Incorrect Billing/Internet charges for non-usage and Not changing the plan

Despite of communicating on incorrect billing/internet charges for non-usage is charged to my account everytime. Further, even with the request to change the plan they are not doing so. Everytime, they communicate that they will change the plan and they will not charge for internet. But surprisingly they are continue doing it. This time they have raised a bill of 2200/-; to which i simply deny of paying. Seek your help...

Hi There, My name is Suraj. I am a Vodafone customer since 7 years, but recently had migrated to postpaid, I had requested to activate 2g 2GB Data for my connection. After getting the confirmation I started using the data and not even exceeded 1.5 gb(2 gb was provided)..
