My name is navin, i'm really frustrated with approach from vodafone.
My post paid no is [protected], due to some medical urgency not able to pay the due amount, on dated 27th dec -17 got call from representative of vodafone asked for payment for the due bill, which i paid on 27th dec-17 only but after repetitive consult from customer care serviced not restored yet.
Need help!

    I bought my jio wifi module a couple of weeks after jio's wifi company released their first modules in india. The very next day, i visited the vodafone mobile office in alappuzha/alleppey and informed them that i would not be using their mobile internet services anymore since i bought jio and requested them to cut my internet data services. They promised they would do so and i left. However, the very next month, i recieved my vodafone bil lwhich showed that vodafone was still chargin me for internet usage. I or my wife visited the vodafone office and again told them that we do not need internet usage. They promised that they would cut the package i was using, and i did not see the vodafone internet data signal on my mobile tab again, but the bills continued to remain the same. I am a very busy person and continued to send my wife to the alleppey office repeatedly but to no avail. About a month back i suddenly recieved the vodafone internet signal on my tab and went to the vodafone office in alleppey again. They checked and said that my original pack is still in use. I asked them why they kept it going for a year when we repeatedly asked them to cease internet data on my bills. They had and still have no satisfactory answer. Finally, the owner or manager of the store intervened and got me a paltry refund of rs.1500/-. I believe this is cheating - pure and simple. They should refund me from the first month that i requested for the internet data to be stopped. My monthly bills over the last 1 year is averaging over 1600/- rs. When it should have been less than rs.500/-

    I believe the employees were deliberatedly ignoring my request out of malice. Please take strong action against the office representatives on this matter and refund me for the huge amount that the vodafone office cheated me out of.

      On what basis my phone no has been disconnected, as per the process my outgoing should have been bared rather disconnecting both incoming and outgoing connection.Till yesterday night i was able to call..then suddenly today morning this disconnected. It is really ridiculous and unethical approach from Company like VODAFONE .My mobile No- [protected]

        I am an airtel customer.in the last 15- 20 days, i have been persistently receiving over 25 calls per day from multiple numbers offering me vodafone services. I am not a vodafone user and i have never been one.
        These calls interrupt my other work calls and in spite of declining to accept the call, i keep receiving the calls until i accept them.
        I have blocked over 10 such numbers, however i receive a call from a new number every single time. It is very surprising since i have do not disturb activated on my number.
        It is a complete nuisance and invasion of my privacy as i am unaware how they have my kyc details from another telecom operator.

        Please stop these calls.

        Money is being deducted for value added services that I didn't ask for..on 28th December they deducted around 40 rupee by claiming for 2 services, , ,

        My sim card was lost mobile number ([protected]) and yesterday i went to mini store for replacement and new sim provided they told that sim will be activated within 30 min till now passed 24 hrs sim not activated
        I have stopped using the vodafone connection with number [protected] 3 months back. Still I am getting the bills. I have told the customer service executives to disconnect it, but still I am getting the bills.
        Darshini, a customer care girl to whom I had conversations of Vodafone was very rude.
        M very upset with response. Pls train the team

          This is a rather shameful move taken by vodafone..!! Vodafone is blocking smses to 1900. Whenever one tries to send 'port' to 1900, an error message is received "unable to send sms" or "message sending failed". This is being done to prevent the customers from porting out of vodafone. You will be able to send sms to all other nos but 1900...!!!

            Even though registered for roaming, it is getting network not available and unable to send or receive any calls or sms. Before moving to canada in month of march activated internation roaming. It worked for couple of months.
            From past 2 months it is not working, unable to check the balance also. Dont have any information regarding my phone number. Tried selecting networks, it says network not available or registered. Please resolve this asap.

              When i got free data, they sent me an sms and when the free data ended no notification saying clearly that my free data is ended.

              I got sms saying if not on pack, then you will be charged. (Which is clear that they haven't told me that my pack has ended for sure. The word if not on pack to be noted please)
              I went to my vodafone app to check if i am on pack or not, the app showed me that there 4.16 gb data is still left.

              The app clearly showed me that there is data left so i kept using it! Now they are charging me 499 rs because they did not send me any notification and also wrong information on the app.

              They claim that my data pack ended on 14 dec 2017.
              I have attached my screenshot of the app whose name shows me that date that it was taken on 17 dec 2017 which showed me that there is 4 gb left i. E. My data pack is active.

                Hello,
                Mr rijit halder is holding a number: [protected], which was currently requested to transfer to prepaid from a post paid connection, which was not done for the past 3months and executives calling for payment misguided and misbehaved many times and hence the payment was stopped earlier and today i finally paid 2500/-.
                Now a lady named : puja sharma an excecutive from a vendor source called and harnessed and used parliamentary language inspite of the payment was done.
                This behaviour was totally unacceptable and worst service that you vodafone is providing, if the collection is done from vendors then they have no right to talk nonsense with the customer.
                Note that lady was saying she is from legal dept. I want to know address of that legal dept office.. I need to understand how come these telecallers getting this audacity to talk with a customer over phone rudely and disconnect the call?
                Which are the vendors available in kolkata working for vodafone bill collection.
                Being a customer of more than 10years this behaviour was very very disappointing from a service provider like vodafone. The lady called herself "puja sharma" and she called from "[protected]" from kolkata.
                I want vodafone should be taken against her on immediate basis.

