I am a Vodafone Customer in Mumbai using 2G data plan . My Mobile number is [protected]. Vodafone has charged me Rs. 1186/- in Dec-14 for downloading 1. vuclipindia_pack75, 2. vf_tv_all_m_150, 3. m_paradise_w_35_, 4. wapvilla_ppd and 5. 2c_m_academy_f_50 last month which I had never downloaded. Whereas my total bill amount is Rs. 1745/- means they had charged me more in fraud services which I never used . When I called their Customer Service for explanation they had no proper explanation how these services got activated. I never made any request to activate these services. Also this month Jan-2015 bill they have again charged me Rs. 399/- for downloading vuclipindia_pack75( 3 times), p_hndg_gamesf_f_75, d2c_mgossip_pack_49, d2c_mobilart_50. I already made request to call center also mailed them to deactivate all above service again they have charge in this bill also. They also charged me late fee of Rs. 100 in current bill whereas it is not mistake because they had charged me high amount and I haven't got any proper repy from them for this. They are cheating customer by charging for unnecessary services charges. This is an unfair trade practice. Please do the needful to help customers. My Email address is: [protected]@gmail.com

    I had recharged for Rs. 175 for 2G data pack - 1 GB for 28 days, from www.vodafone.in. I had clicked on the Buy Now option for this plan and recharged my data pack. Instead of my data pack getting activated, 17400 local minuted got activated. NOTE : I have been recharging for 175 amount from past few months (minimum 3-4 months) On call to customer care, none of the executives or supervisors who attended my call were ready to help me, telling, they cannot help for online recharge. When I insisted, they said my tariff plan do not allow me to recharge for 175 data pack, inspite of me telling them that I have been doing the same data pack plan recharge for past few minutes. They didnot even agree to lodge my complaint. I remember one of the supervisors Mr. Girish was very arrogant and rude and refused to help me on this issue. I am a customer from Bangalore and I have been using my number since 2005. I am highly disappointed with this service Regards, Dipannita Das

      Hello sir/madam I am a custermer of vodafone.i was working in times now in mumbai, so I got a postpaid plan but its been six month I left that office so since last one month I am trying to change it from postpaid to prepaid for which I had gone to vodafone store near mira- bhayander road.its my 5 times visit to that store still they are pretending and not responding me.after so many times still they are giving a next date.as I am a working lady I cannot visit so many times leaving my duty.as always I am agree to pay my due amount and want to convert it prepaid.but now I am forced to stop it and willnot pay my rental from next month.         Whenever I make any change with Vodafone they will screw up and makes sure that I had to pay more than what I should. This time I told them to change my tariff and my Internet plan and they again added an extra Internet usage charge where in according to my Internet plan I can surf, download and upload without paying anything extra, which I do every month, now this time they have charged me and when I called them to ask they said that according to your plan downloading has a cost. As I understand what happened was while changing my Internet plans they canceled the old plan before starting the new plan which is why the Internet usage cost appeared. As none of this is my mistake so please waive off the charges on the same bill. I am really tired of vodafone. please help my number is [protected]

Maina customare care ma call kiya .mujha help karna to durki baat mara no aisa kardiya ka customare care ma call nahi lagraha ha.             i am a prepaid user, for last 3 to 4months it has now become a pain to activate internet services, even after messaging proper codes to 144 and *121# and having sufficient balance still the data pack does not get activated. all the balance in the phone keeps on getting deducted.

                Our mobile number [protected] post paid connection. I had lost my cell yesterday at 8.30p.m.ilodged complaint to block the sim around 9.10. Today morning again I checked with your customer care about blocking of sim. One jaya replied that it was not yet blocked. When asked about the reasons she gave lame excuses and disconnected the phone. Again I rang up your customer care another person divya received call and again asking for particulars of my mobile. I request you to give reason for not blocking sim even after 12 hours and I want explanation for irresponsible behaviour of your customer care employees. Keerthi

                  Vodafone incapability to serve customers I recharged on 3rd Jan for Rs.147 for internet offer. I received a message stating Transaction Id: KA[protected], but the offer has not been activated. I contacted Vodafone and registered a complaint on 7th January. I received a message stating that they will respond to the query by 6pm on 8th Jan Reg No. ([protected]). No resolution was given. I called them back and inquired about the same. I was informed that its not possible to activate the plan or otherwise it will take time. So I asked them to refund the amount which was agreed by them and registered another complaint no: [protected] which was supposed to be resolved by 9th Jan 6p.m.. It was not resolved and now when I call them back they say they will transfer my call to supervisor and keep transferring my call from one person to another and nobody gives a proper solution. If this is the case with a petty amount 147, what will be the case with huge amounts and postpaid numbers? These people are just looting customers.

