    Despite of communicating on incorrect billing/internet charges for non-usage is charged to my account everytime. Further, even with the request to change the plan they are not doing so. Everytime, they communicate that they will change the plan and they will not charge for internet. But surprisingly they are continue doing it. This time they have raised a bill of 2200/-; to which i simply deny of paying. Seek your help

      Dear Sir/Madam Today i received a call on my number [protected] from mobile number [protected] and they tell to me that they are calling from Mobikwik customer care regarding your promocode error. Afterthat they send a OTP to my mobile number and ask for it. After few minutes my mobikwik wallet is 0. Now This number is switch off. Please help me in this fraud case

        Hi, I am using 4 numbers of vodafone, [protected]/14/[protected]/[protected], i am having issues with network since long back, and i tried to call and file a complain for this, to which your stupid rep manish disconnect my call, i called again and tulika again teied to transfer me, when i asked for a supervisor she denied straight away. I asked for a supervisor 5 tuMes and she denied and disconnect my call. Is this the way you guys treat your customers? I want to disconnect all my numbers with you.. I must say, " pathetic service you guys have"..

          Dear team, I bought a new phone and was told by the phone dealer that the sim that i had was old and could not be converted into a micro sim by them, hence had to contact the vodafone store. I looked for a nearest one (Doddanakundi) and submitted my documents and got my sim (Saturday evening). I was promised that my sim will get activated in 2 hours, i also mentioned to the gentleman that it was quite urgent and crital for me to have this done, as i was flying out of India next day evening . Next day morning(Sunday) it was still not activated. I called the contact centre(Call centre) and asked about the status and was told that due to some technical issue at your end (Vodafone), this could not be done. I did explain my entire situation and said it is urgent, was promised that this will be sorted by noon. Post that every time I called (3-4 calls), i was promised 2 hours. Evening before i had to leave to the airport, i insisted on speaking to the supervisor, who then said this cannot be done until next day. And the only thing the gentleman told was, we are sorry, but we cannot do anything and you have to wait. I would not expect this kind of response for all the waiting and false promises that were made to me. I am really very unhappy with the service. This did not end there, so as all my banking transactions (OTPs), my other networking sites are connected to this, i am unable to use my phone, as my old sim was disconnected within one hour of me placing a request for replacement. Today being Wednesday evening, my sim is till not activated. I have not had an experience of such louzy service in my life, working for a service industry, i know what customer experience means. The reason why i am writing the entire story is, atleast someone will look into this and try and help me, before it goes out of hand. If i were in Inida, i would have contacted consumer court for a compensation for the looses that I had to incur not having my number for 4-5 days now. |

              As per Bill the company is charging for services that are provided free of cost, although after mentioning of the same on the activated plan. When complained regarding the same to nodal & appellate authority of the company they said that the plan itself is not activated as for the fact of the matter my bill contains the charge of the same. Also one of there customer representative confirmed the billing in excess of what it has to be charged. I request you all to provide me the way I can file a suit against the company in consumer forum for both haressment as well as loss of time & money to me.

                Hello Sir/Madam, As per the discussions that we had around 3 days ago from mobile numbers [protected] and [protected]. I have received a bill of Rs. 5341.46. When asked for explanation why I have got this much amount of bill, I was told that I do not have data activated on my mobile phone. I would like to explain in this mail the series of activities that happened from the time I took these connections. 1. I am using this connection from more than 2 years 2. Took new connection [protected] around 6 months back. 3. The plan for both the numbers was WOW-Silver -299. I haven’t noticed the plan name properly, I only remember WOW plan. - It has 600 minutes National and Local free - -1GB 2G data free - -600 SMS free 4. I was in need of speed internet connection and requested for 3G Connection for my mobile number [protected]. (399 Rs plan with 750MB of data in that plan with some local and national minutes and SMS free) 5. My plan was changed in 3 days. 6. I experienced sever fluctuation of Signal and was losing signal frequently after changing to 3G data. 7. With in 2-3 days I mailed vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, asking to revert back to my previous plan with 2G data mentioning the issue. 8. I was informed it is changed. (I think on september 1st plan got changed) 9. At the end of this month I receive a bill of Rs. 5341.46, saying I do not have data activated. ( Infact all the mails were regarding the data activation and I could not understand why your people activated a plan which donot have any data in it) 10. In the middle I got messages saying my average consumption had increased beyond credit limit, I called Vodafone customer care and asked if there is any issue. I have not been informed that I am using data without having data in my plan. 11. We have called Vodafone customer care from [protected] and [protected] 3 days ago and asked to change the plan to WOW Silver Special plan which have 1 GB data it after the call. They said OK. But nothing happened. 12. We were on holidays and could not contact you from corporate email ID. Finally, I would like to inform you that, Please check mails on in the month of august 2014 Correct the bill and let me know. Please change my plan as per the request and make it valid from the start of September. In case there is any problem with any of these, we would like to move to another service provider as I am not ready to pay so much amount of bill.

                  Hi i have 2 post paid Vodafone numbers, I have activated new corporate plan (149/-) on 2 numbers at a time. (Through mail). And I got confirmation mail for the same. it happened in July -2014 first week. as per plan 2G - 500MB data is free for monthly. Since there, every month am getting wrong bill. Every month am giving mail to them to revert the charges. In Last to last month i got bill 1500/- for data usage of 50MB extra. After having discussion with call center team it has got reverted. But it's not stopped there. every month am facing the same issue. Now they are saying, my both numbers are activated on different plans, Not only this, i have phased so many problems. My suggestion is don't use Vodafone. Now am planning to change the service.

