Hi Team, I am deeply dissatisfied with vodafone services.Today morning Rs.90 has been deducted from my main balance.my mobile number is [protected].i have been vodofone customer for last 5 years but recently in last one year i'm facing simillar kind of issues i have registered 3 to 4 complaints from morning.I have not subscribed any services but still money got deducted i requested them to refund my full money but i'm not getting any proper response.Requesting you to lookinto this matter help in getting my money back.This is not my first time i'm facing this problem in last one year.If this continues i will have to change my network.Please revert me as soon as possible.     Dear sir/madam, This is to inform u that I wanted to deactivate my 3g data on my phone no. [protected] but your representative is saying that even after deactivation of the mobile data, I have to pay the charges of the data in my bill, which is really unfair as I have not used my data . Without any usage the company is charging for the whole month when I want to deactivate the plan. Kindly deactivate the data plan and get your policies a little flexible like Airtel, else I have to port my number to Airtel. Revert as soon as possible, looking for a favourable response from vodafone. Thanking you, Yours truly Shourya Aggarwal

      As a unhappy customer of Vodafone, I would like to inform you that I have suffered from mental harassment for 17 days. From 13-Apr-2015, I have received Flash SMS. I was surprised to see that as I have Do Not Disturb (DND) activated on 12-Nov-2014. So as per policy of Telecom regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), I should not receive any kind of promotional sms from Vodafone. But the Vodafone has violated the policy of TRAI. When I called customer care on 13-Apr-2015, he suggested me to deactivate FLASH service Vodafone service in my handset and I did the same. but nothing happened. I was getting Flash sms in interval of every 1 min. And the every 3 Flash sms gets repeated in every 1 min. Then after 2 hours I called customer care again and he suggested me to send sms CAN FLASH to 111 and as per him, Flash service gets deactivated in half an hour. but this time also nothing happened. After 2-3 hours I called customer care again and he logged a complaint with complaint number[protected]. And the resolution time was 21-Apr-2015 3:00 PM. I asked him to create urgent ticket as I am getting sms in every min. But he refused to do that. I coordinated every day regarding my open ticket but every time I got to know that it is under progress. I was getting 600-700 sms every day and every time I have to click cancel to perform any task like to call or do any social networking. On 21-Apr-2015, I got a call from vodafone Jaipur and it got disconnected automatically after said hello, I am from vodafone. When I tried to call him back again, but it said that the number is out of order. The number was +[protected]. I was unhappy to see that I did not get any call from Vodafone again. When I called Vodafone at 5:00 PM, I got to know that complaint is closed and when I asked for resolution, he said that the resolution is 'Do Not disturb was not activated.'. But when I asked him to check that the DND is activated on 12-Nov-2015, he said yes it is shown in the system. The executive was also not satisfied with the resolution. I asked him to reopen the complaint again, he refused to do that. He told that we can not reopen the closed complaint. So I asked him to create another complaint. So he created another complaint with complaint number[protected] and the resolution day is 29-Apr-2015. This time I did new thing that I emailed my issue to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com I got a call from Vodafone regarding this issue from corporate care. She told that she will give me resolution in an hour. But I did not get any call from her again. As per her, she has reopened the closed complaint which was created on 13-Apr-2015. I keep on clicking Cancel button for every Flash sms I receive. The count is increasing day by day. I think it might have reached to 800/day. When I called customer care again on 29-Apr-2015 5:30 PM, I was shocked to hear that my complaint is closed again without informing me. Then I talked to head of rajasthan vodafone, he took immediate action and gave resolution in an hour. Now the service is deactivated. So the trauma I suffered for 17 days, I want you guys to take proper action against vodafone for their worst service. Summary points: 1. No proper resolution on time. 2. False commitments. 3. Customer care does not have proper understanding regarding reopen the closure complaint. Regards, Gaurav Sotani

        Sim card [protected] s deactivated since 5 days over for unknown reasons. When complained at store, got the information that the welcome visit was pending. Now who does this welcome visit, and when is my number going to be activated, I also took an appointment one day and nobody turned up for the visit. Please look into this as this is very urgent,

          I had visited the vodafone store sector 18 Noida for sim replacement of my number [protected], which is on name of Himanshu Goyal(my friend), there they asked me to switch to postpaid connection as we can offer you better plans, I agreed and the the new postpaid connection on my name(Shishant Sharma) and i opted for me plan of rs 249 under p2p(prepaid to postpaid). They told me i will get 600 local minutes, 300 local+national sms and 500MB 3G data per month, they hadn't mentioned the plan duration i.e; its either for three months or life time. I got activation of my number around 10th april. from next day or so i am calling vodafone customer care both(198 & 111) and had even tried 121(their plan related helpline), i had told them about benifits commited to them and asked what i had got and what not. But around 17th my outing was barred due to cross of credit limit mostly use of data service. When i contacted them and asked about the reason and i told them about the commitments made to me by vodafone and asked to activate the plans and adjusted the precious usage in my plan as they were committed and vodafone failed to activate them or provide them, so they told they will check it and reply latest by 25th april 10:00 am. when they hadn't replied by the time given. I contacted them continuously for two days and all the times they said wait we will call. Even the feedback failed to provide solution. On 27th when i contacted them they said the told they are forwarding my request/complaint to backend team. they will reply by 30th april, 10:38 am. But 10:36, 30th april i got the msg reading, " we had addressed your problem" but i hadn't receive any call from them. I had call log and sms to support this. And when i called for reason i found my call to customer care which is free and you can call anytime has been barred. I called them from another number and got the barring removed, then i called the customer care and ask for the reason, the said hold the line, i called them number of time and every time they said wait and ended the call(from there side) abruptly without giving reason/solution. I am having all the call records from 17th april and the call logs as well.Thanks in advance.

