Dear Sir, This is with regards to my DND complaint number [protected] dated 26-March-2015 to Vodafone India my mobile service provider. As per my complaint the Unsolicited Telemarketer's ID was deactivated however it has come to my attention that the telemarketer had created a fake mail account using my name i.e. "vijyant.[protected]@gmail.com" and had used it to send a complaint withdrawal request in order to reactivate his marketing ID. It was absolutely mandatory for the agent to verify if the mail received is from my registered mail id or not and if not then to ignore the request. To my shock this naive agent acted upon this fake mail request and ignored by complaint instead. Upon bringing this to the notice of Vodafone appellate, they simply admitted to the mistake and apologised without any effort to correct the mistake made by them which is also a violation of TRAI's directive. Now the same telemarketer is sending me marketing messages again. I wish for Vodafone to be penalised for taking my privacy so lightly and getting away with violations of TRAI's guidelines.

    i want to port my sim but whenever i send the sms for generating the upc code than i get the same sms like(your no is allocated for our internal purpose please further report contact to our customer care) and when i call the customer care all representative tell me sir please try again for generate the upc no body solve my problem so please sir solve my problem..as soon as possible...

      All incoming/outgoing calls BLOCKED after CUG activation

      I activated CUG on my phone and now I'm not able to make or receive any calls since except to/from my 2 other CUG members. Vodafone India says they will resolve the issue by May 7th. Which means I will practically be without mobile phone for 4 days- which is absolutely unacceptable. I need my service to resume nrmally asap!...

      A post paid Vodafone mobile no. [protected] was issued to me few years back. On 30th April, 2015 I approached your shop at D-27, Inner Circle, CP, New Delhi and requested them to change same post paid sim card into pre paid sim card with same mobile no. i;e. [protected]. After completing the formalities I was issued a prepaid sim card and i was assured that within two to three hours the prepaid card will be activated. Unfortunately to till date it was not done. Today again I approached your Vodafone shop at 27, Inner Circle, CP, New Delhi and enquired about my sim card I was told to pay a sum of Rs. 190/- as bill ( for the period of 3rd April, 2015 to 1st May, 2015). Since a sum of Rs. 140 was already deposited for mobile no. [protected] on 30th April, 2015. But the store manager was not in the mood of listening any words. He only insisted to deposit Rs. 190/- immediately. The callous attitude and behaviour of your store manager is not acceptable. It shows that some thing is going wrong in your store. At present I am in the possession of two sim cards for same number. My simple question is how and why I was issued prepaid card of same post paid number if dues were there. Secondly why I have been asked to pay bill of Rs. 190 for the period of 3rd April, 2015 to 1st May, 2015 when i already Rs. 140/- on 30/04/2015 ?         Hi My name is Mohanraja. I am using my brother's Vodafone number [protected]. On[protected] I checked my offers on *121# through my mobile, I received flash message show in attachment. I had selected the option 1 which is RC 376 offers 4 GB data. But I received only 2GB. So I called 198 to report this, they told me that it will credit within 1 or 2 hours, But nothing happened. So I called again but I cant make call to 198, think they blocked my number to 198.

            Dear Sir, I am getting wrong bill every month from vaodafone. I am using 03 corporate number. Vodafone sending wrong bill from january 2015 and still continuing.After so many reminder, They are not giving any satisfactory reply for my complaints for wrong bill generation due to CUG charges.I am facing the same problem from january but they are not taking it seriously.My numbers are: [protected], [protected] and [protected]. I called their customer care 40-50 times from january to present date and visited their local outlet but nobody giving positive response. Everybody said, send mail to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com and i am not getting positive feedback from corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com. Now i am very fedup with vodafone. I have already sent so many complaint from january, visited local outlet 04 times and called to customer care 40-50 times. This is height of mentally torcher. Thanks, Nidhi

              We have a plan in past of rs 499 .before six month there is phone call from vodafone to upgrade plan rs 1299 we agree and upgrade .now we change plan to lower tarrif but vodafore customer care say go to vodafone store with company letter pad and docket.last time they change plan in phone now they say go to store otherwise wait call from vodafone for plan.

