Hi, my vodafone no [protected]. I have been a victim of vodafone harassment and torture. I am paying rental every month to vodafone for over 5 yrs and vodafone is not even ready to provide basic network @ my residence... I have complained several times to Vodafone, but vodafone has done nothing for over 9 months now!!! In return vodafone has sold my number to tele callers and making money out of it!! Vodafone is sending spam messages to my mobile on a daily basis, atleast 10-15 msg per day!! I have complained to Vodafone nodal team, but still no use!!! Why should I pay service tax to vodafone and rental, when I dont have network or service???

ITS BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK VODAFONE HAS NOT ADDRESSED THE ISSUE BUT INSTEAD HARASSING ME FOR RAISING COMPLAINT!!! VODAFONE IS giving excuses for their mistakes

Vodafone has been running the business of leaking customer info to banks and other telemarketers, vodafone customer care exec do this !!! Its easy to get details out of these !!!
Vodafone is harassing me when i register a complaint for DND. vodafone exec have been calling me and asking as to why i raise the complaint, instead of addressing the core issue!!! Nodal team has been ineffective and useless in this regard!!!
More or less very horrible experience with vodafone!!!
Vodafone also adding unwanted charges on my rental, when I have no 3G activated, how come data charges are applied??
Vodafone is shameless and fraud company cheating ppl with lies

    My bill history is always of Rs 600 per month on an average. Using it since more than 2 yrs now This time got a bill of 4809 Rs They are saying that I have used the data. I already Have 1 GB free plan, how ever they mention that I have used more than that. Vodafone is fooling their postpaid customers on Data charges Neither the customer nor the company can show what and how much data is being used. That's why they take advantage of the same. Since 2 and half years my bill has never gone above RsRs600 On an average and I was very happy with Vodafone's serviceservice But now they have lost it by charging like this How can I use So much data in a month That also 2G It is impossible Manan Sheth [protected] Kolhapur

      a world class operator like vodafone provides pathetic services at RK Puram area and still charges money for those services. I had three connections of vodafone i payed last bill of march 2015 and ported two numbers to airtel as airtel is providing very good services in RK Puram. For the third number of vodafone there are no services no calls made or even messages sent or recieved as there is no coverage, still they want bill to be payed now they are saying if i do not pay money for one vodafone bill my airtel services will be stopped . vodafone are not clearing which bill i have to pay god save this country from vodafone

        I just ported my mobile number from airtel to vodafon just to have new set of problems. I am not able to access mobile data on my phone and called customer care for the same. The executive asked me to drop an SMS for the same since it wasn't activated on my phone. Although I received an SMS from Vodafon saying that 3G has been activated on my phone even then I did that immediately just to receive an SMS from Vodafon saying that it has been activated. I was still not able to access and just at that moment I received a so called welcome call from Vodafon. I informed the person regarding my problem and he said that I will get a call back from their executive within 24 hours to get the same resolved. I waited for another day without any action from Vodafon. Now, I called 198 again asking the same and the guy informed me that I will have to get an official complaint registered for the same. Now I did that with number [protected] having TAT of 4 hours. I got an SMS from Vodafon after 2 hours saying that my complaint has been resolved. Now the intresting part was that I was still not able to access Mobile Data. When I called them back asking the same, I got to know that they have closed my complaint with a comment that a callback will be arranged. NO CALLBACK. NO COMPLAINT. NO RESOLUTION. NO IDEA IF IT WILL EVER GET ADDRESSED. Any idea if I can be helped in any way?

