I had recharged for Rs. 175 for 2G data pack - 1 GB for 28 days, from www.vodafone.in. I had clicked on the Buy Now option for this plan and recharged my data pack. Instead of my data pack getting activated, 17400 local minuted got activated. NOTE : I have been recharging for 175 amount from past few months (minimum 3-4 months) On call to customer care, none of the executives or supervisors who attended my call were ready to help me, telling, they cannot help for online recharge. When I insisted, they said my tariff plan do not allow me to recharge for 175 data pack, inspite of me telling them that I have been doing the same data pack plan recharge for past few minutes. They didnot even agree to lodge my complaint. I remember one of the supervisors Mr. Girish was very arrogant and rude and refused to help me on this issue.
I am a customer from Bangalore and I have been using my number since 2005. I am highly disappointed with this service

How vodafone allow any site to charge without customer permission?Ideally it should ask for some credential. Its the fault from vodafone end.
