i was using Airtel and switched to Vodafone network.( i just came to know the Vodafone Signals are not there at my apartment).
after taking Vodafone there was no signal in my mobile. previously atleast i was getting signal but the voice quality was not good.
I have raised multiple complaints regarding Signals issue. Complaint ref#[protected] (created on 1st Apr 2015). but it was closed by Vodafone care without my confirmation.
again i have raised another complaint on 4th Apr 2015 Ref#[protected] but i dont have any resolution.
please note that the calls are getting disconnected with in sec for ex: 2-3 sec also . but it was charged as 1 min. i see the bill is generated with 480/- RS though i was not able to continue making calls. This is not acceptable, without speacking 60 sec you are charging as per 1 min basis.
first you network signal quality is very poor and calls are getting disconnecetd in sec ( eg: 2-3 sec also sometimes). i went through the bill it is showing you have charged per min basis seems to be though the calls are disconnecetd in sec because of your poor quality of signals, i cant make any calls during 8PM to 9 AM if i am at house.
kindly let me know your feedback because the same happening for many people in my apartment.
