I bought ameo automatic one and half year back. Last week i found that my car is dead and not able to see anything on meter aswell. I took help of rsa and bring car to service center through jump start.
Service center claim that i need to replace the battery as it's dead. I don, t have any option left so i need to replace it immediately.
My question is what type of quality u r using in new car that, i need to replace battery...

My vw polo ka04mj1858 was given for bodywork repair at pps motors bangalore, on 24june and i received it on 2july2019. When i collected my car from the service centre on 2 july the car was handed over to me with the key in a position that was draining the battery and as a result the car did not start.
It was subsequently jump started by the service team. I took my car back home and it would not start. So i returned it on 4 july only to hear from the service team that the car battery was dead. I asked them to fix it but they advised it has to be replaced. I asked them to do so at their cost as i had handed over a car with a perfectly good battery.
The battery was checked about a month before by the same service advisor during a routine service and was deemed to be in good condition.
I have not had problems with the battery till the time i handed over for body repairs even though i would leave the car for a week or 10 days untouched when i would travel. It was working at 100%.

This i reported as negligence at the service centre and advised them to return my car in a condition that i had handed over. That meant fix my battery or replace it.

They continuously refuse to take responsibility for their negligence and ask me to cover the damages. They sent my battery for warranty claim and for a battery 3.5 yrs old the company only offered 9% coverage. The rest 91% as per pps motors was to be borne by me. I refuse to pay for negligence at their end.

I have known of vw fraud cases earlier so i am compelled to think this could be a deliberate attempt to get me to replace my battery before it's time at the service centre.
The current attitude of the team in the center is nonchalant as it has been 2 weeks since i returned the car and a solution hasn't yet been reached.
I request you to have this resolved for me at the earliest.

    On 13th july'19 i sent my car dl 12cc 1753 to volkswagen service center-a-18, a block sector 6 noida u. P for engine check light, my car was running perfectly fine on the time of check light which came 2-3 days back, when the car came back from the workshop on the same day it was fine, but the next morning car didn’t start and a new problem epc light was coming so i called up mr. Rajnish advisor (‭+[protected]‬) he sent some technician and afterwards he said that the car needed to be towed for further inspections and you have to bear the crane charges even though it was not my fault. He kept my car for 2 days then again asked me to take it as it’s working fine now. Now today 16th july'19 again i’m suffering as again epc light is coming and this time i spoke to mr jasprit manager (‭+[protected]‬) about this and now he expects me to pay again for the towing charges even though i’m not at fault the fault arises when my car came from the workshop. Kindly look after this matter and resolve it as soon as possible as i’m suffering without the car.

      Hi,

      I own a vw polo (Mh15 dm7835) as the quality and comfort of the vehicle is what i liked the most out of the cars that are there in the market now a days. I am doing regular servicing of my vw polo from the shreekripa automoblies pvt ltd. Nashik maharastra india. But from the last 2 servicing i am having trouble of starting of my vehicle in early morning, and for this i gave the vehicle for servicing in the month of 11 dec 2018. At that time they did a normal servicing and said that this issue is solved.
      But again after 3-4 months the same issue arise and again i went to them for the same problem on 17 may 2019, this time they said that i will need to do full servicing and then only the issue can be resolved.
      Last time in dec they replaced the coolant of my vehicle which was always getting vanished and i was needed to topup the same again and again many times whenever i need to go long distance. This time when i gave them the vehicle for servicing they told me that the coolant pump is leakage and i need to replace. They made a total bill of rs15081. (Invoice no. Pia1900815) replacing all the unnecessary things.
      It took them almost a week to change the water pump because it was out of stock, i don't understand how they are running such a big show room if they can't carry such a small inventory and even if is out of stock why it took them a week to order and replace such a small part. I was also helpless at that time.
      My issue was not solved even after that also again there is same problem with starting and the coolant is still getting vanished. Now the vehicle is getting heated up even if i go 30-40kms.
      It's a very high time for me know because of this issues yesterday in the middle of the night around 1am i got stuck and my vehicle was heated up and was unable to start on a point where there was nothing for help and it was badly raining at the same time, and i was with my wife and my 02 years old son. I tried my best to start the vehicle but nothing was happening, finally i called my friend and ask him to cum at that point to help me, it took him 2hrs to cum at that place, till that time i was suffering and was just sitting in the car because it was all dark and can't leave my wife and my small baby alone, finally i towed my vehicle for almost 100kms and was fedup.
      I cant understand if the coolant is replaced with coolant pump than how could the vehicle gets heated up so fast. Also still the coolant is getting vanished, vehicle is still having starting trouble and what not. The service centre is such a hopeless that they can't solve the small problem. This i could have done from outside service station but i chose the company one thinking that they are more of a experts and they can keep my vehicle more maintained than the outside once.
      I am not expert in the car maintenance, but the showroom should be. I believe what they says for doing the service and act accordingly. If they cant solve the problem they should stop robbing people as the amount of the one servicing is huge. And if after that also the problem is not solved whats the use of showroom service station??