                I have vodafone postpaid mobile number : [protected] for over 6 years. I travelled to US in January 2015 and requested for basic international roaming facility on my number. When I landed in the US on Jan 26th, my phone did not have network coverage. As a result, I faced great difficulty in connecting with my family and had to purchase another sim there. When I came back to India on Feb 3, 2015 I went to the nearest Vodafone Store and checked with them regarding the no service issue. To my surprise, I was informed that the services were suspended due to non-payment of bill. Since, i had paid my bill in January before leaving, I checked on the amount which was shown as Rs 7000/-. On further enquiry I was told that Rs. 6000/- were due to data roaming charges. When the basic international roaming pack does not have roaming facility and my number did not have coverage. How can I billed for usage of internet? Since then I have visited the Vodafone stores several times to resolve the issue and also mailed the customer care multiple times. However, they have been unresponsive and have not shared the details of the bill. Last week I have got a legal notice that futher threatens me to pay the amount of 7k along with additional 1 k as interest. This is coercion. Threatening someone to pay up without giving full details is harassment and coercion. Its high time Vodafone responds to this issue with urgency rather than troubling consumers with legal action while inflating bills without giving details

                  Hi, I had recharged my vodafone no [protected] on[protected] through mobiwik and my available balance win the payment card was 213 so I recharged the complete amount but I was credited only talk time of 59.46 and access fee of rs 130 was debited when I spoke to customer care today the told me they don't have any offer for that amount and company has paid me talk time of 59.46 as good will gesture when I told about my money being debited they told me they cannot credit it back.i have been cheated as company has taken 130 as access fee and I don't have any benifits for my money. .I need my money ack.worst experience with Vodafone

                      Rs 98/- debited from main balance on 01 may 15 at 0637hrs for downloading something where as i have not tryied for download anything that time. More over i have internate pack then why this is debited from main balance. I called to customer care .they assure me to refund within 2 hrs. After 12 hrs again called because refund was not done. They also assured me to refund which will take some time. But till this time i have not received refund.. why.

                        I had got a recharge of Rs. 251.00 for 3G today at 9.46 AM for my no [protected]. I got a message from Vodafone at 9.48 AM saying that "Your Internet pack is active now valid upto 29.05.2015 23:59:59. Bal: 1024 MB". At 10.40 AM, I got a message from Vodafone saying "You have reached 80% of the pack limit on your number[protected]. You still have 198.00 MB balance". Thereafter, at 10.43 AM, I got a message saying I have exhausted the Internet pack! I called Customer Care to complain as I do not use 3G for any thing other than Whatsapp, FB, Gmail and very occasionally to search on Safari. I have been using 3G for a long time and if you check my usage, it is always consistent. Moreover, I have a holiday today and I was using my laptop to browse FB. So it is absolutely ridiculous to think I have used so much Data that it got consumed totally by 10.43 AM!!! I made a written complaint also via email. Thereafter, I recharged again for Rs. 501.00 at 19.25 PM and also got another recharge of Rs 251.00 for 3G at 19.34 PM. I got a confirmation from Vodafone at 19.36 PM that "Your Internet pack is active now valid upto 29.05.2015 23:59:59. Bal: 1024 MB". At 20.20 PM, I got an sms from Vodafone saying "You have reached 80% of the pack limit on your number[protected]. You still have 198.00 MB balance" and at 20.31 PM, I got another message saying I have exhausted my Internet pack and not only that, the entire amount of Rs 501.00 which I had recharged also got deducted!! We called up the consumer care and they have no reply but to say its due to browsing. This is really ridiculous as I did not even touch the phone after recharging in the evening. The customer care rep kept us on hold for nearly 8-9 minutes and hung up on us.

