    I am getting 2 to 3 business caller tune calls daily from the service provider vodafone, despite my request for not disturbing me. I had already blocked around 30 numbers but in vain. Today at 11.36 I got today's first call from [protected], yesterday from [protected] and [protected]. Please take steps to stop disturbing me again through caller tune promotions etc I had already complained 2 months ago to stop calling me, got a reply that calls from vodafone will be stopped in 7 days. But they are still continuing!

      My Contact number is [protected]. Am unaware of the useless services activated on my number. On the 20th April at around 08:30pm I have recharged my number for 50rs. The same night a useless service called Tiny TV was activated without my notice. As a result, 33rs was deducted from my main balance. I tried calling the customer care but I could not find the option for speaking to the customer care executive (Very Strange). The next day i.e April 21st I initiated the Live Chat online and complained about the complete issue. By evening the amount was refund to my account.And today April 22nd it starts all over again. My balance is again deducted. Questions ... 1. Why are the service activated without my notice or request?? 2. Is this a new way of business?? I mean deducting the balance and refund again...

        The message reads as "Hello! Look @ it services is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental has been deducted. Your Current balance post service activation is rs. XXX.XX To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223 (Toll Free)." I have no clue from where this service got activated. I never activated such plan and the CCE keeps arguing that you went to browser and activated it. For sure, that never happened and how come Vodafone can deduct any balance for something they don't know and they are not linked in any terms. they say they don't know what is it and it's a third party charges which has nothing to do with Vodafone.. Strange, how can someone claim from my vodafone balance if Vodafone does not have any link. I saw many similar complains raised and i guess this looks like a fraud and Vodafone can not clear its hand from this.             I got charged Rs. 478 for Surprise 'Value Added Services' I am well educated about how mobile works. I never clicked on any third party link nor download anything. I got bill for following services which dont even make sense from their names. Executives couldnt explain what I was charged for. Details are as follows: d2c_mazaa_149 d2c mazaa 149 - Charges Rs. 149 sf_tinytvw_w_77 Rs. 77 d2c_mydala_99 Rs.99 p_sf_tinytvw_w_77 Rs.77 p_sf_tinytvw_w_77 Rs. 77 Tried to complain by calling care, but Executives put call on waiting for more than 30 min two times before I disconnected. When asked to talk with seniors, the call was again put on hold.

            This worst thing happened to me as well. Charged 486 as VAS in my monthly bill. Planning to do portability.
            Same thing is happening with me since last 6 to 8 months, fed up paying unnecessary charges without any download.

            Neither Vodafone is accepting the mistake nor does it agree to revoke, moreover they dont even disable this feature of me.

            When asked them how do I stop such charges to apply me they dont answer or simply say its not in our hands.

            Hi, The VAS billing happening for about 8 months. Rs.200 -480 per month simply wasted due to the unnecessary VAS. Planning to port immediately. Anyway vodafone is not taking any actions to the complaint so far. My number : [protected]

            When asked they said I have downloaded the following d2c_mazaa_149 d2c mazaa 149 - Charges Rs. 149. I am using Internet for a long time now and made them understand that this is wrongly billed.
            First they tried convincing me that vodafone will not bill you wrong, then after wasting my time for 20 mins, I had the vodafone guy agree to waive of the 149/- wrongly charged in the bill...
            Good that we have portability now... can somebody tell me who provides good service... airtel, idea, docomo, bsnl...
            What the hell is this.

            Hi,

            I am also charged for 77 as "VAS downloads" in this month bill. Why it is only happening with Vodafone. Even I don't know this "sf_tinytvw_w_77". What is it related to? This is my third month bill, in the second month bill i was charged for RS.. 248 and now RS. 77. I haven't paid last month and I will not pay this month also. Please sort it out before my due date, otherwise i will take a decision.

                Hi, Currently I am Using vodafone Pre paid card, Before 2 months I recd call 4m vodafone call centr for pre to pos paid convert of billing. One person 4m vodafone came tomy home n collect required document for Pre to post paid conversion. He charge me 200 Rs n gave a sim card also. He said me that ur prepaid will be convert to post paid on the same mobile number([protected]) after 2 days. BUt after completion of 2 months still my cell is working on prepaid account. So please help me out. I spoke to so may times to call centre of Idea but no one help me out, I have 2 sim Card with mebut the sim card which I have recd por Post paid conversion that still unactivated.

                  Want to know more about following items in my bill: Downloads 1) 10/03/15-23.31.34 zeeditto_livew_w_3 0.00 35 2) 10/03/15-23.57.13 d2c_mazza_149 0.00 149 I already have free data pack(750MB 3G data and after that 2G unlimited), then why Vodafone have charge me for these download items. As per as I know I didn't accessed these download. these are some fake items added to my bill (I have seen similar post in consumer forum). Vodafone should pay me back my 35+149=184 amount.                     I was browsing on my internet on 21/04/2015 around 1545(3:45 pm) while I received a message from Vodafone saying that my vodafone unlimited radio has been activated and Rs. 15 have been deducted from my account. When i called up the customer care, they say that i opened up some chargable link which i am very sure i didnt. And when i asked them to transfer my call to the manager to get the redressal, they asked me to hold and disconnected the call after putting it on hold. This is unacceptable and should be taken seriously by Vodafone.

