Dear Concern,
My Name is CHAKRADHAR, I am a TAP Officer.
I won a VENTO DIESEL HIGH LINE 2011 Model, (AP 03 AW 0079)
I insured it with 0% depreciation. At the time of insurance, staff at show room told that, with this type of insurance I will get 100% claim and at the time of claiming it is very easy and no need to submit any FIR copy or Photos. They misguided me and made me to go for this.
Now recently my vehicle met with an accident at Chennai. When I tried to claim my insurance at the same show room, now they are telling lot of rules and confused me and created lot of inconvenience.
I am very much sad about this and we were shocked that, a brands like VOLKESWAGEN handling customers like this.
Sir I don’t have trust on the insurance company, I chosen it because Employees in VOLKSWAGEN showroom recommended. Because of the trust I have on the Brand I paid to that insurance Company.
I chose VOLKESWAGEN because of the Brand value and its service.
Almost with my guidance my relatives and colleagues purchased 2 ventos and 3 polos.
Even I am in need for a GT TSI, but now I am in a dilemma whether am I choosing the right brand.
With the same showroom I complained 4 times regarding the AC problem, but they never rectified it.
When ever I received feed back call after service, I even told them the same but no use.
I kindly request you to please look in to this immediate.

Still my CAR is at that showroom.

Very Poor Customer service Volkswagen India.!!..The STAR CARS PRIVATE LIMITED, Puducherry has no idea of fixing my problem..It has been a month since I have left my car in service..Still now their is no proper response from the dealer..
We made a booking for Polo Highline Diesel paying a token advance of Rs 10, 001 through credit card on 13-APR -2014 @ Volkswagen Whitefield Bangalore.
Till date not received any information abt delivery.Tried reaching the sales team many times, but no one is picking the call or talking the responsibility.

Till date we have not received original sale document, which was signed by me.I had drafted N number of mails requesting for the same.But nobody is taking intiative.

I require compensation for the negligence and poor service.

Please help me to resolve this and provide necessary information on time.
I am driving a 1.2 L petrol version of Volkswagen polo (2011). I did all the regular services from the EVM Volkswagen Trivandrum. Last month, I found that the ABS sign was on and took the vehicle immediately to the service centre. I was charged around 12000+ including a change of sensor, battery, handling charge, labour charge etc. Since then the vehicle had a very bad smell in the cabin which I reported to the customer care executive who took the feed back from me. There was no response from them since then. Last week the vehicle developed a starting trouble and was again taken to the service centre. This time charging Rs 5000 for a replacement of "relay", handling charges etc
Worst thing was the shape in which I got my vehicle back. The left rear tyre had a puncture with a screw that has gone all the way inside. i realized this when I noticed some thing wrong with the way the vehicle was moving. there was a knocking sound coming out of the front panel. This time a bush is found damaged which is supposed to hold the air filter in place. Since there was no replacement available, they have returned my vehicle as it is.
The service personnel has attributed the damage to regular wear and tear. (To a part which does not move at all)
I MUST SAY THAT VOLKSWAGEN IS A COMPANY THAT PRODUCE GOOD CARS WHICH IS RUINED BY THE WORST SERVICE AVAILABLE. Please note the paper inserted instead of a rubber washer in the enclosed photo.

    I approached volkswagen downtown mumbai, shaman cars pvt ltd on 11th october, 2013, to avail of my annual service facility and also get my windscreen replaced. On approaching them, i was told my service is yet not due and hence i must get the car servicing done only on / post the due date.

    I agreed and gave them my car only to get the following corrected:
    1. Windscreen replaced, since it had a crack
    2. Paint front bumper
    3. Left hand side fender & door repair & paint
    4. Steering wheel noise
    5. Hand brake setting

    I was quoted a cost of inr 28, 000/- for the above.

    Before handing over the car to them, one of their drivers also did a test drive to check the car. The car was in an absolutely excellent condition and smooth running.

    A day later i get a call from one mr amol from the service center, telling me that the car has a starting problem, is vibrating, jerking and mis-firing. I was also told that one of the cylinders of the engine head has stopped working and i should get all this rectified immediately and pay a cost of inr 1, 20, 000/- to get this corrected.

    When i argued that my car never had any such problem and how did this suddenly come up, mr amol said that they did some checking on their own end and this was diagnosed over that checking system. I had not asked the service centre to do any such checking or touch the engine but they did so out of their own course. Now since i insisted that before giving the car to them my car had no such problem, he immediately said that it was not necessary for me to get this rectification done immediately.

