Customer care executive (Satish) at the vodefone store kalyannagar behaved very rudely.

Background : my son went to vodafone store in kalyannagar to get postpaid number converted to prepaid. This guy satish was sitting in the bill counter and has given false update without checking if the number can be converted or not and has told to bring the person on whose the number is registered.
I went along with my son and when i came to know that the number can be converted only after 22nd nov. Later on i asked satish why he gave false information for which he became very furious and started arguing in a rowdyism tone and was threating me and my son.
My son doesn't know the process/procedures in the store, is it not the duty of the customer care executive to route him to the concerned person if he is not the right poc.
And almost most of the other executives were supporting him instead of looking into my issue or look at my side of justice.
This is the most horrible experience i have faced in your vodafone outlet. There is no respect for customers/age. It was like i was in standing in between gang of rowdies.
I hope there is immediate action taken against satish who is not suitable to be in place of a customer care representative position which requires lot of patience and knowledge to deals with customers.

    Hi, this complaint is against vodafone, who has fraudulently asked me to port my number from airtel to voda. Issue: i was asked to have the new voda connection worth rs 250/- (Unlimited calling, 35 gb net, roaming - incoming and outgoing free), i lured to their offer and asked to have a visit for a demo of the network in my area. There was no network and i could see only two towers on the demo sim. Not to speak of 4g, there i was not even showed the 2g data network, yet also the representative told me to have the addhar and mnp number by assuring that the number will not be activated until i confirm them to do it. Now: 1) the number has got activated yesterday and ported to vodafone, no network in my area 2) after calling to customer care, i cam to know that bill plan is for rs 399 (Unlimited call, 1gb data only, no outgoing roaming free) - this was, even more, worse to me. Also, they are not capable enough to look into the matter. Please resolve the issue asap. Hoping to have the quick response on this like you always do.       Vodafone deducts amt from main balance for no reason. Its been 8 to 9 times now. Deductions are made in the range of 80 to 100 rs. Wen called the customer care they say 'you have accepted the request from one of the ad agencies, that comes as a flash message'. But neither i ve received any such messages nor i have accepted or rejected. This is very frustrating and its an open fraud looting the money from the public. They say its a third party agency pushing the ads to ur phone, but it comes through vodaphone network right? How fair it is!!!

        I am unable to send sms to any number & they were unable to rectify it from a month. The customer representatives was irresponsible and blaming customers, eventhough having fault with their connection. They charged me 30rs nearly for having a call to customare care of 15min. They havent solved my sms issue & charged me extra 30rs. Representatives behaviour was rude & disconnecting the call when i asked for a refund.

        So, its better to go for other service provider than losing all your money to a quality less provider (Vodafone).

          Sir, this is pandu ms my vodafone no [protected] from karnataka regional tumkur district.

          As i am changed from postpaid to prepaid on october 1st since from that day i am not able connect the data in both 2g & 3g, 4g.

          Regarding that i made 5 times complaint but till now problem is not solved...

            I had requested for safe custody of vodafone mifi sim [protected] under relationship number 68918371 in may, 2017 after paying the required charges of rs.150/- for safe custody for 3 months. The reason being i was going out of the country for 3 months from june 5, to september5, 2017.
            Instead of safe custody, the company adjusted
            The fees of rs.150/- against the bill for june 2017, and sent me the bill for june 2017, for the difference amount.
            I paid the bill for june under protest and requested cancellation of internet
            Service with immediate effect.
            Instead of deactivation, vodafone company, kerala region, issued the bill for july, 2017. I sent an email again asking them to deactivate the service.

            Instead of deactivation, i was again issued bill for august, 2017.
            I refused to pay the bill and again sent a mail asking for deactivation
            Of service.
            Vodafone, kerala region did not comply and again the bill for september 2017 was issued. I did not pay the bill and informed the company that i was out of the country for 3 months and i have not utilised internet service.

            On my return to india, i received abusive calls threatening me to pay the bills.

            Again, the bill for october was issued and i received phone calls from mr. Sujith babu to pay the entire oustandings.

            I have forwarded all my emails to him, and informed that i will not pay for
            Non utilisationof internet service.

              Hello sir,
              My vodafone number is [protected], vodafone is blocking smses to 1900. Whenever one tries to send 'port' to 1900, an error message is received "message sending failed". This is being done to prevent from porting out of vodafone. You will be able to send sms to all other nos but 1900...!!! And customer care call also not connect. Its diverted also. So i am unable to port how to resolve this problem so please sir take this situation on priority. [protected] its my number of vodafone.

                Vodafone tag line says; "happy to help". But i don't think they mean that. I'm not satisfied with the customer care services. They're the most expensive telecom company but the services are not equivalent to your costs. Neither their customer handling services. I by mistake recharged my account twice by the same amount from paytm. And when i called customer care centre i wasn't provided with a solution or i would say my query wasn't solved. Also their low network problems and slow net problems are too irritating. Hence, i would like to complain

                  I have visited a vodafone store near l p savani school, surat, gujarat for converting my postpaid account to prepaid on 30/10/2017 (Token no. 365). But shockingly i was told that vodafone does not have prepaid sim. So, this is not possible. Similar experience i had for getting nano sim for my new mobile.

