On 13th Mar'16 23:41, I got a message saying that "Hello!GLAMOUR pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of 35 has been deducted".
This is height of cheating by Vodafone as i have never requested Vodafone to subscribe for GLAMOUR pack as i am hearing for such pack for first time. PAY ME BACK THE RENTAL OF INR35 WHICH YOU HAVE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT.

    This is a service complaint on my Vodafone number [protected]. I have been complaining and escalating to all cx care executives that VAS services are being activated on my account without my consent. This is a problem i have been escalating since more than an year now and now action has been taken.

    Again on Monday 13th March, another VAS service (Video Dictionary) was activated and i had called up the cx care centre to complain about it and ask for a refund (like always). However, this time the cx representative refused a refund stating i already have got a refund previously in this month and he can not process a refund.

    This is absolutely unacceptable. These services are getting activated without my consent and I'm loosing money cause of you. I'm simply not willing to agree that this was done from my end as i hadn't even touched my phone (i have sated this many times earlier). In fact one of your cx care executives previously stated that Vodafone is aware of this problem and working to solve it. So it makes no sense to decline my request knowing very well this is an existing issue.

    I want a refund of the amount asap

      Many Value added services are being activated on my prepaid mobile number [protected] even without asking for such a service or giving any consent for it. CLIPSKAART services were activated on 13 Mar 2017 and Rs 75 was deducted even without asking for it.Similarly three more services were activated during the last week every time deducting some amount.A sum of Rs 375 has been deducted like this this month and inspite of complaining to the customer care number repeatedly the menace is continuing unabated. I demand strict action against the persons involved in such malpractice and refund of the deducted amount immediately. Also -it may be noted that I do not give my permission to activate any value added services without my consent by a SMS reply.

          Hi,
          I have been using vodofone for more than 2 years and i am corporate user in RED business plan 1049. 2 months back i have told that there is special offer that is double data pack for corporate user when i called customer care, i have been told even 1049 i can use double data that means(6 GB *2 =12 GB). I have used till Jan cycle. In Feb they stopped double data pack without giving any prior information. When i enquired the executive in TCS office i have told that offers is still there for RED business plan. But to my number it was been stopped and in this billing cycle i have asked to pay 2276.68. I am not sure why i have been told that i can use till 12 GB and then suddenly they stopped.
          This is my 3 instance with vodofone.
          On other hand, When i called to put add on data pack for 1 GB the amount i am charging is 300 RS for 1 GB. where in normally it is 250 RS. When i asked the excutive thenmozhi, she told that RED plan customers 300 RS is for 1 GB and other normal customers is 250 RS. I am not sure what big difference this 50 RS is going to be. While other company are slashing the price of 1 GB data, Vodofone is silently increasing the charge. this is shame on vodafone. if this is not resolved i will change to some other competitors.

            Network issue, complaint filed with customer care, but not yet resolved

            I am facing connectivity issues with vodafone at my residential address and elsewhere too. I cannot connect to webexs and internet payment gateways also dont work.
            I filed a complain on customer care on 1st march, but still i am facing the same issues. They assured it will be resolved within 4 -5 days but all in vain.
            Its preposterous that i pay them so much money every month!

            Plus when i am insisting on talking...

            Just because i receive call from reliance jio vodafone has activated one pack.

            Hello! Glamour inn pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of rs.45 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs.13.19. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free).

            Why??

            For incoming calls they are charging me.

            The Glamour Inn VAS service has been activated in your number. Kindly deactivate the VAS by calling 155223 and follow the procedure. Otherwise they will charge u again after 15 days. Also to be noted that if you not activated this service means just ask customer executive to refund the same to your account..

              I have been charged 1200 saying that i called to 51717 and talked for 80 mins, that too morning 3am. Which is in all the way u realistic. First of all, with other telecom subscriber 51717 is invalid number by mistake also no one can dial 51717 making call at 3am is unrealistic, top of that talking for 80 mins is not at all possible. Guys please be aware of this kind of fraud, if you face the same problem then complain about this, at least other people will come to know about the same issue

                  I was charged Rs 35 for the Service pack called "MODELS MANIA". I haven't activated or subscribed to any such service. My number is [protected]. Similar thing happened a while ago. That time I didn't complain but now I am. Please refrain from activating any non sense services on my number or any number. A customer should get some form of notification in form of sms before activating any service.

                      My compliant for Vodafone is I have port my idea no to Vodafone in last 3 month before and the no is [protected] having wrong charges and they sell me wrong product and take a sign on blank agreement and I am having discussion on mail but they not reply as I am interested my demand is they pitch me 299 plan with written paper as per only I want that plan otherwise I am not pay any single amount and they mail me to paid 390 rs but they don't provide me service as per they promise so I want solution on that

                        We paid bill with wrongly data charges applied as per there mail dated 9/3/2017 Interaction no is[protected]. They have given waival of data charges. Following is there mail.when we have received March bill they have not waival data charges.when we enguired.They are refuse to give waival
                        We hv not used there net.Also I hv not applied for net connection .We are using Jio net.
                        This is there departmental issues.Which I am suffering.

                              I wish to bring to notice that vodafone vide my no [protected] has been recovering rs.99/ per month as vas mcoverage fashion portal charges since past several months without my express consent. On taking up with their contact center they have reversed for the current month only. These charges have to be reversed since commencement of their application and recovery from my account.

                                I m using vodafone postpaid from last january month of this year.
                                1st bill of january month was ok.
                                But last 2 bills of fabruary and march were added mobile internet bill which have never used in month of march and about 100 mb used in fabruary month but it was under the plan of free 2gb data provided me from company itself.
                                Please guide me what should i do now
                                I have paid last bill of fabruary month
                                But this time they have crossed the limits.

                                  I have done recharge for rs, 50 on 11/3/2017 and another rs.50 on today 12/03/2017. Both amount totally rs.100/- has been stolen by your company with out any service. I do not want any sms or service othet that internet and voice call / vedeio call. I do not want horoscope, games, etc..

                                      As mentioned above, am Vodafone postpaid customer of a firm "SHAREPAGE" Mandya. Online press works. On Feb 7th 2017 your postpaid recovery executive xxxx, Kavery bhavan, Bengaluru xx38778312, xx95423022 contacted me. to recover postpaid 4 numbers bill of firm. During the conversation i explained her that bill will be paid after some time. but she used rude words and abused me very badly. so i said i don't pay any bill before notice from Vodafone care. later onward she continued to call me and tortured many times using vulgar words. insulting me personally. Is there any rights or rules to use vulgar words. when customer delayed to pay bill. Aftervdays i complainted to corp care automatically she called me. Said appalogy. Now today I got call from one lawyer she said you must pay 2500rs within 12.30pm otherwise come on Monday to Bangalore court you pay 8000rs include 80% of penalty. Now I cleared the all bills. But I want know if any rules one company excective using bad words to customer. I recorded the calls I will submit to the consumer court. Both same rules right. Where is justice. I am want to claim your Company executive for compensation of vulgur words. Iam not agreed that apology. I want information big there is any rules using bad words to customers..?
