Dear support Teams, This is Sk. Akhatar Hussain as a customer of your vodafone Operator. While i was suffering lot of problem in your vodafone operator service since last few months i unable to access the Internet due to network problem and not getting any speed in 2G services. I have the 2G Vodafone SIM had recharge Rs199/- unlimited pack but i am not getting better speed in this number [protected].Last few days i have given one complaint regarding this issue through 198 helpline and lounge the complaint your executive Mr. Surja das and my complaint No.[protected].He told that your complaint will be sort out as well as possible but there is no result for this.         I am using Vodafone prepaid sim card and number is [protected]. I have recently ported the network from Docomo to Vodafone. The Number is getting unreachable at many times for full day. I am not able to call others and receive calls for any important reason. The issue is with my sim card and there is no proper response from the Customer service team. If the issue persists, i need to drop the network and port to other network. Request you to look into this and resolve quickly, Thank you.!

          I have lost 79 INR for unwanted deduction from Vodafone service, really I am upset this kind of towards us, I am aware & knowledge about using internet while surfing, but Vodafone has deducted 79 INR from my balance. When I checked with last 3 deduction, its showing 2 Application downloaded for charges 49 INR&30 INR without my knowledge purposefully deducted, without notify to me deducting themselves and I have not received any message, when checked my balance I was shocked to lose the huge amount in one short, I sure nothing any application has downloaded to my device, though I have been using 2GB data 3G Speed plan. Why should have to periodically deduction? Several times I had faced this problem, I decided move the further action. I getting stress because of this service, I think say good bye to Vodafone services.

            Rs 99/- was deducted from my vodafone mobile([protected]) balance for "DNLD-DEALS MYDALA...", without any acknowledgement from my side. I have not opted/authorized this service to get activated. I am much frustrated to see such deductions are comman in vodafone service(just have a look at the consumercomplaints and other such forums to see such unauthorized deductions esp. from vodafone). I am requesting to REFUND THE AMOUNT AT THE EARLIEST. nowadays i am afraid to keep my mobile balance more than just 50rs becoz of such deductions(yeah! there are such fraud deductions going on even at this denomination...) and this makes me to think of switching to a better service providers.

              Hello, I am Sumit Surve from Pune(Maharashtra). I have a Vodafone number [protected] as a postpaid. On 01st Oct 2014, I went to Vodafone store in Aundh around 3:15 pm in afternoon.I paid my all balance and asked for a replacement SIM card for the same number(...1620) as my old SIM was damaged. Your Vodafone representative advice me that it will take half an hour for the SIM to get activated. I was OK with that. However I wanted to make some emergency calls from my number, so I asked him thrice that, will it get activated after half an hour? He replied, " Yes ! And then I left the store.I was waiting for my SIM to get activated. I waited till 9, o clock, still it was not activated. I called customer service of Vodafone. One agent told me its been active. I told him I cannot see any network. He kept repeating the same, then I asked for a Manager. That guy transferred my call to Networking Dept. I spoke to one lady she said we received request from store at 3:47 pm to activate the card, however after they receive request it takes more 24hours to get activated. I got 2 different information from 2 different people. I was not convinced with her answer. So I again asked for Manager. And that lady again transferred my call to prepaid dept. !!!I asked the prepaid agent guy that I want to speak with a Manager and then he hung up. Second day(Yesterday) I went to store, but it was closed because of government holiday. I called up customer service again, and they got me a supervisor Swapnil. I told him all the story. He was sorry for all. He advised me that he will mail back office people to complete my request, but was not sure whether it will be done. And he also advised me to send mail to you guyz. And that's what I am doing.I never expected this kind of service from Vodafone. I have all the call recordings when I was talking to customer service. I have all proofs of giving me worst service and misleading Information . I can forward the call recordings to you guys. But trust me I am going to file a big case against Vodafone. I had spoke to my lawyer. I really want to bring this up in everybody's attention. Hope I get reply on this.Thank You

                  i have purchased the vodafone 3g dongle k4201 I...since the day i have purchased this, i am facing problems... i tried calling them several times...sending emails, , , etc... but to no avail...they have not responded properly...they provide the costliest plans as compared to others, and such cheap quality service...everytime i call them, they give a simple rply that they ill call me back later and give a solution for it...but afterwards they forget about it, , as they receive several complaints related to it. so before wasting your money on such junk piece of dongles from vodafone ...think 100 times there are several other dongles which provide better quality service with cheap plans...like AIRCEL, Docomo.

