Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Ramakanth Rao Tandle and my cell number is [protected]. Vodafone is continuously making FRAUDULENT CHARGES. I am complaining that Vodafone charged me for downloading, Whenever I talked with Vodafone customer care, they told me that you can not make any complaint regarding this. You have to pay for this. In Nov-2014 bill, an amount of Rs 335 something charged for downloaded which I have never used. In the current month bill Dec-2014, an amount of Rs 395 charged for downloading d2c_mydala_99 Rs 99 d2c_mazaa_49 Rs 49 d2c_shotformats_ti Rs 99 d2c_mazaa_49 Rs 49 shotformat_dwnlp_9 Rs 99 Please help me on this.     My vodafone no [protected]. I have just received the invoice for December and found that Vodafone has charged me for d2c NDTV Valuepack 9 - Rs. 99, d2c mgosssip pack 49 Rs. 49, d2c mydala 99 Rs 99 and hello1 tvallsouth Rs. 30 totalling Rs 277.00 plus taxes. Spoke to Vodafone Customer service but They told, for some of the website charges do happen irrespective of having Data plan. We need to find a permanent solution as you will realise that this is total fraud.

      I am availing Vodafone services, predominantly for voice communications. In Nov'2014 bill, they charged 129rs. Extra for NDTV and TV_All_South packs. I did not subscribe to such sites and moreover the date they shown is the date I was hospitalised; hence no question of accessing mobile. But their Customer care and corporate are not at all responding. My connection is broken since 1st January, 2015. I wrote them to settle my bill and then only I will pay; but they are not responding.

      I can furnish proofs of my leaves in office and a medical certificate. But I am not paying these extra charges, . Moreover, their executives are rude and careless; they cut off lines abruptly when u a in call.

      Please resolve my complain urgently. I am fed up with the, following up.

        I joined vodafone postpaid on august 2014. But i was not getting proper network coverage at my house so i registered a complaint at vodafone. Than too there was the same problem in the network so i decided and switched to idea postpaid. Now asking for my deposit back from vodafone they first stated me that i will get it back within 45 days via cheque, but when i said i want to settle it to my outstanding amount they stated that i will not get back my vodafone deposit as i have to be with vodafone for 1 year which they did not stated before. I want my deposit back of Rs 300. My cellular number is [protected] and my name is Sahil Patel.

          I have Vodafone Postpaid corporate plan. I observed extra charges of Rs 30 and Rs 49 for my Nov-14 and Dec-14 months.When i checked with customer care executive, they said you have downloaded data from chargeable site. Vodafone has charged for:- d2c_mazaa_49 hello1_tvallsouth_30 Its a known fault from Vodafone end and lot of customer has already registered complaint against Vodaone. My question is how they can charge from any site without my permission?Why Vodaofone is not asking for the confirmation from customer?Its the cheapest way of making money for vodafone. I am using Internet from a long time on my mobile and never faced such issue.I am now worried that from tomorrow they will come back and say you have downloaded data from chargeable site and you will have to pay thousands of Rupees Its about the business ethics.           I am getting extra charges every month in my bill. I have Vodafone corporate post paid plan.Whenever I complaint, i get the same response that you have browse some chargeable sites. Lot of people has already registered the complaints about it. But seems vodafone is not taking any action.When customer fight with vodafone executives, vodafone returns money(happened sometimes if you are able to fight ).I don't have time to fight with vodafone every time.

          How vodafone allow any site to charge without customer permission?Ideally it should ask for some credential. Its the fault from vodafone end.

            I have made a online FullTalkTime Recharge through Vodafone site, there they have mentioned fulltalktime on 85 rs recharge I have made online recharge and transaction was successful, but I did not receive any amount credit into my account.
            I have talk with vodafone customer care executive but executive told me that sir we have process your request and receive 85 rs from you, bu this recharge is valid only through the Paper or mobile recharge, and you will not get any benefits from this.

              Hi Team, I made a request for changing my number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid. I got the sim as well but it has not got activated yet. I am currently in Pune and as its a postpaid number (of NCR circle) they asked me submit my documents in NCR region. But still my number is not activated. I raised the complaint as well having ref no[protected], but still I am waiting for the response. I request you to please look into this ASAP. Thanks Hema

                a fake charge of Rs 327/- against downloading of application in " d2c_ndtv_valu", "hello1_tvalls" &
                "shotformat_dw" are loaded in monthly Bill ( Dec2014) of my postpaid mobile connection [protected].The application have never been down loaded in my mobile and same was checked in my mobile application/downloading system. I couldn't understand how did Vodafone charge in my account which I have never utilized ? I made online complaint to nodal officer UPW through mail .But nodal officer denied to refund /reverse the unusual charges .Before that same type charges were uploaded in my monthly bill and reversed by Vodafone as accepted error .But this time they have denied .I also made complaint to Appellate officer, but reply received from same officer who was Nodal officer, UPW . How this could be possible that both officer will be same ? as per the web content of Vodafone both officers are different.This is completely harassment of
                customer.

