I am Saswata Nath from Barrackpore, Kolkata using the number [protected], which is ported from Airtel to vodafone postpaid Last December. On 16th January one sms forwarded by Vodafone care at 17.30 hrs that i have to clear my pending bill of amount Rs 557.29 within 8th January 2015 (the date which is already expired) to enjoy uninterrupted service, which i reported to the Vodafone mini store at Barrackpore, they advised me to clear the bill ASAP so that the service will resume to the number. I did the same on the same date and paid the pending amount to airtel store at saltlake city center -I and submitted the hard copy of payment receipt on the same evening at Vodafone store near salt lake citycenter - I, Upon asking to one of their executive at Vodafone store that "when the service will resume", they told me that "your service will resume within 2 working hours", but unfortunately till 20.01.2015 the service is not activated on my number, on 18.01.2015, I called several times to Vodafone care (111 Vodafone customer care), now they are telling that as my credit limit is Rs. 3500, which is exceeded, due to the internet service which is provided by Vodafone (which is a handset bundle offer i.e. 2 months 2 GB 3G internet free on my handset which is Note-3 N9000)itself, so my outgoing call is barred and also asked to speak with some senior person, but they kept me holding in total 45minutes but no senior person attended the call, moreover they are asking to pay some more amount before my payment cycle, so that they will resume the service. I didn't opted for the offer from myself, it was Vodafone who gave me the offer and now restricting my call due to that offer only. It is requested to you kindly help with your valuable action. Attached please find the payment receipt which I paid against my ending bill with my previous service provider.
