[Resolved] Vodafone India — bad behaviour and response from vodafone customer care executive | |||
Today at 1:05 pm i have called to vodafone customer care regarding my data usage details and to unsubscribe one unauthorized subscription i. E. Ultravideos. The customer care executive who picked my call has deactivated the subscription on my request but regarding the details of data usage, instead of helping me out she denies giving me the details and she replies me to go to the vodafone store for this matter. She is so stubborn that after my repeated complaint she refuses to give me the details. I didn't expect this kind of response & service from this reputed organization. I personally feel that complaint handling & solving desk are more sensitive one and you should appoint some well experienced executive for this desk. Kindly advice them to be more sensible while giving the response and if they can't solve the query then they should escalate to their superior. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
