This is related to my vehicle number ka-04-mp 8168.

I have updated the software without my knowledge that it will result in cluttering noise in the engine.

I have now went back multiple time for the solution and nothing seem to be able to work out.

And the most recent visit, the volkswagen service center has informed me that the injection has malfunction. There are multiple report online that this issue is the result of the software update done on the car.

However, the service center is denying that it has anything to do with software update and blame it on the fuel quality.

Is volkswagen providing the defected part that it will be so easily affected by the fuel? My car is just 4 years old. How can a good quality car be affected by its normal running condition and more so by fuel? Do not the volkswagen know beforehand the fuel quality? Why are you denying?

    request for duplicate invoice

    I draft this mail for a request for a duplicate invoice copy of my vw vento, 2011 model 1.6 l diesel highline car.
    I actually require my car to be re registered to hyderabad from mumbai. I have taken the noc from mumbai and submitted to my rto office. They now ask for the invoice of the car to analyse the then price of the car to prepare the tax amount here. And to my bad luck i have miss placed it.

    Hello,
    With very heavy heart i’m writing this i have polo petrol just 1an half year old, met with an accident the accident was miner but the air bags of the car got deployed so i went the success automobiles pvt ltd in indore (Mp) and i submit my car there they said as the damage is not major but the air bag is a major part so it will take time to repair the car they said maximum 13-15 days or max to max 17 days because this air bag comes according to the car model and manufacturing year we have to order accordingly with car vin no and now it’s 20th day today they are saying we ordered the part but we got the wrong part or update part which is not fitting in your car so we have ordered again now we’ll deliver the car by next week means just for 1 part my car is pending since 15 days they said this not our fault we have ordered but we got delay from volkswagen to deliver us part as early as required now i don’t understand, if they ordered with car vin no then how they got wrong product and nowadays where everything is just easy in logistics then why volkswagen taking so much time to deliver the required part this is really very frustrating, and i think i made wrong decision of purchasing a vw car. But i purchased because i love vw polo look engineering and build quality but after sales service changed the everything. By the this is not the first time i’m facing this earlier to this i faced two times similar to this.
    I hope volkswagen will take care of it’s brand name and of its customers also.

      My car met with an accident 4 months ago and recently i discovered that the dents are not mended instead they have covered 0.75 inch of it with paint putty and they have charged us₹48380 labour charges for denting. Now the paint putty is coming out and is exposing the metal inside. Infact they have also changed our ₹9827 for same side panel. I have my car to lally motors, jalandhar.

          ameo ac not working (turns off and on by itself)

          Hi, i own ameo comfortline purchased from vw sundaram motors chennai.

          From the first, there is some manufacturing defect with the vehicle. For the first 7 month the vehicle was with the service station for fixing water logging issue. And now it is the ac which turns on and off by itself while running.

          I am so vexed with the quality of the vehicle and manufacturing. I am seeing these weird issues for the manufacturer...

          Dear sir,
          Our company car volkswagen – vento tn – 09 – bq – 4856 has been given for repair work, since the car met with an accident.
          In this accident front side and driver side has been damaged heavily.
          We have given the car for repair to abra motors, ambattur, chennai.

          We really upset, the way it has been handled.
          The following are points which we want to highlight strongly to volkswagen :

          1. Car interior

          • top interior ceiling - fully fungus formed
          Abra motors - not cleaned anything and handed over with fungus

          • inside all areas grease and dirt marks are there.

          • back seat light switch - loose connection – falling down. It was ok earlier

          Remote key got damaged.

          • co driver side ac vent - not fixed properly - all coming out with wires. It was good earlier

          • driver side ac vent - grills not there. It was ok earlier. Why it is not there?

          • all ac vent – full of dust

          • ac and heat - heater is not working. Earlier it was working. But not now.

          Rear side volkswagen emblem got misplaced.

          3. Suspension

          Suspension was good earlier. It was so smooth.

          Afetr the car met an accident that too the entire driver side - even for small bumbs - it gives lot of noise

          Abra motors - doesn’t have common idea to check this and rectify?

          4. Dent

          Still there is a dent in rear left side.

          Abra motors - why it has not been attended?

          Conclusion

          When a common man like us can identify these much problems - after service, you don’t have proper service team to check before delivery?
          The most imporatant point we need to highlight is, most of the items are all ok when we gave for repair. And now all are fiddled.

          This is not the first time that we are un happy with service. Evertime there was some problem.

          After getting the money and if you do the service like this? How do the customer will come again.

          You don’t have quality check team before dispatch.?

          Really this gives immense mental agony the way we are being treated and car has been serviced,

          Volkswagen needs to response quickly.

