Hi There, My name is Suraj. I am a Vodafone customer since 7 years, but recently had migrated to postpaid, I had requested to activate 2g 2GB Data for my connection. After getting the confirmation I started using the data and not even exceeded 1.5 gb(2 gb was provided).. But at the end of the month, I got a shocking Bill of 3700 rs!!! when asked for the same they have to say that 2g data is not activated and forcing me to pay the bill. The tax itself is 480+ rs and also charged 99+79 a total of 180 rs for a download which I have never made..Now my outgoing has been banned.. and they are expecting me to pay the bill of 3800 Rs!!! Please help me... my mobile no [protected]

    Recently I had received a Bill of Sept'14 from Vodafone and they cheated me again by charging on different download function, which I had never downloaded. Now I have been Charged Rs. 50 x 2=100/- for downloads "hungama.com_value_" and Rs 99/- for "hello 1_tvallsouth_" where as no such download has been made. In Aug'14 bill Vodafone has charged me Rs 28 x 5 = 140/- for "P_nexgtv_iplpre w_", Rs 35/- for big_fat_free_store and Rs 49/- for "wapvilla_pod" In July'14 bill Vaodafone has charged Rs 28 x 4 = 112/- for "P_nexgtv_iplpre w_", Rs 30/- for "hello 1_tvallsouth_" and Rs 35 x 2 = 70/- for "biscoot" In Jun'14 bill Vodafone has charged Rs 49/- for "wapvilla_pod" and Rs 28/- for "P_nexgtv_iplpre w_" I have asked customer care about this but they are not able to answer they only said that you have downloaded from paid site. I have asked is any service activated on my number they said no, not any service is activated. So tell me what type of files are this? How much size of this files are? From which site this files are get downloaded? Please be logical and I really got HURT by Vodafone.       Sir, This is with reference to my mobile No.[protected] in the name of Satish Bhatia Advocate, that I may bring into your kinde notice that I am using Vodafone Plan666 in which 1.5GB 3G dATA, 1000 SMS AND 1500 Min local and National calling free . The said plan has been activated on my No.[protected] in the first week of August Month . I paid the bill for august month in september according to the said plan of 666 . But in the Beginning of september the Vodafone company changed the above said plan of 666 to Plan499 in which no internet free facility is available. And now the rent for september is Rs. 4816/- in which charges of internet is Rs 3502/- and other charges about 200-300 (approx) which is not legal and proper . Correspondence is going on with Nodal officer and Appellate Authority of vodafone but no satisfactory answer is given and they are not ready to waive the excess amount . You are requested to please look into the matter and waive the said amount which is not proper and legal . The even not having any proof of request from my side .         I am a vodafone postpaid user with mobile number [protected](Delhi NCR). I had activated some internet plans on my mobile in early September 2014, But now when I look at my bill for the month of September 2014, there is a charge of rs. 850 in internet plans under 'MI_CAP_850_30d_R_PROMO_3G'. I never took this plan.Vodafone sucks so much these days. After that, I went to the nearby Vodafone Store in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad to check the fees of my internet plans. The guy present there said that I had plans of Rs.850 activated on my number but that was not activated on my no. i just activated the plan of Rs. 150 By calling customer by which the said that i can use that plant from that day & the plan is activated. I plan to get this number disconnected.

          I want to start by saying that vodafone is a company of insensitive, mindless people for whom customer satisfaction is the least priority...I am a vodafone post paid customer since last 6 years and have always paid my bills in time...Two months back I got excessively charged on account of data usage which i never used..So when I spoke to the customer care representative he understood the problem and gave me a waiver of Rs 1000 on the condition that I pay the balance amount of bill...I paid the balance amount that very day only...Then next month when I got my bill I witnessed that Rs 1000 have been carried forward and not been waived...I again paid the balance amount and spoke to the customer care executive who assured me that its there mistake and will be resolved at the earliest...After a few days these restricted my outgoing calls on account of non payment of Rs 1000 which as per them has been waived!!...When I decided to port out they immediately called me, apologised and assured that the waiver has been approved as of 1st September 2014 and will reflect in my next bill and my outgoing call services will be resumed immediately within 4 hours...Its been more than 35 hours now and my outgoing is still restricted...My work is suffering because of their mistake...I just want to advice everyone that never go for a vodafone connection...they have least respect for their customers and there customer care team is a bunch of who only know how to trouble or harass their customer...I am highly dissapointed with their service and attitude...My complaint number is[protected]

              rs 99 was deducted from my vodafone account on 3rd oct which i have not used/authorized. The amount was deducted without any confirmation from my side and This is just another fraud deduction that many customers are facing.
              requesting you to refund the amount at the earliest.

              got a call from the no [protected], claiming the vodafone customer care and for agreeing to refund the amount.I am told from the customer care that the amount cannot be refunded to my vodafone account but to my bank account only and i m asked for my bank details:-acct. no, debitcard no, expiry date, ccvno.
              why in this world anyone needs all these details to just transfer amount to someones account(whatever the business reason be it).

