Myself Robin Surti, I am currently working for Volkswagen as a Sales Consultant at Navjivan Auto Square Pvt. Ltd (Dealer of Volkswagen) at Navsari, Gujarat. I am working here from March 2019 and I was doing my work honestly and faithfully. I have not received the Salary for the month of May. They stated the reason as you have not sold any car since you joined here whereas I brought one customer whose name is Jayesh C Vadodaria, I have taken his booking and later the delivery was done by the DSA of Navjivan Auto Square Pvt. Ltd. I complained about this to the GM (Mr. Saleel Tatke) of my location and also informed the Director (Mr. Yash Gajjar) of Navjivan Auto Square Pvt Ltd. But none of them solved my problem. I urge you to please help me getting my Salary back from the company. I belong from a low class family and the amount 4000/- is much important to my family as I am the only one who is earning bread to my Family.     Unfortunately I have done repeated engine fuel injector replacement for my car for 5 times in the last 20 months. They have keep on changing the injectors each injector cost 25thousand rupees and never give warranty which was under warranty
    exact reason for repeated failure of same engine parts which perform same function is not investigated even after I requested for the same.Each time it has been justified by either of the statement" fuel quality "or "it happen when one injector fails it continues to the other"
    I replaced the injector 4 times from VW kannur and 1 time from Kochin. Please do the arrangements to assess the current status of my cars fuel injectors like which injector was replaced and how many time it have been replaced and the warranty of all these injectors.
    (that is in order from left to right when we face the engine from the front)

    It have been noted that some of the injectors are replaced twice during the warranty period and warranty was not provided instead the service personal has misguided us by saying injector No.2, 3, 1and 4 are failed and replaced respectively during the period of last 20 months ( 1/8/18, 26/2/18, 10/1/19 and on16/03/19).Fortunately on 27/5/19 when the injector was failed again I took my cat to VW Kochin and found that injector No.1 has been failed and it is not under the warranty as because it is the original factory fitted with a batch No. of 2014. Even though they have replaced the part at free of coast with the internal understanding between the dealers(kannur and Kochin) and communicated to me that this replaced injector of No.1 don't have the warranty and there is one more injector (4) which is showing the same serial no. of the factory make.

    In this scenario the car has undergone 5 times injector replacement during last 20 months none of this replacements claimed any warranty but it is revealed that some of the injectors was replaced twice and the warranty was hidden to me.
    Warranty of the last injector is still uncertain which is replaced on 27/5/19 for cylinder No.1 in accordance to the communications received from the service personal at Kochin VW, as I communicated with Kannur center they said this injector don't have the warranty
    Kindly note that all these partfailures are happened during our family travels even from outside the state I towed the car . Expenses and trouble caused to me and my family in this regard huge in terms of money, time and trouble.

      Reported problem not solved(AC getting the bad smell when I start the car and AC), and they charged multiple time for single part(break oil, required 0.5ltr, but they charged 1.5ltr, with different names). About this issue, I wrote a mail to "NSCI R: Mumbai, Customer-Care", [protected]@vw-appleauto.co.in But I did not get the response from both. I did not get any feedback call as well, after delivery of the car. Last year they damaged the front bumper, they promised, we will do the bumper work next visit. But They are not done anything. The estimated bill is 9, 427/-(after hand over to service manager), I got a call, about the car ready, Immediately I got the message the bill is 13, 165/- But the invoice is 13, 930/- mobile messages.

        Hello sir purchased tiguan in april 2018 from lally motors ludhiana i was upgrading d car last week was told by surveyor that ur car half side is painted but till date no work has been done by me on asking d dealer ship they r giving excuses the car was already accidental when sold to me and was painted. Please kindly c into d matter it’s a renowned company and with world wide fame this is not good on d part of dealership.

          Its been almost 4 month since the delivery of the new vehicle, vw polo gt tsi 2019 model, and my ac unit is still not working. This complaint was raised multiple times with the vw authorized service center elite motors, hosur road, bangalore. Moreover, the vehicle was collected 3 times from the day of delivery, 1 time each in the month of march, april and may respectively. They kept the vehicle for inspection for a considerable amount of time and each time they returned the vehicle saying the issue is permanently fixed. But the issue reappears a few days after. This time i raised the complaint again with them, but they doesn't seem to be taking this matter seriously, so i was left with no other option, but to post a complaint against them in the common consumer forum. I have even wrote it to vw india, but no response from their end as well, as expected. I have already made a horrible mistake trusting vw. This was my first car, and i was so much excited about it. But, thank you vw india for ruining all the experience.