I've been forced to write this email in regards to the sudden deduction of INR 49 (Needless to say FRAUDULENTLY) from my prepaid number yesterday night (which I came to know this morning when I myself observed the DISCREPANCY in my balance). My observation was proved right when your staff "Ajit Kumar Das" confirmed that it was DEDUCTED for some wallpaper download. Isn't it funny to say that a person in this modern era will agree to download a wallpaper that's too for INR 49 ??? Anyways, let me clear my stance in detail: [1] I've NOT downloaded ANY wallpaper or whatsoever like your staff said so this is absolutely BASELESS reason to provide and stop looting customers to meet your business targets. So, do REFUND my money of INR 49 IMMEDIATELY. [2] Earlier in the month of August 2014 too, you people had deducted some money in the name of activation of some pack from my end BUT when I resorted back with the DETAILS you people apologized and credited the deducted amount. [3] STOP cheating the people of INDIA by engaging into manipulating services (forcefully deducting our money at your will in the name of some or other LAME excuses) who feeds your food daily and BEWARE !! Moreover, your staff "Ajit Kumar Das" was TOO rude to talk too and NEVER allowed me to speak with his Manager / Team Leader / Supervisor for 3 times when I called. I"m expecting a SPEEDY action from your end and ENSURE such things DO NOT keep happening again and again with ANYONE, yes you heard it right ANYONE.

Even no information given to me about this deduction by sms. After I got to know I talk to customer care person & he assured me to return the balance. I wait for that a day & when nothing happen I again contact vodafone person & now the say they will not able to return this money. They have no proper answer for this deduction & even no one is giving me the complain no & cut the phone from there side.                               I have moved out of India 6 months back ..I have requested for disconnection of my vodafone services to India number [protected]..the request has been processed by august..I still see bills being generated every month and vodafone representatives keep calling continously and ask to pay bill till today..I have written numerous emails to the vodafone care but no reaction..This is not the way customer is treated..We have been using vodafone from past 8 years and this is what the service given to the customer..We have decided to dsconnect all vodafone connections and not opt to continue the service with vodafone again. Please intimate the respective teams on bil generation as the number no longer exists..The service is disconnected effective august 1, 2014

                                    I am Chitaranjan, I have my post paid connection in Vodafone and my number is [protected]. My Last month was generated as Rs. 943, out of which Rs.411 is for mobile internet. I did not use even a single kb of mobile data last month, yet I am charged for 100 MB. Would you please explain me why am I billed for this mobile data? The customer care person I called did not explain me. I just have a simple solution from my side to quit from my Post-paid connection if your answer to my question is not reasonable. Please do the needful.

                                    Hello,

                                    In the recent past, I had contacted a Vodafone employee by the name of Nancy (ph no: [protected]) to port two of my company's (Spiked Creative) Idea numbers ([protected] and [protected]) over to Vodafone. I had wanted both connections in the name of my ad agency, Spiked Creative, yet she asked for my personal documents. She assured me that the billing would be done in the company's name, and not in my name, and that my personal ID proof was only required for documentation purposes. I then provided all the documents she requested in order to have the numbers ported. Soon after, the numbers were activated. However, despite Nancy's promise, bills for both the numbers began to arrive in my name instead of the company's name. I called Nancy to complain about this, but she refused to answer my calls. I continued to pay the bills until two months later, when one of the numbers was deactivated ([protected]). Even so, bills kept coming in for both numbers. I continued to pay the bills until the last month (last bill payment date: 6 June, 2015). Then suddenly, the second number was also deactivated ([protected]). Even after this, bills kept coming for both numbers. Vodafone employees began to call day after day harassing me to pay the bills even though I am no longer using your services, since both the numbers are now inactive. After persistently calling Nancy, her co-worker began to answer my calls, but would always tell me that Nancy is unavailable. Today again I called Nancy to complain, but I was told that she was out for lunch. I called again a while later only to be told that she was away due to some emergency. I have lost faith in Vodafone and am extremely disappointed both with Nancy and with your customer care services. If this issue isn't resolved ASAP, I will be forced to take this to the Consumer Court, and to encourage my vast clientele never to buy a Vodafone connection again.

                                      I have recharged Rs-155 1GB 3G data pack, which i got a message from Vodafone to my number... as i recharged i got a message of activation of 2G pack, i called customercare number they told that to choose network, i chosen the network.. but even though i didn't got 3G network.. again i called customer care but they did'nt pick the call... i messaged to 6789, but no replies from customer care people iam trying from 2 days but no use... so iam fed up defnetely i ll PORT MY NUMBER TO AIRTEL... if i not got the solution... rigt now... my number is [protected].

                                        without my knowledge they have cut my bance of rupees 150 round of saying i have downloaded any wap site or click on advertisement without any security or popup they are sending and looting the money via talktime balance for the sake of proof my mobile number is [protected] and check the history of date 6/10/14-7/10/14 .when i can get every application or song for free on internet why i will click on such a advertisement .they may target many people since 20000000 people in mumbai in which 50-60 lakh having vodafone in which 20-30 lakh using internet 100 rs of each means 30 crore rupees from mumbai and rest of india having different option .i am too going to submitt these report on pm's (mobi's) blog to look on these issue
