I am new to vodafone network .It is 2g network, mobile no:[protected].There is no speed at all.The company members told us within 24th september it will be corrected.If it is not corrected within 24th september.The legal action will be taken.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I am ARUN, my Vodafone number is [protected].I am using Vodafone 2G unlimited internet pack since last four months. I connected my sim with D-link modem .I have problem, "my internet speed is very slow (only 0-15 kbps)". I complained this to 198 and other customer care numbers. They said the reasons for slow connection, i. the speed will be limit(up to 40 kbps), after 2GB usage ii. if the balance is lower than Rs 3, the speed is reduced iii. signal problem iv. modem problem v. internet settings problem But I said, i. before crossing 2GB limit, this problem is occurring ii. I continued my balance greater than Rs 3 iii. There is no signal problem in my area iv. There is no modem problem(I checked my modem with other sim cards) v. I downloaded proper internet settings I said the above points to customer care, but they didn’t take any action to solve my problem. And another one is, “only ending date of internet pack, the browsing speed is high; this is why???” .So I request you to, please solve my slow internet connection problem. This is my last complaint; if my problem is not solved, I will change my connection with mobile number portability. Thanking you.

      Sub: Vodafone World calling card No.[protected] of Rs.2500 (call USA and Canada @4 p/sec) – purchased September 6, 2014 – Post paid connection – Mob. No.[protected] ================================================================================... I am having a Post paid mobile connection of Vodafone – Mobile No.[protected]. I have purchased from Vodafone Mini Store, Mahim (W), Mumbai - 400016 on September 6, 2014 a Vodafone World calling card no.[protected] of Rs.2500 (Call USA and Canada @4 p/sec) with validity upto July 06, 2014. This has been also confirmed through an SMS received from Vodafone. I have also received SMS confirming the balance as Rs.2244.99 valid upto July 6, 2014 For utilizing the Calling Card facility, I am prefixing ‘50318’ while dialing the ISD numbers as advised by Vodafone Mini Store, Mahim (W), Mumbai - 400016. However, on dialing, I get the response “PLEASE CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE- YOUR CARD HAS BEEN BLOCKED FOR THE MOMENT”. However, I am able to speak to these ISD numbers without using the World calling card facility but @16p/sec I contacted the Vodafone Customer Service Centre at[protected], they advised, after checking, that the card is not blocked as per their records. They suggested removing my SIM card and reinserting it and trying again. But it did not help me and I am continuing to get the response “PLEASE CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE- YOUR CARD HAS BEEN BLOCKED FOR THE MOMENT”. I have been contacting Vodafone Mini Store, Mahim (W), Mumbai – 400016, Vodafone Customer Service Centre etc. since September 07, 2014. They have been constantly assuring me that the services would soon start. I again visited the Vodafone Mini Store, Mahim (west), Mumbai-400016 on September 13, 2014. They have now directed me to their bigger store at Prabhadevi, Mumbai. Vodafone company has thus cheated me with deficient services and are not concerned for the hardship of the customer who has paid Rs 2500 for the World Calling Card. I am, therefore, requesting TRAI to kindly look into the harassment of a customer by the Mobile giant Vodafone. Kindly help me. Yours faithfully, [R. K.         Dearconcern recently i have change my plan <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> numbers [protected] and [protected] VF SPECIAL249 to VF-AP-Combo-249 in my mobile net is off mode but bill continuously generating with in 3days it goes 3636.00 & bill generated, next day morning again it showes in un billed 1401/- next day it goes 1580/- with in one hour this will reach 1601/- but always my net off mode. Respond immediately give your feedback

        Dear sir past 2days i have completely network off but to day voda phone online i have 30/- charge increased i called to voda care he says 300mb used it shows completely cheating to customer please do need full
        Respected sir, I Ravi Kumar from New Delhi having problem with vodafone postpaid bill . I have been charged more than the actual amount . Their is no help from vodafone centre i went their several times but they are making useless excuses and making fool of me and continously forcing me to pay the uncessary bill . Kindly look into the matter as i am felling very helpless in this case . My vodafone mobile number is [protected].

