I m Sunil jain, holding Vodafone postpaid number: [protected] (R.No.1.3206931) Which I got converted in Normal plan on 25/12/2014 against which security deposit was of RS.500/- and credit bal RS.161.93 which I was supposed to get after 45 days, now since more than 90 days have passed I have not received the same, Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Else I take any further actions.

Call from voda fone no [protected] dt.25/4/2015 time 12.09 pm they say your deposit could not be refundable you contact your account officer .i say you can replay in writings on my complaint.

      I went to pay my bill for phone number [protected] and for [protected] at the Jwala Heri, Paschim Vihar Vodafone Store at 12 noon today.At that time the store was closed and I had to wait till someone came and opened the store. The payment for Rs.725/- was to be paid for [protected] and the payment of Rs.625/- was to be paid for [protected]. I gave both the bills to the person at the store. First he told me to pay Rs.100/- more for both the bills saying the last date is over whereas the last date is not over yet. So obviously he was trying to mint money worth Rs.200/- from me. Then he mis calculated the total amount and asked me to pay Rs. 1, 450/- whereas the total amount for both the bills was Rs.1, 350/-. Again he tried to fleece money from me. Then he does a gross error in payment of my bills. Instead of paying Rs.725/- for [protected] he pays the amount for [protected]. And instead of paying Rs.625/- for [protected] he pays the amount for [protected]. I WANT THAT THE MISTAKE BE RECTIFIED ASAP AS I HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT OF BOTH THE BILLS AND DUE TO THE LAPSE ON THE PART OF THE USELESS MAN WORKING IN THE STORE I SHOULD NOT GET A LATE FEE CHARGE. I WANT IMMEDIATE ACTION TO EB TAKEN AGAINST THIS MAN WHO IS RUNNING THE VODAFONE STORE AT JWALA HERI MARKET, PASCHIM VIHAR FOR MAKING MONEY BY MISGUIDING THE VODAFONE CLIENTS AND FOR DOING GROSS MISTAKES.

          sir still not working
          i have done all the steps whatever our customer care executive told me
          like reset the setting, switch off an on, waiting for 6 hr etc...
          now they told me that your problem is solved by[protected]..
          what can i do in these days...
          is this right that recharge now and use after sometime

            Hi, I am a customer who visited India for a short while and had chosen Vodafone as my service provider. I took the postpaid plan for 2 months but they disconnected my service in the middle of my cycle and just didn't restart my service. Along with this issue, there were multiple times where their sim card was not working and I visited the Andheri west Vodafone office couple of times addressing my issue and trying to disconnect my service. I didn't even use the service for more than 15 or 20 days but now they are charging me some Rs 876.06 for this kind of service . They sent me emails about outstanding payment and I replied back saying I am only responsible for the service I used. I am ready to pay the amount for the time period I had utilized the service but not for something I didn't use it. This is ridiculous. I came for vacation and if this is the service I am getting just to use my phone. I can imagine how difficult other things would be. They are now enforcing a legal action for something I didn't even use. I told them to send me the true amount and I will pay it but they wouldn't mention the real amount and would just send emails regading outstanding payment. I am sure there would be many consumer complaints against Vodafone and they should be responsible for their poor service.They just want to get money but they don't understand consumer satisfaction or in better words fail to understand their responsibility towards customer. They are legally supposed to get money only if they provide right timely service. I would really appreciate if this could be escalated to their higher management. Thanks...

              As i was not satisfied with vodafone postpaid connection.i reverted back to prepaid but with the same mobile number which postpaid has. And i activated my prepaid sim by easy recharge.and when i try to recharge with 30rs ..i didn't get any recharge balance on my number and showing this error "Your card's face value is greater than session limit" . what does this mean ?? PS : I switched off and on ... i removed the sim and inserted .. i have tried all this ... Give proper resolution to customer's ... Customer people will say one thing and when i go to any vodafone store they will tell another thing ... and when both are working for vodafone .. how come customer people have diff.set of resolutions and you people have diff.set of resolutions..

              i have been trying to recharge my vodafone new prepaid mobile no. [protected] with 30rs respectively but it was unsuccessful each time i try ..I didn't get any recharge balance on my number and showing this error "Your card's face value is greater than session limit"...What kind of service are you guys offering your customers, eh? what kind of a child's play is this? i need an urgent response from your end.

              Word of advice
              For new sim holders, do a initial ₹53 recharge.
              And try the top up again.

              Problem face value limit,

              I changed my Vodafone postpaid connection to prepaid but with mobile number portability. I was charged Rs.100/- for the new sim and I was told that Rs. 71/- recharge value will be credited to my account/sim. However, this was not done. So, I purchased a recharge coupon for Rs.30/- and when I tried to recharge with this coupon, I didn't get any recharge balance on my number, instead showing this error "Your card's face value is greater than session limit" . what does this mean ? Customer care and Vodafone store from where I purchased this sim have failed to give any proper solution for this. My Vodafone No. is [protected] and alternate contact No. is [protected].

