This is the worst service i have ever received from vodafone. The past 4 days have been so disturbing and unprofessional at your end. I am on the verge of discontinuing my vodafone number owing to the distress i have faced with your support team. I have faced issues of bill payment, because i chose to pay via paytm. I was guided from sameer (Your santacruz west branch) to shaista khan to smita to so many other representatives. Do you honestly expect me to repeat my grievances or issues to each and every vodafone support rep? Your customers come to you for support not to elongate and existing issue. When finally the issue was resolved, with a payment made from my end, to stop the disturbing alert i was receiving every time i make a call, i still continued to get your customer service calls. Telling me i have to make the payment. Dont you guys have any system in place? This is absolutely ridiculous service and you really need to look into your marketing and advertising because your customer support teams advise to pay by cash while you guys promote your easy pay via online and wallets. Sincerely, a frustrated customer.

    I have been cheated by vodafone's, i planned to port my vodafone number to other service provider after all the formalities done i received a call from vodafone executive late evening 20:10pm saying that you have to drop an sms (Stop mnp) immediately to deactivate vodafone service, post our acknowledge you will able to activate the other service provider services. After dropping the sms i received one text mentioned you have request for cancellation of port, it was such annoying i tried reaching that number several times but that person has blocked my number.
    That person didn't know that i have recorded the call as evidence against vodafone.
    Know i have put this across to vodafone team to take necessary action otherwise i'll take to extreme level on social networks and other ways and mean. Will certainly file compliant customer court.

      Hi team,

      had raised a complaint on 30th nov 2018 that i am having network issue at my new location. they told it will get resolved soon. Had clearly told would not pay the bill until issue is resolved. Got a call in 1st dec that some one will visit my location and resolve the issue. Which did not happened till 31st dec, post lot of calls and follow-up. They kept on barring the call despite of giving details. Now when asking to wave-off the bill because of network issue, they tell (Mohit from co-operate team, that it is rental and can not be waived off. Even after talking to there representative they tell have not talked. Attaching the complete mail below.

        I would like to request you to provide me call details of my prepaid number. It's very urgent and i don't want to divert myself to illegal means. I want to make it clear that i'm the owner of it and i have a basic phone which doesn't keep accurate call logs i cannot install apps. I downloaded your vodafone app in my tablet and it only shows outgoing calls made by me. I need a full cdr. Please help me. I would be grateful.

[protected] via "my vodafone app", payment method paytm, while doing the transaction mva crashed and at the same time, my amount got deducted from the paytm wallet. Now mva is showing nothing in the transaction history and my recharge is still due.

              Hi, i am rajeev, i belong to jind city (Haryana) recently switched to vodafone due to their better internet promises over national tv through big advertisement. But in starting first month they gave service that was just ok (Can't say good enough) but next month after i took a data pack of 3 months their interest service has become the most poorest services. They do not provide customer care number and just spin their customers in other than important points and just advertise their new plans over customer care number. This is #... Here we have not even 10 kbps speed even in city... This is the badest company i have ever found... I would rather prefer bsnl 2 g which is far ahead from them..

              It has been more than one month ... And they are just eating our money on the name of internet. They must refund our money with a written letter or they must give us a proper date and time if there is any issue .. and carry forward our data pack to the next month as they they got fail in providing us our daily limit of data ... They have charged us so they must give us said service or carry forward our data in to next month

                It has been 5 days after buying a vodafone sim card but we have not been able to call 59059 to activate the sim. Please provide support as even i called the support system they told me to wait.
                When i bought the sim they promised me that it will be activated after 5 hours, but we are still unable to connect to it. Please help us and provide sufficient customer support.

                  This is in respect to my dispute i would like to inform that vodafone has stopped my services since 28th october 2018. For some misuse at unknown destination.

                  At the time of my visit to vodafone center i had complained and explained my problem and difficulty faced during my journey. On inspecting the mobile they had assured me that the same will be reverted. I fact now they have completely stopped my services.in spite of my repeated compliant and follow up no proper action or satisfactory reply is given.

                  This is also to inform you that my credit limit was rs. 3000/- only. I don’t understand why vodafone has waited till it exceeds the limit. The same should have been stopped immediately. Since my credit limit is rs. 3000/- anything above that is not at all acceptable & applicable.