            today i called vodafone costumar care and asked something but he abusing and insulted me and asked a vague question like are you, arride or not and many more .plz do something and am going to distroy my vodafone sim .i will never use vodafone .this is bad .my sim is also on roaming

              I had asked for my bill plan to be changed to ₹ 149 on the 14th of March which is before my bill cycle starts. But my rental was changed for one day and then changed to ₹325 which I never requested. Then after another call to 198 my bill plan was changed to ₹149 but when my bill came, I have been charged 280 from 17 th March to 14 th April which is according to the ₹325 rental. Why am I being charged for 325 when my rental is ₹149? Please make the necessary changes to my bill.

                Same thing has happened to me, my mobile number is [protected], have made the payment to AIRTEL on 28th April and sent the email to [protected]@vodafone.com. My transaction ID for payment is[protected]. I have spoken to AIRTEL people they say there is no outstanding in fact the additional payment i made is credited to my mobile number. They said the outgoing has been blocked by vodafone. I have already reported this to customer care centre this morning and my phone is yet not started. Im a working professional and need my phone. Please do something about it.

                  HI I am Voda corporate customer using your connection for more than 12 months. Recently i have request for activate 2G 2 GB plan, in turn customer care has activated 3G 1 GB plan. Now when i tried complaint to customer care, they didn't took my issue, I have requested in 5th Mar for internet activation, you can check the call records. Now finally i requested to port out my number ([protected]). the question is why should i pay for mistake of other. at leat you should take the customer complaint (at least for billing issue with postpaid customers) if you feel that you should retain the loyal customer pls address the issue, other wise let this mail be junk looking forward for customer friendly reply (basis facts & since all your call get recorded you can check the facts) Txs Sumit [protected]

                    There have been repetitive deductions from my balance against services which I have never activated. This has been really irritating becoz after every recharge on my mobile number, there is a deduction from my main balance against some random service.I am unable to understand the reason for this and so are your customer care executives, who put the blame on the customer (me ), which is just not acceptable by some person who spends around 800 to 1000 rupees a month and gets this sort of a response. Kindly solve this issue ASAP, else it leaves me with no choice but to Port my number, because its bearing heavily on my pocket unnecessarily and causing me a lot of trouble.

                      I am a subscriber of vodafone and my cell phone no. is [protected] Further I use 2G internet pack of Rs. 179 with a validity of 28days and separately buy talk time for calls and sms. Now for about last 6 months, every time I use internet, Rs. 1.5 is debited from my talktime although I am using 2G internet pack that is within the validity period. I have written so many times to the customer care but they vehemently deny it and come up with absurd excuses. According to them I have sent national sms. So, I requested them to share the nos.or the statement of my calls/sms to prove their claim but they never cared to reply on these lines. Please understand that if internet usage is charged from my talk time, why should I buy a separate internet pack. Of late, I have kept a track of the debits they made and sharing it with you for reference: 23/04/15 Rs.1.5 debited for internet usage 25/04/15 Rs.1.5 debited for internet usage 30/04/15 Rs.1.5 debited for internet usage I earnestly request you to solve my woes once and for all as it has been continuing with last 6 months.                         My Account No :5.35580.00.00.100474 for postpaid number [protected]. My sim was lost and it got deactivated automatically after sometime. I cleared the bill of Rs 2260 which was due by my name. Even after that I received the bill with following lines:"Your Current Vodafone bill amount is Rs.44.11 due on[protected]." Why vodafone charges extra money and loot the customers with unnecessary taxes and bills. Since I have not used the services by vodafone from last 4 months, why am I billed for that? I kindly request you to close my account and write off this small amount asap. Thank you

