Hello Vodafone, This is regarding My Mobile No. [protected]. I migrate my number postpaid to prepaid from Rudhar Communication Rajpura (Pb). That time i paid cash pending bill to Rudhar communication and my number was migrated but in the same vodafone bill was deducted from my credit card. December Bill twice time paid.( Cash & Automatic from Credit Card). Many time I Complaint the same to Rudhar Communication But they are not resolving my issue.That's why i complaint here. Vodafone is a Big Company. But your MINI STORE is not handle the customer properly.My number is migrated from December and still my issue is pending. Help me to resolve my problem and reverse my money.

      My Vodaphone No. is [protected] Yesterday I Have Activated 1GB 3G Data Plan UPE_PO-MI3G299FU at 8:55:24PM After getting Confirmed on *111*6# That Plan is Active I Used 359.47MB of 3G Data at 10:20PM & 5.61 MB at 10:50PM my Unbilled Amount Jumped from 3.91INR to 1528.88INR And They Have Stopped All My Services Including Outgoing Calls and Data Services. On Contacting CC they have said we have no info regarding this issue.

        I have visited Vodafone store in Palam, Gurgaon. I requested for plan change and the executive told me few plans and I chose Plan of Rs. 199. Few day later I realized that call are charged at higher rates and then I called to call center where I was told that plan is of Rs 149. This happened to me thrice. And from past 3 months I am paying huge bills. Before last time I was also told wrong details by the executive at Vodafone store in Sector 14, Gurgaon. This is highly unprofessional and wrong. Not expected behaviour from Vodafone. Please look into the matter ASAP

          My mobile number is [protected] My alternate no. [protected] In [protected], while dialing*111# for checking net balance, I went to check the first option and without my consent 40 Rs. Has been deducted by mydala.com stating that voucher has been processed for 40Rs. Cappucinno which will be given free if I purchase any beverage. The date of expiry of voucher is 24 April 15. So I decided to visit a outlet which is 8 kms far away from my home. The outlet address is H1B Ground Floor Main Market Kalkaji, Newdelhi-110019. Phone-[protected].When I visited the outlet and shown the voucher to Sales girl. She said that the voucher had been already used. When I called for[protected], Café Coffee Day IVPS says that Sunday is holiday. With no option leftover, I paid 242Rs. and had Darjeeling Tea, and Strawberry Shake. As I had not used the voucher, the problem lays with Vodafone Cellular, My dala.com, Coffee Café Day. Vodafone Cellular to be blamed for adding Mydala. Com My dala.com to be blamed for presenting a invalid voucher without my consent. Coffee Café Day for stating that voucher is invalid. Cheap attitude of organization for looting a mere amount of Rs. 40/-

            H! This is Amandeep Kaur from delhi. i am vodafone customer.. I have two numbers of vodafone. Ist is [protected] & 2nd is [protected]. these both numbers i have same tariff plan that is monthly rental is Rs.99/- and i am get 300 minutes & 300 sms (local & national). so they changed my tariff plan without asking me ... and this plan is active from april ... and i make many calls in vodafone customer care... but they not response. they said we are from prepaid department. and when i call from my pospaid number...my call was not transfer to the executive..i am very dissapointed from your service that u provide to the customers..so i just request you to that i wants my previous plan is back. otherwise u can stop my services and converyed in to airtle connection...

              Respected Sir, My complaint is regarding Vodafone mobile app, numerous calls have made to vodafone customer care regarding this. Problem started while paying my monthly bills through vodafone app, after entering proper credentials and while selecting internet banking after entering proper otp with my password, the success page was blank.Though money was deducted from my bank but i was unable to know whether my payment was successful or not because success page was blank. Regarding this i had called on 4th march and asked them whether they received my payment as i couldn't know because the success page was blank. I also complained them for the app, that time they told me they would forward it to concerned department. Next month on 4th april again i faced the same issue, while paying my postpaid bill through vodafone app and entering all the proper credentials including otp and password, the page got blank and no success page was displayed. Again i called to verify from the vodafone customer representative whether the payment is successful or not, they told me it would take 24-48 hrs to reflect payment. Then i again told them that it was 2nd time i am facing the same problem and asked them about the resolution of my previous service request. He told me your case is closed. i asked him how the case is closed when nobody from vodafone called me or informed me. He again generated one service request number ([protected]) and told somebody from the dept would call me. I asked him of my previous complaint ([protected]). I couldn't get any answer from him. Today i again called voda care, asking about resolution of complaints, the answer from the executive was there are no complaints made by me, i again told to see properly, she told me there are no complaints, i gave her the service request number, then she said yes i can see one complaint, i told i have made 2 complaints, then after some time she said there are 2 complaints, I asked her how she was unable to see my complaints on a single desktop screen i asked for their resolution she said they are resolved. I asked for any other from senior team, she kept my call on hold for more than 10 mins and later told me manager was busy. I had realized this is such a pathetic state of service and for me this has for the third time, which no one would expect such crap answers.I was only expecting my problem to be resolved. Thanks Yash

              Sorry but i haven't received any call from vodafone till now.
              Surprisingly much to my agony i faced this issue again. Again i paid my bill through voda app and screen was blank again.