      Please i request for the necessary actions to be taken against such people. And help me in this regards.

        I have booked vw polo highline plus thru your vendor - vw bangalore north in my wife's (Asha shyam) name. While i requested for a specific colour (Silver).. The concerned sales executive asked me to pay rs. 25, 000 as advance to block the car and we immediately paid this as a cheque on 22nd june 2019

        Meanwhile, the car load was not approved and we had to take the car in someone's else name and car was delivered clean on 3rd july 2019 after taking the complete money.

        But even after all these the dealer is refusing to give the orginal 25, 000 advance back to us. (Theoritically we have no car pending for thsi amount)

        We are considering to go to the consumer court now, if we do not get the money back in next 24 hrs

          Hello sir/madam,
          There was an air leakage from the front right tyre of my car
          Model: polo tsi petrol

          For the past two weeks i have attended vw alandur thrice and this issue hasn't been resolved yet.. There was a puncture in my car tyre and i fixed it.. Again the same car tyre got flat and this time i took it to vw alandur where they just filled air and kept in observation for 4 days and after the inspection with apollo tyre team they said they couldn't find any leakage and aaked me to put mushroom puncture and i did it so (Where they don't even have facility to do in there own service centre) so they asked me to do it in the nearest puncture shop (Harsha tyre) which is a authorised dealer of apollo tyre and again i got the same problem and no one in the service centre is taking the responsibility and instead they gave me the apollo tyre dealer number and asked me to ask whatever it is from them and when i contact the dealer he says me to buy a new tyre which was just one year since i purchased my car and when i call the service person again to discuss they are threatening and swearing at me.. I'm really helpless and soo frustrated and very disappointed with the service provided by the
          *warranty head* : karupasamy and ramesh who didn't have any intention to rectify the problem

            Hi Team,

            I have used Maruthi Astar earlier and my brother drives a Toyota Etios. We never faced problems with the power steering racks in any of our vehicles as they both are running at 60k and 90k mileage respectively. But my VW Polo Highline has been shaking and vibrating violently from 40k kilometers mileage. The service center executive says the steering racks needs to be replaced. This is least expected from Volkswagen.

            Replacing the steering rack only at 45k kilometers mileage is not good. Also I have seen many complaints w.r.t the steering racks in India. Volkswagen must consider this a defect and take care such issues do not occur in future. Else customers will be forced to opt for other options in the market.

              SUBJECT- HARASSMENT, EXPLOITATION, CHEATING BY LALLY MOTORS VOLKSWAGEN CHANDIGARH.

              Its 2019 and as per my knowledge all leading private car companies not even within India but all over the world, keeps working out on proving the better and better customer services till the best is achieved.