                        Vodafone charging me every week Rs. 49 in the name of Mazaa mobile pack which I have never activated. This is a type of cheating done by them. like earlier they activate English pack or other packs.

                          Have 3 numbers of a CUG plan Each number address are diff though provided same documents and with company Id. Recently one of my number suspended without any notification, received call at noon time but as busy ask to call back in evening after 6 he agreed but no call back from that and the number services are off now. One of my number is from the same address and is working and the physical verification is positive Customer executives now ask me to pay the deposite and all that, hell your service man! This is really ridiculous service from the company, Customer care saying they don't have authority than with whom to talk??? For bill payment you can call back again and again why not this situation?

                            I wish to bring this to notice, I deactivated my sim card 4 months back and I paid all the dues (because they will deactivate only when bill is clear) But now I am getting mails from vodafone stating "Kindly note that there is a total due of Rs. 188.1/- on your connection & unbilled amount is Rs. 00/- Unbilled amount does not include rentals and discounts." Moreover they are going to charge extra as mentioned in mail "Please be informed that your final bill will be generated on 12/05/15 under prorated basis. Request you to clear your dues before the due date." What is this all about?? Why they are bringing this after 4 months, I want explanation from Vodafone. This is not done. Asif Khan

                              Dear Sir / Madam. This is with reference to the mobile number [protected] which is being used by me. This number was provided to me by company called GUJ INFO PETRO LIMITED in the year Feb -10 on account of joining the company under company CUG plan. After working for 3 years I left the company in June-13 and the number was removed from CUG which shifted immediately from a customized rental plan to normal rental plan immediately. Later after obtaining a NOC from the company (submitted to Vodafone) the number was transferred in to my name and billing address shifted to my residential address and since then I am separately paying the bill. Today I called the Vodafone customer care (Ahmedabad) to discontinue the Internet plan due to poor services of Vodafone ….But the Guy denied stating that I have to obtain NOC from my past employer. My concern I have already submitted the NOC in past and hence only the above needful was taken care …..However it is not feasible for obtaining NOC. Request to do the needful.                                 Vodafone has tried to make fool to many of its customers by charging enormous 3G charges and I was the example for this month where for the usage of just 300MB data, I was charged around Rs. 1, 300 additionally. I am even not sure about this usage of 300MB. As per their advice, when I had written a mail to them on 15th April 2014, there was no revert by their team within their TAT of 2 days. Finally I called them up 3 times to resolve the issue and call was getting transferred from one executive to another executive and no one was willing to speak to me properly.

                                Worst thing is that they asked me to disconnect the connection but not willing to reverse charges levied.

                                You are requested to please take a proper action to resolve ths issue.

                                  Hi, My mobile number is [protected].I'm using vodaphone Service more than 8 years.I lost my sim and blocked my number last week.I got duplicate sim for the same number on 18th Apr.But the sim is not activated till today(21st Apr).I contacted vodaphone show room regarding my issue.As per their communication my sim was activated.If i contact customer care they are telling sim card is an inactive status.I contacted customer care more than 20 times in a day for this simple issue.But till now my issue is not get resolved also i'm getting different information from each CC people.One representative told me today they need a re-activation request from vodaphone show room.But they sent request yesterday 4:28:20.This information confirmed by both vodaphone how room & customer care rep.But today CC rep tells like they didn't get re-activation request.CC rep ask me to visit show room again and get new sim card.But it's very far from my place and i don't have time duration to visit again. I really vexed about your service.From today morning i'm unable to contact from my other service provider number.I'm getting the repeating voice mail message.Then i tried to contact your CC people from some one number.It's very simple issue.But it's continue more than 3 days. I missed all bank & official calls these days(More than 10 days). |This is really worst service.When i use post paid connection & now prepaid both services are really worst.I have only one reason to keep this number because this number regarded by banks & official persons.

                                    Dear Team, I have been harrassed mentally by vodafone company. Initially mentioning that i have got a free data pack i was then told that nothing such is available. I am forwarding the details in the form of emails sent to vodafone. Please get into this and help me. I had purchased a samsung galaxy E7 mobile last month on March 25, 2015, I had got an offer of 2GB 3G data per month for 2 months along with this purchase as can be seen from the below screenshot (Highlighted portion). I deactivated my 2g data pack on 31st march to avail this free data from 1st april (AS CONFIRMED BY YOUR EXECUTIVE) but just now when i spoke to another executive for knowing my data balance he informed me that no such data pack exists on my number?? Are you kidding me?? I had confirmed with the executive and then only started using the plan and now your me like this?? Even on Vodafone website the same offer is mentioned without any condition whatsoever. Please find below the screenshot of the same.

                                        Hello dear sir I have one post paid connection Mrach 2015 31st one isd call went it's not Our relationship number any other person That day I have meeting attend . I didn't give Any other person but try already bill Generate so I have paid this amount 1200 Somthing but that day my call Satrted after meeting finished 4:30pm so this amount please refund me Urgently Cell number [protected] And that isd number again will missed me on 20/04/2015 the starting number +37