    On 16oct13, when i went to collect my car, i was again told that i should get the engine head changed and at that time they quoted a cost of inr 1, 30, 000/- for this. Amol was quick enough to even tell me that the company was willing to bear the cost of the material and hence i would have to pay a cost of inr 20, 000/- only. I was surprised that the company was willing to bear such a high cost and a little suspicious too, but since i was confident that my car had no such problem, i told them that i will come back if need be.

    However, to my surprise, when i started the car, it gave jerks and there was excessive vibration in the car!!! I was now convinced that the service centre had done some mischief and hence they had been trying to convince me to change the engine head! On confronting them, they then said it could be some electrical problem or engine head problem, but i must get the engine head changed. When i raised my voice and said that i refuse to pay any such money cause they are cheating me, one of their seniors – mr amin doshi (Service manager), told me that the total cost would be inr 150, 000/- but he will try and get me an additional 50% discount on the labour cost and 100% on the material cost, and i will then have to pay inr 20, 000/- - 22, 000/-!! This is again surprising considering that amol had quoted a total cost of inr 120, 000/- first and then inr 130, 000/- and after material discount i was asked to pay inr 20, 000/- while amin after the material & labour discount was charging me 22, 000/-!! All these convoluted quotes itself indicate that they are only trying to make money out me!!

    I have checked with multiple other people who’ve been into the car business, and all of them have confirmed that engine head cannot have such a problem, specially since the car is not very old and has hardly run 21, 867kms.
    I am amazed that a company like volkswagen can fool and cheat their clients like this. Since i could not drive my car out, i had to leave it there and i have told amin & amol to ensure they correct whatever the problem and give me the car back in the same condition that i had given it to them in…but they have refused to do any work on this, unless and until i agree to bear the cost of inr 22, 000/-, which i have refused.

    I urge you to look into this immediately and assist, as i would not pay volkswagen even a penny for this, since it is a mischief they have played and i should not be penalized for this. As of now, my car is with them, so please do expedite, as i am worried they will mess it up more!

    This has been resolved. The company agreed to their error and have repaired my car...though some issues still exist, but something is better than nothing. Thanks

      Sir, it is been observed that stepny wheel/spare wheel is smaller than other wheels, technically it is
      serious, but while selling the product it is not been told to us. Now please do some thing to remove this problem.

      The rim of all the wheels is very weak, in small ditches falls, then it bends, it has occurred about four times,

      please look into matter as soon as possible...your customer care is unable to convince me.

        Respected Sir/Madam, I am Dr.M.Prabakaran, I own a Volkswagen Jetta, which was bought in May 2013. On 12/10/2013, while driving on National Highway 7, my car's left front tyre got punctured and on inspection, the alloy wheel was bent. For which, I contacted VW Trichy on 13/10/2013, they responded saying that it will take 15 days for getting a new alloy wheel for Rs 28, 500 only. Then immediately, I contacted VW Puducherry on 13/10/2013 itself, till date, there is NO RESPONSE from their side. I am not able to use my car since 3 days, as the spare wheel is steel rim, and I do not have a spare wheel in case of a puncture or similar issue. I have registered a complaint to the Customer Care of VW India on 14/10/2013 at around 09:00 AM, my complaint number is CAL36799. I received an acknowledgement SMS to my mobile at 09:24 AM that my complaint has been assigned to VW Puducherry. Almost 36 hours after posting a complaint, still there is no response from the company. Should i move legally in this issue to sort it out? my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