              Dear sir, my self Sudhir Samal, I am using vodafone network, from last 2 month I am getting broad cast messages continuously, (I.E. Around 150 messages a day) from no 50 . I have tried a lot to stop this message, but I am not getting any help from Vodafone . already i have send DND message but still the problem continues, as per the costumer care executive it is the problem of my hand set, but how it could be possible, last year this same problem was happened to me, and it was solved by the vodafone customer care in charge, please look into this matter Sudhir Samal [protected]

                I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the Vodafone gallery and learned that as a USA citizen I can get a new phone number activated in 20 minutes. Well my friends, let me tell you the reality is totally different. It took 32 hours to get the phone activated. Then it took another 8 hours of calling 111 to find out that I cannot get the ISD activated until the physical verification has been completed. Every time I called, I was told that it would be activated in 2 hours and then finally the 3rd time I demanded for an explanation and then the person (Ajit) explained they can only allow ISD once the physical verification has been completed. Really!? - This could not be explained in the beginning - before I communicated the new phone number to all my contacts? Now I cannot use my old SIM card to call ISD because people will be calling me on my new number. All they had to do is tell me and I would have waited. I am surprised in today's day of all these advanced technologies, Vodafone still has such antiquated processes. BTW - this has nothing to do with security and terrorism - this is merely a case of mistrust. All they need to do is ask for a Deposit.

                  I have been loyal vodafone customer since it was known as Hutch, I have 1gb 3g plan activated which costs me INR 250. Few days back accidentally my cousin downloaded a game and data usage went upto 2 gb. I got the bill couple of days back and I got the shock of my life...Guess what my bill was INR 6845. Just imagine you pay INR 250 for 1 gb and for another 1 gb you pay INR 6000 i.e. 24 times more totally insane. Who the hell does like this, cheating to such an extent ?? Guys this is a trap, I have freed myself from vodafone request you to do the same. I know, me quitting Vodafone wont matter to Vodafone, but this is a small step to make others aware, how are we being looted, even if one person benefits from my experience my job is done...

                    i use 2 carporate connections of vodafone. and both numbers are related to delhi. but one number [protected] is use by my wife in roaming. but i have activated roaming plan 75 on this number. but vodafone provided very low credit limit only 600 at this number. and its credit limit in increased in few days. And then is vodafone stopped services to dis number in 7-8 days. Me and my wife suffered from this vodafone services. I have been a big upset from vodafone services. i want to increase credit limit of this number [protected]. But nobody in vodafone is listening to me. Please increase the credit limit 3000 for this [protected]. If you can not do it then you deactivate this number permanently. I'm quite upset from vodafone credit limit services.

                      Its been On 14sept'2014 my Sim card was blocked as it crossed the credit limit. Though all the payments made its not been activated yet.(15th Sept'2014). Had a word for the same with 7-8 customer executives, everyone claimed that your request has been processed and it will get activated within 2hours. Its going to be a day to close by this evening but my no. has not been activated yet. Its kind of very urgent for me to get the no. activated. None of the customer executives have resolved back the issue in a positive manner. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. My vodafone post paid no. is [protected].

                        I didn't activated any plan named MI_CAP_1050_30d_R_PROMO_3G but still its reflecting on my bill and its adding extra 1050 Rs. in my bill. I am not going to pay for the plan which i had not activated please Resolve my query and change my bill amount else I am going to port my SIM to some other network. I had word with Vodafone Customer Care person but they don't have any answer n they cut my call. And they are also saying that I have to pay complete bill as its post paid and bill generated cannot be changed.

                              Hello,

                              I had requested vodafone four months back to deactivate my cell number for temporary time and to keep it in safe custody as I was going out of India. I sent them many e-mails for this and every time a new vodafone executive will reply to that with different information.

                              They asked us to visit vodafone store, when my family memeber visited the vodafone store, they informed that as my number is a corporate number, I have to deal it through corporate.[protected]@vidafone.com team. They simply passed the ball form one court to another for some time.

                              in between every month they send the bill and I had to pay it. Now this is too much.

