I m getting calls from the number [protected]. I do not know this person out of facebook and whatsapp, still he messaged me wrong content. Its not only about me, all girls are facing such issues and no strict action is taken against such . If anybody is getting this complaint of mine kindly help so that we all together make a change in providing safety and security to girls hereon. Thanks and regards, Garima koul.

You can file verbal complaint to Local Police station.
I have seen few instances, where Cops have really helped well.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I using vodafone 5 years postpaid number. This time more bill amount received. Vodafone reply you used internet connection. But i am strongly agree not you used internet. If you use kinldy send full website details eg(www...com). But they not given. But again again he send to my mail id. you must pay bill amount. Please see below my vodafone transaction by email details: Step 1: Dear Sir/Madam, I have been using the mobile No: [protected] since 2010 as post paid, i never come across any problem in this number for five years, Usually, We receive the bill amount around Rs.300 to 400 for these months, but for the month september 2014, the bill has reached huge amount, which we never expected (i.e) Rs.2770. So, we called for the customer care, they have said that we have used the internet .But we never used it.Also there is no information from the customer care that we are using the internet.They informed through only mail but not through voice call. usually, we never see mails daily.They should intimate us only through voice call. We cannot pay this amount, we will pay only the amount which we used for communication purposes(Local call & STD), which will come around Rs.260. Kindly check and do the needful. If it is not possible we are ready to disconnect this number. So, I think you will help us on this issue. Reply from vodafone: Dear Mr. Rajesh Kumar C, Thank you for your e-mail dated 08/10/2014, regarding bill clarification issue for your Vodafone mobile number [protected]. At the outset, we regret the inadvertent inconvenience caused to you in this regard and thank you for your patience and understanding. With regards to your concern, we would like to inform that, we have revalidated bill dated 01/10/2014 and as per feedback received from billing team, there is no discrepancy in the bill. There are no extra charges levied for the above mentioned Vodafone Mobile numbers. We assure you that our billing system accurately monitors and records usage of each SIM Card. This ensures that you are billed only for the service which you have actually utilized. Please be informed that the charges levied on your account are based on genuine usages.       Vodafone has charged me extra 500 me in my postpaid accout for promotional coupns from some websites mydala and myapex coupons without my consent. deals_mydala_99 myplex_ap_100 After following up with vodafone and mydala, it has been communicated that vodafone has tieup with mydala for promotional events and these will come up as ads on connecting to vodafone3G. and i[censored] hit any of these events then mentioned amount will be directly deductible from out account. My concern is that if i am not a member for any site like mydala and nor VODAFONE has taken my consent before deducting the amount then how come this amount be deductible. Being vodafone 3G user, they do not have any right to deduct amount from user account. Kindly refund all this deducted amount.

        I have been being unnecessarily harassed by Vodafone Delhi.My cell number is [protected].I had taken up a plan of Rs 149 plan on 9th September, 2014 and I got confirmation message on the same on 9th September, 2014 . I was specifically told that all India roaming will be free for INCOMING CALLS and Rs 100 will be present for outgoing calls. However, I have been charged for all my incoming calls which is absolutely wrong. I have pointed in my last bill of September, 2014 but Vodafone as they are, never cared. Even in my current bill of October, I have been wrongly charged through out. Vodafone customer service is pathetic -The customer care people do not talk properly, talk in a very rude, unprofessional, abusive way. They write in their tag lines that 'Happy to help' . But in the real sense, they are 'Happy to Harass'. I have written to the nodal officer and appellate authority - Neha. As usual and as expected, they have not resolved the issue and wasted my time by writing irrelevant emails asking for the same information again and again which has been given to them multiple times. Vodafone employees, including the nodal authority and appelate authority, responsible for this needs to be heavily punished for their lackadaisical attitude.How can they just continue working so inefficiently harrassing customers?? An extremely dissapointed customer of Vodafone Delhi . Most unhappy to be a Vodafone customer.

