amount of rs. 3 being deducted almost every day

Hi,
Almost daily i am losing a balance of rs. 3 on my prepaid mobile. The customer care refunded the balance on one occasion after complaining but they refuse to do so now by reasoning that the sms is being sent by me and hence the deduction can't be refunded. The no to which sms is being sent as informed is 52425. On searching online for this no i learnt that vodafone has been fleecing consumers by deducting balance by claiming sms...

network problem

. At least, my benifit is going to hell by vodafone.
Vodafone does not take any response for their lowest network quality in india.
I thought this company cheated with indians.
Lot of fake news and much more fake promises with in blood of vodafone.
They can not update 3g network properly, but jump in 4g.
I was to wait let night for data speed and network quality goes to bad to very bad.br...

[protected] via "my vodafone app", payment method paytm, while doing the transaction mva crashed and at the same time, my amount got deducted from the paytm wallet. sim not working

It has been 5 days after buying a vodafone sim card but we have not been able to call 59059 to activate the sim. Please provide support as even i called the support system they told me to wait.

poor network issue

recharge amount 199 rupee

I keep getting messages to recharge for 199 or my number will be deactivated. On recharging for 199, I have received zero talktime but Rs 168.84 as access fee + 30.36 GST has been charged. This is happening for the second time. Rs 199 is being simply taken without giving anything in return.