Outgoing services has been deactivated in this mobile number.Even though we have made payments of Rs.3250/- on 13th November 2014 & Rs.1156.53 on for Rs.06/01/2014. we are regularly getting messages for non payment & complete disruption of services. Moreover we not getting any soft & hard copies for this bills & also contact number given in SMS [protected] is not working. My request is kindly check your system for updation of bills.

                          Before providing services vodafone executives act like a dog where ever you go our executive follows... After taking the service... Huh...
                          Before service - customer is a god
                          After taking service - customer is a beggar..
                          I had disconnected my service in july, till now i had received my rental deposit.
                          Highlight is that they had printed the dd on september and dispatched me on december where dd had expired already... Doc number - hyd47028764.

                          Fun is that again they want 60 working days to give another dd.
                          Worst service provider...

                          Think ten times before you take any service provider not only vodafone...

                            Re.: New Connection – [protected] Would like to bring to ur notice the way Vodafone has harassed us and we are left with no option but to file a legal case against Vodafone I, Rahul Chopra, having ur connection from last 10 years ([protected]) bought above number from ur Sant Nagar, New Delhi, Branch for my 10 years old daughter as she has to attend classes. Above said connection was activated in 48 Hrs but 3 days ago it was barred to receive or make any calls.. My daughter was carrying the above said mobile and when she wanted to call us for emergency, she could not call. There was no intimation or message that the above said mobile is or will be barred. It is really a shame that I am associated with such bad company from last 10 years. When I desperately needed the service u proved how bad u can me When I tried to call to ur helpline number no one knows what is the reason. Some say that the documents were no correct (we also emailed the documents to ur office) and some say that verification was negative which is impossible.We are staying in the same place from 18 years and have all the legal documents. There is no way verification can go wrong Anyways, we will move to the court and also file an FIR against ur executives and finally against Vodafone. Me and my 10 years daughter had to face lot of problem because of Vodafone Need not to mention we will cancel all the connections with Vodafone Bunch of shameless people sitting under one roof trying to cheat and fool the customers..                             Yes, you should bang these Vodaphone cheater nicely. I had same issue however, not so severe. While giving new post paid connection they will beg like begger and letter they will react like a dictator.
                            This company have been fooling me for a very long time. Every time I call 198 to complain I got different response and excuses. My complaint is very simple(My vodafone account number in question is 5.45637.00.00.101721). At the begining of last month I received call from Vodafone retention team asking me to settle the dispute for INR 1000.00 as compared to a bill of INR 2200.00. I paid the amount we agreed in full the very next day, for which I have the recipt. On the 20th of March I get an email from Vodafone stating an overdue in the amount of INR 10600.00 I immidiately called up the customer care and they assured me to take care of the matter. I did not receive any call for my complaints, Instead I get another email stating a further overdue in the amount of INR 1059.00. I called again and explained the situation to one of the agents on the phone. After the agent put my call on hold for over half an hour, the agent disconnected the call. I called back again to the same old treatment, being hung up and disconnected, The agents being rude and abusive was actually assuring because they did not disconnect. Finally they barred my number from called 198 or 111 as now I stay on the music for ever and no human voice at all. Today I called Vodafone again and stated my problem. And the same story repeated again. I asked to be connected to the retention team which promised me the ZERO RENTAL PLAN if I paid the amount we settled for and finally, How do I owe Vodafone INR[protected]+ 1059) and why was the bills sent for INR 1773.01 as on the bills sent on 7th January 2015 and INR 1876 as on 13th February 2015. On further investigation on agent was kind enough to state the rental plan was as promised by the retention team. Please advise why is this company taking people for ride. I want to port out of Vodafone along with 4 other numbers(other account numbers are 5.44936.00.00.100001 & 5.74165.00.00.100475 & 5.74165.00.00.100476 ) I have issued on same name.

                              Guys, Beware of vodafone billing plans. I have 2 cards one corporate and one personal. Their data plans are so designed that they charge 150 for 500 MB and then 1000 rs for 250MB if at all usage crosses 500MB. there is no transparency on billing and absolutely no intention to help. I am discontinuing both my numbers from this fraud company. Have wasted 5-6 days interacting with their help centers but their adamant and unreasonable attitude is quite a concern. I switched off my data once i crossed internal threshold of 450MB but these guys have come up with a fancy gimmick of showing in numerous 10kb downloads and adding it up to 250 MB above the 500 limit. Interaction number [protected], [protected] & [protected]. They have decided to let go off me as a customer and i wont be able to port till i give in to their extortion and pay the inflated bill. The funny part is for discontinuation of services with immediate effect also these guys are talking of bills being generated and unreasonable amount to be paid which started the whole issue. Vodafone India is an example of corporate extortion.

