Dear sir/ madam,
We are trying to complain regarding network issues, service and customer complain. But they are not responding in positive way. I am working in sector 80 noida, living on ground floor, but here indoor and outdoor networks are showing full but when clients are calling me, responding switchoff or not reachable, we are facing so many loss, i am facing this issue last 1+ month. When i am contacting customer care they are talking very badly. We complained on fb, on customer care no, and through mail but responses are negative. Yesterday 15 jan 2019 my port code expired but they are not supporting, all dues, kyc and documents are ok, but they are not providing noc to other network. I am saying please convert in prepaid if you can not help me but one person saying we will send a delivery boy in 2hrs with prepaid sim and will convert in next 2 days, wheni am calling again they are saying we can not port in prepaid, i am paying bills every moth without any good services. Today we again disappointed from vodafone customer care and response. Hoping a positive response thanks,

very poor service, not any response or update from india post,
its more the 18 days customer waiting for parcel and complaining through mail, its not good for my career and job please take action against . hoping positive response . thanks
