I bought 3G datacard at jan 2015. First month only it was worked fine. Then slowly decreased internet speed. It is works like 2G connection. So many I have complaint to customer care. But They didn't take any action. Please resolve it or else going to disconnect it

      I have a Vodafone no [protected] last 3 year. I have a recharge done on 22 April for 3G deta but I have end 3G deta on 30 April. I have regular receive message for offer 352 me 3GB 3G deta So I have recharge done on 30 April of 352 for 3GB 3G deta but I saw on 4 May I receive only 1 GB 3G deta Then I contact to customer care no but not any help about my problem. no any person available for my help from 4 may noon to night. so kindly solve this issu and reverse my 2GB 3G deta in my mobile no

        Hello, My name is ANIL KUMAR PAL my no. Is ([protected]) recently I port my contact no. MTNL to Vodafone post paid. In the first 7 days they activated my no. And I used that really good but after the 7 days of my usage they blocked by no., When I called to the customer care everyone was giving me wrong detail about my no., Some said that your has been blocked because of the negativity locality, and some said that I was not at home so physical verification was not done that time, Then I get one more chance to activate my no. So I visited to the vodafone store at MAHIPALPUR (NEAR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT) when first time I visited their they get my all the details but didn't responded me and I again visited their after 7 -8 days after then they raise my complaint, , Basically they are not able to help the customer in the first time of his visit, They also don't have sense that how to react with the customer. And they blocked my no. I hope you'll help me. I am not able to use my important no. From last 1 month just because of the bad customer service please take an action against them.

        complaint was resolved that time i didn't get time come on this site. now i am closing this issue.

        I still didn't get any response from Vodafone, Please resolve my problem as soon as you can. As i can check in my Inbox their is 7-8 messages every one is apologising and suggesting me that call on 144 and they resolve your problem, But when i tried to call that time time the voice mail sugessting me that you have dialed a wrong no.

          Today I checked my Vodafone bill for the month of April'15, generated on 5th May 2015 and it was way to high. They billed Rs. 955 (still itemised bill is not available online). Since the bill was quite high then my usual bill which use to be in between Rs. 550 to Rs. 700 I checked my old bills and found that since December' 14 they are charging me data download charges. I initially did not pay attention because for the month of December'14 and January'15 my phone was on roaming and for February'15 and March'15 due to official and personal reason I made lot of calls. This was not the case in April'15, in April 15 I have made limited number of calls and when I saw Rs. 955 bill it was a shock to me.I called their customer care and informed them about the discrepency in last 4 months bill and the current bill. I have received a complaint with Vodafone and complaint number is: [protected]. I called their Nodal Office number, Murphy was the representative who picked up the call. She told me that data download charges are valid because I have downloaded some app (I am not at all aware what app I have downloaded and how it is possible that I am doing every month witout my knowledge), I requested her to tell me the name of the app and she gave me some alphanumeric name of the app which I have never heard of. I have been using this number from last 7 years and internet on this number from last 4 years. I have never had such issue before and I am browsing the same stuff which I use to browse earlier. My question is how is it possible that from last 4 months the bill is so high? I have another Vodafone number which I am using from last 6 years and never had such issue on that number. I was paying the last 4 months bill without checking because I trusted them, now I realized that they were charging me unecessarily.Request you to please help me in getting this issue sorted. PS: I have Rs. 99 2G data plan with 2 GB download limit activated on my number.

          I have sent an email to your corp email id but haven't received a response. Apart from that I am getting hell lot of messages in my consumer complaints account inbox stating some sites are chargeable. I am not sure who those guys are and why they are cluttering my mailbox here? It doesn't make any sense by stating that some sites are chargeable. I haven't seen any site charging just by visiting it, and even if something is getting downloaded that has to be with my concern.

          Have you ever heard that you will be charged because you are doing excessive search on google or you will be charged because you have visited a particular site. I have never heard that atleast in broadband world. Even if a site charges for particular section they ask you to make the payment it is not like they will directly charge you on your broadband account. So please understand the concern first and then reply instead of simply replying.

                  1. I have been using Vodafone for more than 5 yrs now (same number), suddenly vodafone turns off my Internet package without any such request of doing so, thereby claiming a bill of 3200. On being asked, customer representatives say that the request had gone from my end, but no evidence lies with them( no db, no backup, no sms, no mailers) 2. Post a debate for more than a month, a representative (Nikhil) ensured a waiver of the entire Internet charges (3200) which had been wrongly billed against my number. So, I made a payment of the rest amount within an hour. 3. After this entire episode, I get calls again from Vodafone asking for the Internet bills (3200). On talking about the waiver, Vodafone completely denied that any such waiver had been passed. 4. Mailed and Escalated multiple times, but no revert only follow up calls for the fraudulent bill. Note : I had received the waiver on 24th Apr between 4:15 - 4:45pm, from a vodafone customer representative names Nikhil.

                    i recharged my number with 399 blackberry plan, recharge was successful.But its been 22hrs and blackberry service is not activated on my number.i talked to customer care, they are simply registering complaint.no concern for consumer problem.worst service.

                      i have a vodafone sim since last 6 year (2009), i have lost my mobile on[protected] so sim was alos lost. when i go your office AB road indore they told me your sim has not with the name ganesh rajput it has issued by other name how it is Possible. second think not confirmed but in 2012 i have lost my sim that time also she told me same problem, and they exepted my doc with ganesh rajput and issue the sim. Kindly suggest how i tack this no now