              But, to my astonishment, the scenerio in the LALLY MOTORS VOLKSWAGEN CHANDOGARH stands totally different. May be they are working on achieving maximum harassment and explotation of their customers and cheating them by non-disclosures, or affirmative misrepresentations in the servicing and making technical faults in the car.

              I have been every time exploited by the staff of Lally Motors by being excessively and unnecessarily and intentionally and regularly charged huge amounts for the same and related concerns or defects in the same car everytime.I am astonished and shocked to see such unethical practices and exploitation of the customers by such a reputed German brand Volkswagen's dealership.

              • I have been visiting the dealership several times for the same or related concern of leakage in coolent in my car since long and also as per the directions of the dealership I have been paying huge amounts for the may be rectification or replacement as per them.But the same fault stands the same till date. Last time they replaced some parts related to the coolent leakage that is maybe water pump i guess but at the same time the problem was not resolved for which I visited the dealership immediately and also made to the dealership as well as the Volkswagen India customer care email ID but I was not hurt nor any action was taken by the dealership for this defect even after my several visits and mails no satisfactory MI note was signed it by me e regarding the resolvement it off the leakage in coolent
              • Now again the dealership aap is asking for the replacement of another different part in the engine regarding the same concern since then and as per the directions I again have to pay a for the same concern and I think ok in future departure and have to again and again pay to the dealership for the same or related concerns to the dealership as I have to you think and decide and pay as per Lally Motors till the time iojn the Volkswagen car this is ridiculous the staff is not at all all aware about consumer rights CE and id.me image and norms of the Volkswagen India it would not be wrong to say a that Laali Motors aa continuously exploiting ripping off the Volkswagen customers taking the advantage of the Monopoly of Volkswagen dealership in that area
              • Now it is again requested to the Volkswagen India to kindly look into this scam being done by the Lally Motors at the reputation and brand image of the VOLKSWAGEN INDIA and the dealership maybe e withdrawn from Lally Motors for unnecessarily and intentionally exploiting the Volkswagen customers or i will have to knock the doors of the Court for Justice.

              I recently purchased VW Ameo in March, everything was going fine until last week when I submitted my vehicle for Insurance claim. The service advisors for my VW is Frontier Automobiles Pvt Ltd who are based out of Gurgaon. These people even know the basic skills of Customer service. I handed over my car on 19th July and was told that I would be handed my car back by 26th July. Today I called my service advisor to know the status but he failed to recognize me and asked which car are you talking about. I gave my vehicle description then to my surprise I was informed that few parts of my vehicle was not available in the service center and it would take another week to get that and then they would fix the issue. I earlier had the misconception that VW is the best brand to go with as per the car quality and customer service but today after knowing the ground information I would never associate myself with Volkswagen. To my surprise I have received such a bad service. There are few more instances about your customer service which I wouldn't like to share here because it's useless as the only thing you people care about is Money.

                I want to complain about poor servicing and rude behaviour o[censored]r employee (Vaibhav rana) at volkswagen moti nagar delhi. I sent my car to moti nagar volkswagen for servicing through pick & drop they promised me to return my car same day but returned after 30 hrs. With few items broken, without proper servicing and even without washing. I got call for ratings about feedback of service i told them everything but still my problem is unsolved. I payed more than 13000rs. I just want proper servicing of my car. Otherwise i will go to court.

                My no. Is [protected] car polo DL8CAN0550
                Polo petrol May 2015 model.now the kilometer reading is 28000.For covering this distance i need to replace 4ABS Sensor.Very Very poor brake system and very poor engineering you have.I enquired other companies customers about Sensor they have no problem.
                I have placed a order of right side mirror assembly 1 month back. Till now I din't get any proper response. Even I have paid advance for that. Is this the way u give us the service.

I paid Rs. 682000.Now sales executive told me that the offers has been changed. But they offered me at the beginning. If its the case, deals would have been informed me earlier.                     Hi,

                    Last week on Monday[protected] I went to Volkswagen Kannur for inspecting my polo due to few problems like gear not engaging, turbo not kicking in, Suspension problems and all. They inspected and told me to change the parts like gear cable, Pressure converter, link road, back suspension, timing belt etc...and estimated around 50000rs.