          UK 04 M 8076 since I have bought the car, there is a complaint of the glasses (both side and front glass) becoming foggy when the ac is switched on, specially in the rainy season. The fog comes from inside and is not removed by moving wipers or directing the fan blow towards the glasses. It causes a lot of trouble to drive the car. I have complained against it in Viraj Motors Kanpur Pvt. Ltd., but they could not detect the flaw and assured of discussing it with the head authorities but till now no information has come. There is also a problem in the front two wheels which could not be cured by the service Centre.             This is in accordance to the incident which occurred at The Volkswagen Tornado Workshop, Andheri (E), Mumbai, India. I own a Polo 1.6 bearing a registration no. MH 02 CB 5784 which I regularly service at the above mentioned workshop. I have been sending the car for even the minutest noise in the cabin in relation to the dashboard or the mountings. This time there was a repeat complaint of an in cabin noise of the dashboard and as the work done previously was not satisfactory, infact the noise was still persistent; after a test drive and a payment of INR 4624 I realised that the car will have to be sent back for the unresolved problem. When returned I was told that the problem would be resolved this time and that I will have to leave the car at the service centre yet again. On the date of collection of the car I noticed another problem - 3 speakers of the car which were initially in perfect working condition before handing over the car at the service centre had stopped working leaving only 1 speaker in working condition. I immediately informed the service advisor Mr. Pradeep kadam about the problem and gave the car back. When Mr. Kadam checked the speakers, he said that the speakers have failed and that it was not under their responsibility. I was further introduced to Ms. Aarti N, who I believe is the Sr. manager. When I narrated the incident to her she refused to be of any help and again said it was not her responsibility. Her behaviour was not at all cooperative, infact she was arrogant and treated the concern as a pain and a hindrance to her daily schedule. Emoji When approached again in a couple of days I was told that the work was done only on the dashboard and there was no relation between the dashboard and the speakers. I am at a loss to understand WHO IS RESPONSIBLE for this loss. If a customer leaves his car at a service centre it is the responsibility of the service centre to make sure the car is given back in the same condition as it was handed over and not with any further problems. How am i to believe that the speakers were not tampered at the service centre. The above damage is not only monetary but also a loss of faith and loyalty towards such VW service centre where a customer is not sure in what condition he would get his car back. I want an explanation in this regard and also want to know who will be paying for this negligence of service quality at your end. PS - There has also been an event when my car was brushed against another car by your service agent in their premises and this was not brought to my notice until I saw the scratches on the hind bumper and the fresh paint of the other blue car which was also damaged. This was not made into a big issue understanding customer ethics and was then repainted. Disappointed by your service AGAIN,

Brand new VOLKSWAGEN cars are comparatively new to this land. I visited your dealer in Thrissur town (in Kerala) M/s. PHOENIX CARS INDIA PVT LTD and I have purchased a VOLKSWAGEN’s 3VENTO 1.6 DIESEL COMFORTUNE (M) LMV MOTOR CAR bearing Chassis No. WVWA13603DT036585, Engine No. CLN229105from them on 23.9.2013. When I reached back my residence with the car, I noticed that its left side door glass was not working. Since this is a rare complaint noticed same day of taking delivery for a brand new car, I began to checked the vehicle thoroughly from outside. I noticed that the (1) left rear tyre has cracked and broken (2) right side running board fully damaged like a second-hand car (3) all the glass beadings look like old and (4) glasses of the vehicle, except front right window glass are 2012 model. When I realized that I am fooled by M/s. PHOENIX CARS INDIA PVT LTD, I contacted them and demanded replacement of the vehicle. They told me that complaints will be looked into, when you come for ‘service’. This is not at all acceptable to me. If you don’t see as bragging, I may write that I am hailing from a very reputed THANGAL family in Kerala. We are not used to unnecessary litigations and court matters. I hope, realizing the gravity of ruining the reputation of VOLKSWAGEN INDIA LIMITED, VOLKSWAGEN INDIA LIMITED will take immediate action with all seriousness foreseeing consequences. VOLKSWAGEN INDIA LIMITED may direct M/s. PHOENIX CARS INDIA PVT LTD either to replace the car within in 7 days or else refund full amount. Yours truly, S.M. MORATHALA THANGAL

                i have taken car in feb 13.On 23/09/2013 without any accident or any other reason my front wheel 4 inch broken. Aurangabad workshop is agreed on my concern but as per them company is not agreed on manufacturing defect hence nor repl acing the part under warranty. i ask them to prove it to me that its external damage but they are not responding.                   I have bought a Polo 1.2 highline petrol from EVM Passenger Cars India Ltd, Trivandrum on 25.06.2013 vide Invoice No.VW1314/0186 under SBT Trivandrum hypotication. I am working at UAE and on 18th of Sep 2013 visited home town to attend a function at Madurai (T N). I have used my car for my travel.
                  On my way to Madurai the Vehicle have some noise from front side and my driver checked the wheel. Both the front wheels were weared more and could not drive. I have complained to customer care center at 10.30 Am (CAL35498). They arranged a recovery and picked up the car to the Madurai dealer at 5.30 pm. When I visited the dealer he told that the front LH road was bend that's why both the tyres damaged. They given an work order mentioning the complaint and asked me remit Rs.15000/- for repair because it was due external impact..
                  The car was run only 628KM and was not done the 1st service. The vehicle neither hit nor accidented any where. It is under warranty period. I kept the car in their showroom and left to Trivandrum by car which was arranged by the customer care from Bombay. There also the dealer played to drop me to the bus station and was not ready to drop at Trivandum. Again I get in touch with Bombay and get it sanctioned to drop me to home town.
                  Till now the car has not yet been repaired or didn't get any reply from customer care. i lodged a complaint but didn't get any reply.
                  Because of this I could not attend the function and my family was suffered much during this travel.My four days leave was spoiled and lost of money and time
                  Kindly request you to advise the concerned to repair the car under warranty and deliver the car to home town. As i am outside and my daughters are studying could not visit Madurai dealer and get the wear about of the vehicle.
                  An early remedy is solictied

