I were making a call at 6:13 on mobile no.[protected]. To your customer care name (neha) about full talktime offer then she suggest me to recharge full talktime of125 . But i get a net data not a full talktime. i Want to file a complaint to your customer care neha And she bear me a loss Of 125 And taking a immediate action of that care neha.

I HVE BEEN PROVIDED WRONG INFO AT PORTING TIME. PLAN GIVEN TO ME WAS 3G SERVICE FREE FOR THREE MONTH...I ACTIVATED MY PHONE ON 16SEPTEMBER IN WHICH I WAS NT GIVEN MY FREE 3G PACK..I CALLED UP E EXCECUTIVE HE SAID HE WILL MAIL TO HIS SENIOR MY NET NT WORKING TILL...on 29SEP I AGAIN CALLED MY EXECUTIVE HE SAID I WILL AGAIN MAIL SR N AFTER TWO HRS OF HIS TALK MY NET STARTED WRKING I THOUGHT K FREE KA SURU HUA I CALL EXECURIVE TO THANK HIM HE SAID CALL 111N CHK I CALL N GOT SHOCK NET PACK NT ACTIVATED N I WILL BE CHARGE IN MY BILL...I DIDNT UNDERSTOOD I CALLED EXECUTIVE HE SAID MOBILE NET CHALU HONGA ISLIYE ...PAR AGAR MOBILE NET KYA 16September se suru nhi that suddenly 29 ko suru ho gaya...FAKE PROVIDER I M NT LIKING THE BEHAVIOUR OF EXECUTIVE NT YET MY PLAN ACTIVATE ALL ARE SAME IDEA ALSO DID SIMILAR THING WITH ME SO I PORTED TO VODAFONE BUT VODAFONE TOH IDEA SE BADI FRAUD WRONG INFO GUIDING CMPY NIKALI
i call the custmer care he asked me recharge 23 Rupes he offerded me 500mb 2g Data for validaity 30days.
& Previous Data Carry Forward . (CRE. names Mohammad yasin his id [protected]).

    Sir I, kv.sai chand (demo sim no-[protected]) had taken this sim last 10 days back, it ativated also but my Vodafone distributor saying cock and bull stories about sim and he did not loading balance t my demo.due to this I lost many of my valuable vodafone customers.Really i'm much disappointed with my area distributor.       Ref: Breach of terms and condition of services provided by yourgoodself.
      Sir,
      This is to informed you that I am a bonafide user of Mobile No.[protected] vide its SIM Card No.[protected] That I am enjoying the services of your company in shape of Post-Paid connection under the scheme Ad-On Mobile No. vide Mobile No. [protected]. It’s further intimate to yourgoodself that my services of the mobile no. [protected] has been withdrawn without any notices whatsoever; despite of sufficient ‘Credit Limit’, which have been laying on that point of time in the aforementioned Mobile Number. Being aggrieved this sudden problem, I have been immediately contacted to your ‘Customer Care Executive’ as given by yourgoodself for redressal /query of the customers grievances and has raised my grievances to themselves but he/she has not been given me any satisfactory reply for redrassal my grievances, I have also made a request to transferred my call to any competent authority (Senior One) but she/he has turned down my frequent requests in this be half and therefore she/he completely failed to discharged my complaint in regards to withdrawn of the services of my Mobile Phone.
      I am a business man and dealing in cell-phone services of HTC Mobile in Allahabad, as Authorized Service Center of HTC Mobile, I am receiving and making a lots of call from my valuable customers but all of sudden withdrawn of services of my mobile, I am fallen under the mental anxiety as well mental trauma and directly facing the pecuniary losses worth Rs. 1, 50, 000/- a part from damages.
      So, therefore, yourgoodself have been found apparently guilty of breach of terms and conditions of providing services rendering to your customers. Yourgoodself is asked to pay the damages in respect of aforementioned terms and condition of the legal notice in a shape of Rs. 1, 50, 000/- as well mental agony and trauma, within a period of seven days, after the expiry of this notice. In case yourgoodself shall not abide by the terms and conditions of the aforementioned legal notice therefore yourgoodself shall be liable to sue under the Civil as well Criminal law/
      liabilities, both the Liabilities shall be carried-out / launch under your expenses.

