Hi I am Vipul Tiwari. I am using vodafone number [protected]. I live in Ambivli. I bought this number to use 3G service. At that time of purchase I was assured that I will get 3G speed in my area which was fake. I had made multiple complaints against quality of 3G service but nothing has been done to improve quality. After frustrating by poor quality service I decide to stop service. I called vodafone customer care (111) ( I don't remember exact date but it was between 5 feb 2015 to 10 feb 2015 after 7 PM). After having a long discussion with him, I finally ask him to stop my service so that I won't get any bill. He said ok "if you don't use this number, you won't get any bill".I said good and enough and stopped using this number. But after that I got bill from vodafone with nil usage but they charged me full.And same thing repeated for two month. I got multiple call from vodafone regarding due payment. I told them that I will pay some 800 amount which I had used but I won't pay something which I haven't use and have nil usage. But they are not ready to accept this mistake was of their employee. They don't even ready to check recordings. Why should I pay for something which I haven't use. Because of their irresponsible representative I faced a lot. I think Your company in is service industry if give proper services then only you will survive in competitive world.I hope my problem will be resolved by this forum as company is minting money out of me without any reason.     My current plan is rs375 (1GB 3G + Unlimited 2G). I received bill on 5th apr 2015 and bill amount is 1597.46. In this bill 782.89 added for GPRS and 13.60 for VF mobile connect. when i took connetion i confirmed that there is no chanrge for internet in roaming. then why these charges added in bill ? I already expained every time to customer care representative for same but they are not ready to listen this. they are telling you were using idea network in roaming so these charges applicable to you. if i'm using vodafone then how can i use idea network. and if you are giving other operator covrage with higher charges for better facility then you should send a message to us and intimate now you are using idea network for internet so you would charged higher and internet is payeble with extra cost in this network. you already sending similar message when we moving in roaming area then why not for internet charges in different operator. i already paid apprx rs1000 rupee in month of sep-oct for GPRS and that time i confirmed that you will get message and call for such situations. and at that time i simply said i'm not interested in chargable internet even if i already paying rs375 plan and they told internet will not provided to you in area where vodafone coverage is not available. i simply saying, i can't pay rs800 for internet. I told many times to your representative please pass my call to some one senior member but they told you will received a call from our seniors in next 2 hours but i didn't receive any call from any senior member. In a day CC representative calling me 5 times and i'm repeating same story to everyone but no conclusion.even some of them are very rude, they are telling give me answer in yes or no, either you pay or not. i need resolution of this amount. this is not my fault so i'm not interested in payment of this amount. I have written mail many times to vodafone care but no reply from vodafone. Regards. Diwakar [protected]

    Please have a look on priority. my vodafone services is barred from last 10 days.

    Please tell me what is my mistake ? you are providing idea coverage even there vodafone coverage available and then adding approx rs800 extra in bill and not a single time informed to me regarding extra charges. i already paid rs1000 amount in september bill and get confirmation from vodafone from next time you will be intimated by call and message and you will get data services only if you agree with extra charges... i can't pay rs800 for facebook and whatsapp.
    Can i get any resolution on this ? Vodafone customer care not registering my complain. i didn't pay bill last month due to this issue then they stopped all services (Incoming, outgoing, internet). I need incoming so i paid bill immediately. this month again they send full rental even service barred last month and rs100 late payment charge. Can anyone please suggest me how can i register complain in consumer court or telecom ministry. They are not resolving issue and adding rs100 as late payment penalty every month. when i took connection they told its a corporate connection and late payment penalty would not be charged only outgoing would be barred if payment not received. I took this connect last year in july and i paid approx rs1000 as late payment penalty. I'm sending mail to vodafone corporate care and they are sending reply after 1 week and telling these are genuine charges and this is our policy and most surprising they are not registering complain and not providing any complain number. I'm asking to them please share mail id of your regional head or nodal head but they are not providing.

