wrong billing

I have activated basic international roaming on my mobile which is 99Rs per month. I have been on this for 3 months from July. July and august my bills were 700 Rs put together. Now in September i got a bill of 8000 Rs which shows internet usage which hasnt been used by me..I stay abroad and have my own wi-fi connection which i use for internet. Why would i even use an Indian number for accessing internet? The credit limit was increased automatically...

Dear all, I recharged my mobile with 155 inr for a data pack of 1gb as said by your voice support and I received only 525 mb of data. I raised this complaint to the customer care and they did not respond with a proper explanation. Moreover they raised a point that it's my fault. How can it be? Please explain me. Misguiding the consumer

I downloaded the Vodafone app in this app under the section 'My Best Offers' they are showing 1GB 3G @Rs.198, but as soon as click on Buy Now it shows Request cannot be processed please try after sometime, I have done it more than 10 times still it is showing the same message.