        My no. Is [protected] and on my this no. Best comes 160 talktimes comes with 160 topup W but when I recharge only 140 talktimes Comes after it I call for complaint but they are no intersted in it Same thing happen before also They cheated consumer

          I am really disappointed by the behaviour of your executives.I had ported my mobile Number [protected] from IDEA to VODAFONE last week. It was working fine, but on thursday 11.04.2014 evening. The outgoing of my number has been stopped. I think due to network issue, the service is not working. Next day on 12.09.2014, I had received a message for barring of outgoing services. Around 10:00 AM i talked with Ms. Komal ([protected]) who contact with me regarding the port of my number, she told me that my number will start within 30 minutes. After that, she had not attend my single call. I had wait for half day with her poor response, i contact with nearest vodafone mini store at Mall Road Ludhiana, they told me my number is stopped due to negative verification but as per my knowledge your verification team contact with my senior officer and she provide the information about me to them. Then an executive name Liya (Name not Sure) send a reverification request mail arond 03:15 PM and promise me that my services will active on saturday morning. On same day, i had also personaly met with Ms Komal for same issue and she also request me to wait for tommorrow/ Saturday morning and my number will start before 12:00pm but today, when i contacted with Ms/ Komal and Mr. Sahil, their is no reverification mail is received by them and my number is not working till now and it may be activate on monday on 16.09.2014. I am a physically handicapped person, and unable to climb on stairs without any help. So much diffculty is faced by me due to their negligence and careless behaviour. I am using my another number which is a std number. I am getting roaming charges on that number. Please understand the problem and take a strict action against them. With Thanks & Regards, Pradeep

            Very bad to say a multinational brand had such kind of people at customer care who does not know how to spk with the customers I had called up at customer care to check the status of online refill i had done to my wifes no, but first of all the agent was confused he told me to speak in hindi as he does not understand english, it was ok no issues but when i was trying to ask him about the status he was lost i think he was not trained at all and the way he was speaking was very rude, he is telling me to go and check online as i have done online refill, when i asked him if you are not able to solve the issue, plz pass the no to your manager i will spk with him, he started telling me i am there why u want manger u do what u want to do, and at last he is laughing and telling apka din shubh rahe When i asked his name and emp code he told me his name Elias which i think was not his name and had cut the phone without listening to me . I cant imagine how vodafone is growing with such poor service, i am anyways quiting vodafone service and i do not know how much customers have already done this

                Dear Monica Pathak.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I had been using your vodaphone service since last 2 yrs. However due to better rate provided by IDEA i.e.700 minutes free in same plan. I had switched over service to IDEA from VODAPHONE on 17th June 2014. The billing of June was charged to me without STD discount in June 2014 as per plan of which I used to get it monthly. Despite I visited on store 8th Aug 2014 and explain all that STD discounted not passed tome and bill overcharged. Though I made a full payment considering that refund of excel would be made a short of time considering your VODAPHONE mistake. I made a complain vide ID no [protected]and made full bill payment despite unwanted charges /wrong charges to me. Again, I visited on 9th Sept that refund still not made to me against full payment made by me considering commitment on 8th Aug. I was standing in a queue almost 2 hrs. Both time and discarded my day for making a complaint for resolution of which needed leave from office both time. I had made full payment as gentlemen and avoiding any kind of adjustment transaction on dispute amount. Today, 13th Sept Saturday, again I went to STORE and surprised that refund is not made yet to me. When I tried to connect Branch Manager, he was also left the office early and saying that come on “Tuesday” ( AGAIN ITAKE LEAVE FOR REFUND !!!) and DIDN’T READY TO LISTEN even on cell in spite of organization error. (Whatever Company CORE value towards customers? It likes good on your board and does not impact on serviceability!!! I don’t know why customer wait for refund if bill charged incorrectly by them? Why should I wait for more than 35 days to resolve the issue? How many time need to visit to SOTRE for refund request? Who will bare of cost of 3 half working days of which wasted by them? Please response me considering harassment faced to me for 3 times on your store and services….                     After recharge my vodafone number of [protected] with the amount 177 from paytm site, and as per company's (Vodafone) offer, company gave me 55 message as the reward of recharge, and I was utilise these 55 sms in night 10:50 pm of dated 12/09/2014 company was charge 41 rupees for free messages, and then I was talked with the customer care executive then she was tolled me the company charge you to the 49 message, with [protected]@1 rupees, Then I said how will 49 messages charged with 41 rupees and their in those messages some std message also send by me, but company also charge 49 messages instead of 55 free messages., please resolve my problem

I was sent only 31 messages on dated 12/09/2014, their due to network issue the company was sent 2 or 3 times message to the recipient, I have collected this information from my vodafone site account, and I am submit to you as a proof of vodafone usages history and my log details of the my mobile phone.

                        I Have been charged rs. 750 unnecessarily on my vodafone postpaid. I have a 250 rs pack activated where the Representative told me that I will be getting 1GB 3G and unlimited 2G after that. As you can see in the picture attached, even my plan details suggest the same. My last month bill showed 750 rs for "capped" plan or something. I did not authorize that nor was i informed. I went to the HSR outlet(Bangalore), They told me they shall waiver the 750 off a week ago but no action has been taken yet.