          Horrible after sales services. Not able to fix the AC unit of a 3 month old Polo GT TSI, after keeping the vehicle for almost 4 services and 10 days. Never buy VW, and atleast not from the Elite Motors Hosur Road branch.

            Our car had crashed and we toed vehicle to vw service station last year; after 1month car was ready but the sensor was showing engine temp high; they took another 3 weeks to fix sensor issue but actually it was engine issue; after few days again sensor started blowing and after consultation on phone they told to ignore and continue driving ; same issue was again started and also radiator fan was making high noise and not stopping after engine stop. Again car was sent to servise station in kolhapur this time they said your use is hardly so rats in garrage had cut wirings and which needs again fix ; again they certified car and gave delivery again we found same issue l this time we consulted with well known private expert and he told engine cly head is leakage due to that coolant leakage is causing issue.. Again we had submitted car and told about 2nd opinion ; this time thy taken it seriously and asked advance of 13k to touch engine; now came with reason that due to leakage head had warpage in 1.6 mm and needs change of whole engine at cost of 4.5 lakhs min ; only to check flatness they charged 8000 rs which is exorbant ; now i have suggested changing gaskets and reassemble engine ; total cost went to 25k ; the whole issue was started with the wrong diagnosis of car and now i have to bare cost 4.5 lkahs ; i have explained and raised complaint to customer care but we had very poor response; not single line replay from customer care and service station is sending mail for balance amount. Please advise how to fight against company volkswagen.

              Last week i had taken up my vento vehicle to the volkswagen service center with the complaint that the coolant oil seems to have turned completely black in colour. Service advisor had advised that it would take around 3 hours to flush the coolant and have the container replaced. It has been now 10 days now and still the service center is not able to identify the actual root cause and giving reasons to change all parts in the vehicle. The service is pathetic that they are not able to identify the problem and providing reasons to change parts which comes up with a huge cost. Last month i had a complete service of my vehicle which costed to 50, 000 and i being forced to spend more.
              Service advisor just comment that it is a one-off case and i would say it is a manufacturing defect or they screwed up my vehicle in my previous service.

              The issue is still not resolved and the service center does not have a clue on what the problem is ? They are making a trail and run basics to identify the problem and not sure if Volkswagen will take up the cost for these trails.
              Why does the manufacturing unit not getting involved to identify these issues or is it the capability issue of Volkswagen who claim they are industry leaders?

              I own a Volkswagen Vento and the registration number is TNO5AL 5400. It has been 4 weeks since my car was picked up for service compliant and still the issue has not been resolved.

              Adding to my worries, my rear bumper and boot has been damaged in the service center and i have asked to claim insurance. I am expecting a solution for this issue along with service for the damaged parts in service center.

                VW Mumbai West dealership sold me a RSA certificate on 21 June 2018 (certificate number : VW41582A[protected] and collected the relevant consideration for the same. When my car has broken down, RSA toll free number operator (Junaid Khan) informed that my certificate was not updated in the system. It took about 25 minutes on call to get this right. This maybe a potential fraud - dealer collects RSA money and does not update system. Please investigate. On other matter, Junaid collected a copy of my RSA certificate on whatsapp and informed there is no official email address for getting the certificate from me. I do not have whatsapp (on the phone from which I called) and he said he is unable to help if I can't whatsapp it. Is whatsapp a medium of official communication at VW? That too to collect personal information from callers? Please look at compliance with your information security policy and data protection policy. Thank you.                 Delivered a faulty polo gt tsi unit in Feb 2019, withAC unit not working. In 3 months, the car was already picked up for 4 times by the service center, but still the issue persist. Horrible after sales service by VW Elite Motors, Hosur Road.

                    This is regarding a persisting complaint on my volkswagen vento car. I have been servicing my car regularly, replacing parts as specified, using only shell diesel after i had 3 fuel injectors replaced.
                    The glowplug light goes on and speed automatically comes to 90 or 100 kmph when i reach 120 kmph speed in my car or the rpm goes to 3000.

                    For this i have left the car in kun volkswagen, chennai. They couldnt fix even after 4 attempts.
                    Every week they would say they have done a test run but when i take the car in highways, i see the same issue.
                    They have replaced turbo hose, pressure sensor and turbo wiring. I paid around 13000 rs for nofix service.