                  Let me know the store where the prepaid sim is available.

                    I paid my prepaid recharge of talktime rs 510/- through vodafone site (Bill desk ref no:jici[protected]) and data recharge of rs 365/- (Bill desk ref no: jici[protected]) on 29th october 2017. The credit is yet to be given by vodafone although both the transactions are successful. The vodafone call center is manned by the most horrendous low skilled service representatives who do not have any knowledge and are downright rude and uncouth.

                      When i made a call, there is call drop issues in every call. I was trying to contact vodafone customer care executive but i got no response from there, i want to know who is accountable for such an issues. If i will not get any resolve from your service executive, i will file a suit against your services. I want immediate response, otherwise rest be upon me, whatever corrective action which will be needful to me, i will do.

                        I have been charged around rs.105 since yesterday for the activation of some vas services which i am unaware and didn't even requested. I have contacted customer care and got the replies like "sir, you have requested for these services through internet, so they have been activated". This is complete ridiculous to have this kind of deductions without customer notice. I requested them the details of any spam app or bot site which is subscribing this kind of services without my notice in the background, but they denied to reveal the app/site name saying some privacy reasons. Customer care have reverted my deducted balance but i am worried that at any time again i may get charged for unknown services. Hated vodafone completely.

                              I am using 168 sim cards from vodafone under vts plan. Last 6 months, we have been getting inflated bills and asking people to correct them. No one listened and then i wrote on vodafone facebook page... I have been getting same response for last one month saying they will be calling me shortly and i never get any update from them... I had expected a better service...

                                Voda phone is calling (Recorded as well as personal calls) and soliciting number portation to their network. They are very adamant and rude in their behaviour. They are telling that they have all the numbers of other service providers and are calling all of them for portation. Call came from [protected].
                                I have registered for dnd 0. Even on reminding that, they do not bother and continue calling. Today was third call.
                                I do not wish to get any call. Kindly look into.

                                Almost from 3 months, my number has some [censored] subscription to WWE zone and I'm unable to unsubscribe it.deductions have been taking place every week. I really don't understand why is it so and why is Vodafone making a fool it's customers.highly irritating !!
                                I have purchased this Vodafone supernet 4G dongle. Now to know the speed, Data usage and to change company password, I need to access the online account of Vodafone dongle. But the company password does not work. I am unable to change password.                                   I have no clue why i have charged additional 800 rupees to my mobile number?

                                  100 rupees was charged as for late payment fee but i have paid the mobile bill on time and not sure why i have been charged???
                                  I was also charged as additional 700 rupees as adjustments and not sure why i have been charged.

                                  I have requested vodafone to provide the details but vodafone denied to provide me any details further.

                                  Please take corrective actions against vodafone.

                                    Got a call from vodafone itself for a netpack that in the same charges of 25 0 you'll get 2gb internet instead of 1gb, should i activate it, i said ok if in the same package net is getting increased why to stop it. I asked about the charges and the guy said no no there will be one charge and beyond 2 gb the net speed would be 2g and unlimited net.

                                    But when the bill arrived, whole thing was different, 2 tariffs are applied and beyond 2gb i am charged rs. 350, so the total bill increased by 550, why should i pay this when the wrong information was given by the vodafone. I never called that i have an issue with net pack or i want 2gb data. I was quite satisfied, why should i bear the cost???

                                      On october 17, 2017 i made an online payment of rs.399 vide transaction no.[protected]. I received an sms to visit the local vodafone store for further details. Likewise i visited the store on october 23, 2017. I was informed that the recharge amt rs.399 was an offer for blackberry phone. I told them i do not require any offer and to reimburse the amt to my vodafone a/c.

                                      This has not been done inspite of repeated complaints which were were made vide complaint no.22454929. I was assured that within 48 hrs. My problem would be resolved, which did not happen. After 48 hrs. I gave a call once again on october 25, 2017 at 6:17 p. M. I was assured that i would receive a call from vodafone before 8:00 p. M on the same day, which again i did not receive.

                                      I made a call again on october 29, 2017 at 8:26 p. M and i was informed that the system was down and to give a call after 1 hr.

                                      Once again i made a call today i. E. On october 30, 2017 and i was given a new complaint no.[protected] and now i am told that my problem would be resolved by october 31, 2017.

                                      A simple issue of crediting my vodafone account with the recharged amt takes so many days/calls.

                                      Pls help!

                                        I am very sorry to say that vodafone is such a bad customer oriented.
                                        When customers call for a concern or issue they do not have the patience to listen neither give a right solution.
                                        The way they talk rudely is a shame on the customer service team.
                                        Chandan and manjunath was the executives whom i had discussion about my issue. The way they portrayed themselves was to a 3rd class level.

                                        Vodafone you seriously have to take an action on this. Please select the right people for customer care and floor supervisors.
