Vodafone India — Need message records to register complaint against a harasser | |||
Dear sir, Myself madhuri –daughter of p. A jyothi, holder of phone number-[protected]. Jyothi is being harassed severely by a person through messages to the specified number-[protected]. We immediately wanted to register a complaint on him. But unfortunately the phone containing the mentioned number sim has been lost. I need your very kind help to get the messages (From may to august end-2016) which has been sent to this number -[protected] which would be used as a proof to register complaint against the harasser. I bought a prepaid number in the morning, executive say number will be active 12:00pm but this time not active and he not response my calls
I am using vodafone since last 10 years but i am getting very bad network in my area. There are 700 and more then customers using vodafone no. but there is not any vodafone tower near by my village.Now i have been very frustrate from vodafone service so please arrange vodafone network in my area.

They are charging for Internet usage even when I have my WIFI on.
After the arrival of 4G my bill is always over Rs1700. When I try sending emails it is bouncing. Their Customer service team SUCKS.
They show that I am using over 5GB Internet without me even using Internet.