              Vodafone, could you please authorize this is a call from the vodafone customercare..as i strongly suspect this like a fraudulent call.
              If the above is not a fraudulent call, please be informed that account details cannot be shared & i m requesting you to pls refund the amount to my vodafone account itslef
              Abhai Singh: I am existing customer of Vodafone since last 7-8 years. Since last few months Vodafone is cheating with the customers. For me they did Unauthorized deduction of Rs 99/- for dnld-deals_mYDALA_99-MYDALA twice in a month. If I want to complain in customer care, there is no way to reach them. One more problem I am facing now a days, they asked to activate STD pack, I activated . Generally they are charging 40 paise/min but in long call 3-4 times they are charging full rate. There is no way to complain in Vodafone customer care. Now only one option is with me, to change the operator. Because VODAFONE wants to earn money by only fraud.

                My number is [protected], I was a airtel user, I shift to vf, it was a big mistake. 20th Sept, a offer has been showed to me... that my nmbr is offerd by rc 155 and I can get 1.5gb by recharge of rc155. I rechargged my mobbile, and I got 750 mb free bonus. After that I got nothhinng... I contact customer care/ complain helpline...they took a complain and gave me a confirmation to solv my problem within 6pm.[protected]. Again there was nothing. The very next day I contact helpline nmbr ...my call transferred to a senior executive named Biswanath Bhattyacharya, he told me that there was no such offer whether, I got the msg of the offer, retailer checked the offer. So dont beleivve this company... nothing but a thieve who stole in a stylist way. I will prefer another company than Vodafone in future.

                    Hello I have a vodafone prepaid connection . Past few days ago i called to the vodafone customer care because i needed to do 3G 1Gb recharge on my number . Customer care executive told me that go with 147 RS and you will get 1Gb 3G net for 28 days . I asked him 3 time that in 147 RS i'll get 1gb 3g data he said yes . I did the same thing . I recharged my number for 147 Rs by using Paytym app. and then i got only 500 MB data . When i called to the customer care they didn't provided me satisfied answer . When i asked to transfer my call to any senior executive they put me on hold for a long time . After that they block my customer care also . When i called them from another number they simply said sorry we can't help you out in this problem. Every time when ever i called to customer care i got different solution on same problem. Even they also don't know the solution. Now i am so frustrated and upset. This not for money or Internet recharge . This for value of a customer .                         I have been FRAUDULENT CHARGES 183 rs for the below activities1) d2c_mgossip_pack49– Rs 49 on 20/09/14 as my bill period is 3rd to 2nd. This shows in my bill (3rd Sept-2nd Oct) 2) wapvilla_ppd- Rs 35 on 20/09/20143) d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9 – Rs 99 on 14/09/14.I’m confused about this how these type charges applied on my number as I did not download or sms never for this. so i called up vodafone and asked them to remove the charge and deactive this service as i did not activate this service. However the customer representative told me that they cannot reverse the charge and told that it will not happen in next month bill.                           Its been 2months I have ported-out my number from Vodafone to Idea. I have made all the payments for outstanding amounts to Vodafone. However, since morning my number isn't working and then I got to know that my number has been barred at IDEA as per request from Vodafone due to Non-Payment. This is ridiculous. I made the complete payment on 25th September at Vodafone store, Hadapsar, Pune I called Voda customer care and they transferred the call to 20 different departments, however no solution is provided. This is unacceptable. My number isn't working since morning even when I have made all the payments. And its affecting my work. Could someone please help with this?                             I was subscribed to the 100 Rs Monthly 300MB plan of Vodafone. 300 MB as per your MI_VOL_100_30d_3G plan.(Vodafone mobile number [protected]) Suddenly i was sent a bill of Rs. 7000 Plus which was a shock to me. Then I have written several times to the customer care which says that my total usage is 2.1Gb which is in excess of 300 MB and hence they give some weird calculation which i cannot understand. My point of contention is this. 1) They have set the max usage limit at Rs10, 000.( I was unaware till i got this shocking bill) 2) At no point any alert was sent about over usage. How is one to know that one's usage limit for a billing cycle is exhausted? 3) At no point did they communicate that the excess charges would be levied in any quantum as the company seeks to charge hapless customers who are not aware of what tricks are being played by vodafone on them. 4) Now they keep sending me reminders to pay this inflated bill and keep adding late payment charges on it. Even after writing to the nodal officer i am given the same standard reply. But i challenge this bill on the grounds of no mandate from me for this kind o[censored]sage. I also think that vodafone purposely increased the max limit to Rs.10, 000 and stopped sending usage alerts so they could charge any amount for data usage and unjustly bill the customer. I would also like to ask which internet service provider is charging 7000Rs for 1.5 Gb data usage ( if i have understood their mathematics correctly!) I request Vodafone to resolve this issue at the earliest so i can be pay the right amount and get it over with.

