We bought new volkswagen vento dsg highline plus car on 27th january 2020 in guntur andhrapradesh. We have done 1000km service in show room as well. The vw vento car engine started giving problem after 1900 km done. The car is giving too vibrations and unable to accelerate while vehicle is moving and glow plug symbol is flashing continuously in vw vento speed meter console. The next day we took the car to vw showroom guntur. Technicians diagnosed the engine and found that.. Diesel injectors have failed. I am very much surprised and wondered that how come india's most safe and trusted car diesel injectors have been failed with in just 2 months of new car purchase. Showroom people told us the possible reason for failing diesel injectors is bad diesel fuel we put in the car. But we have been putting same fuel from same fuel station to innova crysta for more than two years and it didn't made to harm to innova crysta diesel engine. How come same fuel harming vw vento diesel engine in very very short span. Instead of replacing the faulty diesel car injectors for free of cost which is in warranty they are trying to delay the repair the car and trying pay the money from customer pocket. As a new car owner nd with 5 years engine warranty i won't pay single rupee from my pocket and cannot tolerate any delay in repairing my car. I will take up this issue at any level if show room doesn't give proper resolution to me in proper time.

Car was replaced with new diesel injector. It was ran well up to 20000 km . After 20k done, another diesel injector has failed. It was conformed by Volkswagen Guntur technician after diagnostics test had ran on car in guntur service center.

this time I want to proceed legally on Volkswagen company for manufacturing such a faulty vw cars and selling to innocent people like us.

I left the car at showroom on 09/11/2020 and don't want to take back until I get real justice from Volkswagen

    Today, i had visited volkswagen apple auto whitefield today to enquire and purchase the tiguan all-space. While entering there was no security and the branch sales manager asked me to remove the car from a designated parking area.

    And asked me to talk to a sales person, when i asked the salesperson to give me the details and availability of tiguan all-space, he misbehaved and asked me why i am wasting his time as the details will be available on 21st march 2020. The person was mr. John and very well supported by the branch sales manager.

    Please treat this as a customer harassment and kindly share your comments on this email. As i am going to escalate this in media and the bad tendency of apple auto towards its customers.

      I have purchased vw polo car of model 2016 in december 2016 and its been just 3 years now and ac is not working, when have taken to the vw service center they said fan/ac motor got failed. I would like to inform you regarding this for further action if any from your side as its just 3 years old and i just purchased considering the quality and brand name of vw and i was not expected this type of issue in volkswagen cars.

        Hello,
        I purchased VW polo car from Whitefield Apple Auto showroom.
        In last 1.5 years I am frequently facing Engine Lamp warning.
        Each time they have done a temperory fix.last time they even changed Throttle body valve (Which costs 33, 000) to resolve this issue. Just after a month again the same issue is coming.
        I have a kid and I feel insecure while driving because of engine lamp warning.
        Apple Auto showroom, either they have replaced throttle valve with duplicate one or they do not have a technician to fix the issue. This is 5th time, facing the same issue

          I bought vento tsi highline plus from indore success automobile. Jan 2019.
          Registered number mp-09 wb 4358.
          Engine number cbzl 07785
          Chassis number: mexj18609jt145004.
          Name: mahadev kshirasagar.

          Issues: 1.ac working chance is only 50 % after starting the car. Then we do restart immediately the ac cooling will be on.
          Suspected - thermostat malfunctioning.
          Dealer not able to resolve this issue since last 8 months.
          2. Music system frequently on - off when cell phone is connected. Video given to service center for analysis.

          3. Dealer is not competent to resolve the issues. There was huge bearing noise... Not resolved after three months.
          Iam the loyal customer since last 10 years bought 1 polo 1 vento in 2012 in family and enjoyed joy of riding.
          Recently we bought two ventos one tdi for pune office and one for indore office vento tsi
          This vento tsi highline plus is troubling us.

          We are so unhappy about the issues

            My volkswagen polo has got failure with it's injector and it has driven only 8000 kms and its has been only three years since i bought this car. The service man told me that it's because of the bad fuel you used but it was not the case. But no other cars of mine got these problems after using the fuel from the same petrol pump. They told me to change the injector which cost upto 27000 which is a big amount for me to change a injector. From my understanding this complaint has been shown to other volkswagen cars too. So this must be consider and the company must do something for this. Hope they do so.

              Recently visisted vw service at trivandrum due to frequent failure of abs sensor of my vento. Service agent told sensor failure is common for vw which are using in kerala due climatic conditions. Is this information is right?

              If so you have the responsibility to provide sensor withstands the climatic condition of kerala. Its is not a good idea for customers to changes sensors at every 6 months. Please take corrective action at the earliest.
              Otherwise there is no point in spending thousands of money for the same issue.