          This is about the sheer mismanagement of one of the so-called ‘professional telecom’ operating in our country – Vodafone. Because of their utter carelessness towards the customers, I have lost my connectivity and guess what, it’s all my fault to choose Vodafone to port my number from Airtel. The story goes like this – I work in a reputed company in Mumbai and when I heard for a corporate plan being offered by Vodafone to our employees, I decided to opt for it, Red 4 business 666. After the porting formalities, my Vodafone number got activated on 31st March 2015. The people with whom I was in touch for this plan were named Abbas and Firoz. On 5th April, Vodafone initiated an address verification process, apparently for our own security. But the awesomeness was that they had to do it in the ‘working hours’. Everyone at my home are working, and wanted some family member to be present for verification. Obviously, they could find no one home. Then, on 7th April, I received a following message: “Dear Customer, we were unable to meet you at your billing address in spite of multiple attempts with regards to your new Vodafone connection. Please carry self-attested copy of your current address proof along with originals and visit any of Vodafone store by 9th April 2015 to enjoy continuous service.” Obviously, unaware of any such thing, I rushed to Vodafone store. I went to Lower Parel Vodafone store located in Peninsula Corporate Park (Mumbai). Vodafone executive asked me to submit address proof on the next day. I submitted address proof on 8th April. According to him, one of my family member ‘must be at home’ whenever Vodafone person will come for address verification. He asked me to choose the date and time for address verification. Then we decided to keep verification on 10th April 3.30pm. I asked my father to take leave on 10th April and to stay at home for the same. Guess what, no one turned up. Hail Vodafone! Then I called Abbas. He did not help me at all to solve the issue. I called Vodafone care centre thrice but I did not get any convincing answer, let alone an apology, from them. They asked me to visit Vodafone store again to choose fresh date and time. I gave written complaint on Vodafone site on 10th April in the evening. I received a call from Vodafone person and they asked me to call on [protected]. I called on this number and operator asked me to write this email through my official email id to corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com. After 2 days I received a following mail from Vodafone, “Dear Subscriber, Thank you for your e-mail dated 13/04/2015, regarding service related concern for your Vodafone mobile number 96********. We sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused to you. With regard to your email, we wish to inform you that your concern related to feedback on customer care executive for above mentioned Vodafone mobile number is forwarded to our concerned team .On basis the feedback received from our concerned team, we assure you that, the necessary steps have been initiated and our service personnel have been sensitized to your concern. We will do our utmost to prevent a reoccurrence of such an experience. Also, we would like to inform you that mentioned Vodafone mobile number is active. Please note reference number [protected] for your future correspondence. In case you need further assistance, please do call or e-mail us. We will do our best to help you. Happy to help, Suraj Khade” I did not receive any service from customer care, corporate plan executive as well as Vodafone Store. Guess what, today, as on 20th April, my number is not functional, probably because I do not live at all. But yes, the mistake was all mine, I chose Vodafone! “Wherever you go, our apathy follows”!

            i pay my Vodafone postpaid bill Rs.250 through Debit card of Oriental Bank of commerce on dated[protected]. From my account balance will deduct but Vodafone site says your payment not successful. from date 6 April onward i suffer very badly. company close my sim for outgoing call.Please do something then i complete my bill process and make a happy environment.i attach my mini statement of bank.