      Hi Team, Its been 3 days now, that there has been a massive amount of data usage in my phone. When checked, neither I am downloading any stuff nor watching any video online, which might be a reason. It is really shocking and unbelievable that I recharged 2 times for 3GB data in 3G within this 3 days, and it swapped overnight.         Fraudulent deduction of Rs 75 has been made from my account for some strange download. They are saying that I have downloaded some video from some URL for which I have been charged 75 Rs. I haven't downloaded anything and there is nothing in my downloads also. I have seen the same complaint from many other people. Still the customer care is saying that its not an issue.You have been charged legally. There is no fraud.

          Vodafone deducted Rs 45 from my balance saying that i have activated [protected]@it service. When i contacted customer care they gave silly excuses and when i said what do i get in this service they had no answer. They are deducting money for this service and are not able to give proper response to it Didnt expect such from a company like vodafone. If such thing continues i will switch over to other company.

              Called 198 bangalore 3g technical department told the agent that I have a ticket number regarding the issue . Asked the agent why the issue is still not resolved yet. He was rude and asked to wait till 1 clock next day.he says it's your mobile problem . Told the agent that i have recharged my number yesterday and was able to use 3g. In 6 hours time how can it be the mobile problem.told him its your issue. Again asks me to wait till tomorrow(rude)the agent. I have recharged my number not to wait till next day. Agent(wilfred) says we never asked you to recharge .instead of resolving he was arguing .please listen to the call. I have also recorded the call. I dont think it my mistake when the problem is Vodafone network . spoke to him around 2.12 am. April 30th 2015. Is this how vodafone treat there customers?. Worst customer care I have come across.across.Airtel is far better compared vodafone. this agent (wilfred)does not know to speak proper english . please resolve my issues asap. registration number for complaints [protected]. still not able to use 3g.                   Dear Sir/Mam, I saw an advertisement on newspaper (Amar Ujala) on 28th March 2015 to apply for tower.I phoned on given number [protected].I had a talk with a person name Rajesh Sharma.He told me to send him land address where tower was to be set up. I send him my land address then he told me to give registration fee of Rs. 1050 and Government tax Rs.22500.I paid registration fee and government tax on 30 March 2015.He told me that company will give advance payment of Rs. 30 Lacs, Job to one member of family, monthly rent Rs. 70000 for 20 Years. Then after he told me that our saving accouting is not acceptable for clearance of Rs. 30 Lacs Cheque and I got message from SBI Bank that you have to deposit 49000 to convert saving account into current account.I paid amount 49000 also .Till now I have paid total 3, 30, 550 Rupees and all these amount are paid in the account name Rajat Sharma who is from Rohtak Haryana. Rajat Sharma's A/C no-[protected] (OBC Bank).Please help me to find such fraud people otherwise they will make fool of many people.                   They are asking me to pay toll tax of Rs 48000 today also.Everytime I pay the amount after that they don't give any information neither regarding tower nor about their company.They don't pick my phone and sometimes switch off the phone and switc it on after 2-3 days. Please I request you to resolve my case as soon as possible.I am so much in trouble and my family is also suffering alot by this trouble.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I the undersigned having mobile no [protected] would like to bring to your notice that recently from past 10 days I have been receiving SMS from Vodafone that I have utilized additional 200MB of internet usage every day. I have received SMS yesterday from VG-Vodafone at 6.29 pm stating that my unbilled amount is Rs 3254. I have been using the present connection for more than 2 years and the bill amount never exceeded more than Rs 800/- on an average. I called the vodafone toll free number and I was shock to hear from the auto dialler that my unbilled amount is Rs 8395/- as on 28th April 2015. I got an opportunity to speak to Customer service Executive and asked for the unbilled details for he never furnished Sir, I hardly use STD calls, I do not travel much therefore there is no roaming charges. I am surprised for the amount o[censored]nbilled amount imposed on me. I do not understand the level of inconsistency about the information the company is sharing with the customer.                           My prepaid mobile number is [protected] and I checked with *111# service of vodafone for a night data pack which shows 29rs pack and data for pack is 500 mb it is valid for 12am to 06 pm for 01 day only so go to nearby retailer and recharged the same but service activated for me is 30 paise for all vodafone calls so I called to vodafone customer care number 199 and said my issue but there is no proper response and even never given my complaint number to he is just saying that 29 recharge will work only if recharge is done through mobile it should not be done online or with retailer but no such words are given in *111# service and very cc response from vodafone kindly take action as soon as possible and kindly revert me regards mohankumar [protected]@gmail.com