                    As gear cable and Pressure convertor need to replace as quickly as possible (otherwise the vehicle will breakdown) I told them to order as soon as possible. Rest I told them to change during the vehicle periodic service (115000km) coming after a month as other issues are not a big concern. They took the order of gear cable and pressure convertor and told me to wait for a maximum of seven working days because parts are not available with them. I agreed with them and returned back home.

                    After a week ( on[protected] I called them back as they didn't even make a single call to me be related to that. I asked about the parts and they told me that parts didn't come and told me to wait another week more. I think they just ordered this day only because Normally every part will come within a week so I doubted about their response. Anyway, I'm ready to wait a few more days. But Unexpectedly this happened. They called me today ( on[protected] and told me that all parts expect gear cable has reached their showroom. Also, gear cable is in back order category so that they don't even know when it will be available and its not available with any other dealer in kerala. My polo Gear cable is in a broken condition and it will breakdown within a few days, I need to replace as soon as possible.

                    Gear cable replacement is the major problem for my polo and they are not concerned with it. As a Reputed Brand like VOLKSWAGEN, I didn't expect this. How can they say that "they don't know when it will available?"
                    As per them, I understood that it will take at least a month due to Backorder. They don't even bother about my vehicle that it will breakdown within days.

                    All the service is done at Volkswagen Kannur only because other service centres are far away from us and for the past 3 years, I am spending more than 45000rs per year for this car for just servicing and parts changing. Their Aftersales service is very poor. Please go through my Service records and verify.

                    Previously also I have made so many complaints about their service and parts but i didn't get any justice.Hoping my issue will solve soon.

                    This is what I got a reply from them. They still don't know when the gear cable will be available to them. What worst service from Volkswagen.Its a shame for a reputed brand like this.Did they even care about customer satisfaction?

                    I was not able to use my vehicle for the past few days due to this gear cable issue. It will break at any time.
                    If this issue solved immediately, I had to face it legally in court. I am fed up with their services.

                    Nothing happened till now.My car is still in breakdown condition for past 2 weeks.They dont care about my Vehicle.Better dump this ##.Thank you Volkswagen for the worst sales and customer service.Also this complaint FORUM has done nothing, just forward the things thats all. Shame !!!
                    Volkswagen Noida damaged my roof wrap during rubbing and polishing totally which is quite expensive. I did not noticed the damage at the time of delivery but noticed once i reached home. It’s a serious concern and need a quick action regarding the same.

Replaced several parts including service we have paid Rs 48, 000.0. No proper service and complaint to service adviser for several time. No use for Volkswagen Service center. 5th June 2019 was given for Body shop work and requested for Old complaints are to be resolved. Bill was raised before fixing the accessories and old complaints not resolved. very poor responses.

                        My car polo reg.no. UP78 DV 1385 has problem with the turbo charger. My car has an extended warranty but still the car is not being repaired It is with the VW workshop at kanpur since 10/6/19.
                        Kindly look into the matter so that the car is repaired at the earliest.due to in necessary delay in part of the dealer the car is not getting repaired. Hoping for an early reply.