                    I purchased Vento Car in Feb 2011 in Hyderabad AP09CJ1202, as they claim the car is not giving mileage, it is not giving more than 12 km even on highways. I waited for First service, but no change in mileage. On 20.09.2013 I have taken delivery after second service from Secunderabad along with some claim. But their service is so bad my car paint has become shabby. Today I have taken the car to the service station to get it brushed so that the patches on the body will go. But they could not do it properly and asked me to come again on some other day. First of all why they have not taken proper care while servicing and on repair work, and making the customer trouble. I don't think that they can remove the patches on my car body with out disturbing. Who is responsible for this? Can I go for consumer forum for in sufficient service on the company?                       i owened a polo diesal top model in may 2013.AC of car not working blowers sometimes not works.wheels and tyres are very poor quality which causes damages of car.now company says oil pump is also damaged by rough driving.I want to ask if i drive roughly then how car makes milage of 22 to 25 kmpl per ltrs.please help me to sort out these things I m mently harresed by these thing because i invest my all savins to buy this car.My car registration no. is DL14C 1065.

                        I brought a brand new 2013 Volkswagen vento tdi highline a month ago and am suffering an issue with the headlamps since the day I received the car. If the headlamps are switched on when it rains, vapour goes inside the headlamps, fog lamps and the side indicators located on the front fendors. After arguing with the Trivandrum VW service, they told its a normal procedure which occurs due to breather holes present inside the headlight assembly unit. I have never found an issue like this in any of my other vehicles and nor in ANY OTHER volkswagon cars ( though the service personnel ( Mr. Ashwin - Service advisor, VW Trivandrum ) told me only a COUPLE OF CUSTOMERS have returned with a issue like this which HE claims to be NORMAL . ) On receiving a vague answer by an employee of a reputed automobile company, I argued back telling its only a handful that have a complaint like this and its definitely a manufacturing defect that is involved in this process. I'm not sure about how much of the other Volkwagon customers have faced a issue like this. Aleast for the matter of being a vivid car enthusiast and noticing other Volkswagon cars around me, I feel I'm the only one who has got this fate written on me. I feel very ashamed of owning a car like this which cannot even retain the quality which I expected from a famous european renowned automobile company like volkswagon. My kind request to you is to please check upon why this issue happens on only a few owners and to rectify the same as soon as possible so that i can drive my volkwagon some day with a smile on face. :( Awaiting your response at the very earlist.                         I too have similar problem in my VW Passat registraion no. GJ3CR9473, you will soon seen simialr complain from my side.
                        LOL there is no use putting grievances on a site like this as no solutions will ever be sought and all it does is bring about people suffering with their products and let them feel their are not alone.

                        road assistance and wheel alignment charges

                        first road side assistance didnt provide us taxi. Then they are not giving wheel alignment charges if excel is damaged

