This is to inform you that today at 07.18 A. M, I have recharged my account online with amount of Rs. 255, form the site https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/prepaid/recharge-online.jsp, and immediately got message from HDFC bank at 07.18 A.M, that amount of Rs. 510 has been deducted form my account.
Thereafter, I had a chat with customer care representative and they have informed me the following facts, details of discussion are as under for your reference;

Yes Sir.
In view of the above please clarify that is it possible to deduct the amount of Rs. 510 at 07.18 A.M, in which 255 for the transaction taken place at 07:18 AM and 255 for the transaction taken place at 07:45 AM.
Request you to refund the amount otherwise I will take further course of Legal action in appropriate court of Law at your risk and cost.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Consequently, I have applied for a migration again, ths time from a Vodafone store. The least you people can do is address my concern in minimum possible time.
And PLEASE STOP SENDING ME PERSONAL MESSAGES saying "visit nearest store", "check with your previous operator", etc.
You people have truly changed my viewpoint about customer care services of Vodafone.
A highly disappointed customer.