                          I, Rishabh Dhand have been a trusted customer of VolksWagen cars for the past few years now and I also own a VolksWagen car in my hometown i.e. Ludhiana. Since my past experience was decent so far as the company is concerned, I opted to purchase a pre-owned “VolksWagen Polo, Highline” in Delhi where I am currently putting up. Importantly, I had taken a loan for an amount of INR 2, 50, 000/- in order to purchase my car.
                          It would not be out of context to mention that quality and reliability was one of the prime reasons for opting for ‘Volkswagen’ despite my fellow users counselling against the purchase of a car from ‘VolksWagen’.
                          I purchased the aforesaid pre-owned car in the month of November, 2018, and my experience so far for the past six months was impressive. However, a fault occurred for the first time on 19th May, 2019 which I became aware of when my car broke down, and did not start. Since I was not aware of the technical glitches, I opted to get my car checked through the authorized repair centre of VolksWagen instead of getting the same done through a general mechanic. Therefore, I called the repair service of VolksWagen and since my car was not starting, the same had to be towed from Lajpat Nagar and was taken to VolksWagen Capital, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Area, Delhi which is apparently the authorized Service Centre (hereinafter referred to as ‘the company’).
                          It was informed to me from one Mr. Raja Sharma working in the company that three parts have been changed i.e. ECM, Fuel Pump and Fuel Filter and the fault was on account of non-functioning of the said parts. However, since the parts were changed, I was assured that the car would now run properly. I was charged with an amount of INR 19, 000 approximately, an invoice of the same was handed to me. However, keeping my faith in the company and the services as portrayed, I paid the amount. The said faults were rectified on 26th May, 2019.
                          However, to my utter shock, after running hardly for one day, the car yet again broke down on 27th May, 2019 and was to be towed on 28th May from Okhla where my office is situated to the aforesaid authorized Service Centre/ the company.
                          After numerous persuasions and after a period of 12 days, I was informed from the aforesaid official namely Mr. Raja that the car had to be checked through the expert technical team and the expert technical team accordingly arrived at the conclusion that my car broke down on account of the faults as encountered on the previous occasion and the aforementioned part had to be replaced. Further, I was also told that there were some wiring issues which was not detected and rectified properly by their mechanics and the same were also to be resolved. I was yet again assured that once the part is replaced and that the wiring issue is resolved, my car would function back as normal and that no further issues shall be encountered. Therefore, relying upon the assurance of the officials of the company, I spent an amount of INR 3000, a copy of invoice of which was provided to me and I accordingly got my car back on 10th June, 2019, after a period of 10-12 days from the date of second occurrence of fault. Importantly, I was informed from the official that if the fault appears again, I would not be charged for the said expenditures since the service centre shall be accountable for the same.
                          Shockingly, within a period of two days, my car again broke down because of the same fault for the THIRD CONSECUTIVE TIME and had to be towed yet again. I was left helpless and stranded in midway. Despite spending on the aforesaid invoices. I also had to pay for the crane towing charges for the third time now which were to the tune of INR 2000 for every visit.
                          Being infuriated on account of repeated failures in the car for no fault of my own and for the very same reasons, I paid a personal visit to the aforementioned service centre after repeated deliberations and telephonic calls. I was informed and was stunned to know that the issue has yet again arisen for the third time now and for the same defects which had cropped up on the very first day of repair.
                          To add on to my misery, Mr. Raja, the company’s official now provided me an estimate of INR 46, 500 which includes the component of some issue related to engine. However, this had been raised for the first time and had never been informed to me previously. On the contrary, I was assured that I shall not be charged. Strangely it is also evident from a bare perusal of the expenditure estimate that the expenses of labour component only are to the tune of INR 30, 336 amongst expenditures. It would not be out of context to mention that till now I have already spent an amount of over INR Forty Five thousand for the aforesaid troubles. At this stage, I am not sure as to what recourse I should opt for since I am not in a position to believe the false and concocted reasons given to me time and again from your officials.
                          Also, despite giving my car in the “authorized service centre” of VolksWagen, I am not able to attain adequate services and on the contrary, I have to incur such humongous expenditures for reasons solely attributable to the company. Clearly, I am not in a position to pay any further now owing to the defaults, delays and laches on part of the company/officials.
                          I also believe that the reason for the unwarranted expenses which are burdening me are due to incompetency of mechanics/technicians employed at the company. Apparently, they are not in a position to resolve the issues despite figuring out the fault including the inputs from the expert technical team which were specially called to check and repair the fault.
                          This has further raised serious concerns where I am constrained to believe that the acts of the company (by apparently experimenting with the repairs in my car for defaults best known to the company) are to illegally extract my hard earned money taking advantage of my lack of technical knowledge related to mechanics of the car which has now left me in a very helpless position. Further, at this juncture, I am clueless as to how will I get my car back free from all defects despite spending large sums of money.
                          I am really perturbed by the fact that despite portraying that the services provided by the company are to the utmost satisfaction of the customer, I am compelled to undergo numerous struggles and hassles in order to get my car back in proper working condition which unfortunately, I am unable to attain till date.
                          Also, despite being a rightful owner of the car, I am not able to utilize it at all and have to commute through hired vehicle every day which is an add on to my financial burden which is uncalled for.
                          A period of one month has lapsed since my car is facing troubles and repeated visits have been made to the authorized service centre/the company. However, there is no change in the hardship, distress and mental agony which I have gone through till date. Also, this has raised serious doubts in my mind regarding the ‘so called’ services provided by a prestigious brand like “VolksWagen” as my car is in the same position as it was on the day one of the occurrence of the faults. It is shocking that the service centre of a company of such a repute has indulged in the practice of extorting the hard earned money of its customers. This raises serious questions as to whether a brand name like “VolksWagen” is really worth opting for?
                          Therefore, the present complaint is regarding resolving the defects/faults/issues which have occurred in my car on account of the incompetency of the company’s mechanics and technical team and without any monetary liability on me for incurring any further expenditures pertaining to repairs.
                          Also, I am looking forward to owing my car back free from all encumbrances failing which, I shall be left with no option but to raise this issue before the higher authorities and also before the social media. Also, I am seeking the refund of expenditures incurred by me till date with interest @18% p.a. on account of the aforesaid reasons, facts and circumstances.
                          Further, if the issue remains unresolved, I will be constrained to take legal actions by approaching the appropriate court of law highlighting the poor quality and unqualified workmanship services of the company and further reserve my right to claim compensation on account of the above at risk, cost and consequences of the company.

