Dear sir, I beg to state that i never access internet from my mobile .Also i have deactivated VMC from my mobile.Still vodaphone is deducting charges as "session charge" continuously from my balance. I therefore, appeal to you to look into the matter and arrange Immediate refund. I do hereby also complain that vodaphone has caused me mental agony, financial losses and therefore, claim adequate compensation.     My Mobile Number [protected]- Vodafone Napolean Kagoo I have been using Vodafone for 3 years . I have a issue regarding Customer care IVR access . Oct 4 I had a issue regarding bonus pack. I called customer care . Since then my IVR access blocked for my number. I couldn't access customer people from my number . I used land line number to get access to customer people twice. To release the block. But response was poor . I wrote email regarding this on Oct 15 th with docket number [protected] and[protected] . I got a call from Vodafone on Oct 16th . They said if you call more than three times to 111 your number will be blocked . After telephonic conversation IVR block was released . I was able to get access to customer people. I want to know why Vodafone blocking the access to Customer care people for 12 days after raising a issue. Other carriers won't block the access for IVR after raising a issue. Why Vodafone people afraid to speak to Customer after raising a issue . They claim that they provide best service in Vodafone through IVR when ever I call 111 . Better speak up and don't hide from the Customer after a issue. Kindly take action regarding it Napolean Kagoo [protected]

          Sir, myself sohail my Vodafone number is [protected], on 15.10.14 i got an offer by dialing *121# that i will get 100mb 2g data in rs 21 valid for 4 days, so i Recharged my number but actually i got 3days validity. To resolve my Query i dialed the customer care, a person named saikat answered the Call, his behavior was too rude, he failed to resolve my query so i Asked him to transfer this call to his seniors, but he declined to Transfer also disconnected my call, after that i tried to contact with Nodal officer also appellate officer, but they also not responded my Calls and sms! This is a great fraud by vodafone, i am just shock by Your service. I have enough proof to show that i was offered 4 days Validity.I am just stunned in name of nodal officer, Appellate officer they are just joking their subscribers, there is no Way to complain against their employees, against their service.I Would request to trai authority please take some steps against this Frauds, also against their customer service, as they are joing in the Name of customer service, and the contact number they provided in there Website just for show.               Dear Concerned, Self is working with HDFC Bank as Manager in Arsikere, Karnataka. I have recently been transferred to this location from Kerala and am using a roaming connection, which is costing a mammoth amount from my wallet. I took two post paid connections from Vodafone, and was promised that the same will be activated in 2 days. Still the same is not activated and there is no acceptable and satisfactory reply from the vodafone service executives. The numbers which I have taken is 1.                 Dear Sir/Ma'am, We have taken a group plan from sales representative of VODAFONE Dealer. first of all one or two number of our group were not getting transferred to Vodafone. This took almost 2-3 months and sales executive was hardly picking up our office numbers. We had to catch him by calling from unknow mobile no's, in this 2-3 months period we were patient. Recently one of our number is not working in our group it is used for i-pad. For this we are continously trying to get-in touch with the representative but he is never responding at all. We are very much frustrated in contacting this useless fellow. Mr. Sachin [protected] I request higher authority to please look into at the earliest and resolve the issue. we are very much busy in our daily routine to find time to go to Vodafone office. Pls help..

                  I am contacting Vodafone again for the same issue and it's really getting frustrated now as on my latest bill, Vodafone has charged me again Rs 99 and this time the description says deals_mydala_99. I have no idea what this is for. It was charged on my account on 15 September 2014 at 2.32 am. I don't use my phone during that time so I don't know how these guys can charge me for something that I have not even used. I am happy to pay for the charges but Vodafone needs to provide me valid details about this charge because just by putting the item on the bill doesn't mean that it is correct. I need proper validation for this charge. My second complaint is about the kind of customer support representatives that are working for Vodafone. I had to call twice on Sunday (12-Oct-2014) and wasted more than an hour time trying to make a point to them. I spoke to a guy named Surinder and he put me back into the queue when I asked him to transfer the call to his senior as he wasn't able to provide me valid justification for this charge. Then I spoke to a girl named Gagandeep who transferred the call to her supervisor as per my request. Then I spoke to the supervisor named Manoj Kumar who kept on repeating the same thing over n over that the charges are correct and I have to pay. Is this how you treat your customers?? I am so disappointed by witnessing such pathetic customer support. You can check my records, as I always pay Vodafone on time and there have been no disputed charges in the past (it started last month when they charged me Rs 99 for something similar listed as NDTV). I believe that as a Vodafone customer I hold the right to know and dispute a charge which I believe is incorrect. Looking forward to a prompt response regarding this matter as it is becoming a pain for me to call these guys up every time I get my bill. Really disappointed by Vodafone and their customer service representatives.

                    To whomever it may concern With respect I recharged for the 49 rs night 1gb pack through the vodafone website, but instead of getting the data i got 500 message pack WTF! And i am sure i correctly chose the night data pack and pressed buy now After some time i called 198 customer care to check with them At that time they told me that we cant recharge for the night 1gb pack throught easy recharge or online So my problem is why is there an option for recharging the pack through their website if we cant do that... THIS IS JUST PURE CHEATING AND MISGUIDANCE

                          I have been following up with vodafone delhi nodal & appellate authority since 10 days regarding the refund of a failed transaction. Every time I am given a new query number but no solution. I even provided them with my bank statement informing them that money has been deducted from my account. But they are not refunding my money. They are just giving me scripted answers. Heights of irresponsibility happened today when appellate authority mailed me & addressed me as some Mr Mahajan with mobile number [protected]. It seems they are not even aware of the query I raised 8 days back. The latest service request number I got is[protected]. Before this, the request number was[protected]. I want my money back from Vodafone. They just cannot get away with this thing.

