    with ref.above subject I have received wrong bill on dt.05/10/2014 of 1300.00[Thirteen thousand rupees only].before that I was requested to costmer care on dt.28, sept.2014 for internet pack of 1 GB of Rs.150.00 in this call your officer told me that the internet pack will activate in 4[four] hours. Hence I had use internet pack after 8[eight] hours.now I got bill of 1300.00 .Such incident discrage me to use your services.then I had make another call to your costmer care in this call your officer said me "Because of technical problem net pack has not activated." So please solve my problem.pls give me correct bill.my mobile no.-[protected] & Email Id - [protected]@rediffmail.com. I am waiting for your respnce. Thank you.

      i am your old customer from many years.. i had some Internet recharging problem.. hence i had called customer care for four time.. Still i have not received proper replay .. My complaint no. is [protected] registered dated 07.10.2014.. Now i am not happy with your service.. i have lost my money in recharging Internet pack.. Hopeless service.. every time customer care people will say they will solve the problem.. but did not solve .. i had visited vodafone service centre in KD Road, Mysore also.. they are too hopeless they given me nonsense answers.. if you can't solve simple problems means what for service..?? now i am planning to port my number to any other service..             There is a special offer displayed in the below form. 1. *121# - 3G 251 - 2GB/30Day 2. Through flash messages. 3. Confirmed with Customer Care before recharge on the proposed special offer 2GB of 3G data for 251 Rupees. But when i recharged it I received only 1 GB data. Upon calling customer care and following up on that 4 representatives gives 4 different types of reasons for the solution. The Customer Care representatives also misguided. Visiting the BTM Branch Vodafone care, the way they treat customer is very pathetic. Instead of solution they speak everything with the customers.

              Hi, i got one message saying that you have a special offer i[censored] recharge for rupees 155 you will get 3g data inter net pack i have spoken with customer care i have confirmed 3times so they told me that you can go any near stores and do easy recharge. I have done that but i got 2g plans this is big cheating doing vodafone with us. always Vodafone use to do like same. I'm disappointed with this service which they are giving.                 Hi I am using Vodafone post paid roaming plan since10 February. I thought to free one Vodafone number on my account. So I called customer care on 11th September for same. That person told me that only Rs 75 charges will apply for activating a free number on your account and you will get message on activation of that. So I said to activate it and I called them at same night to confirm that has it been done or not because I didn’t have got any message for activation. He said that now I can call unlimited times on that Vodafone number because it has been activated as free number on my account. I asked him that why I didn’t received any message for activation. He answered it happens many times due to system issues. He told me to use it. So I used it. But on generation of my bill I got shocked to see 1067.When I called customer care fist time regarding this issue he said that you have deactivated this service on 14 September .On second call another executive told that the number which you want to free is not Vodafone number and after calling again I got more shocked to hear that no such service can be activated on my roaming plan. I also told them that when this service cannot be activated on my number how it can get deactivated. One day prior to my bill generation day I have called to deactivate that number and executive told me it will be done in 2 hours. I have raised this issue with customer care many times, but they not taking up with this issue to resolve, whenever I am speaking with customer care Executive they are saying that we will transfer my call to another team and while in this process they are dropping my call. Two days back again I called and raised the issue and also got complaint number [protected] for that. But I got message next day that your complaint has been addressed. I do not know what to do. I am now frustrated and can’t call them every day for same issue when I now they don’t care about it.

                  Hi, Yesterday i have done recharge of 252 for my Vodafone dongle from Rimzim rhythm house Daftary road Malad east. But the recharge was not done by him till today[protected] morning, so i call him in the morning to ask the reason. Instead of giving reason he said “i have not taken loan from you, so stop harassing me”. After that i visit his store at that time instead of solving problem he told “jo ukhadna hai ukhad le policewale bhai log sub apni pocket mai hai” and used many abused language. Just want to know why Vodafone is giving his franchise to such persons. who doesn't have manner to talk with there clients.

                    Hi, (Reference: Vodafone Relationship no. 1.48360008 & Vodafone No. [protected]) I have already registered a complaint with vodafone regarding this issue and had sent you mail regarding this on 13.08.2014 (on email id's: vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com and Shabbir.[protected]@vodafone.com) . I have still not got requisite reply from you on the details asked. I had asked you to send me actual logs with session detail and IP addresses accessed by me for which you are charging me this exorbitant amount of Rs 22000. I know there was no site accessed from gprs. I had accessed internet with free wifi available at the airport which is definitely not a Vodafone property.You can check my History, I have always done payments on time. But the bill of 22 thousand is a wrongly charged. I have checked the bill thoroughly, my voice calls are amounting to around Rs 4000 but my GPRS bill for in a single day is wrongly shown as Rs 17000 . The GPRS bill charged is the day when I was in Muscat and that day only I had requested for International roaming activation, you can check in your records. Also, I did not have the settings for gprs to be used there. Moreover, latching on any network also provides just call facility unless you receive settings of new operator (roaming partner). I did not receive any settings/msg intimating me the samePls get me a IN log (intelligent Network) which is the actual log for any browsing for any MSISDN.I would not have had any problem in paying if it would have been a correct bill. I will not entertain any foolish clarification from you rather would like to close this number. Thanks Sandeep Srivastava

