I have activated my vodafone number [protected] from safe custody on 19th dc 2018. I have been following up with vodafone team to get my sim upgraded to 4g however no one is able to help me in this regard. I did visit vodafone store kharadi 5-6 times.. Did chat almost every day since 23rd dec till date, have called customer care multiple times however no response and no one is able to understand the issue and not willing to help.

I am facing lot of network issue as zero network in my phone at infosys, uniworld tower b, central park ii road, tikri, sector 48, gurugram, haryana 122001.

Even at near by area network is very poor. Vodafone has assured about best connectivity after merger with idea. This is really very poor connectivity.

Also 4g data is no where to see in this vicinity

Vodafone has recently started asking minimum recharge of rs 35 or 95 every month in order to keep outgoing and incoming services active.
Not everyone in india is frequent user of cellular networks. This is annoying and very forceful way of looting money from consumers. Paying for outgoing calls is a valid reason to pay for services.
Back in 90s when cellular network was new in india, that time we had to pay for incoming calls....

My phone number is [protected]. I have paid vodafone rs. 458/= towards free unlimited phone calls within india. I have not crossed any usage limits.
Still when i phoned to tatasky on their number [protected] for inquiry about validity of my pack, i was charged yesterday rs. 13.78 and rs. 1.40 today. Why? My pack of rs. 458 for 84 days of free calls is valid till[protected]. Then why this unauthorised charges?

This is sourav banerjee holding a prepaid no [protected] and i'm using it since 18 years but suddenly on 04.01.2019 deducted the balance and directly recharged the number through the main balance. I got the sms regarding the recharged as my out going services will be stopped but how the company can deduct the recharge amount from my existing balance? Actually it doesn't working anywhere with good speed as per your commitment but at my home side it's completely not working.

Many more time i have raised the request but not getting relevant response. Last time around 2 month back your engineer visited at home and fix the issue but it's causing issue again and again post rectification within couple of days...

On 25th dec 2018 i have visited us.
On 28th dec 2018 i have recived a messege from the vodafone saying due to high usage your credit limit is being exceded and so your service has been disconnected.
Then vodafone suggested me to activate with the irom vodafone pack of rs. 3999 for international roaming. And they activated the same....

Inspite of my previous complaint to vodafone about sms being sent at midnight the same continues to be the case again. Again they have started sending sms at midnight, is this the time to send messages or are the vodafone fellows crazy or out of their mind to do such a stupid thing. This is very serious you are disturbing our peace of mind as such your network sms is causing nuisance to me.

I expect an apology from vodafone...

I have been using my vodafone sim since 11 years and opted for lifetime while purchasing. My validity was until 2021. They have charged me 499 for life long validity and now the vodafone is claiming that they cant provide life long validity for the amount what we have paid.
