I got a notification that "your last call on 517170 was of 4 min., charges Rs.52" current balance is Rs.4. Even it wasn't made by me. when i checked on call log it is showing 517170 as dailed number. but the question is i have not made any call.and why should i call to dummy no. and more interestingly charges got deducted for Rs.52.

    Vodafone has blocked out port out on my number. When i send sms to 1900 i get error sms asking me to retry. Plus 1 rupee deducts from my balance for each of these stupid sms

    Also 198 has been blocked by vodafone so that i cannot speak to customer service about it.

    So i used my jio phone and connected to the paid customer service of vodafone only to get irrelevant and false assurances to retry again

      I cant be able send port message from my number. I wanna to port my number from vodafone to another telecom operator. Please resolve it as soon as possible. I have network issue for vodafone even i call customer care for this issue they didn't even pickup call after hangup for 35 min tell me what should i do or how can it be resolve. Message dont be able to send to 1900 but simple message is delivered instantly

        One hr roaming pack of rs 49 or 48 was subscribed on my number which was automatically suspended by vodafone without any prior intimation. Due to which roaming charged on my no. For rs 1755.56 which was earlier requested for waive off but i was only get verbal answer that they will do but not yet.

        On other side one old outstanding showing in my account for rs. 1468. For which i have requested to set off with my roaming charges or refund my roaming chare and i will clear my dues. But vodafone has been suspended my services since last so many month and there are no positive response from voda.

        Now you are requested to please look at the matter and get it resolve.

          My name kamini kaushal and i was using vodafone number [protected] but on date 11 january 2019 my mobile phone lost. And that time my no. Was running but when i went to the vodafone store to replacement of new sim of same no. She said that my no. Is already blocked because i m not calling from that no. But for this vodafone company did not give me final call or message to use the number i only received the message for recharge which i regularly done time to time. And now please open my number again because you should give one week time for me to ameliorate my mistake which you think i have done. Please do something in my matter i need this number reopen.

            I have been using India services for more than 5 years. Everything was swell until a few days back when I received a message which reflected a reduced balance in my account subject to activation of a service called 'WWE zone' which of course I did not activate. To further investigate, I called the Vodafone customer care and told them about the unsanctioned deduction for the same. They agreed to deactivate the service and process the refund within 24hrs.

            After not receiving the refund within 24hrs, I called them again to inquire, like before. Only this time the employee refused the refund and said, "Last time, You must have forced the agent to refund the money!". The "Last Time" he was referring to was a call barely 3 minutes long (Including their waiting period) in which I allegedly forced the agent to give money for a service I hadn't initiated but was active since October 2018 and costs 90/mo. He refused to transfer my call to a different agent or to a higher authority and file a complaint. Frustrated by the agent's buffoonery that had taken up too much of my time, I hung up.

            I request you to please look into this matter!

            Hi, I want to convert my Vodafone Postpaid connection. I did visit the Vodafone store and the procedure explained to me was : Send SMS on a particular number, Vodafone agent will call me and provide me a ref number which will help to convert to prepaid.
            What is the exact process to convert? I am from Vodafone Pune Circle.

              I have recharged for vodafone unlimited pack of 82 days as earlier there were no network lost issue before recharge. As soon as i recharged with the unlimited plan there was no network most of the time and i was unable to make call or use the internet at all. I spoke to the vodafone customer care and they gave me a false hope of selecting the network provider as idea which was not the solution. After then whenever i have been trying to call them on there helpine number, on taping the number for connecting with the agent, the option gets diverted to the same statement and no call is being connected to the agent. They are simply playing with the issues and greviences of there customer and getting no help to them. I am having a great regret to chose vodafone and in a great urge to get my money back as i have been chaeted with the network provider.

                  After every 6 months the post paid bill criterias change without any prior information. When i tried to discuss this with the customer service team they have no answer to this and asked to mail [protected]@vodafoneidea. Come... Have mailed theme but it's been 4 days but no response.

