Vodafone number is [protected], on 15.10.14 i got an offer by dialing
*121# that i will get 100mb 2g data in rs 21 valid for 4 days, so i
Recharged my number but actually i got 3days validity. To resolve my
Query i dialed the customer care, a person named saikat answered the
Call, his behavior was too rude, he failed to resolve my query so i
Asked him to transfer this call to his seniors, but he declined to
Transfer also disconnected my call, after that i tried to contact with
Nodal officer also appellate officer, but they also not responded my
Calls and sms! This is a great fraud by vodafone, i am just shock by
Your service. I have enough proof to show that i was offered 4 days
Validity.I am just stunned in name of nodal officer,
Appellate officer they are just joking their subscribers, there is no
Way to complain against their employees, against their service.I
Would request to trai authority please take some steps against this
Frauds, also against their customer service, as they are joing in the
Name of customer service, and the contact number they provided in there