                Hi

                I am having polo diesel car, 6 weeks before car was having the issue of engine noise, vibration.
                When i submitted the car first time, dealer team told that 1 fuel injector not working and they also told other 2 injectors working fine so i told them to change the 1 fuel injector
                After which after 100 kms, issue repeated and again i submitted the car to service station. After investigation, service team told that other 2 injectors also failed and told me that need to replace balance 2 injectors

                When i asked is this really issue about injectors only or something else, they told that issue is only with fuel injectors and not with any other parts. So i told to replace the other 2 injectors also with condition that my car issue should be resolved with reaplacement of balance 2 fuel injectors otherwise i will ask the refund of all my amount (As till that time, i paid to 70, 000 rs)
                Now again the cars face the same issue and now they are asking to replace complete due system which will have cost of around 2.5 lacs.

                Really worst experience, i need support to close this issue

                    I bought a vw polo gt tsi 6 months ago and have given the car for the free check up after 6 months on 16 feb 2020 to volkswagen whitefield bangalore. On pick up there were white paint drops on my windshield and long the car at various spots. The sa then told me the car had it at the time of delivery to them itself but then he and his colleague tried rubbing it off and it went away. Then i observed the alloy wheel at the passenger side for front wheel is scuffed. The sa claims again that it was already present at the time of delivery. I am pretty sure there was no such mark at the time of delivery. Since the dealership won’t own up this, i am raising this complaint. My car’s dashcam footage shows car being parked near some debris which might have scratched the front passenger side alloy wheel. Attaching those pics as well

                      Hi vw team,

                      I have been a loyal customer to vw for more than 6-7 years. Being impressed by the vehicle performance and the brand name i have purchased a vw polo in 2012 december and also referred vw polo to my family and friends. Even one of my friends recently bought a vw polo from the same authorized showroom, (Sundaram motors chennai gp road).

                      Fyi, since 2012 december i have been servicing the car in the same service center (Sundaram motors chennai gp road) but the issue now am facing is on 31st december 2019 my car suddenly broke-down and stopped in the middle of the road while me and my mom was driving as we faced life threatening threat in the middle of the road as the vehicle stopped suddenly around 8.30 pm

                      So, i contacted volkswagen service center team as they asked me to bring the vehicle to the service center for fixing the problem hence i approached them they asked me to leave the vehicle for further inspection of the breakdown issue which i complained about that.

                      After complete analysis, they informed us the issue was due to the breakdown of engine pulley and belt and when i asked them have u checked the condition of pulley and belt in the previous service they informed me as it will only be checked unless a customer inform us regarding engine noise and ac not working issue. They said that symptoms of pulley breakdown will be engine noise and ac not working issue.

                      So, i checked my service history and in that for the past two years i have clearly mentioned about the engine noise and ac issue, also in the last service on june 2019 i have reported that ac stopped working, but they didn't take the issue seriously. Now they are not accepting their fault and asking me to pay the full amount for this problem. For which am not accepting as this is clearly due to the ignorance of the service team as they were lethargic in solving my previous issue hence this breakdown occurred. If they would have properly attended the engine noise and ac issue, they would have already found out the pulley and belt issue and replaced it.

                      Please find my attached documents in the email, you can clearly see that i have repeatedly complained about ac issue and engine noise issue. Not even once they have provided a permanent solution.

                      Hence am attaching the vw service documents provided by the service center (Tn10aj8455_complaint_history. Xlsx) with this email for your reference to take further action in this issue. I need justice in this matter hence i want you to inspect in this issue and take severe action against the mechanic and this service center manager who took carelessly my car service complaints.

                      Fyi, my major concern is that they are illogically arguing that they will never check the condition of pulley / belt or other internal components unless my car is 8 years old or 1 lakh km. I cannot accept this statement as the car's warranty period is getting over by 4 years so since then all service complains should be done with care and there should be a timely check for these components regularly. How can a critical component be left unchecked for 7 years??? To add, note that my car has completed only 54000 km in 7 years.

                      Finally i can see that this sundaram motors vw center gp road is not providing good service or quality service to any of its customers. I see many complaints being registered in that particular service center. They have appointed incompetent service engineers who are working in a a lethargic manner, they are superficially looking into the issue rather than finding the root cause of the issue. This behavior will compromise a customers life as i faced a scenario where my car stopped in the middle of the road and i was almost hit by a heavy vehicle lorry. I have also requested the cctv evidence for that day;'s incident. This incident would have costed me and my moms life due to the carelessness of the service center.

                      I truly feel very disappointed in vw service and feel cheated so i lost confidence in the quality and durability maintained by vw for an existing customer. Now i lost interest in buying a vw brand or even referring to any of my friends/family. To avoid such disappointments in customers in future please take severe action against the vw dealership.                         I bought a polo gt tsi in 2018 from evm volkswagen trivandrum, kerala. Everything was going fine till the first warning light came up.It was showing an abs and traction light on the speedometer . I called the service center and they told me to bring the car. A few days after (11/2/2020) i bought the car to the service center in evm volkswagen trivandrum, kerala.After checking they told me that they solved the problem.And they test drived...