                I have recharged my sim recently with Rs149 and since then i am receiving calls from customer care for offers, one time two times is okay but they are calling me again and again for the same offer i.e. in Rs98 get 9500secs, but now this is the limit i told every person who called me calmly and in a nice way, that i do not want this offer thank you because i am a college student and don't need to call anyone... But this is the last straw they deducted Rs98 from my sim and the left amount is Rs40 !!. Its very hard for me to get this much recharge because i belong to a poor family and as a student i don't get any recharge frequently. This hurts a lot :( . Rs149 is too much for me and if this case doesn't get solved by this forum, i will actually go to the court with people who also wants to complain against them and will get backed by them. Warning VODAFONE INDIA, you are in big trouble. p.s if anyone wants a screenshot of anything, its ready!

                    I have a vodafone postpaid connection 9964**2298. In the monthly bill for the period Sep- 2014, I am charged Rs.178/- under an item "download". When I called up the customer care, they said a file has been downloaded named shotformat_dw****** for which Rs.178/- were charged. When I asked them what this file is, they had no idea. They said it could have been a chargeable item which I may have downloaded from a website. However, I did not download anything that was chargeable to my carrier. I have a 3G datapack of 1gb, and my data limit had not exhausted. They don't even know if this file is a song, a game, a software or a video. I do not understand that if they don't know what I have downloaded, how can they charge me? When I told them that it has to be some error in their system, they simply refused. I tried to log a complaint on 198, but they continuously argued with me and did not log any complaint. I am sure they are over-charging me.

                      Hi, I'm V. Balamurugan and I had an issue with my service provider that is Vodafone, who has blocked my SMS service for my number [protected]. I had spoken with Vodafone customer care and they responded me that I have to register my mobile number with TRAI to unblock SMS service. I would like to update here that I didn't send any Marketing SMS to anybody and I used to send only personnel texts to family and friends.                         I have activated basic international roaming on my mobile which is 99Rs per month. I have been on this for 3 months from July. July and august my bills were 700 Rs put together. Now in September i got a bill of 8000 Rs which shows internet usage which hasnt been used by me..I stay abroad and have my own wi-fi connection which i use for internet. Why would i even use an Indian number for accessing internet? The credit limit was increased automatically by them, n now the bill. Even after calling customer care, they make a complaint to waiver some 900 Rs plus tax, which again is not done by them. This is not expected from such a big company like vodafone. This is the worst experience, I have had in 5-6 yrs relationship with them.

                        Today i received a message from usage.[protected]@vodafoneinfo.com saying that " We are pleased to provide you with the following details regarding the Vodafone cell number used by you having No [protected].
                        Your present credit limit is Rs. 6300/- and your current usage (billed + unbilled) is Rs. 8203/-. Please make an interim payment of Rs. 8203/- without delay to enjoy uninterrupted services."

                        Last month, i called to customer care and confirmed that my internet data plan was activated for 4GB plan and then it will be upgraded to 8GB plan in this month after billing cycle @11.11.14.

                        This billing is totally unacceptable and try to rectify the problem without interrupting my services.

                        Kindly reimburse the said amount in my upcoming bill.

                          My Name Is Harshada, I am vodafone customer since Last 3 years, I am running a business (Beautician-Beauty parlour) and my number [protected] is only source between me and my clients. From last 1 year, several times I have been visitng vodafone gallery (Vile Parle -Near Sun city) to provide me or mail me mobile mill statement, but they keep on avoiding. So i decided to port out from vodafone, even that is not possible, other service provider says to visit vodafone galley and the same story of keeps on repeating.                               Hello Vodafone India, Current Instance: My Mobile number is +[protected] and this was activated from the territory Kolkata and this is a post paid service. Since 10th Oct 2014, services to above mentioned number are deactivated. To enquire about the same I have to visit vodafone store located in Kukatpally of hyderabad as I am in hyderabad on official trip and was surprised to hear the following responses 1) Firstly he informed that chip of the sim has wear off and so it has to be replaced for which I have to go all the way to Begumpet. Questioning him on why the same cannot be provided here, he escalated the same to his senior authorities 2) This senior incharge after looking into the system has come up with a different answer saying that the same was because of their system failure and suggested to contact Vodafone Kolkata [protected] 3) Trying to connect to the above number everytime it is directed to Vodafone WestBengal and the customer care executive on the other side suggested that it has been directed to Vodafone WestBengal and so I have to dial [protected] to reach Vodafone Kolkata after calling the same it is still redirected to Vodafone West Bengal it happened for not less than 3 times. 4)Not knowing what to do after your helpless Vodafone outlets and faulty service lines, I have to rely on Emails. In about ten emails they are still suggesting to visit a nearest vodafone store who are helpless. Service on this particular number is deactivated without my involvement and some technical reasons of yours and so it is affecting my regular work without which it cannot be performed. I have been using this particular service for about 3.5 yrs and never had a due pending from my side. This is not at all professional with Vodafone India and because of which I am incurring loss which is a sum of 10000 Rupees per day. So, I wish to take a legal action if no appropriate action is taken immediately on this.

