Unauthorized deduction of Rs 99/-

rs 99 was deducted from my vodafone account on 3rd oct which i have not used/authorized. The amount was deducted without any confirmation from my side and This is just another fraud deduction that many customers are facing.

Bad customer service(Need a refund )