                  I am using the services since last 10 years and never had a bad experience. On nov 30 2017 last min international travel was confirmed (Bali volcano). I had chosen online international roaming for 10 days with ir pack, after doing so recieved message international roaming is activated. The number in use is the only medium i get connected to my banking partners. On 2 dec 2017 the services stop and trying reaching you only ivr messages avalibale. My office advice to go online in my voda app to activate international roaming again on 2 dec night still nothing worked. Now appellate at delhi share genuine charges, where my services are stopped no solution provided. My trip was bad due to non service from vodafone and could not use my credit card.

                  Is this vodafone brand value to customer that call center calls to confirm that customer is lying and need to pay... I never ask for reversal or discount asking for service implementation of ir pack.

                    Application for the migration from postpaid to prepaid with all required documents for the number [protected] was given on 20th dec.2017 at the vodafone store opp. Navjivan society, lamington road, mumbai-400007.. The mane of the vodafone representative at the store who too all the documents was mr. Smit... But till date no action has been taken.. On visiting the store again on 1st dec. 2018... I was informed that it will take few more days...

                      We already discussed many times for billing related issues with vodafone, and already paid extra in last 4 months.
                      Mail and twitter also i was done but issue not resolved.
                      At 12 november 2017, we put a request for converting postpaid to prepaid, but after 15 days no conversion, and your customer support executive name niisha, she called us and without our confirmation she activated 149 plan on our number. We request many times, but no response, and that time she didn't told us that in 149 plan, only 300 vodafone to vodafone minutes, she told us, 300 minutes for every connection not particular on vodafone.
                      We have an receipt of submitted amount and conversion slip for postpaid to prepaid connection, please help us, we can't use plan, if we not gotted any solution from your side.
                      I am sending you slip copy, please find d the attachment below, last step is my to break this sim, if this problem continues, without any solution.

                        I am facing call drop and poor connectivity issue from vodafone network from last one month where i had complained the customer care, which is of no use, the network is so poor that i am not able to make calls and when someone tries to call me it shows the number is unavailable, i have tried calling customer care number of time but theyy just say that they are working on it but cannot provide with conformed time to resolve this issue it is already more then a month passed but still my problem is not resolved mycontact number is : [protected], i need to get a compensation for this from the company plz how can this issue be solved

                          Hi i am using the vodafone for the last 10 years and today i decide to go postpaid so registered myself for postapaid for which i received the call from [protected] he was very misbehaving not answering my queries, cutting me in between when i asked his name he made a threat comment and disconnected. I am really shocked to see company like vodafone having such people

                          I want an immediate action against this person, or i am discontinuing the service and so are my familiars

                            We have taken nearly 7 sim cards for our company purpose and still it is not activted science 7 working days. It is effecting our business very badly. We are calling up back to back but no one is responding of that vodaphone store employees. We are located in whitefeild, we are paying salaries to our telecaller science 10 days but this sims are not activated. We are of totally loss due to this.

                              I recharged my mobile [protected] rs. 458, through my vodafone application on 28th dec 2017, amount was deducted but the recharge failed.

                              I sent an email through vodafone application but did not received any status from them. Even i tried multiple times to connect with customer support but they don't have any idea.

                              Very poor service provided by vodafone as compare to other leading telecom organizations.

                              I want my money back.

                                Im raja rao, my mobile no is [protected]; i reside in mehram nagar village east, delhi near terminal 1; behind police colony; there are many friends and colleagues who are working with me but the network is very poor. The data which you provide and the calls which are as per the recharge just go unused. Please solve this problem. Else we are forced to look for alternatives..

When i’ve contacted vodafone store and customer care they said it’s been blocked by trai and i’ve used my sim for telemarketing purposes. I’ve never used it for any marketing purposes and i’m a college student. I don’t have any connections with marketing. Please resolve my problem.                                     Number for past year and i lost my sim, i went to vodafone store at palani (Ammam associates phone no:[protected] to get new on[protected], the vodafone store has said that your sim will be activate with in 4 hrs, but till now the post-paid sim was not activated, and i have contacted the store they are saying they sent mail for sim activation, but they have get the confirmation from vodafone head-office of sim activation, and have contact the vodafone customer care they are saying that my request was not generated for new sim activation, till now i haven't my get activated.
                                    Your are saying wrong promise, and your service is very poor.

                                      I am a post paid (499/-) customer of vodafone, from last 20 th dec 2017 suddenly they (Vodafone) activate a game to my number without any activation request from me and add rs 30/- on my rental, instantly i called up to call centre for deactivate the service, black list the vas & waiver for rs 30/- from rental, they assured me that they black listed the value added service but on[protected] again another vas activated on my number and rs 21/- added to my rental, again i call them and they deactivate the vas, surprisingly today[protected] again another vas activated and rs 49/- added to my rental.

                                      My question is that, after black listing the value added service on[protected] how this service activated again? And this "vas" activation and deactivation takes a lot my precious time and peace of mind. I just want release from malpractice of vodafone.

Your customer care executive ms pinky bhosale collected my documents for the same and given me sim and said it will be activated within 7 working days.
