    On above date my polo - comfortline petrol - car (2012) given for annual service. The only problem that i instructed sa to check is "cluster light blinking". On the same day evening, they given back the vehicle after servicing and replacing some parts and consumables like spark plugs, ribbedbelt, airfilter, engine oil etc. And with a report that everything is ok. But when i checked the vehicle with a short drive after 2 days, the problem of "cluster light blinking" is still there and even some times the a/c compressor is not working - only fan is working. Not only that after driving for nearly 30-35 kms., if we restart the vehicle, the entire cluster light will disappear and can start only after two or three trials. When i called the service adviser to complain about this, he didn't picked up the phone. As per their report they had confirmed that the battery is in good condition (Nearly 4 years old).

      I am using volkswagen polo which ran about 20, 000 kms in a span of 2.5 years. And recently i've faced the engine bulb warning turned on. So i've contacted the service team even its covid pandemic peak time going on in my town (Guntur) i still dared to take my vehicle and find out the issue risking my life and family. After keeping the vehicle for a full day just to find out the problem and me making them frequent calls and the service incharge is one confused person and he seems to have no clue why he is even working there he rarely picks the call and responds when ever he is only in mood to answer (That may also be once in 2-3 days) as if i am his driver and i believe he don't even know where he is working.. So they have finally found out that the throttle valve has a leakage and ive to change the part which costs me about 45, 000 inr and since i am out of 2 warranty period they cannot do anything about it. Ive other cars from ford and honda which ive used for 6+2 years and never invested that huge amount for a repair. This polo is a rarely used one.in a span of 3 years ive ran just 20, 000 kms. So asked to finish the general service and hand me the vehicle. The next day i went to clear the bills at the service and asked to send the car with the paid driver. I waited till the gate pass and then i left hoping that driver must be following me. Ive waited for 6 hours after reaching my house which is 4 kms from the service. Again that service incharge is in no mood to pick my calls. He answered after 6 hours and simply said oops sorry sir i was busy with some-other work and i also forgot that your car is still here!! I am totally disappointed with the low class service which a local made cycle manufacture also wont have such low standards!! And i wonder how these german companies become such cheap by giving the franchises to every # who has enough money to invest but not a bit professionalism on their work? What a maniacs in this town are running a german company!!

      How long that will take to find out? I am getting ignored from the service team VolksWagen Guntur.
      They are simply avoiding calls and I wonder how cheap this Volkswagen is getting into.

        Address: Volkswagen verna service center

        My car was on general service in 14.03.2020 at volkswagen goa service center. The abs and ecs sensors were replaced as it was glowing in cluster. But now from one week again the sensor started blinking. I had mailed complaint seeking explanation and a appointment to visit service center
        . But no reply or call from them. Due covid issues i cannot got to showroom directly by myself. Very poor customer service and now i doubt whether they replaced the new sensor or cheating. I hope they response immediately

          Hi, i own a vw polo which i had bought on 2017, since i use it very occasionally (Its like third vehicle) and i ran about 20, 000 kms in three years span and i consider it as a low usage, so after getting the engine lamp warning i took it for a service check in vw auto guntur, the same place where i purchased the vehicle. The service incharge have told me that the throttle valve and purge valve isn't functioning proper and changing them cost about 50k. Seriously? I've other 2 cars ran about 2lakh each in a span of 5 years and never got such engine issues!
          I want to raise complaint regarding this. I am not going to pay hefty amounts for such low usage.

            I felt terrible and humiliated with the way the Volkswagen crew approach at the customer complaints. It all happened today on 19.06.20 Friday when I found the multimedia screen of my polo (KL 36H 4124)is dead in the morning soon after my first year's service done from Volkswagen Thellakom, Kottayam on 17.06.20. I found the reverse camera also is not working. When I approached the same centre to address this issue, their response was terribly disappointing being a first customer at Volkswagen. They laughed at my complaints like I gotten wrong with all my perceptions and asked me to show them what the actual problem is.
            There was some initial malfunction with the reverse camera (orientation faces skies) from the first day of purchase and it's not rectified yet. They had promised to replace it, but not yet.
            No single service crew including the in charge person responded responsibly and they were like making fool of me.
            I am a doctor. I don't want to be ridiculed at your 'honored CUSTOMER SERVICE outlets' anymore. I just want to tell you that rest of all concerns with regard to my vehicle shall be dealt at some other point, never again by the ### at your stores.