              Subject : Complaint against Vodafone company for issuing wrong and illegal Bill dated 21.03.2015 by charging abnormal tariff against opted tariff Plan for internet facility - Mobile A/c No.[protected]. Sir, The mobile connection bearing number[protected]Relationship number[protected] of Vodafone Company is being used since long and nothing is pending against this connection except part of wrong and illegal bill issued by the company on 21.03.2015. I want to submit as under:- 1. That the mobile connection bearing No.[protected]Relationship No.[protected] is being used since long and nothing is pending against above said connection except part of disputed wrong & illegal bill dated 21.03.15. 2. That I have submitted a request through my mobile for activation of internet facility of Rs 200 per month (having 2 GB data per month) in last week of February 2015 (probably during 25 to 27.02.2015). I have received a popup message from Vodafone Company with intimation that internet facility will be available within two hours. So, I started using internet facility for "Whats App" after lapses of considerable time from the time of intimation. 3. That the Company has not sent me any sms etc. intimating me not to use internet facility till receipt of further confirmation from Company. The Company has not notified the rate to be charged for using internet facility from day to day basis. 4. That the company has issued a wrong & illegal bill dated 21.03.2015 amounting to Rs 1774.62 with due date 08.04.2015. I visited office of the Vodafone Company at Dharampura Bazar in Patiala on 24.03.2015 to enquire about heavy amount shown in the bill dated 21.03.2015. The representative of the Company told me that total bill of Rs 1764.62 includes an amount of Rs 1504.40 on account o[censored]sing 0.36 GB through internet during period of bill i.e. 21.02.15 to 20.03.15 (Copy enclosed). It is pertinent to mention here that I have opted for 2GB pack valuing Rs 200 per month in last week of February 2015, butthe company has not given me benefit of this opted pack and intentionally issued wrong & illegal bill. 5. That I submitted a written complaint dated 26.03.2015 (Copy enclosed) in the local office of Company at Dharampura Bazar, Patiala regarding illegal and wrong bill issued on 21.03.2015. My complaint was received by Ms Neeru after initial refusal to accept the written complaint citing reason that they are not authorized to receive any written complaint. 6. That I told Ms Neeru, representative/employee of the company that I have availed internet connection of Rs 200 per month which entitled me to use 2GB data per month and requested to correct the bill, so that actual payment could be made within time. I further requested that bill for the next month may kindly be issued on the basis of requested plan. 7. That on same day of my complaint i.e. 26.03.2015, I received a call from phone No. +91 [protected] from Pune, Maharashtra at about 4.55 P.M. The caller Sh. Amol did not give any satisfactory reply of my complaint. 8. That on 28.03.2015, I again received a call from phone No. +[protected] at about 11.02 A.M. The caller told me that he is calling from Chandigarh and told me that your complaint is under consideration and further intimation will be given in due course. 9. That my complaint dated 26.03.2015 was not resolved upto 08.04.2015, i.e. last date of payment of bill, so I tried to contact representative of company by dialing at +[protected], but I received voice message that this number does not exist and check the number. 10. That since 08.04.2015 was the last date to deposit bill, so I deposited the bill of Rs 309/- (Rent- Rs 75 + internet pack charges -Rs 200 + Service tax- Rs 34) for the plan requested by me to avoid levy of late payment charges vide receipt No. PUN001C150408_11572570 dated 08.04.2015 (Copy enclosed). 11. That I submitted a written intimation dated 08.04.2015 to company that I have deposited payment of Rs 310. My intimation letter was received by Ms Neeru again after initial refusal to accept the same citing reason that they are not authorized to receive any written complaint. I further requested the company that next bill may also be sent on the basis of requested plan and my incoming/outgoing call facilities etc. may not be disconnected otherwise I will be forced to take suitable legal action against the company at the cost of Company. 12. That on 17.04.2015, I received a call from phone No. +91 [protected] from Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh at about 3.16 P.M. The caller Sh. Jaspreet Singh told me that he is calling from Patiala and enquired about reasons of pending payment. I told him complete story as stated above and requested to resolve the matter and furtherrequested not to disconnect incoming/outgoing call facility from my mobile connection. 13. That on 18.04.2015, I received a call from phone No. +91 [protected] from Gaziabad/Dadri, Uttar Pradesh at about 11.28 A.M. The caller Ms Gunjan told me that he is calling from Delhi and enquired about reasons of pending payment. I told her complete story as stated above and requested to resolve the matter and further requested not to disconnect incoming/outgoing call facility from my mobile connection. 14. That The Company has intentionally not activated internet facility even after ending confirmation of receipt of request in last week of February 2015 and further informed that facility will be available within 2 hours. The company failed to intimate me even up to 20.03.2015, that the facility requested by me in last week of February 2015 which has been allowed by company the company vide pop message, will not be available. This amounts to deficiency in service. 15. That not admitting to fact that internet facility was not admissible to me from last week of February, but for the sake of other users/argument, it is submitted that the Company is charging abromal rate for internet facility lowed by the company for day to day basis (i.e other than fixed monthly rental facility). The company has charged 41.78 times (i.e. 4178%) tariff than the tariff which is applicable on monthly basis which is calculated as under:- Amount for 2GB data under monthly plan = Rs 200. (i.e. Rs 100 per GB) Charged amount for 0.36 GB data = Rs 1504.04 i..e. Rs 4178 per GB) Required amount for using 0.36 GB data = Rs 36 (200*0.36GB/2GB) 16. That such a abnormal tariff for so called temporary service by the company as compared to regular tariff is applicable for any service in the world. The Company can not charge abnormal tariff for so called temporary service which is abnormally higher (4178% higher) as compared to fixed monthly fixed tariff for regular service. The company is not bothering to address genuine complaint of consumer and is causing mental tension to the complainant by sending voice mail whenever a call is made. It is apprehended that the company will disconnect outgoing/incoming calls etc illegally. The company should be directed to place on record :- a) The detail of my request made through my mobile requesting internet pack of Rs 200 per month (2 GB data) in the last week (probably between 25 to 27th) of February 2015. b) The detail of popup message sent by the company confirming receipt of my request with intimation that internet facility will be available within two hours. c) The details of action taken by company on my complaints dated 26.03.2015 and 08.04.2015. d) The detailed action taken on my requests made to representatives of company on 17.04.2015 (Mr Jaspreet Singh) and 18.04.2015 (Ms Gunjan). e) The detailed instructions of company which forbids its employees from accepting written complaints. f) The detail of rates notified the company regarding applicability of tariff (i.e. Rs/KB or Rs/MB or Rs/GB) for short term services (i.e. when fixed monthly tariff not opted by consumers) to consumers. g) Whether the rates as per (f) has been displayed on web site of the company and same has been/are being intimated to a consumer whenever any internet service for short period is opted by a consumer, so that the consumer will be in position to ascertain his bill amount. h) The rule/regulation alongwith approval of competent authority which allow the company to charge such a abnormal rates (4178% higher than fixed monthly tariff) for temporary day to day basis service. i) The details of consumers who have opted for fixed tariff plan on monthly basis, but same has not been activated by the company inspite of intimating consumer about availability of requested plan after 2 hours. j) The detail of amount billed or collected by the company, where requested plans have not been activated, as stated in para (i) above and bills have been sent to consumers by charging higher tariff, throughout in India in last three years. It is requested that company should be directed to rectify the wrong and illegal bill dated 21.03.2015 and to issue subsequent bills on the basis of requested plan. The company should be restrained from discontinuing incoming/outgoing calls etc. through my mobile connection[protected]. It is also requested that some suitable punitive action may also be taken against the company for charging abnormal tariff/rate from customers in the past. The company should be directed to notify the rates applicable for various services (i.e. day to day basis/ fixed monthly basis). The company should also be directed to activate the requested plan immediately on receipt of request and confirmation of same should be sent through sms instead of popup message within 2 hours and in case same is not sent by the company to consumer within 2 hours of request, the consumer is free to use requested plan unless it has been denied by the company through sms.                 I'm a vodafone customer bearing number [protected]. I knew after checking *111# that if I recharge the amount of Rs. 59/- I can get the facility V2V calls @ Rs.0.25/min & V2O Rs. 0.45/min.Validity 60 days.Then I recharge Rs. 59/- on 17/03/2015 at 09:12 pm.After recharging I got a sms from Vodafone customer care that this facility available only 28 days.Then I contact customer care representative so many times they told me that it was wrong recharge but one of them assured me that I will get the facility 60 days.This is very unfortunate incident that I got the facility only 28 days instead of 60 days.My question is why the company displayed this types of option? My personal opinion is that the world famous vodafone company cheat with me and millions of people in the world.