                    Later i have give the car to sundaram motors, chennai. They replaced egr. Still the same issue continues.
                    And for the 7th time, sundram motors advised me to replace the turbo which would cost a bomb for me or for any customer.

                    I have made multiple complaints (Med26314, ccr167821, ccr162870) to vw india but the complaints are just forwarded to the service center.

                    So please do not forward the complaint to dealers or service centers
                    This is a repeated issue and service center couldnt help about it but to replace the turbo which costs about 160000 rupees.
                    My car has run 110000 kms and i have done all the periodic service properly.
                    This is clearly a manufacturing defect which volkswagen has to do replacement in good will.
                    Don't punish the customers for trusting and buying a vw car

                    Left Side mirror not functioning properly, no physical damage on it, still VW not ready to claim in warranty. Very disappointing.. poor service experience ever..

                      Hi this is hardik mistry. I’ve been under sales department volkswagen navsari since january 16 2019 till date but i have not been paid for the last month which is may. I was working even on sundays and regularly. I’ve been fired recently and when i asked for what i deserve, they denied to pay me my salary without any reason. I want what i deserve. I want my last month salary which is 8000/- or else i have to file a complaint against them to the highest authority or even police.

                          Is there any customer service mechanism placed in indian market for volkswagen cars.
                          My experience is no 'customer care' is there, not here in ncr delhi even. If you call some customer care no. They will guide you to contact to the service personnel of the agency.
                          I got the battery of my polo car changed & an anti theft box poped-up on the system screen, demanding some code. Which ended up in locking the whole system along with ac etc.
                          Talking to the service personnel in the agency, i was told that it will happen every time when you change the battery and you will have to go to the agency for knowing & entering the code with the help of a scanner & for getting this anti theft box off my screen. And you will have to pay some inr 1500 for this "service", even if your car is under warranty.
                          This is absolutely ridiculous & sheer harrasment and putting your customer in such a trouble for no fault of his.
                          Rather than offering help at such troubled time
                          In the late evening, when you require your car ac the most in this scorching summer, they are suggesting you to not drive your car or drive it without ac & with other systems down.
                          And asking you to come to the agency the next day for getting anti theft open after paying for it. This is a perfect example of anti customer mechanism.
                          Is there any one deputed in indian market by the german car maker to handle such affairs or for 'customer care' for that matter.

                          Gentlemen, my car was absolutely strucked-up late night at my friend's place.
                          Don't know where to go for help?

                            Hi I put a new accessories ( arm rest) from Autobahn Ram mandir goregaon West Mumbai on 22nd Feb and von 26th Feb my arm rest lock was open from both the sides I called Autobahn and informed them they said will see what we can do...Then I gave my car for yearly services and put the same complaint again and they said sir we are trying but no answer from their side...Then I called customer care and informed them they said with in a 48 hours you will get call but I did not receive any call from Volkswagen...I got one mail and I went to Autobahn again and met Sarita Sharma (manager). She didn't even checked my car in front of me they said will inform you tomorrow please leave your car so I did that...and I went there next day so nobody answered me properly even she don't even know that I put that armrest from her service center only...And I asked her what is the update after waiting so long in service center she said we can't do it. I asked why so she didn't answer me...she said (apne jaha SE hi lagwaya hai unse pata Kare) I said I put this armrest from your service center on the very 3rd day I informed your person...so she said ( usne mujhe nahi bataya).
                            I didn't understand what kind of service is this. I am very old customer of Volkswagen I owned two volkswagen vehicle and first time I am going through with this unprofessional behavior..I requested more than 15 times for the Armrest problem but not even a single person is answering...
                            I spend almost 7000 RS for the original Armrest and on 3rd day lock was open from the both side. I come volkswagen service center for all the small problems also I have a complete service record...But now company is not helping me on this...
                            My car no is MH-02-DJ-5914

                            Please help me on this and please change my Armrest my 7000 is wasted it's been almost one and a half month I tried my best but nobody is answering me properly. Whenever I called them they said will see what we can do but honestly nobody is doing anything.

                                I have been a trusted customer of volkswagen cars for the past 6 years and myself, i own two cars of volkswagen, one in india and another in uae.

                                Quality and reliability was one of the prime reasons for opting for volkswagen despite many warnings from the fellow users.

