Offer of 3G net is not working.

Vodafone Post Paid Bill Over charging

My Vodafone no is [protected] and I have a monthly fixed plan of Rs 599 in which I get 750 local +STD mins free, 200 SMS and 1GB unlimited 3G data. Since it is fixed plan I get a bill of (Rs 599+service tax 74.04) Rs 673.03. This month I received a bill of Rs 732.57. Hello sir, i am consumer of Vodafone since last year and haven't faced any issue regarding wrong deduction. on 10 sep14 i have got a message that i have lost 99 ₹ on downloading some (shots ). Though i am not did it of it. i placed a complaint to customer care on 10 sep 14 17:58hrs .that customer care representative assured me refund of my balance in next 24 hrs but he didn't even register my complaint.. Incorrect billing done against 3G data services

Rude behaviour of Vodafone employee

Overcharging and wrong information by customer care executive