                    Dear Sir

                    Any company which does not want its customer to connect with them freely, that company is deemed to be worst than the worst..And Vodafone tops it all. I[censored] want to speak to customer care, that option is not available for atleast first fifteen minutes, which indicate that VODAFONE doesn't value customer's time.
                    It charges to speak to them
                    Lastly when i dialled TOLL FREE NUMBER, It charged for the complete call.
                    I want the vodafone to REFUND me completely all amount charged for dialling TOLL FREE NUMBERS.

                    This is a cheat to customers. If there had been a warning or message prior to call getting connected, then also it would have been appreciable, but vodafone didn't do that as well

                      Last week my mobile balance got deducted thrice for Rs.99, Rs. 49 and Rs. 30 for services that I never opted for. As I demanded for refund, they said that I will get my whole balance refunded within 4 days as they are facing some technical issues. But the refund didn't happened. When I called again for verifying the status, they clearly said that I wont get the refund as it was charged due to some content download. I never download content from any chargeable website. But today when I called again, they said I may get a refund for only one service and denied the rest two. I chosed the maximum amount and got Rs. 99 refunded to my mobile balance. But still a sum os Rs. 79 is deducted from my account that they are not refunding. Nor they give you the exact reason why my mobile balance got deducted and when I am asking for a refund, they say that they can only refund for one service. THEN WITH WHOSE PERMISSION ARE THEY DEDUCTING THE MOBILE BALANCE ?! AND WHY DONT THEY NOTIFY US BEFORE OR AFTER THE DEDUCTION ?! Isn't this deception of the mobile company ? I have a complain number that is processed already ! But they denied to disclose a complaint number for rest of my complaints/requests !! Why are they fooling us ?!

                        I registered complaint on 27 sept for bad vodafone network in my area and that issue is not only with me all vodafone customer in my area is facing same issues. And when I lodged complaint on 27th I told them that I am facing this problem since last 10 days. My complaint number is [protected]. But when I called customer care on 2nd oct they said you have filled complaint for balance deduction and not network issue. And you still have to wait till 8th oct to know the status. When I told them I am paying for 3g services and I am not even getting good 2g network so I want to change mine as well as my whole frd circle's telecom service provider so please guid me because that was already 20 days we are tollerating bad network issue. Than instead of solving my problem they kept me on hold for 30 minuts. Sorry vodafone but I have to say day by day your services are becoming bad and bad.

                        I have Rajasthan Vodafone number. On 17th june I made Rs 700 Payment and on 18th June I received message from Vodafone that my current Outstanding is Rs -2043.26. Today is 20th June'15. I am in delhi right now and Vodafone barred my Outgoing and incoming calls also. when I called Vodafone customer care to get some resolution of my problem some Dinesh from Vodafone Customer representative hung up my call on very first instance. anyways that's very normal with Vodafone customer care it actually happened with me soo many times and I don't think that their is any person who is looking to take care of these things. This is actually very normal with Vodafone care people. Anyways my problem doesn't end here, I called once again to Vodafone customer care I got transferred 2-3 times and dint get any resolution. I have one more problem every month their is some new service gets activated and whenever I call customer care they says I activated the service. This time it was live TV service which gets activated tell me how a person using Black and white phone can adopt a service like live TV. this Shows how insane Vodafone Works. Being a Customer of Vodafone I feel like giving up. Neither Customer care people nor any dept. are taking responsible to rectify it.

                        Sorry To say Vodafone: Services like this will not take you anywhere, I pay for what I use not for your Stupid service and for your insane customer service people.

                        Run a Business not NGO.

