Hello, I have recharged my prepaid vodafone number [protected] for the 3G data plan (Rs 649) on 29 september twice. The amount is deducted both times from my HDFC bank account but still i didn't received the message on my number for the recharge confirmation. For one of the transaction i have received the recharge successful confirmation online. But the data is not credited on my number still. I have raised this query and mailed to vodafone care on the same day. But still no response. Kindly help me in this regards.

The problem is resolved . The amount is creditted back into my account. The day i raised an issue at the consumer forum, I received a call from Vodafone U.P. east cutomer care. Since then there was no response. I also raised a query with the bank to clarify what had happened. Not sure now whether it is finally resolved by Vodafone or HDFC bank. As there is no mail received from any of those. I would really like to appreciate the immediate help provided by consumer form. Thanks

    i have already paid bill.. but from 3-4 days their is a irritating 1 minute voice note b4 every call. i[censored] increase my credit limit then why this foolishness is done. pls stop this or i hv to take some action against this. n 1 more thing u r c care number is not easily accesible, n direct execative talk r not available. pls dont harrest d old costumer. its create bad impression of Vodafone pls do needfull Ar.       As i got a message from 611111 on date[protected], 10:10am that (get 300mb 2g;data for 15 days at just 18rs) then i activated the special offer with my mobile by dialing *121*18#.after 2hr i received a message that it was activated 100mb 2g;data from 28sep to 29sep. then i contacted to the vodafone IN customer. they had said it will be activated soon as possible.then 29sep it was not activated, then i contacted 3to4 times but there was no response.and they even blocked my number to connect them.so, please take an action on those who taken part.my number [protected].

        We don't get rang for Vodafone 3G sim cards at Candola Marcela Ponda North Goa and so we cant access to proper Internet facility. So I request the vodafone consumer forum to look into this matter and please fix up with this problem as soon as possible.           Respected sir, I beg to state few lines i am sandeep recharge yesterday night of rupees 52 rate cutter for 84 days then after that i make another recharge of rupees 65 in my main balance and my balance update to 151 rupees . In the next day morning today i got a message to get extra validity of 7 days just dial toll free *444*48# then i dial that and another rupees 52 is deducted from my account and i call customer care talk to her but she is not helping me and behave herself like a beauty queen i want my money of rupees 52 back please look into this matter as soon as possible my phone number is [protected]

            To Whoever it may concern: I would like to switch from Vodafone to another service provider due to regular billing issues. Let me know the process. This time for my current bill, Vodafone has charged me for 1.48 GB which is over and above my original plan of 1 GB. If you check my historic Vodafone bills, you will notice that I never used more than 1 GB. I seriously don’t use Internet during travel. I have Wi-Fi installed @ my home. I always make sure that I will never cross my 1GB data plan during the billing cycle. I was really shocked to know that it was fully utilized on Sep.17 itself where my billing cycle ends on every 27’th of the month. I’m really fedup with Vodafone services by now and ready to give up Vodafone which is beyond my patience. This all has started after the promotional discount offer was over couple of months ago. I’m NOT going to pay these additional internet charges anyways

