[Resolved] Vodafone India — Vodafone dotbot unauthorized deduction | |||||
75 Rs from my balance have been deducted on the name of some vodafone DOTBOT. I have not applied for any such nonsense services from vodafone. I am highly dissatisfied with the #### services Vodafone provides. Every other day there is some drama going on. Balance gets deducted for incoming calls in the local network, customer care abuses. And now this nonsense deduction. I do not have time to entertain such BULL#### every other day and keep calling customer care. I will port my number if this doesnt gets resolved. What is this DOtBot and when did i request for this service..I received a message from Vodafone that they would deduct Rs.35 & service valid till 14th Jan 2017..what nonsense is this?forced deduction without my request..first of all I have so many issues that concerns my network living in prime area of my city on top of it they would assume I requested such services on their very own.

What is this DOTBOT. Rs 35 has been deducted from my account whereas I have not applied for such nonsense service.
For me also it happened, which I have not requested it. Vodofone deduct Rs. 35 & valid till 14th Jan 2017. And its mentioned that its for weekly. The next Rs. 35 will be deducted on 14th Jan 2017. I already requested Vodofone to automate the F&F service, which they are not doing it. Now DOTBOT which is not necessary they have automated it.
What a BS it is..keep on activating without any intimation from users.really frustrated with such fraud and nonsense kind of services.

My number is [protected] and just now got message that DOTBOT service has been activated on my number and Rs.25/- has been deducted from my main balance as rental for 5 days. I am really surprised that I don't know what is this DOTBOT and I didn't requested for this service then how Vodafone India can deduct the money without my consent. This is cheating to the customers. Same problem to me. My no. Is [protected]. From Last 4 years iam using Vodafone . Now I am recharge with my special offer 442 Wich is unlimited for 70 days. From that onwards my problem started day other day without my confirmation packs are activating & balance is deducting. Just now DOTBO pack is activated & my balance is deducted. Without main Bal I can't use my offer. I had tried to customer care but from my no. It's not reaching, if I tried with other no. they r saying to call other numbers huh my problem is still not solving. I fedup with dis Network it's better to portable