                          Hi I am Vipul Tiwari. I am using vodafone number [protected]. I live in Ambivli. I bought this number to use 3G service. At that time of purchase I was assured that I will get 3G speed in my area which was fake. I had made multiple complaints against quality of 3G service but nothing has been done to improve quality. After frustrating by poor quality service I decide to stop service. I called vodafone customer care (111) ( I don't remember exact date but it was between 5 feb 2015 to 10 feb 2015 after 7 PM). After having a long discussion with him, I finally ask him to stop my service so that I won't get any bill. He said ok "if you don't use this number, you won't get any bill".I said good and enough and stopped using this number. But after that I got bill from vodafone with nil usage but they charged me full.And same thing repeated for two month. I got multiple call from vodafone regarding due payment. I told them that I will pay some 800 amount which I had used but I won't pay something which I haven't use and have nil usage. But they are not ready to accept this mistake was of their employee. They don't even ready to check recordings. Why should I pay for something which I haven't use. Because of their irresponsible representative I faced a lot. I think Your company in is service industry if give proper services then only you will survive in competitive world.I hope my problem will be resolved by this forum as company is minting money out of me without any reason.                             My current plan is rs375 (1GB 3G + Unlimited 2G). I received bill on 5th apr 2015 and bill amount is 1597.46. In this bill 782.89 added for GPRS and 13.60 for VF mobile connect. when i took connetion i confirmed that there is no chanrge for internet in roaming. then why these charges added in bill ? I already expained every time to customer care representative for same but they are not ready to listen this. they are telling you were using idea network in roaming so these charges applicable to you. if i'm using vodafone then how can i use idea network. and if you are giving other operator covrage with higher charges for better facility then you should send a message to us and intimate now you are using idea network for internet so you would charged higher and internet is payeble with extra cost in this network. you already sending similar message when we moving in roaming area then why not for internet charges in different operator. i already paid apprx rs1000 rupee in month of sep-oct for GPRS and that time i confirmed that you will get message and call for such situations. and at that time i simply said i'm not interested in chargable internet even if i already paying rs375 plan and they told internet will not provided to you in area where vodafone coverage is not available. i simply saying, i can't pay rs800 for internet. I told many times to your representative please pass my call to some one senior member but they told you will received a call from our seniors in next 2 hours but i didn't receive any call from any senior member. In a day CC representative calling me 5 times and i'm repeating same story to everyone but no conclusion.even some of them are very rude, they are telling give me answer in yes or no, either you pay or not. i need resolution of this amount. this is not my fault so i'm not interested in payment of this amount.                             Please have a look on priority. my vodafone services is barred from last 10 days.

                            Please tell me what is my mistake ? you are providing idea coverage even there vodafone coverage available and then adding approx rs800 extra in bill and not a single time informed to me regarding extra charges. i already paid rs1000 amount in september bill and get confirmation from vodafone from next time you will be intimated by call and message and you will get data services only if you agree with extra charges... i can't pay rs800 for facebook and whatsapp.
                            Can i get any resolution on this ? Vodafone customer care not registering my complain. i didn't pay bill last month due to this issue then they stopped all services (Incoming, outgoing, internet). I need incoming so i paid bill immediately. this month again they send full rental even service barred last month and rs100 late payment charge. Can anyone please suggest me how can i register complain in consumer court or telecom ministry. They are not resolving issue and adding rs100 as late payment penalty every month. when i took connection they told its a corporate connection and late payment penalty would not be charged only outgoing would be barred if payment not received. I took this connect last year in july and i paid approx rs1000 as late payment penalty. I'm sending mail to vodafone corporate care and they are sending reply after 1 week and telling these are genuine charges and this is our policy and most surprising they are not registering complain and not providing any complain number. I'm asking to them please share mail id of your regional head or nodal head but they are not providing.

                              Hi Team, Its been 3 days now, that there has been a massive amount of data usage in my phone. When checked, neither I am downloading any stuff nor watching any video online, which might be a reason. It is really shocking and unbelievable that I recharged 2 times for 3GB data in 3G within this 3 days, and it swapped overnight.                                 Fraudulent deduction of Rs 75 has been made from my account for some strange download. They are saying that I have downloaded some video from some URL for which I have been charged 75 Rs. I haven't downloaded anything and there is nothing in my downloads also. I have seen the same complaint from many other people. Still the customer care is saying that its not an issue.You have been charged legally. There is no fraud.

                                  Vodafone deducted Rs 45 from my balance saying that i have activated [protected]@it service. When i contacted customer care they gave silly excuses and when i said what do i get in this service they had no answer. They are deducting money for this service and are not able to give proper response to it Didnt expect such from a company like vodafone. If such thing continues i will switch over to other company.

                                      Called 198 bangalore 3g technical department told the agent that I have a ticket number regarding the issue . Asked the agent why the issue is still not resolved yet. He was rude and asked to wait till 1 clock next day.he says it's your mobile problem . Told the agent that i have recharged my number yesterday and was able to use 3g. In 6 hours time how can it be the mobile problem.told him its your issue. Again asks me to wait till tomorrow(rude)the agent. I have recharged my number not to wait till next day. Agent(wilfred) says we never asked you to recharge .instead of resolving he was arguing .please listen to the call. I have also recorded the call. I dont think it my mistake when the problem is Vodafone network . spoke to him around 2.12 am. April 30th 2015. Is this how vodafone treat there customers?. Worst customer care I have come across.across.Airtel is far better compared vodafone. this agent (wilfred)does not know to speak proper english . please resolve my issues asap. registration number for complaints [protected]. still not able to use 3g.