                  Hello I am using vodafone postpaid number-[protected] from last 1.5 years and i never faced any issues regarding the network and internet. But from last 1week the network in my place Shaktikhand-IV, Indirapuram is fluctuation unconditionally. I am not able to receive any of my calls properly. I am not able to open google also. I have called the customer care several times regarding the same issue but i am not getting satisfying solution. I had always made my postpaid payment in time.                     I am a Vodafone Customer in Mumbai using 2G data plan . My Mobile number is [protected]. Vodafone has charged me Rs. 1186/- in Dec-14 for downloading 1. vuclipindia_pack75, 2. vf_tv_all_m_150, 3. m_paradise_w_35_, 4. wapvilla_ppd and 5. 2c_m_academy_f_50 last month which I had never downloaded. Whereas my total bill amount is Rs. 1745/- means they had charged me more in fraud services which I never used . When I called their Customer Service for explanation they had no proper explanation how these services got activated. I never made any request to activate these services. Also this month Jan-2015 bill they have again charged me Rs. 399/- for downloading vuclipindia_pack75( 3 times), p_hndg_gamesf_f_75, d2c_mgossip_pack_49, d2c_mobilart_50. I already made request to call center also mailed them to deactivate all above service again they have charge in this bill also. They also charged me late fee of Rs. 100 in current bill whereas it is not mistake because they had charged me high amount and I haven't got any proper repy from them for this. They are cheating customer by charging for unnecessary services charges. This is an unfair trade practice. Please do the needful to help customers. My Email address is: [protected]@gmail.com

                      I had recharged for Rs. 175 for 2G data pack - 1 GB for 28 days, from www.vodafone.in. I had clicked on the Buy Now option for this plan and recharged my data pack. Instead of my data pack getting activated, 17400 local minuted got activated. NOTE : I have been recharging for 175 amount from past few months (minimum 3-4 months) On call to customer care, none of the executives or supervisors who attended my call were ready to help me, telling, they cannot help for online recharge. When I insisted, they said my tariff plan do not allow me to recharge for 175 data pack, inspite of me telling them that I have been doing the same data pack plan recharge for past few minutes. They didnot even agree to lodge my complaint. I remember one of the supervisors Mr. Girish was very arrogant and rude and refused to help me on this issue. I am a customer from Bangalore and I have been using my number since 2005. I am highly disappointed with this service Regards, Dipannita Das

                        Hello sir/madam I am a custermer of vodafone.i was working in times now in mumbai, so I got a postpaid plan but its been six month I left that office so since last one month I am trying to change it from postpaid to prepaid for which I had gone to vodafone store near mira- bhayander road.its my 5 times visit to that store still they are pretending and not responding me.after so many times still they are giving a next date.as I am a working lady I cannot visit so many times leaving my duty.as always I am agree to pay my due amount and want to convert it prepaid.but now I am forced to stop it and willnot pay my rental from next month.                           Whenever I make any change with Vodafone they will screw up and makes sure that I had to pay more than what I should. This time I told them to change my tariff and my Internet plan and they again added an extra Internet usage charge where in according to my Internet plan I can surf, download and upload without paying anything extra, which I do every month, now this time they have charged me and when I called them to ask they said that according to your plan downloading has a cost. As I understand what happened was while changing my Internet plans they canceled the old plan before starting the new plan which is why the Internet usage cost appeared. As none of this is my mistake so please waive off the charges on the same bill. I am really tired of vodafone. please help my number is [protected]

Maina customare care ma call kiya .mujha help karna to durki baat mara no aisa kardiya ka customare care ma call nahi lagraha ha.                               i am a prepaid user, for last 3 to 4months it has now become a pain to activate internet services, even after messaging proper codes to 144 and *121# and having sufficient balance still the data pack does not get activated. all the balance in the phone keeps on getting deducted.

                                Hi, my number is [protected] nd [protected], my compcaint is I want to change my [protected] from postpaid to prepaid. I am trying this from last 4 month. I make full payment twice. But u reject my request. I try several attempt to do this. What is the solution. Customer care says we are helpless. Now this month u send me 865 rs bill. I hav no choice now. So I hv nt paid the bill of both of my numbers this month. I[censored] dont give the solution. I wll not pay the bill

                                  Our mobile number [protected] post paid connection. I had lost my cell yesterday at 8.30p.m.ilodged complaint to block the sim around 9.10. Today morning again I checked with your customer care about blocking of sim. One jaya replied that it was not yet blocked. When asked about the reasons she gave lame excuses and disconnected the phone. Again I rang up your customer care another person divya received call and again asking for particulars of my mobile. I request you to give reason for not blocking sim even after 12 hours and I want explanation for irresponsible behaviour of your customer care employees. Keerthi

                                    Vodafone incapability to serve customers I recharged on 3rd Jan for Rs.147 for internet offer. I received a message stating Transaction Id: KA[protected], but the offer has not been activated. I contacted Vodafone and registered a complaint on 7th January. I received a message stating that they will respond to the query by 6pm on 8th Jan Reg No. ([protected]). No resolution was given. I called them back and inquired about the same. I was informed that its not possible to activate the plan or otherwise it will take time. So I asked them to refund the amount which was agreed by them and registered another complaint no: [protected] which was supposed to be resolved by 9th Jan 6p.m.. It was not resolved and now when I call them back they say they will transfer my call to supervisor and keep transferring my call from one person to another and nobody gives a proper solution. If this is the case with a petty amount 147, what will be the case with huge amounts and postpaid numbers? These people are just looting customers.

                                      I am Vodafone customer and using Vodafone prepaid card ([protected]) .I receiving 3G data plan for last 2 months.I have informed to Vodafone care that I am not interasted in this service so do not disturb me & don't get sent this message...