                          My name is akhileshver pratap singh.Me and my wife sapna singh are users of vodafone from past 3 years. From today my wife is not able to make a call from her number ([protected])while she is able to receive calls. To troubleshoot i exchange handset of my wife with mine. The problem is in the sim rather than in the handset.after that i called on vodafone customer care(199) and somebody attended my call(he did not tell his name while he should).I told him my problem and than he told me to hold and cut the call.I called again and this time i asked the name of person who picked my call. After asking 3 or 4 times he told his name is PRASHANT and till than he kept ignoring me. Now i am not sure whether he told me his name or others as he was not willing to tell his name. When i narrate him the problem he misbehaved with me. Everything which i told him he make me to say again.he asked me for the balance in the mobile.i told him 200, again he asked me what is the balance.this time i told him to check the balance on that he replied that i asked for his name and now he is asking for my balance.did i did something wrong when i asked for his name while he should tell me his name at the first place.After he asked for the fourth time about my balance i cut the call. After wasting so much time on bad network and calling two times at customer care now i am waisting time on lodging the complain on my mobile.kindly resolve the problem and take action against both the guys.                             Very bad service I have seen by VDF in Bangalore, India. I had applied for SIM porting to Airtel but request rejected as i didn't use VDF more than 90 days I'm really Pissed Off. i Hate Vodafone Service :( Are Vodafone provider doing this to earn more money?? becasue call always getting drop before completing the min. and they charge for 1min /Pankaj

                              I opted for MNP from vodafone to airtel, as I have joined Airtel. On 20th I generated the code and filled up all the formalities with Airtel. On 22nd I paid an amount of 600Rs to vodafone as bill was not generated yet. On 29th I received a message from vodafone stating that we have received your porting request VD613292 date 29Apr15. We will validate your request and will revert on confirmation by 96hrs TAT from the time we received the request from MCH. - 11.26am 29th April'15 Then I checked my bill which was generated on 29th, there was 33Rs pending. For that I paid 200Rs at that very time to vodafone. 11:45am 29th April'15 Today i.e 2nd May 2015 at 12.25pm I received a message from vodafone stating that, Your porting request VD613292 date 29Apr15 has been rejected due to this post-paid subscriber has outstanding payments due. I tried talking to customer care, but they were of no help and they kept asking me to generate the code again and go through the formalities. So as they will reject my request again with some lame excuse. I have been getting continuous calls from vodafone asking me why do you want to port, even though I told them reason multiple times. I'll request you to please look into this, this type of pathetic service is not acceptable. Name: FAISAL MUAZZAM Mob:- [protected]

                              I had to regenerate the code and request was sent again by airtel. It was a hassle free porting the 2nd time but kept getting continuous calls on why do you want to port. Still poor service by vodafone. Rejecting MNP for the first time was not justified.

                                Dear sir/madam, I am Deepika bisht using Vodafone ( [protected]) network for past several years, I was happy using this network i have more 2 Vodafone networks in my house but from past 1.5 months i am facing problem related to network, i complaint may a time but no one solve my problem, in between may of your customer executive misbehave with me. they ask for hold and then they have not communicate with me, one day i wait approx 34 min. you have all the records you can check. i just want an action regarding those people who did such pathetic behavior with me...

                                  My vodafone number is [protected], now few days i can not acess whatsapp, facebook massenger with vodafone connection, but the same i can use with others network (airtel) it is not my mobile handset problem and this is not only my problem it is also our frnds problem. Altough i can acess internet via uc browser, i called the vodafone care but they are unable to solve my problem, now a days vodafone network become worst day by day so i complaint through consumer complaint. Pls solve that problem other wise i will port out from vodafone

                                    My vodofone number has 3g 255 rupees pack activated just 2 days back . Today somone has mistakenkly recharged my nmbr with 35 rupees . Which is a 2 g pack . Vodafone has overridden my 3 G pack with 2 g and i have also lost my whole 3G available data . This is completely insane .. when i talked with customer care they are ignorant .even are not able to serve customer properly .
