Balance deducted twice but recharge done only once

Hi. I got recharge for Rs 375 (250 talktime + 125 net pack). I did this twice and my balance got deducted twice (total Rs 750), although the balance is only upto Rs 375. I tried calling your customer care and speaking to them, but they are very rude & are not giving me any solution. My problem is that I live away from the city hence cannot go to a centre personally.