              Hi,

              I'd been truly enjoying the vw polo 1.6 tdi i have (2014 model/ run 45, 000km only/recalled and updated the software few years back), but since 2 days back when the 'glow plug/spiral' sign starts blinking in the instrument cluster and the car starts running slow, i took it to one of the gurgaon workshop and i've been told that egr valve (03l131512dq) needs to be replaced which is whooping costs inr 50k, which i cannot afford at all.

              I bought this car as a trust on vw and many verbal great experiences with my friends who are also using vw. But despite that the car ran a few thousand miles and single handled car, this serious issue came which is unbearable and completely destroys the trust on vw cars.

              I've also been told that due to recent vw emission misconduct, after software update many car owners faced the same issue.

              Would you help me get it fixed since i cannot afford this repair and help regain the trust on vw brand?

                As per the complaint filed by myself on 12/10/2019 to volkswagen customer care with case number ccr192589 regarding abs sensor failure of my volkswagen polo, the service centre (Evmvolkswagenumayanalloor, kollam, kerala) has resolved the issue, but after few weeks the same issue came up again and i have abs sensor warning on my vehicle throughout the drive.
                I have approached the same service centre again to resolve the issue and they were not even ready to listen to me and not ready to resolve my issue. Right now they are demanding to pay the full amount that will cost for abs sensor replacement for admitting the vehicle into the workshop even though my vehicle is on extended warranty. Right now vehicle is in my garage and is not using regularly because of this issue.
                Even though the service centre claims that they had replaced the sensors during last service i don't believe that because how could a new sensor fail within few kilometers (Vehicle had done only 975 kms till date after third service) and even i didn't get any proof that they had changed the sensors. Sensor warning came up again on last of november 2019 and i approached the service centre by the first of december 2019 after that i was out of station and had no time to follow-up till now.
                I am extremely disappointed with the bad experience and the misbehaviour i have faced from your service people. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.

                  I purcahsed vilkswagen polo in year 2016 december as a new car gets 2 years warranty from company but still i took extended warranty for more 2 years now my vehicle has a electrical fault in which battery is draing and i have a original bill emailed by company on my company name and gst information volkswagen is denying that my vehicle is not showing extended warranty in there system and i have got full proof bill of company which shows i have paid them money of extended warranty.
                  Now there is no help from volkswagen its been 5 days my vehicle is in there custody and no response is there for my vehicle.

                    I bought a bettery from volkswagen sarkhej ahmedabad which is where i have done all my servicing for my vw ameo 1.2 comforline.

                    Battry purchased on 1st may 2019 (12 months ago) and yesterday i called some outside person since care was not charging to check battery voltage, as the showroom and garage of sarkhej was giving appointment after 1 week on account of the pandemic, i was told by the batter vendor that it is dead - upon asking for details, he mentioned that the cells were disconnected and is usually seen in old batteries, which apparently shouldn't apply to me considering the date i bought it.

                    Although showroom guys told me that it has 2years of warranty but still said we will check all condition and will then assist u since it is a replacement and not stock battery.

                    If so, i am happy that it will get replaced (If dead according to the showroom guy) which it is in my case and cannot be used, but i am utterly disappointed because batteries don't die this easy, which leads me to believe that sarkhej service center may have not treated me fairly which has to be addressed asap.

                    One - i need a replacement battery with a home pick up and drop facility as i will jot ve able to get my car to volkswagen service center sarkhej now.

                    Two - i need to understand the reason why this happened and an explanation to it (I am rightful to it as a customer).

                          I bought a bettery from vidyut motors pune which is where i have done all my servicing for my vw ameo 1.2 mpi comforline.

                          Battry purchased on 21st oct 2018 (19 months ago) and yesterday i took the battery for charging to a nearby battery vendor, as the showroom and garage of vidyut motors is currently closed on account of the pandemic untill 31st may, i was told by the batter vendor that it is dead - upon asking for details, he mentioned that the cells were disconnected and is usually seen in old batteries, which apparently shouldn't apply to me considering the date i bought it.

                          Although showroom guys told me that it has 2years of warranty since it is a replacement and not stock battery (Which only gets 1year warranty).

                          If so, i am happy that it will get replaced (If dead according to the showroom guy) which it is in my case and cannot be used, but i am utterly disappointed because batteries don't die this easy, which leads me to believe that vidyut motors may have not treated me fairly which has to be addressed asap.

                          Two - i need to understand the reason why this happened and an explanation to it (I am rightful to it as a customer).

