Really disappointed with VODAFONE network, because before 1 month i did a MNP TATA DOCOMO to VODAFONE. after 7 days the portability was done. after one or two days I received a call from TATA DOCOMO and they told me to that your SIM will disconnect due to pending of your extra charges, but i paid my bills with the 7 day extra charges. after 2 days again they called me, then i told the details again and again, the customer care executive was told me to that no problem sir we are asking sorry for this call. we are never disturb you. Today My VODAFONE SIM connection went to wrong, the calls cannot connecting... also i requested for a duplicate SIM for my wife, but till not received my sim...very bad service

    I, Mukesh Syal have VODAFONE mobile number [protected]. My billing address is house no. 1065, Sector 15, Panchkula. Vodafone has barred my outgoings again ad again despite of making all bill payments on time. I have made payment of Rs.1187 against bill no. 72633983 dated[protected] via cheque no. 001641 of amounting Rs. 1930/- on 07-04-15. The cheque has been cleared on 11-04-15 and amount has been debited from my account. Vodafone has no record of this payment with them and they are barring my call again and again after showing and submitting them bank copy and cheque details at their office in sector 35, chandigarh. They are asking to deposit the amount again to start my outgoing. They are not ready to listen and check their accounts to confirm my payment in their account. Please help.

      Dear Vodafone, I charged my account with Rs 60, Rs 30 nd Rs 60 (thrice) on 27 February 2015 and immediately realized that my entire amount has been deducted. I tried number of times to customer care to know why it was deducted as I did not use my number for any calls or any value added service, but Vodafone customer care in India was unable to provide me the details of deductions citing system non up datation as the problem. Till date, I hv not rcvd any satisfactory reply and feel cheated by Vodafone. It is requested to solve the problem otherwise I hv no option but to port out of Vodafone. Praveen Jetley [protected]

        Hi With utter frustration and disgust, I wish to escalate my number portability issue which is pending since the last 10 days. I am an Idea postpaid NCR customer. My number is [protected]. I got a call on 16th April from a representative on 16th April calling himself a Vodafone representative. But actually, he was from a third party vendor of Vodafone "Smart Step Solutions" which I got to know of later. Their office is based out of Naraina. The representative had promised to collect the required documents from my house. Consequently, a field representative Mr. Arpit (Mob no [protected]) came to my house to collect the documents along with a security amount of Rs. 250. Another representative from Smart Steps Mr. Sunny Sahni promised me that my number will get activated in the next 4-5 days. After handing my documents I generated a UPC by sending a message to 1900. The next day I got a verification call from Vodafone. Also, Idea people called me on 17th requesting me not to port the number but I refused their offer and told them that I want to discontinue my services with Idea. I have been trying to reach Smart Steps but no one responds. Their BM Mr. Swarup Kumar had a word with me 4 days back only after repetitive calling from my side. It has been 10 days now and still my number has not been ported. This is height of carelessness on Vodafone's part. A person ports his number because he wants better services but if portability takes more than 10 days then he might as well not want to port it. Kindly look into the matter as it is causing me a lot of inconvenience - financially and personally. I assume since these Third party Vendors are representing Vodafone, it is Vodafone's responsibility to eliminate any kind of customer inconvenience. Regards Divyabh Tyagi [protected]

        I have already visited nearest Vodafone store and even they have no clue. When I checked the details in the database, my records have not been entered. This is height of recklessness on Vodafone's part. I need to migrate to Vodafone urgently and you people are not understanding my concern. Can you sue this third party vendor of yours (M/s Smart Step Solutions) because they are the ones who are taking so much time.

        Consequently, I have applied for a migration again, ths time from a Vodafone store. The least you people can do is address my concern in minimum possible time.

        And PLEASE STOP SENDING ME PERSONAL MESSAGES saying "visit nearest store", "check with your previous operator", etc.

        You people have truly changed my viewpoint about customer care services of Vodafone.

        A highly disappointed customer.

          i was debited with rs. 45 today saying [protected]@it service has been enabled with 15days validity. who asked for it is my question. i have not requested it. vodafone is very cruel in such acts. it cuts unnecessarily when the balance available is quite good.

M, I have recharged my account online with amount of Rs. 255, form the site https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/prepaid/recharge-online.jsp, and immediately got message from HDFC bank at 07.18 A.M, that amount of Rs. 510 has been deducted form my account. Thereafter, I had a chat with customer care representative and they have informed me the following facts, details of discussion are as under for your reference; {alok}Please provide me the amount of Recharge with timings details {Madhuri}Sure Sir. {Madhuri}Sir, the first recharge was on[protected]:18:03 for Rs. 255 and the second recharge was on[protected]:45:26 for Rs. 255/- {alok}Thanks for the response for both transaction Vodafone have received the amount of Rs. 255/- seprately. Is it correct (Yes or no) {Madhuri} Yes Sir. In view of the above please clarify that is it possible to deduct the amount of Rs. 510 at 07.18 A.M, in which 255 for the transaction taken place at 07:18 AM and 255 for the transaction taken place at 07:45 AM. Request you to refund the amount otherwise I will take further course of Legal action in appropriate court of Law at your risk and cost.

