafone post paid connection # [protected] and had inquired with Vodafone branch office at Mandvi, Vadodara and got information that these charges was due to ISD call sent and revert on this number which was totally out of knowledge of me. Thus, Unknown ISD call is diverted on this number and charges are applied against revert call on that ISD number without knowledge of customer is totally unethical and illegal practice of such branded communication company as the said connection is opted by me since 3+ years without extending ISD facility from my end especially usage of incoming call at home under CUG connection scheme A537 extended to corporate client Alembic Pharamceuticals Ltd. First, for such unauthorized ISD charges, I have registered complain with Vodafone branch office at Mandvi, Vadodara vide complain number # 89995930 dated 12/01/15. Secondly, I have brought about such unauthorized ISD charges levied to my said vodafone account in notice of your vodafone representatives dealing with us i.e. corporate client. Third, I have made complain to corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com also. But, the confirmation of cancellation of such unauthorized charges Rs. 971/- is still not received by message / phone on my said connection. Hence, I seriously request you to take action to cancel such unauthorized charges Rs.971/- out of total bill of Rs.1094/-. Also, note the difference amount of Rs.123/- is being paid vide receipt # GUJ94C150112_9702279 on 12/01/15 according to average regular monthly bill over this connection. I hope that you will certainly consider this my this genuine request and cooperate by waiving this unacceptable billing amount Rs. 971/- in my said connection # [protected].         Dear Sir/Madam, My bill number is[protected] dated 28.12.14 for the period 28.11.14 to 27.12.14 of Rs. 9, 466.62/-. They have levied me charges for the calls & messages which are not made by me. For instance you have levied Rs. 15/- per sms for 55 messages = Rs.825/- for Mobile number[protected], which are not made by me. Secondly they have disconnected by my services inspite of paying them 8, 635/-. They have harassed us a lot & no one is willing to come to our office & justify the billing. Being a Senior citizen i would request you to help me for the harassment that vodafone has been doing to us.

          In my current vodafone bill of Jan 2015, I see that I have been charged unnecessarily for below 3G data packs. MI_CAP_850_30d_PROMO_3G MI_BCAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G The only pack that I registered was for 1 GB/ 250 Rs 3G data pack of MI_C_V_250_30d_R1GB_BCFU_3G I contacted Vodafone and they are giving a reason that I am bill shield plan and this was activated on 23rd DEC 2014, which I never did.
          Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I also got same issue. I see this entry in my bill and charged Rs 750 for same MI_BCAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G. I had only applied for 1GB (Rs250 Pack)
          I have also received the same, Till last month it was the default 250 rental, this month it was charged 375 extra ie 250+375=625. MI_C_V_250_30d_R1GB_BCFU_3G is my plan

            hi, my name is chandra shekhar baruah and my phone number is [protected] you have deducted Rs. 99 from my main balance without any notification neither you sent me any confirmation message when contacted your customer care executives they were rude to me some of their names are Amit, Sujata, Amanjeet Sing, Indrajeet and said we will not refund your money when asked to transfer the call they put my call on hold and disconnected the call after sometime, after that they blocked my number. this the second time you did this to me, if you do not take action I have to go to consumer forum. If I don't get any call from you I will go to consumer forum by tomorrow and also strictly send an email to telecom minster and pmo to to stop this kind of scam company to through out of this country.

I not getting connected to internet atlest once in the week. I can see the 3G symbol but when i try to connect is keep loading for long time. No show. I thought its a issue with my phone. i found that few of my friends in the same locality have the same issue. And when i connect to wifi it works fine. I need to get the seetings every week once and after restarting the phone it takes around 2 hours to get it fixed. i asked the customer service person to write a conplaint.They directly said NO they cant raise a ticket without doing trouble shooting. i asked them a question. i m losing my work bcos of this. Will i get a refund for it or a correct conenction from next time. They said they cant do nothing. need to do a troublshooting. So can i make all my vodaphone using friedns to call your customer care. anyways its will a wait time increase for you guys.I am not sure what to tell you. But i am so frustrated in it. last time i had isue with the network. you guys resolved it after a year or 2 when i search in for a new network. i been with vodaphone for more than 7 years. Why cant you guys show some curticy towards the customers atleast for the long using customers. I am just talking from my heart. I am not wiithout paying my Bill.I am doing my payment all month correctly and still using this sick connection.                       It seems that Vodafone got an IDEA to enhance there revenue by collecting extra amount from customer for the services which they never use I also charged Rs. 567+taxes and 689+taxes for last 2 month bill for the services like d2c_mgossip49 and d2c_shotformats_ti. While I checked details on My Vodafone nothing found there. Check my SMS log, no record for any service activation. I tried to Vodafone but they refuse to give me any details and told me that I must use it. Vodafone doesn’t have any record and charge again and again even I was done all setting in my handset as suggested by Vodafone team last month. This type of careless behaviour not expected from an MNC like Vodafone. Really it’s too disappointing specially when I am using this connection from last 7 year and it’s a Corporate connection. No body ready to give response /solution from Vodafone either its account manager, Customer care, Corporate care, appellate authority ??? The Verifier does not go to home for a re verification on my several requests for re verification and he always repeats the remark of negative verification everytime.                               There is fraudulent bill of 42000 Rs which has been generated by Vodafone on international roaming for GPRS usage.I have not used any GPRS service while i was travelling abroad. I have put an email and waiting for the revert on it. It is huge mental torture on me but i am unwilling to pay for wrong charges which vodafone is forcing on me.. Please help me on this.

                              I am writing to you with great expectation.

                              I am using your service and having mobile [protected] .Inever faced any problem in the past.

