I am Anand singh from kolkata. I am old customer of vodafone i have postpaid number [protected]. i want to take some data plan so i go to your mini store in shyambazar(karuna world) and there was a guy his name is BIPLAW in his batch it was written he told me to come with voter id and one photograph for change of data plan.so next day i gone there with my documents then he told me to seat and i waited there for almost 1 hour and he was doing nothing busy in one girl and downloading app in her phone when i told him to do my work then he uses abusive language and told me that he is busy now.then i told him for a data plan how much things i have to do.then he again abused me in front of my family and other customer. one thing i want to ask you guys is this service you are providing to loyal customer??? please note the address Vodafone mini store(karuna world) shyambazar, kolkata and name was-Biplaw

    Dear Sir, I have asked them to give me - Past Six Months Bill - Soft Copy by mail; they are not providing; And immense unnecessary charges they are taking;Rs. 36000 For Data I don't know, my mobile has that much of capacity to store the data equivalent of 36000 or not. According to my passport, I was not out of India, and they are showing I was on international roaming. Since last eight months, they were not able to explain my any bill. And, suddenly they disconnect the phone. I want to teach them a lesson this time. Since last two years they are torturing. i didn't get the time due to my business compulsion, they are enjoying my money. I will teach them, the jokers are trying to loot us. Now, I will not forgive me them.

    Well ! done, We need to teach them a lesson. Since last two years they are torturing. Even they are not able to provide the copy of the Bill on the email listed. Well done sir.

      I have been charged Rs. 196 for chargeable downloading for something that Vodafone customer care informs me as WapVill, which after research i find out is a website WapVilla.com for downloading wallpapers etc. I have never heard of this website before and have never accessed it for anything. I also realize that other voda customers have faced similar problems. I request Vodafone to resolve this asap and release me of paying those unreasoable charges because eveen customer care does not have details for this. I am a Voda user for over 5 years and it is disappointing to face such problems and I wouldn't want to switch after this long term relationship.

        R/ Sir i am consumer of vodafone rental connection no [protected]. i use vodafone from last 10 months. my bill is always genrated upto 700-800 rs per months. now last month i change my plan 499 to 249. till today vodafone genrate my bill 4495 without rental and taxes . they said that you are charged 4000 rs for internet and 382 rs for talk time however i use only 1 gb data of net my credit limit is set upto 2000 but they cross my cr limit without inform me. when i made inquiry about this they not give satisfy answer to me. so you are requested to direct them for correct my bill. with regards RAVI Parkash sharma, Kurukshetra

          Hello, I have recharged my prepaid vodafone number [protected] for the 3G data plan (Rs 649) on 29 september twice. The amount is deducted both times from my HDFC bank account but still i didn't received the message on my number for the recharge confirmation. For one of the transaction i have received the recharge successful confirmation online. But the data is not credited on my number still. I have raised this query and mailed to vodafone care on the same day. But still no response. Kindly help me in this regards.

          The problem is resolved . The amount is creditted back into my account. The day i raised an issue at the consumer forum, I received a call from Vodafone U.P. east cutomer care. Since then there was no response. I also raised a query with the bank to clarify what had happened. Not sure now whether it is finally resolved by Vodafone or HDFC bank. As there is no mail received from any of those. I would really like to appreciate the immediate help provided by consumer form. Thanks

              As i got a message from 611111 on date[protected], 10:10am that (get 300mb 2g;data for 15 days at just 18rs) then i activated the special offer with my mobile by dialing *121*18#.after 2hr i received a message that it was activated 100mb 2g;data from 28sep to 29sep. then i contacted to the vodafone IN customer. they had said it will be activated soon as possible.then 29sep it was not activated, then i contacted 3to4 times but there was no response.and they even blocked my number to connect them.so, please take an action on those who taken part.my number [protected].