                  Hello Vodafone, This is regarding My Mobile No. [protected]. I migrate my number postpaid to prepaid from Rudhar Communication Rajpura (Pb). That time i paid cash pending bill to Rudhar communication and my number was migrated but in the same vodafone bill was deducted from my credit card. December Bill twice time paid.( Cash & Automatic from Credit Card). Many time I Complaint the same to Rudhar Communication But they are not resolving my issue.That's why i complaint here. Vodafone is a Big Company. But your MINI STORE is not handle the customer properly.My number is migrated from December and still my issue is pending. Help me to resolve my problem and reverse my money.

                    i am not getting internet. my ph no : [protected] Last 2 days no service...I contacted via cust care no...But no response... where i have to contact... For complaints, as per ur advertisement, call 111/198 and select 1 and then 7...what is this...??? Is it working...I tried many times...no use...So pls dont cheat people like this... Mohd KK

                      My Vodaphone No. is [protected] Yesterday I Have Activated 1GB 3G Data Plan UPE_PO-MI3G299FU at 8:55:24PM After getting Confirmed on *111*6# That Plan is Active I Used 359.47MB of 3G Data at 10:20PM & 5.61 MB at 10:50PM my Unbilled Amount Jumped from 3.91INR to 1528.88INR And They Have Stopped All My Services Including Outgoing Calls and Data Services. On Contacting CC they have said we have no info regarding this issue.

                        I have visited Vodafone store in Palam, Gurgaon. I requested for plan change and the executive told me few plans and I chose Plan of Rs. 199. Few day later I realized that call are charged at higher rates and then I called to call center where I was told that plan is of Rs 149. This happened to me thrice. And from past 3 months I am paying huge bills. Before last time I was also told wrong details by the executive at Vodafone store in Sector 14, Gurgaon. This is highly unprofessional and wrong. Not expected behaviour from Vodafone. Please look into the matter ASAP

[protected] In [protected], while dialing*111# for checking net balance, I went to check the first option and without my consent 40 Rs. Has been deducted by mydala.com stating that voucher has been processed for 40Rs. Cappucinno which will be given free if I purchase any beverage. The date of expiry of voucher is 24 April 15. So I decided to visit a outlet which is 8 kms far away from my home. The outlet address is H1B Ground Floor Main Market Kalkaji, Newdelhi-110019. Phone-[protected].When I visited the outlet and shown the voucher to Sales girl. She said that the voucher had been already used. When I called for[protected], Café Coffee Day IVPS says that Sunday is holiday. With no option leftover, I paid 242Rs. and had Darjeeling Tea, and Strawberry Shake. As I had not used the voucher, the problem lays with Vodafone Cellular, My dala.com, Coffee Café Day. Vodafone Cellular to be blamed for adding Mydala. Com My dala.com to be blamed for presenting a invalid voucher without my consent. Coffee Café Day for stating that voucher is invalid. Cheap attitude of organization for looting a mere amount of Rs. 40/-

                            H! This is Amandeep Kaur from delhi. i am vodafone customer.. I have two numbers of vodafone. Ist is [protected] & 2nd is [protected]. these both numbers i have same tariff plan that is monthly rental is Rs.99/- and i am get 300 minutes & 300 sms (local & national). so they changed my tariff plan without asking me ... and this plan is active from april ... and i make many calls in vodafone customer care... but they not response. they said we are from prepaid department. and when i call from my pospaid number...my call was not transfer to the executive..i am very dissapointed from your service that u provide to the customers..so i just request you to that i wants my previous plan is back. otherwise u can stop my services and converyed in to airtle connection...