                              Now they are replying that we tried to reach you on your phone but we could not. what kind of excuse this is? If I am out of India, I am requesting to deactivate my number then why are you trying to call me? why can't you make it clear in e-mail.

                              Is this vodafone's strategy to keep on delaying such request so taht they can charge us every month and knowing that customer is out of india so he is helpless.

                              Kindly look in to this and do the needful so that such giant telecom companies doesnt cheat Indian customers like this.

                                I called up vodafone customer care twice but both the time my call was put on hold and also was not attended properly as I have activated an Internet pack of Rs 449 with an offer of 45 day validity but the account shows that it would expire in 28 days only, now I would like to know about how can I avail this offer. When I called up the customer care they didnt respond as per my wish and transfered my call to some unwanted IVR. I hope you will solve my concerns very soon.                                   I have ported from another service to Vodaphone since they promised me 3 G services in the area that I live. I have not received 3G and the handset shows only 2G services. On raising a complaint they tell me to increase the plan rental to enable 3G services. 3G is not available at all.                                     My Vodafone Lapu Number is [protected]. The SIM t was suddenly closed on last 26th
                                    November 2012.When My Lapu stock Balance is Rs. 981.37. Then The SIM was reopen last 7th
                                    January 2013.Then I have Contact Vodafone Lapu Care Call Centre 129 for My Lost Money.At that
                                    time 11.04.2013(11:31 am.) Customer Care Officer Mrs. Shreya Chakrabarty was pick My Call and getting a complain Number 2944 from her. She tell my problem is Solved within 2 days. Next time I
                                    have call 14.04.2013. (08.23 pm.) Customer Care Officer Mr. Amit
                                    Mahakuji. He will also tell my problem is Solved within 2 days. When my problem
                                    is not resolved. At that time I will have call many more Customer Care Officer
                                    they also same. Next time I also contact Vodafone Company Distributor Mr. Roni – [protected], Vodafone Diller Mr. Babu – [protected], Vodafone CSM Mr. Rasid – [protected], Vodafone Area Manager Mr. Chinmoy Ghosh - [protected], Vodafone ZBM Mr. Arindam Roy – [protected]. They are also Known My Problem and reply you will get your refundable Money quickly. They are also cheet me. Then I have send an e-mail (vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com) Vodafone care last 5th February 2013. 9:07pm. E-mail reply your problem is resolved quickly. Now at this time I have not got my refundable Money of Rs.981.37 from Vodafone Company. Please tell me how can I get my refundable Money from Vodafone company.

                                        I relocated from Mumbai to Pune in May 2013 and as suggested by Vodafone, I converted to "Roam like Home" service under the same rental plan so I will not be charged roaming all over Maharashtra. However, my calls randomly have been charged to roaming within Maharashtra. Same numbers are sometimes billed properly and sometimes as roaming. I visited the Baner Vodafone Customer Care and they agreed to the erroneous billing, however, showed their incapability to help me. I have been writing to Vodafone for this and spoke to Customer Care representative who arrogantly refused the error and asked me to analyse the bill and show him where all errors are and which bills. If Vodafone makes a mistake, why should I work on it. They need to work on the same. Due to the above, I had to restrict my payments so that Vodafone responds and resolves. However, they started charging and realising late payment fees from me in addition to the illegal extra charges. Again in June 2014, I wished to convert to prepaid as I am not using the rentals plan fully. However, I have not been able to as my above queries are not resolved. Instead, I changed to lower tariff plan. However, despite going for Rs.125 rentals, every month Vodafone is charging me Rs.199 as rental and despite writing a letter and forwarding chain email wherein I subscribed to Rs., 125 plan and confirmation from Vodafone, they still write email to me that billing is correct. Today I tried to locate Vodafone Customer Care - but the online 198 vodafone number could nto help me with location in Pune. Then as he suggested i send sms "STORE AREA" to 111 but got the notification servcie is not available. I went to Vodafone centre but it was closed. Baner Customer Care i ahve been to earlier has refused to help me though they have agreed i have been billed erroneous and higher amount since May 2013.