Several time I call to your customer care executive and i also chat with your representative they all telling me lie and was unable to solve my problem. first time when i call to your CCE they tell me pls recharge with rs 20 or more than that, I have done but nothing happen. 2 nd time one of your CCE give me a complain id by sms ([protected]) but nothing happen . 3 rd time one of your CCE tell me that this is not a complain ID. You just tell me what type of service you are provided ????                                   espected sir/madam my vodafone number [protected] i am DINESH KUMAR working for leading press in india. i would like to share my thoughts. i am using vodafone for nearly 6 years iam your corporate customer. for nearly 6 years iam satisfied with your product and service.. i really enjoyed your service and i shared my opinion about vodafone to my frnds and colleagues..now iam suffering alot. first my credit limite is2500 later 4000 rite now 6500inr. but my bill is 9000inr its really unbelivable. because my credit limit is 6500. how cum it crossed 9000 iam wondering. does vodafone is cheating customer..when i was using 4000 credit limit after 4000inr automatically my outgoing call will stop..but now my credit limit is 6500 how cum 9000inr you have charged.. are u pple trying to fool consumer.. if you pple are giveing me postive reply i ll continue with vodafone.. i know to take legal acation and i know to publish in press i dont want to create problem.. hope u ll give me your best... ..mr arun rm was handling my case.. no response frm him...i am redy to do anything.. because of this iam totally disappionted..kindly reply me iam waiting...

                                  Yes publish in press.This same thing happen to me my credit limit is Rs 800 and my bill amount of this month is Rs 1327.My mobile no [protected]
                                  Vodafone making consumer fool.Take a legal action against them and you work in legal press in india.You can write complain in news papers.

                                      Hello, I am really disappointed with such an irresponsibility on Vodafone service part. I raised request [protected] to deliver Vodafone Nano Sim but I received a Micro Sim. To chase the above request a new request[protected] was raised but till now new Nano sim has been delivered.I am continuosly being fooled by the Vodafone service centre that Sim will be delivered by evening .I dont know how many othere requests I will have to raise to just get a mere Nano Sim card.I will recommed never to avail it in future.                                         Dear Operater, Complain Number : [protected] [protected] I am Mohammed Ateeq Network Engineer, with Mobile Number [protected], I stay in Nadeem Colony(half Km from toli chowki and way to 7 Tombs and Golconda Fort). In our area Nadeem colony Very Serious issue of Vodafone Network, Network come's only when we come outside of our home. if we go inside of home network down, i already given complain regarding this 2 years back till now it din't solved, again i given complain last month but still it same no responses. I also have own business which work through my phone only... this number i am using sinces last 8 Year's. due to network issue my business effecting a lot, and if this isssue won't solve shortly i need to go for PORT option for which i already planning for airtel. Vodafone is a Brand and how can you people give this kind of wast network services to customers. this issue not only in my area but also near Mahdipatnam, gudimalkapur.. Etc..., the area is very populated and that to Very Near to Hi-Tech City hardly 6Kmts.. For your help i am giving exact lat long of my area. 17.39759 78.40977.