                              Respected Sir, My complaint is regarding Vodafone mobile app, numerous calls have made to vodafone customer care regarding this. Problem started while paying my monthly bills through vodafone app, after entering proper credentials and while selecting internet banking after entering proper otp with my password, the success page was blank.Though money was deducted from my bank but i was unable to know whether my payment was successful or not because success page was blank. Regarding this i had called on 4th march and asked them whether they received my payment as i couldn't know because the success page was blank. I also complained them for the app, that time they told me they would forward it to concerned department. Next month on 4th april again i faced the same issue, while paying my postpaid bill through vodafone app and entering all the proper credentials including otp and password, the page got blank and no success page was displayed. Again i called to verify from the vodafone customer representative whether the payment is successful or not, they told me it would take 24-48 hrs to reflect payment. Then i again told them that it was 2nd time i am facing the same problem and asked them about the resolution of my previous service request. He told me your case is closed. i asked him how the case is closed when nobody from vodafone called me or informed me. He again generated one service request number ([protected]) and told somebody from the dept would call me. I asked him of my previous complaint ([protected]). I couldn't get any answer from him. Today i again called voda care, asking about resolution of complaints, the answer from the executive was there are no complaints made by me, i again told to see properly, she told me there are no complaints, i gave her the service request number, then she said yes i can see one complaint, i told i have made 2 complaints, then after some time she said there are 2 complaints, I asked her how she was unable to see my complaints on a single desktop screen i asked for their resolution she said they are resolved. I asked for any other from senior team, she kept my call on hold for more than 10 mins and later told me manager was busy. I had realized this is such a pathetic state of service and for me this has for the third time, which no one would expect such crap answers.I was only expecting my problem to be resolved. Thanks Yash

                                Dear Sir, My mobile number is [protected] and my account no. is 1.14735329. I have been a customer of Vodafone mobile services since Nov 2009 and I have never been so much shocked as to see the value of the bill for the current bill cycle from 4.03.15 to 3.04.15. I have been charged a data usage bill of Rs 10, 661 for the bill period. I would like to bring to your notice regarding the discrepancy in this billing. I had activated the MI 650 plan on 17.03.15 which entitles me for 3GB free downloads at 3 G speeds and after completion of the data usage, I get to surf at a reduced speeds of 64 Kbps. So this data plan entitles me for unlimited usage. I had requested for the deactivation of this plan on 20.03.15. So for the period from 17.03.15 to 20.03.15 MI 650 was active. But you have charged for data usage from 19.03.15, 5.36 hrs to 21.03.15 till 15.55 hrs. This is a case of excess billing from your end. Similarly the UL 199 plan was active on my number from 21.03.15 to 3.04.15 which also entitles me for unlimited downloads at a 2 G speed of 64 kbps till 2GB and then a reduced speed of 40 kbps after completion of 2GB data usage. But here too I have been billed for my data usage from 22.03.15, 19.16 hrs to 28.03.15, 23.56 hrs. As the plan was active from 21.03.15 to 3.04.15, then how come the data usage was charged. This again is a case of wrong and excess billing. You are hereby requested to look into this case of wrong billing of data usage and revise the billing . Thanking you in anticipation.                                   I am Vodafone user from last 8 years. My mobile number is [protected] on the name of TP Gulati. My average billing was 3000 per month. But suddenly in Jan I received rs 9000 (approx) bill amount and in Feb rs 6000. I forward my complaint to Nodal n appellate. They provide me only Rs 3500 hundred discount against 10000. And after so many mails that discount amount is very less. They refuse to provide any resolution. Behaviour of nodal and appellate authority is worst. They r treating 8 yrs old customer as new. I suggest everyone to not take connection of vodafone.

                                    I have checked the offers by dialing *121#... It shows me 1.75 3g for 249. But I have received 1.25 gb only... When I call customer care they tells me there is no such offers for me.. Am I blind??????? And they disconnect the call while talking... And then not even picking the call..bloody hell you are losing your valuable customers... Good bye