                                I have paid 1500 RS (2 months of 750 RS per month) for Internet Dongle with Vodafone [protected] I have not even used this for one month I have to travel out of country for Work and unfortunately I don't remember this above said Number for which I want to make safe custody payments since then I have been following up with Vodafone for my Number so that I can put my Sim on Safe Custody but I never got any response. Later am still getting bills, I have never Used the dongle even for two months which I have paid already on top of that I have been asked to pay 1800 RS by Vodafone. I kept chasing for closing this service even that was not done. I have even reached TRAI waiting for them to respond even nothing I am seeing from there end too.

                                  I made an online recharge for 1GB 3G Internet on my prepaid number [protected] yesterday, as I have done multiple times in the past. I clicked 'buy now' on the mobile Internet page and paid via credit card. Today, I find that the plan had not been activated, but rather I had been given some vodafone to vodafone minutes, which I don't need. Furthermore, thinking that my plan had been activated, I used 3G and ~Rs 200 were deducted from my prepaid balance in one day! When I asked vodafone, the customer service representative was rather patronizing and rude. When I asked that this is not the plan I ordered from the website, she suggested that I forget about the issue and told me to just use the vodafone to vodafone minutes instead, in a very patronizing manner, as if she had more important things to do. She also suggested that I don't know how to recharge online and I had made a mistake in the recharge process. She also refused to let me speak to a senior representative. The call was made today at 1:29 PM from [protected], and the customer service representative refused to tell her name clearly when asked. I would also like to file an official complaint against the customer service representative.

                                    My name is Hemal Jhaveri. I have been using Vodafone service for at least 7 to 8 years. Since the past couple of years all my bills are paid through auto-debit on my credit card. However, Vodafone decided to credit the amount of Rs.1850 of my June bill back to my credit card company without intimating me. For 3 months they didn't inform me or add the due amount to the next bill cycle. Out of the blue, on 22nd of September I received an SMS from Vodafone telling me Rs.1850 is overdue and I need to pay the amount immediately. I have made numerous calls to their help lines and even written emails to explain this amount. They've barred my outgoing for the same reason. Till the 2nd of October they couldn't tell me exactly what this outstanding amount was. Finally one of their call centre executives explained that due to a technical error the amount was reversed back to my credit card. The outstanding from June now features in directly in my September bill with late fee charges. The outstanding money was picked up on the 4th of October. However, my outgoing calls are still barred and am left without internet too. In fact now they are asking me to pay the September bill before it's due date to restart my services. It's extremely disgusting and appalling that Vodafone makes its customers pay for their own folly.

                                    This is the response I get to my query. Repeatedly I've asked them where is the amount of Rs.1850 that was billed to me. They are still beating around the bush and twice have sent me emails regarding outstanding of last month's bill whose due date is 27th of this month.

                                    They really want their customers to get frustrated with their dim-witted answers and lose all motivation to pursue their complaint.

                                    Here are two of their emails just skirting the issue completely

                                    I too have been subjected to Vodafone helpline high-handedness. Vodafone should change their punchline from "Happy to Help" to Happy to Harass".
                                    I have since got another carrier as my main phone and have maintained the Vodafone no. only as a pre-paid back up phone. My monthly bill with Vodafone used to be Rs.3500, but now I only spend Rs.1500 on the other carrier with 3G including 5gb data. I have been a Vodafone customer since the Max Touch days and they really don't give a damn about how long a customer has been with them.
                                    Vodafone has an attitude that the customer needs them more.
                                    You should escalate your complaint and Vodafone are viable to give you an apology at the very least.

                                      Dear Sir, This is to bring in to your notice that today around 6 pm bill of my Vodafone no [protected] has been paid directly from my credit card even when my card is not linked and ecs service has not been activated and i have not initiated the payment still the payment has been received by Vodafone . I came to know about this when i received the below mentioned message"We have received pymt of Rs.1844.5 for your number [protected].Your outstanding amount now is Rs.0.Dial *111# (toll free) or 1111(toll free) for Payment, unbilled amnt & Credit limit info." How Vodafone can take payment without my knowledge from my credit card please reply immediately how this fraud has been done. When i Check with my bank HDFC they told me bill was shared by vodafone for payment. Kindly take action against such fraud. Regards Madhavi [protected] [protected]@yahoo.com

                                        Hi. My name is Sreerag Paramel and my vodafone postpaid number is [protected]. I had got a lot of excess amount in the current bill. The current bill is Rs 2170 .I had registered the compliant in the customer care around 6 times from which i dint get a positive feedback. I had a internet pack 1 gb with the monthly rental, in the excess to that i have activated another 1gb and 300 mb pack. So all together i had an internet pack of 2gb and 300 mb. Having added an amount of rs 600 for that in the monthly rental i guess you have again me charged for a extra 300 mb. There is no chance of that. The due date of this bill is october 10th. If i dont get a immediate action against this, am gonna cancel the postpaid connection.
