Absurd cutting of money on 3G twice today

I had got a recharge of Rs. 251.00 for 3G today at 9.46 AM for my no [protected]. I got a message from Vodafone at 9.48 AM saying that "Your Internet pack is active now valid upto 29.05.2015 23:59:59. Bal: 1024 MB". At 10.40 AM, I got a message from Vodafone saying "You have reached 80% of the pack limit on your number[protected]. You still have 198.00 MB balance". Thereafter, at 10.43 AM, I got a message saying I have exhausted the Internet...

VODAPHONE IS LEADING NETWORK FOR CUSTOMER HARASSMENT

3G data pack overridden

My vodofone number has 3g 255 rupees pack activated just 2 days back . Today somone has mistakenkly recharged my nmbr with 35 rupees . Which is a 2 g pack . Vodafone has overridden my 3 G pack with 2 g and i have also lost my whole 3G available data . This is completely insane .. when i talked with customer care they are ignorant .even are not able to serve customer properly ....

Vodafone 3G 1GB/Month for 2 Months

Dear Sir, I bought a Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Mobile Phone with a offer 1GB 3G Data /Month for 2 Months on Vodafone.