                              I left for Italy and Greece on 26th Dec, 2014
                              As a layman I was seriously unaware of consequences I wouldhave to pay so heavily for GPRS service even though I have not used it asi had a Mobile Data Switched Off all the time.
                              After having spoken to customer care executive I came toknow the GPRS is been charged for Rs25000 which I have never used.

                              Additionally after landing in India, on 14th Jan2015 my bill amount is Rs21929 then on 17th Jan 2015 itshooted to Rs39742 in mere span of 3 days This is absolutely ridiculous.This is EXTORTION. How can Bill amount shoot from 21 K to 39 K in 3 days .. Ihave your messages.

                              I feel cheated as they have made me incur such a huge lossof 43685/- which I cannot afford to pay.
                              My Average Billing Amount never goes beyond 2000/- pm.
                              Why didn’t Vodafone inform me and let my bill go up thathigh. They should have stopped it when my billing shot almost double, say whenit reached 5000/-. why did they wait till I came to my local network.

                              The entire business model is "wait for customer foroveruse and then squeeze them like anything"
                              Honestly, this attitude of Vodafone is not good and is aimedat taking customer for a jolly good ride like this.

                              My argument is, Vodafone cant bill me for 43685/- when Ihave not used the GPRS service as my mobile data was switched off throughoutmy travel.
                              Wouldn’t you react the way I am reacting? tell me?

                              I am a law abiding citizen and have an excellent credit rating.I do not wish to enter in to any kind of litigation.

                              I am a salaried person and have family to run and support.
                              I cannot pay such an exorbitant amount. In 43685/- I can geta high end phone or get my house renovated, pay for my ongoing medical treatment.
                              I have already been thru a lot of mental stress and cannotfocus on work and family anymore.

                              If Vodafone is going to cheat innocent and loyal customerslike me, then I will be left with "No Option" but to reach out toyour forum to raise my concern and file a case against them for misguiding andmisleading policies amounting to fraud with innocent customers.

                              Looking forward for some hope and encouragement and anamicable settlement in resolving this issue immediately.

                                Respected Sir, I am using 3G Vodafone Internet on my cellphone. Today I got message at 3:27 pm from DM-MYDALA. This company deducted rs. 99 from my balance. They deducted it without any approval from me. I called Vodafone customer care regarding this issue but they said that it had been done by my side. The fact is I didn't activate it by any SMS. How can they deduct my balance without my permission.This is cheating to consumers by MYDALA & VODAFONE. So please take action as soon as possible. I want my balance back.                                   Hi, I am been following up with the Vodafone care multiple times for reversal of 98 Rs (110 including service tax), but in Vain. In the month of Oct-nov I had personally logged a complaint and also visited Vodafone store to register the complaint and I was also promised that it would be adjusted in the Dec month bill but till date I am been charged the same. Also above all in this months they have provided a waiver of 25 Rs for not paying the 110 rs which was supposed to be reversed.

                                    I have recieved my mobile postpaid bill today for [protected]. I have a TCS corporate plan. Last month a bogus download charge was added in my bill of 99 Rs. I called 111 and raised a complaint, and was told somebody wud get in touch with me, but nothing happened I paid the bill anyways. This month again I have received a bill and there is a bogus 99 Rs download charge . Now, either post an adjustment of 198 Rs or I will initiate a port out. I have been a postpaid customer of Vodafone since 2005, and have never even defaulted payment even once.

                                      Iam syed muneer mobil no [protected] from last 3 months after so many complaints no proper responds from vodafone my service has been disconnected . every months i was getting excess bill amount when i complaint they have given me waiver in the next bill continuously it was happening with me .
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I have been using my vodafone no [protected] since last more than 8 years. Myself Ranjan Chauhan and I am working in Bank of Baroda as Manager and having post paid CUG connections. I was having 2 CUG Bank of Baroda post paid connections. One number is [protected] and another is [protected] . I was having Internet Data Plan of Rs. 199/- in [protected] and no [protected] was not in so much use. Moreover I am having WIFI connection in my branch. So I was having least use of Internet in my [protected] number and [protected] was not in use for Internet at all. Bill of [protected] was coming Rs. 111/- every month. 99 monthly rental and S.Tax i.e. Rs. 111. In the months of sept and oct 2014 bill came of Rs. 2537.44. Now showing overdue of Rs. 2458.45/-.this was wrong bill and i complained frequently with vodafone customer care and at vodafone store Gurukul ahmedabad. But nobody was attended my request to rectify the same bill which was wrongly drawn to my this number.I am not using Internet on that number. In past also this kind of error happened and your company has reversed the wrong amount of bill at Palanpur Vodafone Store.But here at Ahmedabad no body has attended my request and they misbehaved with me. Moreover frequently they are calling to pay this overdue and I have to repeat all this all the time to all of them. So ridiculous al these. Extremely poor your service is. I gave written application to cancel that number at vodafone store at gurukul Ahmedabad and I mentioned the reason for that in my application as wrong bill generated. But your company has cancelled my another CUG nos [protected] and [protected] without informing me on 10/01/2015 and put me in difficult situation.I have purchased new CUG no [protected] in place of [protected] and this no also your company has deactivated. Due to your these kind of bad services and harassment, sudden deactivation of my nos without informing me, at that time i was unable to contact anybody in need o[censored]rgent because all that your company did without informing me and your company sent message that they stopped services of my these numbers as per my request. Your company cant do this, not fair. This is cheating.Now outgoing and incoming both are restricted on my these two nos. And meanwhile MCI has been also activated on my no [protected] without my concern. I could nt sent msg to stop that service due to no outgoing service. I am supposed to receive so much important phone calls and verification codes on my number [protected]. But due to your fault I have to suffer. Let me clear that if you will not provide solution and if you will not activate service of my nos of [protected] and [protected], I will complain to TRAI tomorrow.