              I had taken mnp from reliance to vodafone then for verification from vodafone had come but i was not available that time because i was at work the verification men had not call me once before coming then they close my connection then i had call your customer care 20 to 30 times then they said me to go to vodafone gallery i had gone there nearly 3 to 4 times With all my original documents of address proof there also i had shown them the documents from there also i had not get any response and my connection was not activated for the last one month i am very frustrated by myself because of choosing vodafone

                Dear Vodafone Gujarat, I am Sandip Kyada, i m using vodafone prepaid SIM since last 4 Years. My no is [protected] . On 23 April 2015 i had dialed *111# then pressed 4 and then 3 to check my tariff plan's validity and i made recharge of 150 full Talk Time . And i got complete information by USSD what i needed that time so, that means i was not wrong in dialing USSD Code. And Now Problem is that on the same day at 8:26 pm without dialing USSD code my 128 rupees has been deducted . and for that issue i called in customer care vodafone and Customer care executive (Hardik) keep saying only one thing that ' i m sorry sir i cant refund that balance becouse that is USSD code is dialed by u only and the fact is that i haven't touch my phone when balance had been deducted. i had already 55 tariff scheme on going in my phone so it clearly shows that i don't need to do two times 64 tariff scheme . I am 10000 % confident that i hadn't dial that code, i can give it written . when i asked to refund my balance then they said 'sorry sir no one can refund your 128 rupees balance but only 64 '. I just want know that why my balance had deducted with dialing any code . two times ...!!! Even customer care executive says that 'our system shows that only u have dialed that USSD code and that scheme is done by u only ' i had word with Hardik and Menka on same call but couldn't answer my Question but only their system shows. The worst behavior by vodafone ever, I never expected such low level thing from Vodafone . I just want to know without dialing USSD code how it be shown in their system ? If any one listning to me then please do the needful .

                  For the last 7-8 months i am facing the problem of not receiving the bills. I had contacted several times with your customer care online but every time a promise that it will be rectify next time. I am holding my number since 1996. First Essar, then Hutch now Vodafone.. Previously i was not getting the bill at my residence so i asked them for e bill. Even that was also not coming to me.. Last month i asked your online representative to cancel my e bill and send it to my residence address. This month same as usual. The best part is now a days i think you people don't see what your call centre people are doing.Promise on the phone who cares. Best of luck keep it up. Thanks Rajiv Khanna [protected]

                    Hi, I received my mobile phone bill for April and to my surprise i have been charged with some INR 476/-. for the VAS which i never subscribed to.. d2c_mazaa_149 sf_tinytvw_w_77 d2c_mazaa_149 videos_sbits_3 Similar things were chanrged in March bill as well and i voiced it out with your customer service executive. I have been informed that may be i would have subscribed them, which i never did but kept quiet. This month again same stroy i am seeing in my bill. Make sure this is rectified.

                      Dear Vodafone, I have recharged my vodafone mobile number [protected] through freecharge (freecharge transaction Id FCVM[protected] ) on 18th April 2015 with Bonus recharge of Rs 399 which has benefit of Unlimited Local Vodafone to Vodafone Calls for 30 Days, but this offer stops working from 24th April 2015 morning and already Rs 29 debited from my main balance even though I was talking to local Vodafone number [protected] in Odisha Circle.As per offer which I have taken should last till 17th May 2015. Therefore request you to make this offer work and refund the amount deducted from my main balance account.For your confirmation I havent called any other number on 24th April from 9:00am till 10:30am except vodafone [protected]. Else I take any further actions.

                            I went to pay my bill for phone number [protected] and for [protected] at the Jwala Heri, Paschim Vihar Vodafone Store at 12 noon today.At that time the store was closed and I had to wait till someone came and opened the store. The payment for Rs.725/- was to be paid for [protected] and the payment of Rs.625/- was to be paid for [protected]. I gave both the bills to the person at the store. First he told me to pay Rs.100/- more for both the bills saying the last date is over whereas the last date is not over yet. So obviously he was trying to mint money worth Rs.200/- from me. Then he mis calculated the total amount and asked me to pay Rs. 1, 450/- whereas the total amount for both the bills was Rs.1, 350/-. Again he tried to fleece money from me. Then he does a gross error in payment of my bills. Instead of paying Rs.725/- for [protected] he pays the amount for [protected]. And instead of paying Rs.625/- for [protected] he pays the amount for [protected]. I WANT THAT THE MISTAKE BE RECTIFIED ASAP AS I HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT OF BOTH THE BILLS AND DUE TO THE LAPSE ON THE PART OF THE USELESS MAN WORKING IN THE STORE I SHOULD NOT GET A LATE FEE CHARGE. I WANT IMMEDIATE ACTION TO EB TAKEN AGAINST THIS MAN WHO IS RUNNING THE VODAFONE STORE AT JWALA HERI MARKET, PASCHIM VIHAR FOR MAKING MONEY BY MISGUIDING THE VODAFONE CLIENTS AND FOR DOING GROSS MISTAKES.