                      sir my number [protected] up east sandeep saraswat. the sum of 99 rs have been deducted on 6 and 7 oct 2014 i have called 8 to 10 times in customer care number111 they says that money is refunded in 24 hrs but only one deduction has been refund.while they are not refunding the another deduction of 99rs .. pease take action and refund my money as soon as possible.

                        I was a very satisfied vodafone customer until last month when I relocated to Dehradun from Bangalore and wished to deactivate my bangalore numbers [protected] & [protected]. I requested over vodafone live chat to deactivate. I said that the numbers were registered on auto pay but i was denied and asked to pay the amount to proceed for deactivation. I did that and to my surprise, money was debited again through auto pay after a couple of days. I have been trying to speak to vodafone customer care but not getting satisfactory answers. My numbers are not deactivated yet and how would I get back the extra amount debited to me. I was told that the extra amount is returned through cheque but as I have relocated to Dehradun, I wont be able to receive that. I am very upset with the proceedings in this matter.                           Hi, I am Vodafone pospaid user for Delhi circle and i am using 2g connection from last two months i have been charged for the same service hello1_tvallsouth_ this month for Rs.30/- while i have never used this service and Vodafone has charged me without my consent and when i have contacted the customer care they are saying that i have clicked this service while i never browse through my phone.This is totally a fraud done by Vodafone and hello1_tvallsouth and i want my money to be refunded asap. I received message on 10.10.2014 7:00 am saying that tiny tv service is activeted and my 77 rs balance is deducted. however I have not click on any links and not opened *111# menu. can u please tell me why this is happened. before this my delight is activated without my knowledge. taking my 99 ruppes. and your executive says that I can' get my balance back. what is this? do u think we are stupid enough to activate this kind of dumb service. I want my many back. 99 + 77. and one more thing I have dialed 111 then pressed 4 then 2 and then 9 I was expected to talk to your service executive. but no.                             i have done 30 rs recharge i got 23 rs balance ..
                            but this company again deducted 20 for NDTV PACK (i can see that in my last 3 charges).
                            obviously I didn't activated or purchased that type of dumbest package.

                            i tried to call customer care,
                            but no...when i press 9 to talk to your executive i was redireted to MAIN MENU..
                            lol.

                            my internet scheme will over on 24 october
                            and that will be the last day for your 'vodafone balance sucking sim card' in my mobile.

                            and yes,
                            ==> Call quality -- poorest when packet data is OFF
                            and pooooooooorest ---- when packet data is ON.

                            what the matter !!

                            we can't call when we are downloading something ???

                            ==> internet speed 248 kbps :::: claimed by u OK

                            what we got ??????
                            nearly 10 kbps :::
                            is this 2G plan OR 0.02 G Plan ??


                            and one more thing,

                            I have 3g device
                            when I searched 3G signal of VODAFONE i can view .
                            but i can't connect to that signal (I am not talking about internet access, just 3g signal)

                            I called customer care about this .
                            to my surprise :
                            your answer was :: to use 3G signal you HAVE TO activate 3G DATA PLAN !!!
                            .

                            what is this !!!

                            what if we want to call on 3G mode !!

                            or this technology is out of your reach...!!!

                            in this matter, IDEA is best.
                            U can call on 3G mode ... (best of the best call quality)
                            enen if you are downloading something ..
                            and even if you HAVE NOT activated some 3G Data Plan!!!


                            thats why i am swithing to it...(including my 14 friends).

                            unless u give me my money back...

                            99+77+20 = 196

                            i have activated this internet scheme by 248 rs
                            but it cost me 248+196 = 444 rs ..

                            thats how u earn ??
                            by activating services and deducting balance without our knowledge ..??

                            this needs to addressed.

                              i Am very Much disappointed with your Service Now, It is Getting worsty day by day. Even your Customer Care executive are Completely Useless and Fraud like you. Its my last attempt before Getting Out PORT and Consumer Court Help My Mobile NO :[protected] My bill dated 06/10/14 is 546.25 Rs Which include Rental of 432 Rs. i.e. My monthly Rental 149. and unfortunately my DATA plan rental 250 Rs. Which I have not opted. I have already Deactivated my Callertune and Data Pack last month before 6 Sept. and on 6 sept your executive confirm me that there is no other service activate on your Number. You can also check that i have not even single KB for last month . Because I trusted vodafone care. Now tell why should i pay for this. ??You are imposing Data Pack on customer 1). who do not want to use it. 2)who have already DEACTIVATED same. 3). Who even don't Know that this Type of Service is Still Activated. Either Take Action SOON or SEE you in Consumer Court and other Social Websites. I have recording of all your executives who confirm me the deactivation of my Data PACK.