                          Here is my case with Volkswagen team, wherein I purchased Polo 1.2 Petrol Trendline and I have started facing issues with the car within 14 months of purchase. Below is what happens when I visited to the workshop on 26th August as I had issue with the catalytic convertor alarm which started showing on the meter area. I received below email from CR Manager after I gave my feedback to the Volkswagen service check call on 28th August:- Dear Sir, Greetings from Volkswagen Gurgaon! This is regarding your subject vehicle and the concern raised to VW. We do regret the inconvenience caused to you. Further as per telephonic conversation with the advisor, Mr. Kasim, you confirmed that the yellow light was blinking after service and now the same is not blinking . we hence request you to kindly send your vehicle as per your convenience with prior intimation and we would check the vehicle. We thank you for your valuable feedback and time and assure you of our best services at all times. In case of any further clarification please do feel free to revert back the undersigned. Thanks & Regards, Manish Kaur Customer Relations Manager “My Response to Above Email” Hi Manish, Thanks for writing in. This is a false information, I never received any call from Mr. Kasim and hence no such conversation ever happened between us. I did got a service call from the Volkswagen office on 28th August wherein I expressed my concern as to how I was treated when I visited your workshop on 26th August. The yellow light was blinking when I came to your workshop on 26th August. I was told that the Air Filter was not properly placed at the time of service (which was done 2 months back) and hence this issue occurred. I expected that air filter will be replaced by the company, however that did not happen and they again made some interim arrangement and light stopped blinking at that time. I was also told that this may also be an issue with throttle and if same is found faulty, it would require a replacement and this part comes under warranty of your vehicle and hence I need not have to worry about it. This yellow light again started blinking the very next day (27th August) and I did call up at your workshop, wherein I spoke to Kanchan (Front desk executive). I requested to have me speak with the service manager and I was told that I will get a call back from him, this never happened till date. Due to my busy schedule, i am unable to bring my car again to the workshop and your company does not provide pick/drop facility. Secondly, this incident has also raised a question on the quality of the vehicle... within just 13.5 months I have started facing issues. My car is in 24 months warranty and hence I know this issue will be fixed for now... but what happens if anything goes wrong after 24 months. Volkswagen is indirectly forcing customers to buy extended warranty or else face such consequences wherein customer will end up paying huge amount for such faults. Is there a way company can compensate me because now I am forced to think if I had made a mistake by purchasing this vehicle? I look forward to a positive response from your end.                             Background
                            I had purchased Volkswagen Vento Highline in the month of SEP 2010 thinking that I was buying one of the best quality product from Germany on the contrary I have been constantly facing quality issues in the vehicle .
                            Alloys
                            In last 2 years 11 months all the 4 alloys of the car got bent.
                            First 3 alloys got bent in the month of April 2012 and fourth one in Sep 2013
                            The cost of one alloy is INR 20 - 22 thousand rupees and it is not possible for a customer to pay from his pocket. In April 2012 I had to literally fight with the insurance company and after sales team of VW .It was only after a wait period of 40 days insurance company replace two alloys and fixed one of them.
                            I had raised the above concern to VW customer care team about the quality of alloys and their standard reply was it is because of the external damage.
                            Now, In Sep 2013 another alloy (fourth one) got bend and I have given this vehicle in Gurgaon workshop
                            It is understood that one of the alloy can get bent because of external damage however how it is possible that all four alloys got bent in just 3 years
                            Dead AXLE
                            Recently, In Sept 2013 my car was bumped by a bull and I have given my vehicle for denting and painting job . The information I got from the workshop people that now DEAD AXLE of the vehicle is bent and it is not covered under warranty . This cost of this part is 1 lakh rupees for my Vehicle which was launched in 2010 whereas I have also leant that Vehicle which were launched in 2012 have a cost of only 15,000 for the same part
                            I do not understand
                            - Why there is huge difference in the cost for same spare part ?
                            - When VW is providing such expensive spare parts in my vehicle how is the quality justified under above circumstances?
                            Alloys - Rs 22,000
                            AXLE - Rs 1,00,000
                            - Why Dead Axle and Alloys are not covered under warranty ?

                            I am not in a condition to afford replacement of such expensive parts
                            Requesting you to take this matter with Volkswagen after sales team to get justice for replacement of the complete Vehicle or aleast replacement of these parts

                              we booked VW VENTO HIGHLINE in vellore susee motors For booking the vehicle we have been treated as BEGGARS no trained sales person,poor quality of customer service, paid full money for the vehicle,,, as i booked VVIP Number but they delayed in giving the Invoice copy,,they were, skipping the registration date as i said day to next week,,, taking their own decision without confirming with the customer,,, because of their laziness and lethargic i was force to do registration in another station, Totally 50K loss in VVIP number as delayed for invoice copy,, Charging extra for all accessories as in HighLine VENTO model vehicle,, What ever we asks they will says as extra,,,, extra,,, extra.... no satisfaction in buying this vehicle,,,, even a Rs 1/- is Valuable,,, we are spending nearly 11.2laks plus 30k for extra accessories, plus 70k for number,,,,, NOT at all happy vw vento value for money 100% vw customer service 0% value

