misc credit/charges

Amount has been deducted from my account in the name content downloaded.But I had switch off the mobile data and also disconnected the Internet connect, but still amount had been deducted from account.In a month period it had deducted 4 times like this.When I called to customer care service, it was an worst help i got from vodafone customer care....

unwanted deduction

Hi, I am Pranesh. I did a recharge of 150 before 2 days and today I find that 89rs is been charged from my account. This is the 3rd happened in last 1 week. I am using Vodafone for last 4 years.