                                sir still not working
                                i have done all the steps whatever our customer care executive told me
                                like reset the setting, switch off an on, waiting for 6 hr etc...
                                now they told me that your problem is solved by[protected]..
                                what can i do in these days...
                                is this right that recharge now and use after sometime

                                  Hi, I am a customer who visited India for a short while and had chosen Vodafone as my service provider. I took the postpaid plan for 2 months but they disconnected my service in the middle of my cycle and just didn't restart my service. Along with this issue, there were multiple times where their sim card was not working and I visited the Andheri west Vodafone office couple of times addressing my issue and trying to disconnect my service. I didn't even use the service for more than 15 or 20 days but now they are charging me some Rs 876.06 for this kind of service . They sent me emails about outstanding payment and I replied back saying I am only responsible for the service I used. I am ready to pay the amount for the time period I had utilized the service but not for something I didn't use it. This is ridiculous. I came for vacation and if this is the service I am getting just to use my phone. I can imagine how difficult other things would be. They are now enforcing a legal action for something I didn't even use. I told them to send me the true amount and I will pay it but they wouldn't mention the real amount and would just send emails regading outstanding payment. I am sure there would be many consumer complaints against Vodafone and they should be responsible for their poor service.They just want to get money but they don't understand consumer satisfaction or in better words fail to understand their responsibility towards customer. They are legally supposed to get money only if they provide right timely service. I would really appreciate if this could be escalated to their higher management. Thanks...

                                    As i was not satisfied with vodafone postpaid connection.i reverted back to prepaid but with the same mobile number which postpaid has. And i activated my prepaid sim by easy recharge.and when i try to recharge with 30rs ..i didn't get any recharge balance on my number and showing this error "Your card's face value is greater than session limit" . what does this mean ?? PS : I switched off and on ... i removed the sim and inserted .. i have tried all this ... Give proper resolution to customer's ... Customer people will say one thing and when i go to any vodafone store they will tell another thing ... and when both are working for vodafone .. how come customer people have diff.set of resolutions and you people have diff.set of resolutions..

                                    i have been trying to recharge my vodafone new prepaid mobile no. [protected] with 30rs respectively but it was unsuccessful each time i try ..I didn't get any recharge balance on my number and showing this error "Your card's face value is greater than session limit"...What kind of service are you guys offering your customers, eh? what kind of a child's play is this? i need an urgent response from your end.

And i activated my prepaid sim by easy recharge.and when i try to recharge with 30rs ..i didn't get any recharge balance on my number and showing this error "Your card's face value is greater than session limit" . what does this mean ?? PS : I switched off and on ... i removed the sim and inserted .. i have tried all this ... Give proper resolution to customer's ... Customer people will say one thing and when i go to any vodafone store they will tell another thing ... and when both are working for vodafone .. how come customer people have diff.set of resolutions and you people have diff.set of resolutions..
                                    Word of advice
                                    For new sim holders, do a initial ₹53 recharge.
                                    And try the top up again.

                                    I changed my Vodafone postpaid connection to prepaid but with mobile number portability. I was charged Rs.100/- for the new sim and I was told that Rs. 71/- recharge value will be credited to my account/sim. However, this was not done. So, I purchased a recharge coupon for Rs.30/- and when I tried to recharge with this coupon, I didn't get any recharge balance on my number, instead showing this error "Your card's face value is greater than session limit" . what does this mean ? Customer care and Vodafone store from where I purchased this sim have failed to give any proper solution for this. My Vodafone No. is [protected] and alternate contact No. is [protected].

                                      I was using postpaid connection. Later on i switched to prepaid connection. I had deposited Rs.250/- as security at the time of applying for postpaid connection At time of closure, i settled all the dues. I paid excess by Rs.80 (approx). When my prepaid connection got activated, i received a confirmation msg that i will be refunded Rs. 330(approx). But i have not received any such ssum till date. Kindly resolve the issue. Thanks

                                        I brought a new handset to my wife its a dual sim phone running airtel & vodafone both usally we recharge to airtel everytime a week back we went to shimoga & my airtel netpack was closed & i recharged to 78rs 12:50pm on 23/04/2015 to vodafone due to some reasons, after recharging it Is not working for 30 mins due to the reason i called to customer care the first guy said it will be solved in 2 hours & i waited for 2 hours but the problem not solved so i called again & they connected to tecnical department they said restart the Phone there also the problem not solved, this circle repeated for 8 times. Finally i asked for refund but the final guy who i spoked he raised the complaint & it'll be solved in 8 working days. Even the executive communication was also very bad they not responded to my question properly. I asked for refund but they raised the complaint.