                Dear Sir, My mobile number is [protected] and my account no. is 1.14735329. I have been a customer of Vodafone mobile services since Nov 2009 and I have never been so much shocked as to see the value of the bill for the current bill cycle from 4.03.15 to 3.04.15. I have been charged a data usage bill of Rs 10, 661 for the bill period. I would like to bring to your notice regarding the discrepancy in this billing. I had activated the MI 650 plan on 17.03.15 which entitles me for 3GB free downloads at 3 G speeds and after completion of the data usage, I get to surf at a reduced speeds of 64 Kbps. So this data plan entitles me for unlimited usage. I had requested for the deactivation of this plan on 20.03.15. So for the period from 17.03.15 to 20.03.15 MI 650 was active. But you have charged for data usage from 19.03.15, 5.36 hrs to 21.03.15 till 15.55 hrs. This is a case of excess billing from your end. Similarly the UL 199 plan was active on my number from 21.03.15 to 3.04.15 which also entitles me for unlimited downloads at a 2 G speed of 64 kbps till 2GB and then a reduced speed of 40 kbps after completion of 2GB data usage. But here too I have been billed for my data usage from 22.03.15, 19.16 hrs to 28.03.15, 23.56 hrs. As the plan was active from 21.03.15 to 3.04.15, then how come the data usage was charged. This again is a case of wrong and excess billing. You are hereby requested to look into this case of wrong billing of data usage and revise the billing . Thanking you in anticipation.                   I am Vodafone user from last 8 years. My mobile number is [protected] on the name of TP Gulati. My average billing was 3000 per month. But suddenly in Jan I received rs 9000 (approx) bill amount and in Feb rs 6000. I forward my complaint to Nodal n appellate. They provide me only Rs 3500 hundred discount against 10000. And after so many mails that discount amount is very less. They refuse to provide any resolution. Behaviour of nodal and appellate authority is worst. They r treating 8 yrs old customer as new. I suggest everyone to not take connection of vodafone.

                    I have checked the offers by dialing *121#... It shows me 1.75 3g for 249. But I have received 1.25 gb only... When I call customer care they tells me there is no such offers for me.. Am I blind??????? And they disconnect the call while talking... And then not even picking the call..bloody hell you are losing your valuable customers... Good bye

                          Dear sir, I have wrongly recharged Rs. 75.00 instead of Rs.70.00 through online payment on my mobile no-[protected] and by result I got the roaming incoming free for 28 days which I don't need. I am valued customer of you. I request you to kindly credit the wrongly recharge of Rs.75/- as my Main balance. As I talked to your customer care they told me it is impossible. Dear sir, I want to convey you that a customer may this type of mistake during pressing the numeric button. Hence, there must be the solution in your system for rectification so that customer would not be suffered. I am working in a Nationalised Bank and we have the solution of this type of mistake done by our valued customer. Therefore, you are requested to kindly resolve my problem or provide me the solution. I also want to highlight here that this is not the problem of mine only but it may with other customer so being a service provider you should have the solution for this type of problem.                             Vodafone just dedicated rs 149 out of my balance today citing download charges .. I can't figure out what I have downloaded. This fraudulent practice must stop. This has happened before too . You should either reverse the charge .. Or give clear details .. I no longer wish to continue with a fraud network.

                              Hi Admin, I need to log complain against Vodafone India. Regarding their poor service in south west delhi region. I stay in Munirka, South West Delhi. I own 2 vodafone postpaid numbers since 2005. On one I have 1599 monthly Rental pack and on other I have corporate connection. i have complained to vodafone regarding this several times. But every time they have same answer, like if they are taught what exactly to speak for these kinds of situtations. they don't even miss a word. Very well rehearesed. Getting into details, I get no network coverage when I change my network mode from GSM to WCDMA Only. [As I am paying 1600+200 Every month So I wish to use my plan to full extent.] I get 0 signals at my home. So litteraly I can not use services on Saturdays and Sundays. I will for sure cancel my both postpaid numbers and switch back to Airtel which atleast gives me good signals at my home on which ever mode. Airtel is costly but atleast does give services for which it chargers.

                              I used vodafone sim in Galaxy s4 and blackberry q10.
                              Both are premium handsets. So don't tell me to buy a new phone./
                              I owna Iphone as well. and the problem persists in iphone too.
                              To all those who are messaging me, saying that Dial 148 or Visit Vodafone Store near Munirka.
                              I have done all the listed steps.
                              But It never helped.
                              Very bad experience with Vodafone. I must say.
                              Yesterday night as well. I was with colony friends, 2 of them were having Airtel which were getting full 3 network.
                              I needed to call a cab to go somewhere. But was getting so poor / none network on 3g that i had to use 2g.
                              V bad.

