I have a polo gt tdi (Registration mh02dw2904) which was purchased on january 31, 2015.
The car has constantly been serviced at vw authorized service centers during all the past years for all of the annual services.
Further the car has been under extended warranty till january 31, 2020. I had even tried to renew the same, but was denied by vw india (The money was paid, and then later refunded upon vw's denial to renew the warranty).
Over the years the following items have been replaced on my car:
1) one injector
2) 3 abs sensors
3) steering rack
4) mid display
5) button controls on steering wheel
On the 5th of august, my car was towed to the service center and i was told that there was an injector failure. One injector failed and i paid rs. 26, 000 for the repairs of the same.
This week, my car was again towed to the workshop and i have been told that 2 more injectors have failed and have been given an estimate of over rs. 60, 000.
This is unacceptable, and downright disappointing that vw india is cheating customers by producing parts that fail so easily, and are priced so exorbitantly.
My car is located at the vw mumbai west workshop. Please look into this matter and resolve the matter.
