[Resolved] Vodafone India — rs. 24 deducted from my main balance | |||
Why without any intimation 24rs. Deduct from my account??? As per trai, if there have not any active service pack then service provider... 1. Inform first to customer, 2. After few days they will stop outgoing call, 3. After that they will stop incoming calls and 4. After 90days they will stop the service... But why within 1days (After validaty expired) ithout any intimation 24rs. Deduct from my account??? I want refund my balance Was this information helpful? | |||

Yeah they will deduct from balance if you have the required amount and extend validity by 28 days

So keep balance below 20 if you don't want deductions

Sir I have recharged 35rs through online recharge to vodafone.money is deducted from my account but 35 is not recharged.money is not refunded to my account.please refund my money back in my account.

I had done recharge of my Vodafone number through online banking.money is deducted from my account.but money is not recharged to my number.so please refund my money back to my account
RS 24 have been deducted from my account in the name of increasing my validity of SIM card without my consent...How can u charge me for plans I have not bought...Just refund my money back...We customers are not fools that u can deduct money from you account in the name of anything...give my money back asap