                                Sir, I had requested for call details history of my prepaid mobile and rs. 250 was deducted for the past 5 months call details history. The same was not sent to my email. When I went to vodafone store and asked they said it was given on sept 8th only. But email not received. then I called customer care and they said to ask in vodafone store. Now store said it must be in spam folder. I checked. It wasn't there. Then again I went to vodafone store and this woman in the vodafone store wearing the uniform, She said her name is Prashanthini, said that she has sent an email to all top people to give us our call details history. I asked to copy my email in the email she claimed she sent. She refused. She gave her number- [protected]. After 2 days we did not receive the call details. So I called the no she gave. It was switched off. When we call vodafone customer care they say you ask in vodafone store and in vodafone store they say you ask in customer care. We had requested the call details pertaining to the previous 5 months in August itself. Immediately rs.250 was cut from my prepaid number. Now they are harassing us not giving call details history.

                                  From past 5 months, my account([protected]) have been charged Rs. 99/-, Rs. 30/- Rs.40/- as download charges and each time, I have been said that I have downloaded which was chargeable. One or twice is acceptable, that I might have downloaded without my knowledge, but not every month. I won't be doing the mistake every month when I know if that is going to charge me more. This is a fraud happening from VODAFONE INDIA on many CUSTOMERS. I would request you to refund back the amount as early as possible.

Whenever I contact the Vodafone staff they tell me its download charge and I need to be careful of pop ups. I deleted all applications. I want a full refund of these fraudulent charges. Vodafone cannot hide behind the defense that its a third party app. They have authenticated the deduction.

                                    On[protected] at around 13:24 pm I have received one SMS from Vodafone
                                    informing me that my Postpaid Plan "GE-275" has been changed by
                                    Vodafone India without my written or Oral Request which is not only
                                    shocking but also amounts to breach of trust by Vodafone India and its
                                    Management and Executives.

                                    How can Vodafone arbitrarily and on its own change my Plan ??

                                    Its been around 6 years and I have been paying Vodafone Bills on time.

                                    But in response all I am getting is "Change of Plan" which I am not
                                    interested in at all.

                                    If Vodafone is not interested in retaining long-time customers than
                                    please inform me in writing and I will happily change to Airtel who
                                    have been calling me several times every week and they will give me
                                    the same plan with the same number.

                                    Just by launching new advertisement, does Vodafone India think that
                                    they can market an brand-build Vodafone India as "the best postpaid"
                                    ??

                                    If you do not correct the mistake immediately then I will be forced to
                                    take legal steps at your costs, risks and consequences, which please
                                    note.

                                      Hi, My name is Balamurugan and my vodafone number is [protected]. I have been charged an additional download charges of 99 Rs. for the month of September towards downloading some fake application called shotformat_dwnlp_9 by Vodafone on 7th September. I have already raised a case with Vodafone customer care regarding this - Case number:[protected]. But they have told me that I have indeed downloaded an application which costs 99 Rs. This seems to be absolute bull from Vodafone. I know for sure that I didn't download the application and also I am a tech savvy person and I also know for sure that my smart phone did not download anything in the background without my knowledge. Every month I am having problems with these stupid Vodafone billing application and it kept charging me even 1000 rs a couple of months back. I have to fight with these brainless customer care agents every month to revert the charges. I am fed up with the service of Vodafone as it seems to be simply generating fake bills without any care for their customers. I have been using this connection for more than 3 years now and have emailed them more than 5 or 6 times to close this connection, after which they revert the charges and beg me to use their connection. If this charge of 99 rs. + Taxes is not reverted withing 24 hours, I request you guys to close my connection immediately. I won't be paying the fake bill that you have generated.                                       Please note that I have already raised 2 complaints in this website against Vodafone. They try to
                                      cheat their customers every month.. Fraud people.
                                      Vodafone is fit for nothing.. Someone called me and confirmed that they will revert the amount by yesterday evening. But no one has contacted me so far.

I recharge of rs 57 for data card .after recharge I got a message which is in brackets (Rchrg of MRP Rs 57.0 on 9-Oct-14 successful.Tlktime rcvd Rs 1.73, STax Rs 6.27, AccessFee Rs 49.0, New Bal Rs 21.95.TransID DL[protected]..) After this msg I used net browser but my balance deduct I check my balance it shows rs 63. I try to contact to customer adjective but no solution ...4 times I try to contact but there is no satisfaction in fact all adjective disconnect my call... Please solved my problem. Thank you.