                            Your Goa dealership has been very unprofessional, after we purchased a Polo on Dec 31, 2019.

                            Despite numerous calls from us to the dealership
                            1. Mudflaps promised to us have not been delivered even 5 months after the purchase
                            2. Zero after sales calls or reminders of servicing or after sales has been received by us.

                              We bought new volkswagen vento dsg highline plus car on 27th january 2020 in guntur andhrapradesh. We have done 1000km service in show room as well. The vw vento car engine started giving problem after 1900 km done. The car is giving too vibrations and unable to accelerate while vehicle is moving and glow plug symbol is flashing continuously in vw vento speed meter console. The next day we took the car to vw showroom guntur. Technicians diagnosed the engine and found that.. Diesel injectors have failed. I am very much surprised and wondered that how come india's most safe and trusted car diesel injectors have been failed with in just 2 months of new car purchase. Showroom people told us the possible reason for failing diesel injectors is bad diesel fuel we put in the car. But we have been putting same fuel from same fuel station to innova crysta for more than two years and it didn't made to harm to innova crysta diesel engine. How come same fuel harming vw vento diesel engine in very very short span. Instead of replacing the faulty diesel car injectors for free of cost which is in warranty they are trying to delay the repair the car and trying pay the money from customer pocket. As a new car owner nd with 5 years engine warranty i won't pay single rupee from my pocket and cannot tolerate any delay in repairing my car. I will take up this issue at any level if show room doesn't give proper resolution to me in proper time.

                              Car was replaced with new diesel injector. It was ran well up to 20000 km . After 20k done, another diesel injector has failed. It was conformed by Volkswagen Guntur technician after diagnostics test had ran on car in guntur service center.

                              this time I want to proceed legally on Volkswagen company for manufacturing such a faulty vw cars and selling to innocent people like us.

                              I left the car at showroom on 09/11/2020 and don't want to take back until I get real justice from Volkswagen

                                Today, i had visited volkswagen apple auto whitefield today to enquire and purchase the tiguan all-space. While entering there was no security and the branch sales manager asked me to remove the car from a designated parking area.

                                And asked me to talk to a sales person, when i asked the salesperson to give me the details and availability of tiguan all-space, he misbehaved and asked me why i am wasting his time as the details will be available on 21st march 2020. The person was mr. John and very well supported by the branch sales manager.

                                Please treat this as a customer harassment and kindly share your comments on this email. As i am going to escalate this in media and the bad tendency of apple auto towards its customers.

                                  I have purchased vw polo car of model 2016 in december 2016 and its been just 3 years now and ac is not working, when have taken to the vw service center they said fan/ac motor got failed. I would like to inform you regarding this for further action if any from your side as its just 3 years old and i just purchased considering the quality and brand name of vw and i was not expected this type of issue in volkswagen cars.

                                    Hello,
                                    I purchased VW polo car from Whitefield Apple Auto showroom.
                                    In last 1.5 years I am frequently facing Engine Lamp warning.
                                    Each time they have done a temperory fix.last time they even changed Throttle body valve (Which costs 33, 000) to resolve this issue. Just after a month again the same issue is coming.
                                    I have a kid and I feel insecure while driving because of engine lamp warning.
                                    Apple Auto showroom, either they have replaced throttle valve with duplicate one or they do not have a technician to fix the issue. This is 5th time, facing the same issue

                                      I bought vento tsi highline plus from indore success automobile. Jan 2019.
                                      Registered number mp-09 wb 4358.
                                      Engine number cbzl 07785
                                      Chassis number: mexj18609jt145004.
                                      Name: mahadev kshirasagar.

                                      Issues: 1.ac working chance is only 50 % after starting the car. Then we do restart immediately the ac cooling will be on.
                                      Suspected - thermostat malfunctioning.
                                      Dealer not able to resolve this issue since last 8 months.
                                      2. Music system frequently on - off when cell phone is connected. Video given to service center for analysis.

                                      3. Dealer is not competent to resolve the issues. There was huge bearing noise... Not resolved after three months.
                                      Iam the loyal customer since last 10 years bought 1 polo 1 vento in 2012 in family and enjoyed joy of riding.
                                      Recently we bought two ventos one tdi for pune office and one for indore office vento tsi
                                      This vento tsi highline plus is troubling us.

                                      We are so unhappy about the issues

                                      Kindly look into the issue and guide to resolve the issues.