                We don't get rang for Vodafone 3G sim cards at Candola Marcela Ponda North Goa and so we cant access to proper Internet facility. So I request the vodafone consumer forum to look into this matter and please fix up with this problem as soon as possible. Hope you will consider my complaint and will take some action to affix with this problem. Thanking you

                  Respected sir, I beg to state few lines i am sandeep recharge yesterday night of rupees 52 rate cutter for 84 days then after that i make another recharge of rupees 65 in my main balance and my balance update to 151 rupees . In the next day morning today i got a message to get extra validity of 7 days just dial toll free *444*48# then i dial that and another rupees 52 is deducted from my account and i call customer care talk to her but she is not helping me and behave herself like a beauty queen i want my money of rupees 52 back please look into this matter as soon as possible my phone number is [protected]

                    To Whoever it may concern: I would like to switch from Vodafone to another service provider due to regular billing issues. Let me know the process. This time for my current bill, Vodafone has charged me for 1.48 GB which is over and above my original plan of 1 GB. If you check my historic Vodafone bills, you will notice that I never used more than 1 GB. I seriously don’t use Internet during travel. I have Wi-Fi installed @ my home. I always make sure that I will never cross my 1GB data plan during the billing cycle. I was really shocked to know that it was fully utilized on Sep.17 itself where my billing cycle ends on every 27’th of the month. I’m really fedup with Vodafone services by now and ready to give up Vodafone which is beyond my patience. This all has started after the promotional discount offer was over couple of months ago. I’m NOT going to pay these additional internet charges anyways

                        I had recharged my mobile [protected] at Chennai on 24/09/2014 with Rs 350/-. I am now at Hyderabad and yesterday i was shocked to see my balance as Rs 130/-. I have not made that many to calls to a value of more than Rs 350/- in two days. I am retired person and I cannot afford to spend so much on my mobile. I request you to check and find out how such an amount has been debited to me. If it is a system error or glitch, I would request you to re-credit the amount to my mobile. If in fact I have made calls, I would request you to let me know the details. I have been a Vodafone subscriber for a long time and this is the first occasion I have had to make a complaint. I had just activated 1GB booster plan of Rs250 and vodafone charge me Rs.250 and extra Rs750 (MI_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G) without any notification.                               I got a call from Vodafone for postpaid plan by your customerservice executive Neeraj.(location:Mira road, mobile(+[protected]. I submitted document on 2nd September 2014.I opted for Double value 399 plan in which I get 800 local minutes and 3g data free for first 3months...but by mistakely 2g got activated from your people.I m struggling and following up wit ur people from almost 1month...still no result.. Also I talked to Neeraj TL who misbehaved wit me and then whatpp me..I have entire conversation wit me.. TL NAME RAHUL BEDI, mobile num +[protected]...I want my 3g and apology from this guy.. Now this Vodafone Dongal SIMCARD [protected] has broken because the SIMCARD is in MICROSIM format..actually its a normal SIMCARD but there is Cutting on SIMCARD where we can also Get MICROSIM...so after 2 months its Broken. so itss been 20 days that i am not using your service on [protected].So I request you Vodafone provide me duplicate/new SIM Card...ASAP Due to Office Hours I cant Able to Go Vodafone Customer Care...plse send your executive ASAP at My office where I Purchased your simcard.Once my SIM will start works..will pay your Bill. 2nd Mail: Hello Vodafone, I received NEW Simcard, but my Internet is not connecting...not showing active network bars.I think due to last month unpaid bill amount its not working..                                     Hi I am staying in chennai Thaiyur Vijayshanthi apartment . here morethan 5000 people are staying in vijayshanthi apartment and surroundings.we are not at all getting signal . most of the times im getting message as not registered on net work and signal is not available . do u have any plans to arrange proper signal in vijayshanthi apartment or please let me know, if not possible to arrange better signal i will migrate to any another network.

                                      I have one connection from Vodafone [protected] in April and ported one number [protected] from DOCOMO to Vodafone. I got the below SMS on date 27 Sept 2014 saying "Regret, mobile services on your Vodafone phone are being withdrawn for the Outstanding of Rs. 3364.57 in your other connection [protected] / for clarification plz call [protected]/[protected]/ if already paid please ingore." I am not possession of mobile number [protected]. I have never use this number. When I visited to Vodafone store it is found that this number is active and last paid in the month of July. It is found that this number issued by nodal officer ENT VGE MANU S SIMANTA at Wipro Technologies. I assume that the problem is having 2 person same name and working in the same organisation. I am not liable to pay for the number that I haven't use and this is a total harassment.Please take instant action on this. I need solution at the earliest.