                        Hi vw reputation caretakers,

                        This in regard to an experience which i have shared and i am sad to know the way this has been handled.

                        I took my car in first week of october at ahmedabad sarkej service centre to claim insurance for the damage in the bumper.

                        I was told to speak to insurance advisor on the first floor at the site where i went. I was having policy of liberty insurance that time and got an advise to wait and renew the insurance from icici as my insurance was going to be expired. They inspected my car and advised me to file claim after few days of renewing the insurance policy. I shared that the bumper and lower cover from engine including horn was damaged in accident.

                        That day i just got my car's headlight changed and paid as they told me to bring the car after few days once insurance and renewed.

                        I renewed the policy with icici through vw service centre. I kept my car in insurance recently and the insurance was rejected because the damage was already there when they took photos while renewing the policy called in till free number and they shared a complaint number :

                        I got a call from vw service centre here and they told me that they could not get the person who told me and they cannot investigate. I had a same person who attended my car all the time (Nayan) and when i came from 1st floor after getting an advise for insurance i told him that this advise is been given and i will bring the car after some days.

                        I would request you to investigate and check cctv camera that i visited and spoke to the person who advised me this.

                        Any common layman can understand that if i got car for damage to claim insurance (Where every damaged is mentioned in the bill when i gave car) i will absolutely file claim for the damage and will not wait to get the policy renewed. I did this because you guys asked me to wait.

                        I would request you to look into this as i will visit service centre today. This is hurting my mind in a hard way as i waited just because of your advise and i have to bear the cost now. I would need a fair closure to your unprofessional advise. Along with this, i was at a risk to be said as fraud claim for damage by icici. Do you guys even know how it would have impacted me?

                        I need help to the problem created by you guys. If you can request us to fill feedback. Atleast be responsible to the core value of customer relationship i. E truth and faire treatment.

                        I want a reply on this email as people here are just waiving off their hands because they can't investigate.

                        Think: i would have got my insurance done from outside this year as well. Why i did it from you guys from icici lombard. Connect the dots and you will know the truth

                        I am expecting a reply from you and also an address for ombudsman

                        Hope that this issue will be resolved.

                        Sorry for being so descriptive. Hope you understand the pain of common man

                          Sir/ madam,

                          Its been around 1 and half years after i had brought vw vento 1.6 mpi. Within 1 year span period i have got the pdi issues and the the abs sensors issue. I have went for the adyar service centre and enquired regarding this with the advisor. So what they have said is that my cars abs sensor is damaged.. And with the warranty period at first they had did some adjustments n gave.. And again the same issue had happened at this time they had to replace it and give without any choice.. Now its been around 4 months after the replacement of the abs sensor.. Again the same issue has happened.. And the service people are less bothered about the customers problems. Really disappointed with the peoples work over there.. This is not what the customers expect from the brand like you.. Mangalore's service centre is one of the worst service centre i have ever found.. And what is the use of buying the car when there is such issues.. And they are not even bothered to resolve it. Customers are not to be fooled..

                            Hi, i own a vw polo top model tdi 1.5 highline 2015 model.. Every 3-4 months i face some issue with my car and yesterday shockingly it didn't start when i was back from a mall.

                            I had to tow the car to triumph motors gurgaon at night and i have been at the service center wherein the service engineers are so unprofessional they are not even able to diagnose the issue with car even after a thorough check up. How should this be possible, if the maker doesn't know what's the issue who else will be able to detect..

                            It is very shameful and now i am stuck with a dead car..

                              I have a volkswagen jetta vehicle 2012 model and i recently met with a minor accident on 18th january 2020. I brought the vehicle to authorized volkswagen service center pps motors madinaguda hyderabad to get it repaired. The service manager mr rakesh has kept the vehicle for 17 days and gave me an estimate of 2.5 lakhs which is so obnoxious considering the damage done to the vehicle. I thought of getting it consulted outside but he rudely asked me to pay 24500 in order to take the vehicle outside which he was saying is due to the parking charges and evaluation. I can prove that to you that the vehicle was not even opened which i got a confirmation and i told him this is not fair and i will escalate it to the next level. He challenged me to do whatever i want and told me he is the ultimate authority and can do as he likes. This is not at all fair from the customer point of view since i had a high regards for volkswagen service. I have got the vehicle diagnosed outside and they have confirmed that it is a minor damage and they have quoted a bill for 20000 and also only the knuckle is damaged. I sincerely feel like i would have been cheated if i would have got it done at your authorized service centre and i regret to say that i will never ever bring the vehicle back to your service center. I hope my pain would not go unnoticed.

                                I have been using my polo gt tsi from the last 3-4 years
                                There is always complaints in my car which are not rectified ever. The company claims dag for 1 lakh or so kms but mine has done only 50000 and the dsg systemhas failed . Vw is a not trust worthy company at all so i would like to tell people not to buy the vehicle at any cost because now vw sating pay us around 1-1.5 lakh . I will be taking the vehicle to trash n will burn it then and there only so that all should know about this vw thing