                I was using postpaid connection. Later on i switched to prepaid connection. I had deposited Rs.250/- as security at the time of applying for postpaid connection At time of closure, i settled all the dues. I paid excess by Rs.80 (approx). When my prepaid connection got activated, i received a confirmation msg that i will be refunded Rs. 330(approx). But i have not received any such ssum till date. Kindly resolve the issue. Thanks

                  I brought a new handset to my wife its a dual sim phone running airtel & vodafone both usally we recharge to airtel everytime a week back we went to shimoga & my airtel netpack was closed & i recharged to 78rs 12:50pm on 23/04/2015 to vodafone due to some reasons, after recharging it Is not working for 30 mins due to the reason i called to customer care the first guy said it will be solved in 2 hours & i waited for 2 hours but the problem not solved so i called again & they connected to tecnical department they said restart the Phone there also the problem not solved, this circle repeated for 8 times. Finally i asked for refund but the final guy who i spoked he raised the complaint & it'll be solved in 8 working days. Even the executive communication was also very bad they not responded to my question properly. I asked for refund but they raised the complaint.

                      I recharged my number with RS 95 and get 300 mb only where on my number have a promotional offer where I get 300 +300 mb but segmented benefit not give on my vodafone number. And for confirming the offer i also talked with vodafone care executive where he told me that you can recharged with Rs 95and you Will get the 300+300mb . But i didnt receive the offer. Mob.                         Dear Sir, my mobile number : [protected] i was using Airtel and switched to Vodafone network.( i just came to know the Vodafone Signals are not there at my apartment). after taking Vodafone there was no signal in my mobile. previously atleast i was getting signal but the voice quality was not good. I have raised multiple complaints regarding Signals issue. Complaint ref#[protected] (created on 1st Apr 2015). but it was closed by Vodafone care without my confirmation. again i have raised another complaint on 4th Apr 2015 Ref#[protected] but i dont have any resolution. please note that the calls are getting disconnected with in sec for ex: 2-3 sec also . but it was charged as 1 min. i see the bill is generated with 480/- RS though i was not able to continue making calls. This is not acceptable, without speacking 60 sec you are charging as per 1 min basis. first you network signal quality is very poor and calls are getting disconnecetd in sec ( eg: 2-3 sec also sometimes). i went through the bill it is showing you have charged per min basis seems to be though the calls are disconnecetd in sec because of your poor quality of signals, i cant make any calls during 8PM to 9 AM if i am at house. kindly let me know your feedback because the same happening for many people in my apartment.                           Phone Number : [protected] Name : Rishabh Kankariya Email : [protected]@gmail.com Converted from prepaid to post paid before three months. I am being charged for what I have not used. For the month of April, before even my bill is generated, I get a message of interim payment due to heavy data usage which is absolutely wrong. Still i made the interim payment because they have barred my services. Next day again get a message of exceeding credit limit and they bar my services saying high Internet usage. When i call up customer care, they say i have used 7gb of data which is next to impossible. My data consumption can be max 1.5-2gb because i hardly browse. All this while my bill is not generated because my billing cycle is 1-31st. Again i had to make an interim payment because they barred my services again. These ambiguous Internet charges are unacceptable. Then why do the company claim to be customer friendly if they love harassing customers and cheat them by charging unnecessarily. I want the refund of the amount.

                            HI I am a Vodafone India Postpaid service User. In this nonth bill Company added extra Rs 149 for downloading charges in bill. I am having unlimited internet plan even thay added extra charge . This is not right way to earn extra money.. Please do something with company.

                              Vodafone activated VAS name 'hungama entertainment portal' on my no: [protected] and charged rs. 30. I deactivated it as soon as possible, without using these service but VODAFONE didn't credited the amount in my account. I did everything from my side but they didn't respond it, please help.                                 I am Hardik Airen, a Vodafone customer.My internet pack expired on 22 April 2015 at 11:59:59 pm. I closed my mobile Internet at 11:59 with 20MB left.When i closed it i was charged Rs31/- from my balance for 7MB data use which i had not used whereas no amount must be deducted as i closed it before expiry.Please help me get back my balance.Thanks Mobile no.                                       I requested for the port of my number from Vodafone to Reliance but one of your officer called me and advised me not to switch to other network. But for this, he offered me an offer of 45p/min (STD and Local Calls) and 10p/min (Local VtoV). He then said that he has activated my offfer and will be activated in next 4 hours. But since that day, I have not get any type of offer and nobody helped me out on the same. If this was all spam then i will surely transfer my connection to other network. Looking forward to your positive response.

                                        Hello my Vodafone bill for 10.4.2015 includes unwanted VAS services which I have never used and activating d2c_mydala 99 and d2c_mazaa 149 without my concern.
