Vodafone India — recharge successful by online pay but mobile not recharged | |
Today 26/03/2020 I had recharged my Vodafone number for Rs100 through online pay.The transaction was successful and the amount got debited from my Bank account, But no message of recharge done and my balance is still zero.Again I recharged for Rs.49, transaction was successful and the amount got debited but Not recharged. No message from Vodafone for the recharge done. Please address the issue immediately.

Today 24 March2020, 10:30am. I'm done recharge of repies 399 from My Vodaphone app...Money got deducted from my account...But now 4:20pm still not get recharge...

Always charges extra bill for value added services unknowingly. They always give ignorant answer that you pressed some notification. They doesn't give bill waive off extra charges. We are forced to pay the charges which we are not aware off why it is been charged.