                  This is also to bring to your notice that i have been to turkey and no other destination what so ever. Also as per your usage detail i was at mumbai airport & then after my mobile was on flight mode till i reached turkey. So no question of any usage arises as mentioned by you. Also all my outgoing services were blocked in turkey which has caused lot of inconvenience to me. Also as per your detail you have given all different locations where i have never gone during the period.

                  It seems that vodafone was never interested in providing services at any stage of my turkey tour. Also after visiting vodafone center or spoken to different customer service person i have to repeat and explain again and again. After repeating my complaint only one reply “we will get back to you”. It seems that vodafone is not interested in customer services and only interested in extorting money from customer by raising false bills.

                  This is also to inform you that since i have no other number and same has coasted me lot of inconvenience physical & monetarily for which vodafone is responsible. Since all my services are stopped since 28th october 2018. I am not further liable for any outstanding.

                    Dear team,
                    I am vodafone user since 2005, my mobile number is [protected],
                    I have international roaming activated with them.

                    My credit limit assigned by them is inr 23000, but they have sent me a bill of inr 330000, as per the standard rule, they stop the data and voice calls when the user crosses the given credit limit.

                    My phone when got barred in vietnam, i asked my family to check with vodafone, on a recorded line they confirmed the outstanding is inr 172000, that is why the phone data and calls have been barred.

                    In such a helpless situation, i shut down my mobile immediately as it was of no use to me.

                    When i came back to delhi, i received confirmation from the vodafone saying total bill amount is inr 330000 instead of inr 172000, they have received the data late from their third party arrangement in vietnam.

                    This is a clear cut fraud with a genuine client like me.

                    First of all if i am crossing my credit limit, they should barr my calls and data immediately, if they are not performing their action vities correctly, then i am not at fault.

                    Please help me resolve this mess.

                      Vodafone network is very poor in bahadurgarh city 124507, i have complaint for it many times but without resolving the issue they closed the complaint into there system, such a bad experience, i recently again called to vodafone customer care they suggested me to set the network as idea instead of vodafone but the result is same.                         I keep getting messages to recharge for 199 or my number will be deactivated. On recharging for 199, I have received zero talktime but Rs 168.84 as access fee + 30.36 GST has been charged. This is happening for the second time. Rs 199 is being simply taken without giving anything in return.

                          Hi, i would like to take your attention towards the poor service of airtel, vodafone, and idea in my area.

                          Wanted to update you that we are a group of 40 people approx working in gip noida at 3floor and using airtel, vodafone, and idea as a network service provider and getting the pathetic service there.

                          It is oftenly when we received very weak signals from the service provider mentioned above.

                          Sometimes we are not able to make call/ received call, and sometime the quality of calls is very poor.

                          Requesting to enhance the service in our area ealse we all have the go for the port of the existing service provider.. Ei.. Airtel, vodafone, and idea.

                            I recently changed my vodafone number from postpoid to prepaid and I activated a plan of rs176. Iam not able send messages through my vodafone number. when I checked in my vodafone app it's showing "AL_SMS_BAR".I have never requested this service. Pls help me resolve my problem.

                              Hi, i would like to port my vodafone postpaid connection to any other prepaid connection as i am facing whole lot of issues with vodafone. I have frequent call drops, high tariff compared to my relatives who are on vodafone prepaid, poor customer service. I went to the vodafone store in kormangala and asked to convert my number to prepaid and they said that i will need to spend more money on prepaid than postpaid, which i know is a lie. Please help me with the outstanding bill so that i can easily port the number and have some peace of mind.

                                I am not a vodaphone user but recently i was trying to reach vodaphone customer care to know the status of the request we have submitted for our companies two numbers which are vodaphone. Since i was not using same network it took me an 1hr to reach them then i contacted cc from one of our vodaphone number and again it took an 1hr time to reach them. When i shared my concern to the person he asked me to call again on the same number since he cant's resolve my query and surprise for me that they where charging 50p for a toll free number. I am glad i have airtel which at least take a courtesy to resolve the query on one call without any hassle.

