Dear Sir/Madam, To whom it may be concern, I am a Post paid customer, Mob no is [protected]. I am having a CUG connection and on 6th Oct i have received my first bill and i was shocked that they have added Rs 227/- for downloading charged of wapvilla and some NDTV website where i have nt downloaded the same .They have wrongly added in my bill. Moreover after registered a complaint through vodafone customer care .They have logged the complain and given me the call also but in meanwhile they hunged up the phone becoz they don't have patience how to talk to the customer also without my concern they have closed the call. Again I have approached to your customer care and someone Mr.Harendra joined me over the chat session and within the conversation he has disconnected the chart .Because they are not able to resolve the customer complain.So i have again logged the complaint about his behaviour ( Complain no :-[protected]). So Please let me know what to do in the case . They have charged me wrongly for which I am not going to pay at all. The same thing happened with my frnds also so this is not the first time . Please do let me know what to do now . Otherwise I will approach to consumer forum or consumer court for the same . Name :-Rohit Basfore No-[protected]

My money is deducted from my account but recharge not done successfully. Transaction detail are followed:- POS [protected] Vodafone_BD POS DEBIT, Cheque/Ref No:[protected]. I request you to refund my money as soon as possible. I would be very thankful to you.

        I just ported my SIM to vodafone. I downloaded the Vodafone app in this app under the section 'My Best Offers' they are showing 1GB 3G @Rs.198, but as soon as click on Buy Now it shows Request cannot be processed please try after sometime, I have done it more than 10 times still it is showing the same message. Vodafone is mis-guiding the consumer.

          I am kashish kumar singh a Vodafone Customer in bhubaneswar using 2G data plan. My mobie no is -[protected] E-mail id- [protected]@gmail.com Vodafone has charged me Rs 49/- for download service (DNLD_DWP_WAL_0049_FUT001) 2 times in a month .So in all they have charged me Rs 99/- for downloading a stuff which I had never downloaded.When I called their Customer Forum for explaination they had no proper explaination.

            I have been using my Vodafone postpaid number +91-[protected] since last 5 years and having an excellent record of bill payment while i shifted from Idea to Aircel in 2011 and Aircel to Vodafone in 2013. I have been following all the proper checks of the usage and adopting measures to minimize my bills. The recent bill received against my usage from[protected] to[protected] is under dispute. I have been subscribed to 1.5GB free 3G data that I could use on Vodafone network all over India. Besides this, if my usage limit exhausts, i subscribe to additional 1GB package by sending SMS "ACT AB1GB" to 111 for 250Rs to be included in my billing cycle. The current bill from[protected] to[protected] has been prepared without giving me any discount for additional packs that i activated on 10th Sept 2014, 14th Sept 2014 & 17th Sept 2014. I activated the 1st 1GB pack on 10th Sept 2014 and received the confirmation the same day. On 14th Sept i received an SMS stating that the package of additional 1GB has been deactivated (Attached Screenshot). I immediately sent another SMS to activate another 1GB pack on 14th Sept 2014. As i was notified regarding the consumption of that 1GB pack on 17th Sept, I immediately activated another 1GB pack on 17th Sept 2014. Upon raising my query to vodafone care, I received a response from them that no additional 3G data pack was active on my number during the given bill cycle (attached as Vodafone reply3) and hence 1.43 GB has been charged @ 4p/10Kb = 4Rs/1000KB: Calculations listed below: Total Usage: 3074220KBx4/1000=12296.88Rs Discount: 1.5x1024x1024x4/1000=6291.46Rs ( against monthly plan of 375 for 1.5GB) Charged Amount = 12296.88-6291.46 = 6005.42 Rs I am attaching my screenshots of the sms messages sent to Vodafone for activation of 3G package and confirmation messages received from Vodafone. There is another miscellaneous component of GPRS charged for INR 5648.5 which has never been a part of my previous bills August bill attached for reference. I am also subscribed to all India free roaming for INR 75/month and I manually selected Vodafone network across my stay in UP. despite my various reminders, Vodafone customer care executives Ms Pooja Sharma, Mr Ajay Kumar Singh, Mr Sudhir Kumar Tiwari, Ms Monica jalheria & Mr Vikas Singh has given me similar replies and did not address my issue. They have been repeating the same lines that the charges can not be reversed despite sending the snapshots of SMS. I have clearly stated in my emails that I am in Saudi Arabia and available on [protected] and can not drain my pockets to received calls on international roaming on my indian number [protected]. Despite this notification, and several reminder about the appeal to consumer forum, i did not receive any call from Vodafone India. My sincere request is to forward my case in consumer forum against Vodafone for faulty billing, poor grievance redressal and mental harrasment. Regards Shabber ([protected])

              Sir, I p p satya sai prasad with mobile number [protected] registered a complaint on 18/9/14 with request number[protected] regarding deduction of balance of Rs. 200/- on 17/9/14 my interaction reference no..[#4677725] there was no response and i lodged a complaint on 6/10/14 again with request number[protected] and interaction reference no [#4706478] please do the needful and reiumburse my deducted amount otherwise tell me whether i can get back or not.

