Hi, i own a vw polo top model tdi 1.5 highline 2015 model.. Every 3-4 months i face some issue with my car and yesterday shockingly it didn't start when i was back from a mall.

I had to tow the car to triumph motors gurgaon at night and i have been at the service center wherein the service engineers are so unprofessional they are not even able to diagnose the issue with car even after a thorough check up. How should this be...

I have been using my polo gt tsi from the last 3-4 years
There is always complaints in my car which are not rectified ever. The company claims dag for 1 lakh or so kms but mine has done only 50000 and the dsg systemhas failed . Vw is a not trust worthy company at all so i would like to tell people not to buy the vehicle at any cost because now vw sating pay us around 1-1.5 lakh . So far the service is not over. This is 2 month still the car in the service station.

I have some major issues in my polo car when i discuss that issues general manager (Gourav abhi... I had purchased vw vento highline dsg (Dl14cc1919) in august 2015.in feb 2018 (Almost 2.5 years later), there was failure in dsg gearbox. I got that repaired from vw ncr east and expected that such issue will not happen again.

On 20th jan, 2018 (Almost 2 years later), there was some issue with the dsg gearbox due to which car can't move at all. Due to this, i'm facing a lot of problem while commuting to office and extra money...

I took my son’s volkswagen vento car, once to volkswagen service station in ambattur industrial estate, chennai 600058, more than 1.5 years back. I was not happy with their service team at all. I took the car to their vellore service centre and resolved it.

About 6 months back, this vehicle was sold.

I have a vw vento from 2015. Have noticed from last 2 year that the abs sensor is keep on failing and it been already 5 or 6 time it replaced. The same issue has reoccured day before yesterday and the car is now with vw muvattupuzha, kerala service centre.

I have owned VW Bento car purchased in Nov 19 Since intial stage facing issues in brakes and disk, also inform and complained in channel partner auto mark Ahmedabad and VW customer care but no action has been taken as techinical reasons are there in manufacturing workmanship during one year almost RS 50 k has been expended in service and spare .it is very disappointing for me to purchase VW car as it is leading car brand....

Hello, my volkswagen polo (Kl 58 u 746) had an issue with the battery and the car broke down i took it to the showroom as the battery was on warranty period. It was checked on 23-12-19 and a week has passed and still they haven't processed the claim i. E the vehicle is lying in the showroom for more than a week for a pity issue. I had purchased new volkswagen polo from (Mody auto corp pvt. Ltd mumbai north showroom mahavir nagar, kandivali w) and have the invoice dated 11th january 2019 with me. I had also purchased the extended warranty while purchasing the car.