                I had recharged my mobile [protected] at Chennai on 24/09/2014 with Rs 350/-. I am now at Hyderabad and yesterday i was shocked to see my balance as Rs 130/-. I have not made that many to calls to a value of more than Rs 350/- in two days. I am retired person and I cannot afford to spend so much on my mobile. I request you to check and find out how such an amount has been debited to me. If it is a system error or glitch, I would request you to re-credit the amount to my mobile. If in fact I have made calls, I would request you to let me know the details. I have been a Vodafone subscriber for a long time and this is the first occasion I have had to make a complaint.                   I am also facing same problem in my oct 14 bill . I had just activated 1GB booster plan of Rs250 and vodafone charge me Rs.250 and extra Rs750 (MI_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G) without any notification.                       I got a call from Vodafone for postpaid plan by your customerservice executive Neeraj.(location:Mira road, mobile(+[protected]. I submitted document on 2nd September 2014.I opted for Double value 399 plan in which I get 800 local minutes and 3g data free for first 3months...but by mistakely 2g got activated from your people.I m struggling and following up wit ur people from almost 1month...still no result.. Also I talked to Neeraj TL who misbehaved wit me and then whatpp me..I have entire conversation wit me.. TL NAME RAHUL BEDI, mobile num +[protected]...I want my 3g and apology from this guy..                               I have one connection from Vodafone [protected] in April and ported one number [protected] from DOCOMO to Vodafone. I got the below SMS on date 27 Sept 2014 saying "Regret, mobile services on your Vodafone phone are being withdrawn for the Outstanding of Rs. 3364.57 in your other connection [protected] / for clarification plz call [protected]/[protected]/ if already paid please ingore." I am not possession of mobile number [protected]. I have never use this number. When I visited to Vodafone store it is found that this number is active and last paid in the month of July. It is found that this number issued by nodal officer ENT VGE MANU S SIMANTA at Wipro Technologies. I assume that the problem is having 2 person same name and working in the same organisation. I am not liable to pay for the number that I haven't use and this is a total harassment.Please take instant action on this. I need solution at the earliest.                                   I had 3GB unlimited plan worth 655 which gives 64kbps speed post 3GB usage. Post 3GB usage and before expiry of this plan I activated 1GB 3G plan worth 255 but I did not receive 3G speed. My speed was capped at 64kbps from the previous plan. I called Vodafone customer service and lodged complaint on 14th September 2014 and even filed appeal to Vodafone appellate service. But the only reason they give is bad network coverage in my area. For months I have been using 3G with no speed problem and suddenly the bad network causes speed problems, how ironical. I told them how come others living around me get good speed and they replied its my handset fault. I have also checked 3G of my handset using other's sim card and no problem whatsoever. I told them it might be a program code problem which was caused due to overwriting of old plan with new plan which couldn't incorporate all variables and thus speed cap was carried on in new plan. Please show some decency to atleast accept that this might be a problem or find out the real problem. Do not always give bad network coverage as the reason for every problem. Begs me to question the educational qualifications of the staff. They have even disconnected phone out of frustration while on conversation with me and talked very rudely. This should not happen with such a big company. They even mailed me that my Rs 255 would be refunded and then deny saying that. Tells me that they will look into it after the response of higher authority. You should not go back on your decision. Such unprofessional response from Vodafone is highly unacceptable. I have attached their mail printscreen. I want my money refunded. It has been 15 days since the report of the problem and no solution has resulted.

                                  I am facing a similar problem, with 599/- unlimited 64kbps speed post 3GB usage plan. This is the third time in 3 months that I have faced this problem. It is clearly a "program code problem which was caused due to overwriting of old plan with new plan which couldn't incorporate all variables and thus speed cap was carried on in new plan." They refuse to recognize and acknowledge that.

                                  But now they say that this plan is not applicable on my phone, while I already received a recharge successful message. After mails to and fro, they wrote to me saying they have refunded my balance and credited Rs.533/- talk time out of Rs.599/- that I had paid. First deficiency in service and on top of that, they deduct my money. Moreover, I use this number only for internet, on my tab for and no calls, so what use is talk time to me? I have lost considerable amount of work and time because of this problem, since 26/09/2014.

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam This is Srinivas C and my vodafone no is [protected]. I have given request for converting to Postpaid to prepaid in the month of April 2014 day (approx in between 10th to 20 th of april) at your vodafone centre in cuddapah A.P . It is so sad to say you that i have paid the complete bill amt on 15 th april 14 and requested for converting to postpaid to prepaid at your vodafone store executive Name Nagender @ cuddapah store on 15th april 2014 . inspite of my request you have not converted my request for prepaid has not been done and instead a bill amount for Rs1214.18 was sent to me stating the due amt of my postpaid bill. bill no [protected] bill dt 25.06.2014 .And a legal notice was also sent to my email id and .And later visited your office on enquiry at your cuddapah store on the month of august and enquired about the status of the complaint and your executive has said that it was mistake from vodafone executive done by nagender and he asked me to pay the total amt and he has given me the new sim no[protected] and assured that the conversion to postpaid has been done but inspite of that again i have received one more bill for the month of sep 2014 stating the postpaid bill amount due .So i have decided to take up this matter with my legal advocate and decided to take up the matter to the extreme level because of my several request over mail and req at your vodafone stores and my latest req no [protected] you were not able to solve my issues .So i request you to refund the total amt which i paid bcoz o[censored]r mistake and i have shifted my service to idea and my new no is [protected] i[censored] have any replies call to this no. If i dont receive any reply within 7 working days than i would like to take up the matter with my legal advocate

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I want to convert my Vodafone postpaid to prepaid, I visited kalyan branch but they are not converting from postpaid to prepaid giving excuse don't have Sim.
                                      So that I sent request for porting to change the network service, I am using Vodafone last 2 years I don't want to change service I want Vodafone prepaid my outstanding till fate is zero

                                        Hello, I online recharged my Vodafone prepaid number: [protected] on 22nd Sep 2014 with amount Rs. 149 using my icici bank debit card. I received a success response but neither the talk time of Rs. 149 was credited nor the amount was refunded back in my bank account. I am having the worst experience interacting the customer care executives. I have lodged a complaint as well but the issue has not been resolved yet. PFB more details of my transaction and please resolve this by either crediting the amount to my bank account or by crediting the balance to my Vodafone number.