                              I had activated 1 GO 3G data plan on my no [protected] yesterday at 1148AM, the balance of RS 249 is deducted and received message of data plan activated with data balance 1024MB. Suddenly after few minutes I received message that my data plan has been overwritten with some stupid daily data plan. And now your customer care inexperienced tele-caller is not responding. Kindly either give me back my balance or put me into the actual data plan which I ha e spent for ASAP. This kind of cheating is intolerable and annoying. Kindly do the needful at earliest to avoid any consequences

                                I am Dibakar Ghosh bearing a Vodafone number [protected]./ ([protected]- Alternate) I have lodged complaint twice in vodafone care and unfortunately you people come up with fake promises all the time. 1. On 29th march 2015 i requested for a booster pack of INR 100 and i could not avail the pack because you did not activate it but i had to pay the money. When I lodged a complaint about it you did not take any action. 2. I changed my 3G pack from 3 GB to 4GB unlimited in the month of April but by 15th April when i consumed 3 GB you reduced your speed to 64 kbps. When i lodged a complaint against it again you have taken no action and now i will have to pay the money without availing the pack. This is really shameful and pathetic that vodafone has such fake and illegal system.I will definitely take this up in consumer court if you do not manage by bill accordingly this month i will lodge a legal case against you.

                                  I have been using my vodafone number but due unavoidable circumstances I was not able to use my number. Vodafore has deactivated my number and I have went to their ministore several time but they had not activated it and finally one day they told me it was given to another person. I am really disappointed with Vodafone for this as I have business contacts through this number also some of my relatives have this number. I find it is frustrating and I want vodafone to solve this issue immediately.

                                    Hello, My Vodafone number is [protected] and I was a satisfied customer of Vodafone company untill a few months back. But, now it seems to be changing as lately I have been charged rentals for services I never activated... I got an sms an hour back, at 22.11 to be precise... It said that I have activated a service called HOTSHOTS and have been charged Rs. 90 for the same... I was shocked to say the least as I never activated a service like this... I immediately deactivated the same by sending an sms to 155223... The service was deactivated immediately, at 22.13 I got the confirmation message of deactivation... But, when I called at the customer complain centre to register my complaint and ask for refund of the rental charged... The representative outrightly refused me... This is not the first time that this is happening... Few months back also, I have been charged for a service named TINY TV... At that time also, I deactivated the service immediately...but, still rental was charged in my bill... On calling complain centre I was told that if I would have complained within 24 hours... I would have got my refund...Now, this has become a monthly occurance... If my money is not refunded back... I will port my number to another telecom company who values their customers and doesn't rob them... Kindly register my complaint and refund me my money... Thanking you in advance.

                                      firstly m fed up of your customer care executive's silly excuses or replies. M unable to understand why a rental of rs 45 is being deducted repeatedly despite of deactivation of the service. Another problem is a technical one as no vodafone user is able to use the internet connection in our locality as sim is unable to fetch any sign of net connectivity e.g. E or H.                                         Hi, This is timoti I have a problem with Vodafone service Phone numbers.I canceled the [protected] [protected] numbers and I converted the [protected] number from postpaid to prepaid (near secundrabad railway station vodhaphone store) they said [protected] [protected] two numbers canceled and for [protected] number from postpaid to prepaid convertion take 5 days time.they given new sim with [protected] number. but after 5 day i checked with new sim but that one is not working. Now they are sending the Postpaid bills for that numbers.and demand notices for payment Please look into this problem. my number is [protected]. Thanks timoti.
