    Vodafone is one of the worst company I have ever had as a service provider. Not only the customer care team, but the Nodal team is also pathetic. I'm having Vodafone post-paid no and activated Rs. 499/- plan. Last week I requested for a plan change to Grand 1299/-. I have requested through many channels like your Vodafone store, customer service, chat, emails etc. and spent a lot of time, still dumb company is not ready to listen. I got to know only a common response from all the above channels which is SORRY. From them I learnt that I'm having the family plan so can't change the plan during the billing cycle. I don't understand, how come my plan got converted into family plan. And moreover, I requested for a plan change around 20th April, 2015 at Vodafone store as my bill generation date is 25th every month, still they want me to wait for next bill generation date. Vodafone sucks. Pls don't go for this unethical company!

      Sir, I have two Vodafone connections having corporate plan. No are: [protected] and [protected]. From the last couple of months I was thinking to move from Vodafone network to other network. For this I generated a porting code for the same and I got post code starts with "CVD". I went to other network operator and gave tht porting code. They decline me as it was started with "CVD". I contacted Vodafone store to check the issue and I got the info that, my number has contractual obligations. After this I send a mail to the Vodafone corporate mail id for the same as I am individual pay of Vodafone bills so how my number can be any contractual obligation? I got the response from Vodafone to contact to my relationship manager. The RM that they provided name was" shambhu" I contact to Mr shanmbhunath" by mail id as no was not given by any customer care or corporate but I was unsuccessful. After some follow-up Vodafone corporate told me that your RM is changed from Shambhu Nath to Piyush. Again after follow so many times by the mail to piyush, he finally replied that your contractual obligations are removed now and you can port it by cleared unbilled amount. I did what he told to me .But the same issue was facing. I contact to nodal Vodafone, Mr Rahul Chandaliya support me a lot but finally the same issue i am facing . The mail chain I started on 25th march . From till date to today my issue is still open. It is very ridiculous, any no one is able to help me . I don't want to become a customer of Vodafone. It is a force that till my number will not port I need to stay with the stupid Vodafone. I need your quick support to Port out my number.

        hello look @ it service is activated on my [protected] no on 24th April 2015 and 45 rs has been deducted. i did not active it and 45 rs has been deducted by vodafone. i truly believe in vodafone network. i am satisfied with its internet service and i am a long time customer. but this kind of loops in service is really worrisome. please do needful. thanking you!

          Hi, i spoke to your advisor named as k.pandari maruthi reddy, as he informed me about th3 excess information about my bill, where i have to pay 3800rs for what Internet no ways i haven't infact used so much, the female i spoke to days back said u can use ur current plan but after your Internet gets over u will still be able to use the 3G speed with out get charged on thr bill, so as i know now it's all fake that female is a lied, made good hopes with a customer wasn't right, i will not pay so much of amount of money because my bill doesn't go up more than 2200rs, you can ask that female to pay on my behalf i wil only pay the amount which i normally pay each month the excess will b paid by her.and trust this situation makes me hate vodafone badly after being a loyal customer since so long i will never refer anyone and i dispute the charges Applied with out my knowledge.             Bill No : [protected] I got charged Rs. 248 for Surprise 'Value Added Services' I am well educated about how mobile works. I never clicked on any third party link nor download anything. I got bill for following services which don’t even make sense from their names. Executives couldn’t explain what I was charged for. Details are as follows: d2c_mazaa_149 and d2c_mydala_99 Tried to complain by calling care, but Executives put call on waiting for more than 30 min two times before I disconnected. When asked to talk with seniors, the call was again put on hold. It is a humble request to Vodafone to come clean on this and explain me what’s needs to be done. Because of you guys I have to skip my 2 days meal to make up for money and trust me when I say that. It is sad but there are multiple complaints on consumer forum about the same.

But today as on date 27.04.2015, Vodafone itself open the sim with their own wish. I called customer care and also discussed with them about the problem but first Miss Sakshi (Customer Care), she hold the phone so long and then cut. After that again i called Miss Nagma (Customer Care) she said network problem so i cant help you & not even gave me complaint number. I request you to block my sim Immideately because am not responsible for any kind of Bill if it generates for M/o April.                 Vodafone activated...MI_cap_750_30d_r_promo_3g activated by the company without consulting me & when contacted customer care they give silly answers & justification for 750 pack.

                I have 250 Plan with 1GB 3G available on above relation ship number. I got excessive bill in the month for Feb 2015, when contacted Vodafone customer care they say, I used 250MB extra which is beyond 1GB limit & they charged 4 paise for 10KB, which costed me almost 800rs extra & they told they adjust 750 i[censored]tilization is not crossing 1GB,


                When I get 1GB for 250Pack, why should I be charged 800rs for 250MB extra usage ? or beyond 1GB usage 3G should not work at all.

                  My number is [protected] ontact UsCareersShow more.. #2592222 My harjinder singh Complaint Filed on: 27/04/2015 | Loss amount: Rs. 11800.0 [protected], due to unnecessary extra charge of Internet I have not deposited my bill, when I was going to the Vodafone office in punjabi bagh new delhi, they told me that we are not authorised to give u any type of help so whenever the customer care executive will call u then you tell your story and they will give you the possible discount. So one day one of person will call me and I told the whole story then he will understand and give me the waver of 5900 approx, my total bill amount is 11800 approx so the amount will be rs 5900 . I will agree to deposit such amount, but I want to pay in two months because I m not much capable to deposit 5900 in one shot, then your executive, one of lady ask me that how much u will pay now I said 2000, and I said that if I pay this amount shall my number will be start or not then she reply affcource yes, I deposited in kiosk next day, my number will be activate . But then 7 days later my number again stop again they called me and asking for money I said I have to deposit rest of the money to next month but they not listening me and again they stop my outgoing and then incoming also stop what should I do now can you please guide me, I m vodafone customer from 2003 or 04 this type of regard or respect vodafone will give to their customers . In my opinion vodafone will cheat me . I can't imagine this thing happen with me as I m the very old and loyal customer of Vodafone even my whole family will use this network. If vodafone wants to talk so please call on my another vodafone number [protected] this my true statement.