                                  I had conversation with mr jaydev, a customer care executive for information & activation of service.
                                  But mr jaydev misbehaved and talked in very rude manner.
                                  Vodafone name is going on high but such type of employees degreade the image of well known organization.

                                  When i said i said, i want to talk to your highrr executive he put my call on hold & after some time he cutted my call.

                                  Request to higher management of vodafone to talk to for once.

                                  His misbehaviour cannot be expressed by words.

                                    Hey Team,
                                    This is regarding the horrible tactics used by Vodafone to LOOT their own customers.

                                    Vodafone have not paid even the tiniest bit of attention to what I said (or my grievance) and simply sending out the automated mails. Hence posting here:

                                    1. Vodafone’s Fraud of International Roaming charges :: I called Vodafone CUSTOMER CARE and asked for 10-daysinternational roaming. I was asked to do it via Vodafone app for a plan or Rs. 3500 which I did. No one told me additional pack of Rs. 149 will also be auto-activated with this, which is not just one –time for every month.
                                    A plan which was activated without my consent or knowledge, but I have to pay this price, and de-activating the same ### is also my responsibility. Looking at this dishonest behavior of Vodafone – I decided to anyhow pay this amount but get rid of Vodafone postpaid.

                                    2. Getting rid of Postpaid :: I went again to Vodafone store to get converted to pre-paid and asked them the procedure. They told me till balance is cleared I can’t switch and informed me that amount of Rs. 180 as per pro-rate has to be paid(as my plan was of 149). So, I paid Rs 4520 (previous bill amount + this extra amount) and switched to pre-paid.

                                    3. After the switch to pre-paid I am being sent bills :: Now Vodafone is telling me that for a plan which was applied on my number without my knowledge I have to pay additional next month charges also. (Even I feel I should not have paid the previous month as it was a cheating from your end- BUT YOU HAVE STOOPED TO NEXT LEVEL BY SHAMELESSLY ASKING FOR ANOTHER MONTH, INSTEAD OF DEACTIVATING THE PLAN IMMIDEATELY.

                                    4. INCOMPETENT and ILLETRATE STAFF :: When I had called CUSTOMER CARE initially, did the guy sitting there did not know about the roaming charges? Why could not he inform about the additional int. roaming charges for the month ? Also, when I visited the Vodafone store to convert postPaid to prePaid, even he has no idea about these extra roaming charges. Same with you Satish and other CUSTOMER CARE representatives – are you all illiterates that you neither go through mails nor listen to customer’s grievance and simply reply with copy-pasted responses to LOOT your own customers?

                                    5. Vodafone Fraud onCall Customer Support :: And not only this, the recent talk with the Vodafone support has added on to it by saying "Sir, this 149/pm international roaming is activated automatically by Vodafone, but for deactivation, you have to manually deactivate this yourself."

                                    6. Vodafone Fraud email Customer Support :: Till now I already have three different service request numbers ( [protected], [protected] and [protected]) and also three different reference number as well ([protected] && [protected] [protected]), from Vodafone regarding the same complaint.


                                    As next steps-
                                    • I am raising the issue with Consumer Court, and will be posting the issue as well as the call recordings on other social and complaint websites.

                                    • I had moved to Vodafone pre-paid but looking at this pathetic level of Vodafone – where you only focus on extracting money from customers by even fraud methods- I have decided to port to Jio immediately.

                                    • And not just that, will be Porting my all other postpaid corporate numbers (9711***392, 8585***086, 8285***845) to Jio/Airtel as well.


                                    Would be interesting to see for how long Vodafone is able to survive in the market with such horrible tactics.

                                      Please some action for Vodafone company.. Bar bar mere SIM ki services band Kar dete h.. Har month charge karne ka msg bhjate h aur agar kisi month na karwu to service band Kar dete h.. Usme paise hone par bhi uski service band kar dete h..har month recharge karne ka msg karte h..

                                        I had done vodafone online recharge of 35 rupees on 8 jan 2019 on 10:30pm. Money is deducted from my account but money is not recharged to my vodafone number. And money is not refunded to my account. Reference id 25695182. I had talked to customer care regarding this matter but customer care person said that it will take 5days to refund. They are not concern about customer service and complaint. So what is the solution for this problem.