                              Hello Authorities, My name is Gauri, am using Vodafone number for few years now. I am experiencing a problem with poor customer service by Vodafone agents over the phone. Inefficient staff (probably at cheaper cost) is certainly not able to help me. Probably 'CUSTOMER' / 'CALLER' is a pain in the wrong place for them.. This is to a level where one of the agents (female) told me "1st thing of all you have come to a wrong team and you are requesting for a plan that you are not eligible for. If you still want it, go to the store". Not just that but Vodafone back office agents also make fake records that they tried contacting customers but could not reach / customer busy. This is the kind of service you provide to me. Now my real and more important issue: Currently I am on Vodafone DV600 plan + Internet plan + caller tune. My average bill (along with taxes) is approx Rs.1300 My usage per month is approximately 1000 minutes. My data consumption is approximately 500MB. Therefore I wish to reduce my bill plan as per usage. Vodafone Red 499 is suitable according to the calculation.This plan gives benefit of 1000 minutes with data. This matches with my kkikind o[censored]sage. I had placed req for it on 6th Sept and I was called by an agent to inform I am 'not eligible' for it. When I called back and escalated to a Supervisor the request was taken again. I was told that new plan will change with effect from 1st Oct as per bill cycle. Again plan did not change. Hence I called back; this time I was told that it will change from 14th Oct but again fake commitment. Today when I called back, I was told I am not eligible for Vodafone Red 499. They (3 agents and one supervisor) told me that I can only take Vodafone Red 1500 plan. Dear Sir, I don't have 200 minutes to waste on the phone everyday because this plan gives me 6000 minutes. I do not need 6000 minutes a month. I neither earn so much that i can ignore this and continue to pay extra money. I wish to cut down on my expenses and thus have decided to change plan to Vodafone 499. Please help me to get my bill plan changed. Regards, Gauri Lilani

Its not only about me, all girls are facing such issues and no strict action is taken against such .                                   Dear Sir/Madam, I using vodafone 5 years postpaid number. This time more bill amount received. Vodafone reply you used internet connection. But i am strongly agree not you used internet. If you use kinldy send full website details eg(www...com). But they not given. But again again he send to my mail id. you must pay bill amount. Please see below my vodafone transaction by email details: Step 1: Dear Sir/Madam, I have been using the mobile No: [protected] since 2010 as post paid, i never come across any problem in this number for five years, Usually, We receive the bill amount around Rs.300 to 400 for these months, but for the month september 2014, the bill has reached huge amount, which we never expected (i.e) Rs.2770. So, we called for the customer care, they have said that we have used the internet .But we never used it.Also there is no information from the customer care that we are using the internet.They informed through only mail but not through voice call. usually, we never see mails daily.They should intimate us only through voice call. We cannot pay this amount, we will pay only the amount which we used for communication purposes(Local call & STD), which will come around Rs.260. Kindly check and do the needful. If it is not possible we are ready to disconnect this number. So, I think you will help us on this issue. This ensures that you are billed only for the service which you have actually utilized. Please be informed that the charges levied on your account are based on genuine usages.                                     Vodafone has charged me extra 500 me in my postpaid accout for promotional coupns from some websites mydala and myapex coupons without my consent. deals_mydala_99 myplex_ap_100 After following up with vodafone and mydala, it has been communicated that vodafone has tieup with mydala for promotional events and these will come up as ads on connecting to vodafone3G. and i[censored] hit any of these events then mentioned amount will be directly deductible from out account. My concern is that if i am not a member for any site like mydala and nor VODAFONE has taken my consent before deducting the amount then how come this amount be deductible. Being vodafone 3G user, they do not have any right to deduct amount from user account. Kindly refund all this deducted amount.

                                      I have been being unnecessarily harassed by Vodafone Delhi.My cell number is [protected].I had taken up a plan of Rs 149 plan on 9th September, 2014 and I got confirmation message on the same on 9th September, 2014 . I was specifically told that all India roaming will be free for INCOMING CALLS and Rs 100 will be present for outgoing calls. However, I have been charged for all my incoming calls which is absolutely wrong. I have pointed in my last bill of September, 2014 but Vodafone as they are, never cared. Even in my current bill of October, I have been wrongly charged through out. Vodafone customer service is pathetic -The customer care people do not talk properly, talk in a very rude, unprofessional, abusive way. They write in their tag lines that 'Happy to help' . But in the real sense, they are 'Happy to Harass'. I have written to the nodal officer and appellate authority - Neha. As usual and as expected, they have not resolved the issue and wasted my time by writing irrelevant emails asking for the same information again and again which has been given to them multiple times. Vodafone employees, including the nodal authority and appelate authority, responsible for this needs to be heavily punished for their lackadaisical attitude.How can they just continue working so inefficiently harrassing customers?? An extremely dissapointed customer of Vodafone Delhi . Most unhappy to be a Vodafone customer.