                                As per the maintenance schedule of volkswagen, my vento tdi is supposed to be periodically maintained at an interval of 15, 000 km or 1 year. However, nowadays, i am forced to repeatedly visit the showroom in the frequency of almost 1 month due to many technical problems and some of these issues are recurring due to faulty workmanship executed at the showroom. For an engine management lamp issue, i had visited the showroom for 4 or 5 times. Then again for the break vibration, i visited the showroom for 4or 5 times. Is this how you define the quality of a volkswagen. Each time the reason stated by the service advisor is that now another subcomponent is responsible for the same exact fault. Seriously guy, do you expect us to digest these facts. Really, i feel that i might require another engineering in automobile to deal with you guys who are enriching on the customer by stating stupid reasons due to the fact that we are unaware of these technical details.

                                Last time, when i visited the issue of engine management lamp popped due to a screw remained to unfasten securely. You should note that this issue popped up 10 days elapsing the periodic maintenance. So, what the definition of this so-called periodic maintenance for which i am paying a hefty amount. I really feel that our cars are like lab rats for the technicians in the showroom. Anyhow, they would become excellent technicians in the near future as they are well adept with creating new issues more than solving them.

                                Now, the abs warning appeared for my car. When visited the showroom they stated that the rear left side sensor needs to be replaced. The vehicle has only been clocked 68800 km and the sensors of different sides were replaced almost 5 times. Now, this is the 6th replacement undergone in regards to the sensors. Sensors are no worn n tear part, right? So, what’s this made of to be replaced in such frequency?

                                The service centre had run the obd scan on my car just 2 weeks before and thorough inspection was carried out as i had raised my concern regarding the unfastened screw. No complaint regarding abs popped up at that time. I really suspect that these complaints are more of human-made errors. Else, how can such a component get damaged so frequently and in such short mileage? Again the expert justification from the advisor was that the damaged replaced sensor was made from germany and the current one which they are fixing is made in india, so no problems would come again. Can’t this be interpreted as the parts used in my vehicle is not suitable for india and eventually, i would end up replacing the full car itself (More than 50 % of the original car value has been spend in service centre for maintenance & repair). Even he said the same applies for the engine too, i. E if the engine gets damaged that would be replaced with an indian made engine which is more suitable for the indian environment. So your service advisor itself have indirectly confirmed that the cars produced are faulty and with time, each parts need to be replaced with indian made more compatible component. This is a serious case of tort and remedies should be made.

                                I do know that there won’t be any use of this complaint rather than forthcoming torture from your service feedback team and no one knows why they are getting these feedbacks (If not improving). Again if any complaints come, i should take the car to the same service centre, because the monopoly is owned by evm in kerala.

                                I think the final solution would be to dispose of the car once and for all. And never to look back again to the volkswagen brand. No offense, i really do like my vento in terms of performance and drivability, but the issues associated with the service is such a pain.

                                Previously email feedbacks were sought after the service. No that’s also stopped, may be due to the number of complaints.

                                    We own a volkswagen polo 2016 registration. The registration number is kl 12 k 6006. It has run ~26000km now and service has been due for 2 months that time i was not here and contact the centre they said do the serivece in 30000km from the volkswagen service center at calicut, kerala.

                                    Since 2019 april we are facing issue with the fuel injector.
                                    While on a travel from home to office (26km) suddenly coil warning lamp was on and mil warning lamp also glowed. After investigation at near by workshop (There is no center at wayanad) they informed us that the first cylinder injector is out of order, so they need to replace the same.
                                    The total repair work cost us rs.22, 035.

                                    With in short driven km the main part of engine was dead and there is no response from volkswagon

                                      I know u did everything according to yr ability as far as yr new staff concern. But it wasn’t up to d task. Those things dat u had not repaired is only coz u want to change dat wid good amount. I m goin to another service center today so if at all i found u were cheating on dat day u may not be on d same chair again. Every relative of mine had purchased after i took car. Yr stupid manager and fellow in ahmedabad don’t know y ppl choose vw polo. Its not coz of dem but they love this car even it costing a lot.                                         I want to tell that we are suffering from many problems like if we have do send a car for minor work it’s not available in solan we have to send it to mandi (H p) it’s 120 km away from solan after that company charges fuel expenses from us it’s like 2000. There are many empty places in solan they can open service showroom there but they don’t. Its there problem they are not opening service in solan so they should not charge for fuel from us they don’t send car on time for work they say when there worker will cum then only they will take car to mandi showroom. While selling the car they told us that service showroom will open in 3 to 4 months now it’s been year.