                              Please Note that, I only have problem in the given region. Rest places, I get satisfactory/ Good networks.

                                I am Saurav Kumar, R/O New Godam, Rajendra path, Gaya, as per advertisement published in newspaper for providing data entry job in VODAFONE-GSM under contact detail mentioned as [protected], i had applied for same and contact to [protected]. Person received that call is named HEMANT MISHRA, he asked my name and qualification and said to me that next day call will go from his company to my contact no.. Next day one lady call to me with no.-[protected] and asked to me that either i called previous day for job in VODAFONE-GSM then i said yes, after that she told me details about job and exciting offer (one computer system, mobile phone) company will provide and asked me to registered yourself by depositing amount Rs1050 to account no.- [protected](Acc holder-HEMANT MISHRA, Bank- SBI). After listening all details i had discuss at home with my family about this but my family is financially weak due to which they cant arrange that vary amount suddenly . on the same day that lady again called me and asked that either i had deposited or not then i asked to her for some time and she told me that please deposite next day as soon as possible because if you will become late then your name selection for job will transfered to other. Due to this pressure i had arrange Rs1050 anyhow and deposite it in given account number. After deposite i informed that lady about deposite amount and also mailed her on email idthat she message me that is "[protected]@gmail.com". next day again she call me and told that for further job procedure talked to RAKESH KUMAR at [protected] . Then i called to RAKESH KR. and talk to him, he asked my name and told that yes my registration is confirmed and i required to pay another amount of money Rs3550 for current account activation under my name through which company give payment+Bonus to me. On this I am not agree to him and said that i have not more money to pay now but he said if i were not pay this amount then i cant get this job.Then i asked him to return my registration amount i cant do this job. He said that send your account no. he will return in that account so i messaged him my account no. after thatr he told that today he cant return because of bank hour over. Next day i called to him and told that please return my amount, on this he asked me that how much money i have till then i told him that i have only Rs1500 .he agree on that and suggest me to deposite Rs1550 in same account no. ([protected]). i deposite that amount also . After that he complete my job procedure and told that your system+mobile+job card+job id+ATM& passbook will be dispatched to your home address and will reached i next three days. Again next day RAKESH KUMAR called to me and asked me talk to kingfisher courier at [protected]. i talked to this number then courier persons demand Rs2500 from me in the name of delivering my system and all things. At that time i completly got trapped and decided to quit back. Finally i called HMANT MISHRA and asked him to return my all total amount that i had deposited in his account. then he told that company will issue at a time a cheque of Rs 5000 so he cant return Rs2600 to me . if i want this amount return then i have again required to deposite Rs2400 in his account . so this chain of demanding money is not stopping and on the other hand this person named HEMANT MISHRA AND RAKESH KR. had not return my mooney and used to say that he will not return money if i will not depositeRs2400 again.

                                  Hi, I want to register a complaint about the data plan that I am using. I asked for 3g but it sometimes give 2g and sometimes give 3 g. and the speed of 3G is very disgusting. I have registered this complaint earlier also but again facing the problem and you guys are saying to pay the bill. why should I pay the bill when I am not getting that bloody service. it's been 2 days only after my bill generation and I have consumed 270 mb data . it's impossible because I kept my data pack off. I on it only when I need it. but you guys are saying to pay the bill. Plese resolve it. and please send this complaint t o senior management so that they should know what's happening

                                    i had recharged Internet pack on 16 April 2015 around 11:52 AM with 147 (500MB+500MB) and get 500MB data upfront and next 500 MB data in 4 hours but i got only 500MB data.i called many times to customer care but did not get any resolulation. please look into this.                                       I m using postpaid number [protected] (UP) .I had taken an youth plan which gives 1 GB of free data along with other facilities.In this current bill cycle I have utilised 1215 MB, yesterday I got a call from vodafone to close my data as i was being charged .I understood that I might have been charged beyond 1 GB .But surprisingly the customer care representative told me that the plan which I am using is changed and the data which is now provided is 500 MB instead of 1 GB . He further told me that i have to pay for all the extra that i have consumed. It is unethical and illogical on part of vodafone which is the country's largest telecom company.Either I should have been informed about the change of plan primarily telephonically or atleast through messages. I request that I should be charged only for the data in excess of 1 GB in this bill cycle .
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Without doing anything from my site, the pack of "IcandyTV service " has been activated and Rs. 35/- decucted from main balance. This is totally unfair business practice by Vodafone. Claiming for refund.
                                      Without doing anything from my site, as soon as I recharged main balance Rs. 50/- the pack of "IcandyTV service " had been activated and Rs. 35/- was decucted for this pack from main balance of my mobile number#[protected] dt.31/05/2015 at 11:44PM. This is totally unfair business practice by Vodafone. I am Claiming for refund please.

                                        My Balance (29 Rs) is deducted for Downloading. But I didn't download any such things. Fourth time they are deducting balance like this. No proper response from customer care. But this time I need Refund. I'm am very much displeased with your service.
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