                    Sir, I am using mobile no.[protected] for last 15 years & must have paid more than 7 lacs during this period.Just because i delayed payment of Rs 1500 for a month, my mobile was put on suspension and even after making payment the same is not retrieved. Such a rude treatment is not expected from the company after so many years of association, where in I never question company's billing and charges.                           last month im being charges of 99 Rs for downloading my_dala as "VALUE ADDED SERVICES" i might have clicked the ad by mistake while using other apps but how can they charge me for just clicking and charging me without any intimation and without any process. WHEN I HAVE ASKED TO WAVIER IT OFF THEY SAID IT CANT BE DONE. how can vodafone pay on behalf of me without my consent? I have neither received an intimation about the deduction nor any communication about what I have purchased. im worried what to do, any suggestions please. ?

                                Hi This is munish bearing vodafone number [protected] pospaid connection in gurgaon. Last month I was on roaming, I had 1 GB data plan. Suddenly without confirmation someone changed data plan from 1 GB to 500 MB. That is one thing. Also vodafone didnot intimate that after this limit they will charge according to their wishes. Last month i.e. April I got bill of Rs 1792. my monthly rental is 374. I never received bill of more than Rs 600. How can vodafone charge Rs1300 for internet use only. Even unlimited plan does not cost more than Rs 300. This is how vodafone looting peoples. I should have been informed about data charges or I should have given restriction to use. How can you peoples charge unnecessarily according to your wish.

                                    Wrong information sent by Vodafone. Escalated by writing results into ZERO solution Escalated at nodal results into ZERO solution Escalated at @ Vodafone customer care (harassment care) [protected] – putting calls on hold by promising that transferring and then DISCONNECTING THE CALLS. Visited Vodafone store, 45-mins of discussion, promised that amount will be waived off and I have make the remaining payment and post that my services will be resumed which was NOT DONE. Escalated at @ Vodafone customer care (harassment care) [protected], history repeats itself, putting calls on hold by promising that transferring and then DISCONNECTING THE CALLS. Whole Story I have activated by Vodafone([protected]) 3G plan @ Rs 450 monthly rental in which I can consume 2GB data and post that it is chargeable on 10th Mar and on 27th Mar i have sent SMS on 111 to check the used data and received notification from Vodafone that 316 MB has been consumed till 27th Mar (attachment is the screenshot from phone) and post this consumed I have consumed 1220 MB, So total usage is 1536 MB. This is less than 2 GB. I have written on vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com, saying that because I have received a wrong information from Vodafone and post that I consumed data and this should be reversed and I received call from retention and officer said that Rs 700/- can be waived and I said repeat the same thing that based on your information I have consumed and if you are providing the wrong information and for that I should NOT be penalized, then officer said that then you should go to Vodafone store in that case. On 23rd Apr my outgoing services has been barred and when I called on Vodafone customer care (harassment care) [protected], 1st CCE after listening to my issue put my call on hold and then disconnected the call 2nd CCE did the same thing and 3rd CCE (Bhanupriya) 4th CCE (Deepak) repeats the same practice. I have spoken on their nodal number and outcome is same. On 25th Apr I walk-in to their Vodafone store – Faridabad, where after 45-mins of discussion I was assured that my Rs 975 will be waived off against ticket number – [protected] and when I asked that when my service will be resumed, I was told to pay the rest amount after the waiver and your services will be resumed and I did the payment of Rs 1000 & then Rs 300. But even after making the payment of Rs 1300 my services was NOT resumed and then I called @ Vodafone customer care (harassment care) [protected], CCE has taken the request and told that services will be resumed in next 2-hour. And in next 10-mins I Received SMS and I was shocked to see that, SMS is showing that my services are unable to restore and to restore my services I have to Rs 9344 (attachment is the screenshot from phone and after this I called again @ Vodafone customer care (harassment care) [protected], and CCE services cannot be resumed till the time payment is not updated and I told him that I was promised by your Vodafone store that services will be resumed post making the rest amount payment and he said in that case you have to wait till waiver amount is revered back in my Vodafone account which is 3-days (28th Apr).

                                      Hello Vodafone, I am Sandip Kyada - [protected], Yesterday i complain in vodafone customer care regarding my balance deduction, Now on 24 April Vodafone customer care executive (Menka) had promised to refund Rs 64, and said that u will received that amount whithin 24 hours . but is now more then 30 hours i didn't get single rupee, and today on 25 April i called again in Vodafone customer care executive (Anirudh) and He also promised me that you will get your refund within 4 hours . But it 8 hours after commitment I didn't received single rupee . Now again I am trying to call in Vodafone but I am not able to connect any customer care executive on call . i have tried at least 5 to 7 times but not getting any response . Notice my problem and resolve it as soon as possible . Thanks

                                        I want to convert my post paid to pre paid. i visited vodafone store in Indrapuram. They asked me to carry the same address proof on which my post paid no was registered. I have changed my address. then they asked me to change my address first and than come again after 3 days to migrate the number which is completly ill logical. i could not understand why i need to carry the old address proof. is it mandotry as per TRAI.