                          I have reported issue in monthly bill last month regarding extra charges for d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9, wapvilla_ppd, on consumer site as and they have refunding these extra charged on 3 Sep and guided me to not select any extra popup/ad link on site/app. I am now very careful while surfing internet on mobile but this month they also charging the same and more then that, pathetic 04/09/14-16:41:52 wapvilla_ppd 0:00 49 4 6 24/09/14-14:22:17 hello1_tvallsouth_ 0:00 30 4 6 25/09/14-09:41:43 d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9 0:00 99 4 6 26/09/14-18:36:40 deals_mydala_99 0:00 99 They even dont have any clue of from which website, app they are being charged.                           My monthly rental plan is Rs.150/month but instead i have been charged Rs.199/month. Moreover download charges for d2c_mgossip_pack49 and d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9 of Rs.49 and Rs.99 respectively have been applied about which i don't have any idea. So i request you to stop fooling people and charge people for only what they use instead of such fake things. You charged me Rs.198 more than the actual billed amount which is not at all acceptable to me. Please changed my bill amount.

                            Hi, I have three vodafone postpaid connections in my name, i thought of converting one postpaid connection to prepaid and one more connection with change in data plan.But Vodafone service people(Vodafone care, Club road, Vijayanagar, Bangalore) didnt respond properly and denied to give prepaid sim, hence i went for cancellation of service.One more connection they denied again for changing plan to lower one and had lots of talk, Atlast i went for conversion from postpaid to prepaid, they denied to give micro sim and they responded that as per policy we will give normal sim.This is horrible from Vodafone care guys.                               Hi This is Niraj Kumar Rai.I was charged with 99 rs. without using any service from my Vodafone prepaid.When I called them they told me that I have used some service called 'Hello1 TV' which of course I have not.They told me that it's a one time service and my money will not be refunded.When I wanted to complaint, they first tried to persuade me then put me on hold and this happened for three times.How can someone trust such a poor service and I am not the first person to go through these unfair, nonsense of Vodafone..                                 I have migrated my sim prepaid to postpaid, and people here have collected documents. Sim got activated for an hour and then deactivated, and I don't know the proper reason for that. So please sort out the issue soon, My number is deactivated since two days.

I am old customer of vodafone i have postpaid number [protected]. i want to take some data plan so i go to your mini store in shyambazar(karuna world) and there was a guy his name is BIPLAW in his batch it was written he told me to come with voter id and one photograph for change of data plan.so next day i gone there with my documents then he told me to seat and i waited there for almost 1 hour and he was doing nothing busy in one girl and downloading app in her phone when i told him to do my work then he uses abusive language and told me that he is busy now.then i told him for a data plan how much things i have to do.then he again abused me in front of my family and other customer. one thing i want to ask you guys is this service you are providing to loyal customer??? please note the address Vodafone mini store(karuna world) shyambazar, kolkata and name was-Biplaw

                                    Dear Sir, I have asked them to give me - Past Six Months Bill - Soft Copy by mail; they are not providing; And immense unnecessary charges they are taking;Rs. 36000 For Data I don't know, my mobile has that much of capacity to store the data equivalent of 36000 or not. According to my passport, I was not out of India, and they are showing I was on international roaming. Since last eight months, they were not able to explain my any bill. And, suddenly they disconnect the phone. I want to teach them a lesson this time. Since last two years they are torturing. i didn't get the time due to my business compulsion, they are enjoying my money. I will teach them, the jokers are trying to loot us. Now, I will not forgive me them.

                                      I have been charged Rs. 196 for chargeable downloading for something that Vodafone customer care informs me as WapVill, which after research i find out is a website WapVilla.com for downloading wallpapers etc. I have never heard of this website before and have never accessed it for anything. I also realize that other voda customers have faced similar problems. I request Vodafone to resolve this asap and release me of paying those unreasoable charges because eveen customer care does not have details for this. I am a Voda user for over 5 years and it is disappointing to face such problems and I wouldn't want to switch after this long term relationship.

                                        R/ Sir i am consumer of vodafone rental connection no [protected]. i use vodafone from last 10 months. my bill is always genrated upto 700-800 rs per months. now last month i change my plan 499 to 249. till today vodafone genrate my bill 4495 without rental and taxes . they said that you are charged 4000 rs for internet and 382 rs for talk time however i use only 1 gb data of net my credit limit is set upto 2000 but they cross my cr limit without inform me. when i made inquiry about this they not give satisfy answer to me. so you are requested to direct them for correct my bill. with regards RAVI Parkash sharma, Kurukshetra