                            Myself Robin Surti, I am currently working for Volkswagen as a Sales Consultant at Navjivan Auto Square Pvt. Ltd (Dealer of Volkswagen) at Navsari, Gujarat. I am working here from March 2019 and I was doing my work honestly and faithfully. I have not received the Salary for the month of May. They stated the reason as you have not sold any car since you joined here whereas I brought one customer whose name is Jayesh C Vadodaria, I have taken his booking and later the delivery was done by the DSA of Navjivan Auto Square Pvt. Ltd. I complained about this to the GM (Mr. Saleel Tatke) of my location and also informed the Director (Mr. Yash Gajjar) of Navjivan Auto Square Pvt Ltd. But none of them solved my problem. I urge you to please help me getting my Salary back from the company. I belong from a low class family and the amount 4000/- is much important to my family as I am the only one who is earning bread to my Family.                               Unfortunately I have done repeated engine fuel injector replacement for my car for 5 times in the last 20 months. They have keep on changing the injectors each injector cost 25thousand rupees and never give warranty which was under warranty
                              exact reason for repeated failure of same engine parts which perform same function is not investigated even after I requested for the same.Each time it has been justified by either of the statement" fuel quality "or "it happen when one injector fails it continues to the other"
                              I replaced the injector 4 times from VW kannur and 1 time from Kochin. Please do the arrangements to assess the current status of my cars fuel injectors like which injector was replaced and how many time it have been replaced and the warranty of all these injectors.
                              (that is in order from left to right when we face the engine from the front)

                              It have been noted that some of the injectors are replaced twice during the warranty period and warranty was not provided instead the service personal has misguided us by saying injector No.2, 3, 1and 4 are failed and replaced respectively during the period of last 20 months ( 1/8/18, 26/2/18, 10/1/19 and on16/03/19).Fortunately on 27/5/19 when the injector was failed again I took my cat to VW Kochin and found that injector No.1 has been failed and it is not under the warranty as because it is the original factory fitted with a batch No. of 2014. Even though they have replaced the part at free of coast with the internal understanding between the dealers(kannur and Kochin) and communicated to me that this replaced injector of No.1 don't have the warranty and there is one more injector (4) which is showing the same serial no. of the factory make.