                  It's horrible customer service.. Guess there is no option but to switch to another provider

                    Dear sir/ madam,

                    We are trying to complain regarding network issues, service and customer complain. But they are not responding in positive way. I am working in sector 80 noida, living on ground floor, but here indoor and outdoor networks are showing full but when clients are calling me, responding switchoff or not reachable, we are facing so many loss, i am facing this issue last 1+ month. When i am contacting customer care they are talking very badly. We complained on fb, on customer care no, and through mail but responses are negative. Yesterday 15 jan 2019 my port code expired but they are not supporting, all dues, kyc and documents are ok, but they are not providing noc to other network. I am saying please convert in prepaid if you can not help me but one person saying we will send a delivery boy in 2hrs with prepaid sim and will convert in next 2 days, wheni am calling again they are saying we can not port in prepaid, i am paying bills every moth without any good services. Today we again disappointed from vodafone customer care and response. Hoping a positive response thanks,

                        I have problem in receiving the messages. I can send but no incoming sms on my number. Randomly it happens. Sometimes the message center number gets changed. It automatically takes the service center number of another sim.in my case another sim is of airtel. But this time message center number also not changed.                           I have a plan of 1.4GB data per day and from last 2-3 days am getting a message that 50%of the data is exhausted. I haven't used it and I want to know where my data is going? Vodafone customer care don't have any Information on this. Is Vodafone stealing my data? It is very difficult to connect to Vodafone customer care because they tend to take a long time.However that's fine but on asking about the usage, they don't have any answer to address my issue.                             Hello,

                            This is with regards to complaint number [protected].
                            I have ported my number from Airtel to Vodafone on 13th January. Incoming call facility has not been started. I have been losing on important business call since 13th January due to incoming call facility.
                            Following actions have been taken so far:
                            1. Called Vodafone customer care, the person suggested visiting Vodafone store
                            2. I have visited the Vodafone store on a business day(affecting my daily work), another SIM was issued with assurance problem would be solved
                            3. After activation still problem persisted
                            4. Called customer care was being assured problem would be solved by 7 PM, 14th January.

                            Still, the problem is there, I have suffered business loss because of the inconvenience.

                              Vodafone has blocked my number from connecting to a customer care executive in the number 111. I can connect to the automatic response system but when i wish to speak to a customer care executive, the call reverts to voice response system. This is true only for my number since i was able to connect to a customer care centre from another phone seconds after i found myself blocked

                                Buy mistakenly i have recharge on my number ([protected]) but i want to recharge on my another number ([protected]) but now since my recharge is 399 hence my plan has changed were it was earlier plan 509. Which was 1.5 gb net but due to new recharge my plan has changed so i am getting 1gb net,
                                So you give me the my old plan as well refund my money.in any way.
                                I have already raise my complain to customer complaint but now they are saying we can not give service and you can port also.
                                But as i am loyal customer from past 12 year i want to use ur service but if does not get resolve i will complain on customer forum

After the activation i am facing the same problem as it was in airtel. The internet sign is showing but it is not browsing. It shows we can not reach the site, time eror, it will take long time and try to your internet connection. When i send the sms it shows sending failed and i called from other numbers to my above number it says number does not exist. Whatever the processes was like manual setting, dats roaming, change of mobile phone, sim one, lte auto connect, restart etc i finished it completely but the problem remains same. What happened to both the airtel and vodafone companies. I lost trust on both companies, espicially i blame their syststem engineers who do have professional conciousness on digital costumer services what they are providing and looking on. As the company have own rules for every process same the contemporary customers have own rules. I wish vodafone care or system engineers will sought out my connection problems with 24 hours. Other wise i have to leave the vodafone family.

                                      It is regret to informed you that i am using corporate connection vide mobile [protected] and your invoice no 12iwb[protected] dt[protected] for the month of december-2018 bill period 10/12/2018 to 09/01/2019 where in this bill plan 199 was introduced and exiting plan have been change without any intimation to the user of the connection it is a fraud and unethical and violation of good faith and rs 368.00 was demanded which is disputed and totally a fraud amount have been imposed and i want reversal of bill amount off 199 plan and freash bill to generated in old plan rs 375.00 - 200 =175.00 + gst 18% rs 32.00 total amount of rs 207.00 i will pay and i want reversal of rs 161.00 with immediately and resonated my old plan in the current month if not possible the stop the connection without any delay. Please note i will not pay the disputed amount of 199 plan rs 161.00 and immediate cancellation of 199 plan and restored old plan without any delay and also and note that this change of plan is done at your end without any communication i lodge a complain vide docket no sr-[protected] dt[protected] and if old plan cannot be restore then stop the connection and settled the bill in old plan basis at earliest without any delay if not done then i will move to consumer court and informed the tri for necessary action.