                              WORST SERVICE BY WOLKSWAGEN INDIA
                              I have given my car polo comfortline 1.2 petrol to wolkswagen varanasi for changing ignition lock kit on 24th july . I was promised to deliver my car between 12-15 august now today its 27th of August and the dealership employee are not taking any interest . Even their to their customer is like hell . They dont even recieve customer call . 1 month has passed and even nw also not giving the accurate date for the delivery . I means it is a worst service that a dealer giving to a customer . I have mailed to wolkswagen official complaint site but no relpy is given from other side .
                              After sales service of wolkswagen is extremely poor . I would rate 1/10 ... This the correct position of wolkswagen and this is what it deserves .
                              34 days delay ... OMG ... Even then wolkswagen is sitting quietly ... Shameless creatures ...
                              Unexpected service ... I swear i would never reccoment wolkwagen to any of my friend ... Because they will also suffer fr 34 days in service ...

                              Great disappointment

                              Facing problem since date of purchase first it was about control unit then it's heavy vibration on steering wheel and now it's ABS and ingnition problem in last one year

                                YESTERDAY I VISITED YOUR SERVICE CENTRE VIRAJ MOTOR 77-A, DADA NAGER KANPUR FOR NORMAL SERVICE AND I FULLY CHECKED OUT WITH PROVIDED ADVISER ( ARVIND ) AND AFTER FULL CHECK UP HE PROVIDE ME REPAIR ORDER FORM AND MENTION CAR IT WORKING CONDETION AND I TAKE FROM KANNAUJ OVER 100 KM WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM ONLY SOME NOISE SO I MENTION ON REPAIR ORDER FORM AND HE INFORM ME YOUR CAR HANDLING TO ME ON 5.30 PM AMOUNT APP 16,000 RS. EST SO I PASS OUT THIS AMOUNT AND GONE TO OTHER WORK.

                                ADVISER CALL ME AT APP 4.00 THAT MY CAR IS READY ONLY BRACK PAD IS FAULTY SO REQ FOR CHANGE AND EXTRA COST 5000 RS COME ON EST SO I SAID IT'S OK AND I RECHED SERVICE CENTRE AT 5.45 PM SO ADVISER ARVIND SAID MY CAR IS READY AND TEST RUN COMPLETED , AFTER 30 MINUTE HE UPDATE ME THAT CAR FUEL PUMP FAIL AUTOMATIACALLY AND EST 28000 RS EXTRA AMOUNT SO I AM SHOCKED HOW IT CAN BE POSSIBLE.

                                I HAND OVER MY CAR TO YOUR SERVICE CENTRE IN RUNNING CONDITION , HE TAKE FULL CHECK UP AND FORM 11 AM TO 5.30 PM IT IS ON WORKING CONDITION AFTER SERVICE FUEL PUMP FAIL I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND/AGREE WITH THESE TYPE DEALING. IT IS NOT FIRST TIME HAPPEN THESE TYPE WORST SERVICE EXP AND PREVIOUS SERVICE ALSO AND I ALSO COMPLAINTS IN 2 TIME BUT NOW IT IS HYPE OF CHEATING OR UN RESPONSIBLE SERVICE AND BEHAVIOUR.

                                  My experience with wolkswagen is worst just because the kind of service the varanasi dealer provided .. The emloyees of varanasi dealer have thought customer fool . And the best part is that wolkswagen india is not taking any stict action against them . Let me be brief to the matter . - i have given my car for changing lock kit ( ignition ) on 24 th july and they promised me to deliver my car by 12th august and today its 27 of august and the dealer is unaware of it . The emlpyees are not even recieving the calls . In simple words THEY HAVE THOUGHT CUSTOMER A FOOL .
                                  Pathetic facility and service . Day by day wolkswagen falling down the pyramid in terms of service and parts they use . This is very very dissappointing ...

                                      I had booked a polo TDI on 25/7/2013 at Haldwani (UK) show-room and given the token money of Rs 21000/= for same, but due to some problem I could not purchase that car. And within a week I confirmed the cancellation of my booking to mr. Pratap Bist( Marketing -Officer) In further discussions he assured me to refund the same within 2-3 days. I have also given application for booking cancellation at email of Mr. Pratap Bist but today almost 1 month has crossed and I have not been refunded the booking amount.