                              In this scenario the car has undergone 5 times injector replacement during last 20 months none of this replacements claimed any warranty but it is revealed that some of the injectors was replaced twice and the warranty was hidden to me.
                              Warranty of the last injector is still uncertain which is replaced on 27/5/19 for cylinder No.1 in accordance to the communications received from the service personal at Kochin VW, as I communicated with Kannur center they said this injector don't have the warranty
                              Kindly note that all these partfailures are happened during our family travels even from outside the state I towed the car . Expenses and trouble caused to me and my family in this regard huge in terms of money, time and trouble.

                                Reported problem not solved(AC getting the bad smell when I start the car and AC), and they charged multiple time for single part(break oil, required 0.5ltr, but they charged 1.5ltr, with different names). About this issue, I wrote a mail to "NSCI R: Mumbai, Customer-Care", [protected]@vw-appleauto.co.in But I did not get the response from both. I did not get any feedback call as well, after delivery of the car. Last year they damaged the front bumper, they promised, we will do the bumper work next visit. But They are not done anything. The estimated bill is 9, 427/-(after hand over to service manager), I got a call, about the car ready, Immediately I got the message the bill is 13, 165/- But the invoice is 13, 930/- mobile messages.

                                    Its been almost 4 month since the delivery of the new vehicle, vw polo gt tsi 2019 model, and my ac unit is still not working. This complaint was raised multiple times with the vw authorized service center elite motors, hosur road, bangalore. Moreover, the vehicle was collected 3 times from the day of delivery, 1 time each in the month of march, april and may respectively. They kept the vehicle for inspection for a considerable amount of time and each time they returned the vehicle saying the issue is permanently fixed. But the issue reappears a few days after. This time i raised the complaint again with them, but they doesn't seem to be taking this matter seriously, so i was left with no other option, but to post a complaint against them in the common consumer forum. I have even wrote it to vw india, but no response from their end as well, as expected. I have already made a horrible mistake trusting vw. This was my first car, and i was so much excited about it. But, thank you vw india for ruining all the experience.

                                    Horrible after sales services. Not able to fix the AC unit of a 3 month old Polo GT TSI, after keeping the vehicle for almost 4 services and 10 days. Never buy VW, and atleast not from the Elite Motors Hosur Road branch.

                                      Our car had crashed and we toed vehicle to vw service station last year; after 1month car was ready but the sensor was showing engine temp high; they took another 3 weeks to fix sensor issue but actually it was engine issue; after few days again sensor started blowing and after consultation on phone they told to ignore and continue driving ; same issue was again started and also radiator fan was making high noise and not stopping after engine stop. Again car was sent to servise station in kolhapur this time they said your use is hardly so rats in garrage had cut wirings and which needs again fix ; again they certified car and gave delivery again we found same issue l this time we consulted with well known private expert and he told engine cly head is leakage due to that coolant leakage is causing issue.. Again we had submitted car and told about 2nd opinion ; this time thy taken it seriously and asked advance of 13k to touch engine; now came with reason that due to leakage head had warpage in 1.6 mm and needs change of whole engine at cost of 4.5 lakhs min ; only to check flatness they charged 8000 rs which is exorbant ; now i have suggested changing gaskets and reassemble engine ; total cost went to 25k ; the whole issue was started with the wrong diagnosis of car and now i have to bare cost 4.5 lkahs ; i have explained and raised complaint to customer care but we had very poor response; not single line replay from customer care and service station is sending mail for balance amount. Please advise how to fight against company volkswagen.