                        My vodafone SIM No. is [protected]. On 02.05.2015 I received an offer from Vodafone that I would be given 2 GB capacity in 3G network for a period of 28 days on that SIM if I paid Rs.249. Accordingly I paid the sum on that very day. But 3G net work on that SIM is not working at all. I am using the SIM in Vodafone dongle bearing No. CE0197. Whenever I am trying to connect internet we are receiving a never ending message of 'Searching for network'. Yesterday in the evening I several times talked to customer care of vodafone. For the first two calls made from the said SIM we were told to hold the line and within a minute the line was cut off. Next time detailed conversations took place between me and the vodafone staff Mr. Vinode but the problem was not resolved. Hence we would request you to kindly take necessary action so as to enable me to get the connectivity as per terms of the offer early.                           A service named [protected]@IT has been activated without my request and has deducted rp 30/- twice that is rp 60/- in total. On 23rd April 2015, I got a message saying on my Vodafone prepaid num [protected] :"Hello! Look @ it service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 10 days rental of Rs.30 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.12.0396.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)." In fact I did not send any request or message for [protected]@ it service and I did not know about that service. But without my knowledge deducted an amount of Rs. 30 from mobile balance and sent message. again on 03rd May 2015, i got another message saying "Your subscription for Look @ it service has been renewed and Rs 30 has been deducted.The service will get renewed on [protected].To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)." I immediately deactivated the service but I have not got the amount refund.Hence, I request the deducted amount of Rs. 60/- may be refunded immediately to my mobile. ---Manasa D S

                                I have been coordinating with my Relationship Manager V. Sini (mobile no: [protected]) since the past two months on the waiver of the data cahrges on my mobile and she has waived 35 percent of the data charges on my bill. This has been going on since the past two months and till date Vodafone tells me that I owe them the full amount. They are just not aware of any waiver on the data charges. I have sent all attachments to Vodafone which would give a clear picture on a small issue which is not so difficult to close but has been dragging for months now and why I have approached you. I would be grateful if you could really look into this as I have been harassed and internet and phone disconnected inspite of telling Vodafone that I will pay them the amount. Would be really grateful if you could sort this asap as I am now fed up of Vodafone. Thanks

                                  i am vijay, i got a call from vodafone customer care centre which is in begumpet, varun tower.they offered me few numbers for post paid connection and i selected two numbers.at the time of my acception for taking connection they irritated me with frequent calls. i gave them appointment in the evenig of 5pm but within that time again they called me frequently when i was in my office.the matter is executive came to me before given appointment time and collected the money and documents from me.for activation of my connection they gave me 48 hours time but after 5 days also my connection was not activated.for this problem i tried to contact them several times but they didnt respond to me.so i was disatisfied with vodafone service and i asked for cancellation of my connections and to refund my money.i want to go to consumer court on this matter.

                                      Hi I am using my number [protected] quite a long time and billed all my bills but Vodafone care blocked it because they said your other number bill is not paid. i have been a good customer of Vodafone and paid all my bills on time its been almost 10 years i have been using their services and now they have blocked my services saying i have a pending bill on other number. i have not sued that number as explained a lot of times, i had a word with three different times with Vodafone today had a word with the supervisor as well however i don't think they been given any powers except saying "NO", i have called to get my services activated and to assure that i will go the store in order to sort this issue tomorrow however they couldn't activate it even till tomorrow and that was most embarrassing, i use to think Vodafone is known for its good reputation, however i just think they are least bothered about quality of service, cause of population, and this is actually leading people to switch to other service Providers and i think i will be one of them. no rule says that vodafone can suspend the service of my current number cause of non payment on another one. though i have not used it... i have waited for not less then 30 mins to talk to the supervisor and all i heard from him is he cannot help, this is a kinda service we have been given when i a postpaid user of this number for not less that 10 years and paid lacks of rupees to vodafone since then and this is what i am getting as a result, my business dependency is upon my phone and belong to the same LOB and i know how the customer service should be done, people are not even comfortable talking in english, the quility of people hired for support is somthing i donot expect from vodafone. atleast for a corporate user like me. warm regards harpreet singh +[protected] +[protected] email:h[protected]@gmail.com wg 1469 solution pvt ltd warm regards harpreet singh +[protected] +[protected] Skype - harpreet.singh2413 wg 1469 solution pvt ltd do you really need to print this page? please consider environment before printing...

                                        hello every one there was a complaint regarding the waiver of 350 rupees and past 3-4-months im just going to store calling customer care and requesting for this even the promise and wrong conformation was given by executive on call then the manager Mr.Ravi teja Kathur i have his mobile number he assured me that he will be giving that 350 waiver in[protected] bill but to my suprise i didnt get any waiver and i have call them again and tell the whole stories his mobile number is [protected] kindly Mr Raviteja Kathur pls see and take action what u promised me ...i told when we were having conversation that vodafone allways cheated me in network problem billing problem and now false promises allso...who were is taking this complaints kindly solved it immediately...and i want MR RAVI TAJA KATHUR i[censored]r not sure then dont give promises on behalf of vodafone...really after paying rentals and taxes i got this kind of services...really iam gone change my services...
