Hello,
I have recharged my prepaid vodafone number [protected] for the 3G data plan (Rs 649) on 29 september twice.
The amount is deducted both times from my HDFC bank account but still i didn't received the message on my number for the recharge confirmation.
For one of the transaction i have received the recharge successful confirmation online. But the data is not credited on my number still. I have raised this query and mailed to vodafone care on the same day. But still no response.
Kindly help me in this regards.
Complaint marked as Resolved The problem is resolved . The amount is creditted back into my account.
The day i raised an issue at the consumer forum, I received a call from Vodafone U.P. east cutomer care. Since then there was no response. I also raised a query with the bank to clarify what had happened.
Not sure now whether it is finally resolved by Vodafone or HDFC bank. As there is no mail received from any of those.
I would really like to appreciate the immediate help provided by consumer form.