                          Vodafone tell us, Provides 2g internet speed 100 kbps, and sometimes tell 90 to 100 kbps.Today I recharge 58 pack i got 500 MB GPRS balance. when I connect and open gmail and any other site (only single page) neither gmail or other site not open properly.to check speed it shows 2 to 22 kbps maximum speed.worst speed provides and telling lies to customers.Nonsense and [censored]ing company in Odisha and also providing bad gprs speed in Bhubanaeswar .Address- Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar

                              Hi. I got recharge for Rs 375 (250 talktime + 125 net pack). I did this twice and my balance got deducted twice (total Rs 750), although the balance is only upto Rs 375. I tried calling your customer care and speaking to them, but they are very rude & are not giving me any solution. My problem is that I live away from the city hence cannot go to a centre personally. Kindly refund my amount.

                                MYSELF OBSERVED MANY TIMES THAT THIS COMPANY IS JUST LOOTING THE INDIA BY OVERCHARGING THE BILL. DESPITE SEVERAL REQUEST NO BODY IS READY TO RESPOND. I HAVE PAID RS.10000 FOR THEIR DADAGIRI. I NEVER EVER RECCOMEND THESE FRAUDS. MY NO. IS [protected], THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT READY EVEN TO LISTEN. I HAVE DECIDED TO QUIT THIS PROVIDER, I WILL ALSO CHANGE MY ALL 23 NO OF FAMILY AND BROTHERS FROM VODAFONE TO ANOTHER BUT NOT THIS CHEAP COMPANY

While talking to Mr. Vijay Chauhan he ask me to wait till 4th September .Up to 3rd September I neither received any call nor mail from your end. On 4th you have sent a mail stating that your network team had tried in my contact no [protected] the call was unanswered. You can consider this also as a part of our complaint.                                   I have been frequently activating V2V 10ps per min offer for 10 or more months by recharging with 99 rupees. Last month my validity of the offer ended on 14 Nov. On 13 Nov I got a message about the expiry of the offer and in that message also the cost of the recharge was 99, so I recharged my account with 99 on 14 Nov to renew the offer. After the recharge I got confirmation of activation of 10 ps per min offer but after 2 days I noticed that my vodafone calls cost more than 10 ps per min. So I checked my plan but my V2V tharif was 2ps per sec.I became confused, I thought it was some system error, So I contacted Vodafone customercare and they said thta 10ps per min offer was replaced by 15ps per min. But I didnt get any notification from vodafone regarding the change. Very irresponsible attitude. I am a frequent user of that offer, so i have the right to know about my recharge details. It is their mistake that wasted my 99 rupees. Please solve this issue. I wouldnt have reacharged, if they notify me about the plan change. They have the rights to change their plans as they wish, same way I have the rights to get notification about it.
                                  I have been activating V2V 10 paisa per minute for more that 10 months. Recently my last month validity expired on[protected]. On[protected], I got Vodafone notification message saying &quot; Hello, Your Offer Validity of Local v2v @10p/min would expire on[protected]. To Activate same offer Dial *444*99#. To Select Your Special Offers Dial *121# &quot;. On[protected] I recharged my number with 99 to renew the offer. After two days, that is today i noticed that my vodafone to vodafone calls costs more than 10 paisa per minute. So I checked that with a call duration of 1 min and 20 sec and the cost was 30ps. But when I checked my plan by dialing *121*0# I saw there V2V @ 2ps/s instead of 10ps/min. I became confused and contacted customer care. They told me that 10ps/min offer was suspended and now the recharge of rupees 99 will offer me 15ps/min Vodafone local calls. But I did not get any notification regarding the change of plan, same time I got notifications telling that still 99 gives 10ps/min offer. I wouldn&#039;t have reacharged with 99 rupees, if they have notified me. My 99 rupees were wasted by their irresponsible attitude. They have the right to change their offers as they wish, same way I have the right to get notified.

                                    As I have changed my VODAFONE prepaid connection ([protected]) to post paid connection on 11/07/2014 and I have activated a plan of Rs.299/- which encloses 1 GB data plan, 400 local minutes and 100 SMS.And I have used my data as per the plan.But I have received my first bill on 22/07/2014 which charges an amount of Rs.1437/- in extra.When I have discussed this issue with the customer care executives, they explained me that they generates the bill for the customers on 22nd of every month.So they have charged me the amount for 11/07/2014 to 22/07/2014, for 11 days.What they are explaining that they have charged me on the basis they have divided the 1 GB data for 11 days.The above mentioned details are not informed to me by the customer care and my plan does not got deactivated as it got expired. I have received my 2nd bill for the next month from 22/07/2014 to 22/08/2014 having the above mentioned plans for 1 month and I was using data during the period.My data got over within 10 days and I have requested to activate the same plan and activated the plan.Then also the bill comes with an extra amount of Rs.496/-.These extra amounts exceeds my financial limit and it is not affordable for me. I have discussed again the issues with the customer care head and without giving information they have disconnected my number temporarily.I am using the number for the last 5 years and this is my official and my permanent office number.As this number got cancelled, I have suffered lot of losses in many ways.