                I activated 3 G datacard-pack of 1 GB for 28 days today at 15.36 p.m. thro' my above mobile No.[protected]. But there was some delay in getting activated the datapack. In the meantime I tried to activate 1GB datapack. Now, the above mobile is activated for 2048 KB for 28 days upto 8.11.2014. I wish to state that there was a balance of Rs.263/- only while activating originally. In the circumstances, I request you to reverse the second datacard-pack activation costing Rs.195/- at once, as a special case. I regret the inconvenience caused to you in this regard.

                  My vodafone no is [protected]. An amount of Rs 30 has been deducted from my balance on 9th october 2014 without any information. I have not downloaded anything or requested for any vodafone services. They are showing in my last deductions that a download has been done namely 'DNLD-HELLO1_TVALLSOUTH_30-HELLO1STORE'. which I have not done. Please solve this fraudulent activities of vodafone just to harass people. They are being so unlawful.

                    I have faced a lot of issues while i tried to port out from Vodafone. Please look into it immediately.I sent a request to port out from Vodafone to Airtel on 29th Sep 2014.Unique Porting code : VZ296598On this porting request I submitted my documents and started my port in process from Airtel on 4th Oct 2014. On 4th Oct Airtel sent a request of porting out to Vodafone which was cancelled by Vodafone because bill was due. That's fine.But after cancelling my port out request you continued my port out and deactivated my no [protected] on 10th Oct 2014 without any request from Airtel.So Airtel had not yet started my port in. So from 10th Oct onwards I am facing a lot of issues, I called customer care and visited your stores several times. But they don't have any answer to my problem. Because of this sudden deactivation My several tasks are now on hold including my one application with bank, just because of you vodane guys.

                      Worst customer service I have ever faced. I have ported my number from Reliance to Vodafone which was registered under my mother's id and using it for the past two months and I kept reciving a text intimation to pay my outstanding bill in reliance to continue service with vodafone to which I have cleared my account in reliance but I was not able to submit my bill to the near by vodafone store and my number was deactivated for obvious reasons (I have paid my bill for the current month to which the transaction was stopped by the service provider but the amount was debited from my account and I have raised a complaint about it in customer care chat support and the agent named Roja did not intimate me about the pending confirmation from my previous service provider or to submit the bill). By 10th of oct I went to the near by vodafone store to convey this message and I was ready to do the neccessary but the agents in the store on the other hand were not even ready to explain me polietly and was quarelling and answeing me rudely that I could not submitt the bill or contact customer service. How could I possibly contact customer service(111) if my post paid number was deativated and none of my acquaintace or neighbours use vodafone postpaid.Online chat support was disabled after 2nd oct.Here's their answer after I submitted my bill which I had fortunately even after 20 days(I paid my bill by 13-Oct): Agent name Vinod Counter number A(Velachery vodafone care):I have sent the request and your number will be activated within one hour (which was activated after 2days) in a rude way to which was very much iritating Me:Gud, but why is it happening like this, I was getting bill more than I expect but even I was ready to pay the bill and there was no email intimation to submit my bill(to which they have record that an automated email was sent to my reg.email by 26-sep-2014). Agent Vinod:c, you are not a customer to us(the number was registered under my mother's id) and we don't have to answer your question. I have sent your request and your number would be activated within one hour. Me: How could you answer like this to a customer and you are not answering my question either Agent:This is the way we can answer, I told you that your number would be activated in one hour and you can leave if you dont have any other issues. So after this incident I spoke with their team leader(Ratna) and Manager(Swati Singh) who were poliete enough to hear my problem but my number was not activated even after 24 hrs. I am not goind to refer this service even to my foe and am about to cancel the service. Please do whatever you could to upgrade the service or take severe actions against them.

                      And further more I am not receiving the breakage for the bill to which the customer care people told me to pay extra money to avail that and the store people told me to submit the registered id proof and the service would be activated after one week which is unusual in billing methodology.

                              sir, I am using Vodafone Postpaid from last 1 months in Karnataka 3g has got active from last 5/6 months. I am using 2G data from long time and continuing with it. One day in august a customer care person has called me and said 3G data benefits @150 instead of paying 250 and said the data charges after 1gb will be same as 2ps/10kb. No after using for one month bill came and i have consumed 1.10 GB of data and was charged a 4ps/10kb for the extra 10 MB i have used and 250 rupees was charged instead of 150..i called customer care service regarding this and explained the issue but they said it will 250 per month and cant do any thing with it as i go harsh they came down and said will raise a request to solve this problem and called me after 2 days and made a waiver of 107 rupees. but haven't resolved an issue of 2ps/10kb. last month bill was 1086 rupees i have paid an amount of 600. please take a serious action

                                sir, my balance of VODAFONE mobile no.[protected] has been deducted on 10oct, 2014 between 8pm and 9pm.during this period i have not touched my phone even.but my account has been deducted with Rs.170approx.when i call to customer care, vodafone they say that you have been charged for the FLASH MESSAGES SERVICES etc. but i did not touch the phone even.kindly resolve the issue and make my balance refund.THEY SAY THAT U CAN GO ANYWHERE U WANT.

                                  Hi, I recently took a vodafone connection, but the retailer is now misusing my number. Giving blank call and disturbing all the moment unnecessarily. Talking back to the person makes no sense, he is much in a state of making fun instead of apologises. His number is [protected]/[protected]. He is from Kolkata (West Bengal) Circle.