                                My name is Ravi Kumar, mobile number:[protected]. I received a text message saying with 46 RC I would receive 500MB 2G data for 30 days. But when I recharged with 46, my internet pack was activated with only 250MB for only 10days. I deserve an explanation for this and immediate activation of what was said. Thank you.

                                  My no. is [protected]. On 10th january I checked my balance and i found RS. 2 in my account.Before it was around RS. 52. So I called customer care to know why my balance has been deducted.They replied that I have downloaded a NDTV app of RS. 49.00. which i have never downloaded. I asked him to Refund my balance but he said ut was deducted on 5th january and balance is refundable only in 24 hours. I have not got any message of balance deduction then how would i know my balance has been deducted.And due to this Neither I can call customer care within 24 hrs. 2 times before for the same app they have charged me amount of RS. 49 and RS.149. I don't know why they keep on deducting my balance for this app time and again, that i have never ever downloaded. All i want is to refund my balnce to my account.

                                      I have been using vodafone for the past two years([protected]). I made a mistake of not checking the itemized bill and usually payed the bill. Just last month I noticed that I have been charged with an International SMS that I had not sent. Then I checked the previous bills and that SMS charges were there too. So I had raised the issue to nodal and got a response that the system is perfect and that I was lying and trying to cheat vodafone for Rs.5 and I had sent the SMS. I had my international facility disbaled and when I tell that to the nodal officer they replied saying that the ISD SMS can be sent without that ISD facility. But I was unware of that as I never SMS much and that too for a International is impossible that I sent. I asked them to recheck all my calls/SMS and regenerate the proper bill and I will make the payment. But they keep saying that it is correct and nothing can be done about it. Please help out here as I can pay for what I had used but how can such a corporate think that they can add something and just get away with it. I also see that there are several other complaints regarding the same issue. I am not sure if there is any resolution. Kindly take appropriate action and bring justice.                                       I also faced the same issue, without sending the international SMS on same no(#[protected], they charged me bill for sending the sms. I asked them to look on that, but they were saying that from their end its all accurate.

                                      I have faced the same issue of fake international SMS charge and that too for 22 time of each Rs.5/-. I am using the same phone and connection for ore than a year. I do not usually restart my phone frequently since iPhone does not need to be. I hardly restart my phone for once in the month. Vodafone corporate care clarify as below against my inquiry which is base less and just the way of cheating customer :

                                      VODAFONE reply:
                                      I have looked at your account and located these charges. These charges have been applied to your account for International SMS charges.

                                      I would like to inform you that the International SMS charges as sent on date 07/02/2020 to 20/02/2020 as 22 SMS (Number- 4477862******) charged as per Rs.5 per SMS.

                                      I would like to inform you that you have activated iMessage or FaceTime, is triggers an SMS to iPhone (UK Number) for registration of the SIM. The charge for this SMS is of Rs.5/- it is one time charge that is applicable for the registration of a particular number to iPhone.

                                      However, if you turn off iMessage or FaceTime from your phone settings, nest time when you start it again you will be charged for registration.

                                      Also to prevent getting charged more than once, avoid toggling the On/Off button again after activation. Just keep the button set to ‘’On’ in settings.

                                      I never done any of the above mentioned activity from my iPhone for last month where Vodafone charged me very badly without any reason. They are trying to impose these fake activity on me. I need justice and can't just pay the unnecessary bill to Vodafone. Please some one help me out.

                                      I faced the similar issue today. My wife's Vodafone number has been billed for 79 International sms sent to some UK numbers +44 703 xxxx. When I checked the detailed history I see that the all the sms were sent on 27th August almost every second which is practically impossible unless something is fishy.                                       I have also faces the same issue in Sep 20 bill and they have charged 138 sms @Rs5, and when checked with 198. As per them it was done on 04.10.20 at 10:30 to 10:34pm in short time. I don't know how it is possible, pls let me know how to proceed further.

                                        Im Rajesh, my num [protected] From the last 8 months I am using vodafone postpaid connection. my usage per month are in between 350 to 500rs. But in the month of dec2014 extra 1300rs(including taxes) is charged for messaging services I dont know it came. There is no correct feedback from company side. So I disagreed to pay the bill. Please help me I'm not able to pay the amount.
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