            I had a car service today, the one service we get at 7500 kms the free service. I am sorry to say i am not at all satisfied with the service i received. This is my second car with volkswagen but i am sorry to say this time the service was not at all upto the mark. Firstly, when i got the car back i didnt find any difference before or after car, the feel which we get after the service. The car was cleaned and was shining from outside but from inside it was like even touched. Although for this they provided a free clean and wash but i didnt even think the service was done properly. One car owner can tell if they had done work on car or not. Plus, i do remember on first service we get a kit which contains polish, dashboard shine and other car care material which i didnt got even after asking. Even though it was inspection warranty but still you should have done atleast the cleaning carefully. Also, why wasnt i given the cleaning kit like the one i got with my previous volkswagen car polo

              The real car owner is my son, v. Kalyanasundaram. The car is purchased only for the movements of my wife who is affected by multiple diseases and not for any gaiety movement. It is purchased on 10th of december., 2018.

              The car was purchased in the month of december, 2018. When i was riding a car along a fine smooth road, the tubeless tyre of the car left front wheel has become burst. The burst wheel has been sent to the dealer in the next day after the happening. Now the burst car wheel has been replaced by stepney only. The car was covered with full insurance also, though not yet registered due to badly need of money.

              In the mean time, i will have to go to chennai for having treatment for my wife for which i purchased the car.

              How can i go to chennai without a stepney (Spare wheel). The car is remaining idle.

              I requested the service manager of the company and also the executive (Representative). They are telling the happening is just an incident, not an accident.

              In addition, the company executive told the tyre has been damaged just above the middle side of the tyre - - not on the bottom, the part of the tyre which touch rolling along the road. They are arguing that the damage is due to external impact, which is not true. For argument sake and to deny my proposal, they are talking unnecessarily, which upset me me largely.
              My opinion:
              I wonder what kind of argument is this. Whatever kind - the tyre is punctured or become damaged. It was happened when going along the road. That's all.
              The executives of the company also tell that it is an incident. They differentiate between 'incident and accident '
              According to my opinion, accident is unforseen and unexpected'. Like that burst or any damage of the tyre is also unforseen and unexpected.

              Even for looting, arson, civil commotion, if any loss occurs, there's a claim for insurance, though it is wantonly done by somebody.

              I am taking another example.
              To save a life, the car is met with an accident.in this case, what is going on?
              As for my views concerned, the executives are dodging or evading from their service to the customer as far as possible.

              The company executives are making unnecessary arguments. But, in the warranty book also, it is written the manufacturer offers warranty. The company will assist you. But, nothing done so far.

              My case is very simple. It's only a tyre. Not a huge expensive part. Why can't they make arrangements by themselves and why are they evading? Don't they know stepney is essential for a car?

              When i am writing this, one thing comes to my mind. Somebody told the company has been penalised 100crores for fraudulently made arrangements for not ejecting smoke. So, i can come to a conclusion the company has no gentlemanship. So, from top to bottom they are not good. Don't mistake me. If the ramani's volkswagen is not in a position to rectify my problem, what could i say. What will come to my mind normally
              If it is a good company, why couldn't they for.

              Now, the representative tells me to register the car first and then claim. This message, i have not directly received from the dealer (Service manager). Only after making good my badly need of money, i can register. How could i wait till that time i register the vehicle?

              I have more time to register the car. Within soon, it seems they are compelling to register. How can i without money?

              This is stepny. The dealer and the representative refused to understand the problems.

              But, purchasing a car, they were telling a lot positively and much favourably.

              So, i politely request the consumer forum to make arrangements to get a new car tyre.
              Otherwise, please ask them to take back the car without any loss to me. Being their bounden duty to rectify the problem, they are denying their responsibility. Then why should i have a car of that company.

              Sir, again i put forth how it is possible to go riding this car without the main accessary suppose, if another tyre gets punctured, what can i do?
              For about 10 days, the car remains halt. The company doesn't understand the practical problem or difficulty.
              So, it is very kind of you to look after my obligation.

              Note: this is a much worrying affair. I can't sleep even with peace of mind. All the time this affair obsessing my mind not to attend any other work.

                My car tiguan got thrashed and severely damaged in an accident on 1 february 2019. Immediately car was towed into authorized volkswagen service station at nashik. Since 1 february car is in service station and repair has not started yet. Initial explaination for 21 days was given that insurance claim was pending hence they can not touch the car. We gave them a cheque for ordering the spare parts (In case the claim gets rejected so that repair should not be delayed). Now it is more than a week that claim is approved still the repairing work is not started. My grivience is -
                1. Unwanted and unnecessary delay in car reapir
                2. Irresponsible and arrogant behaviour
                3. No proper feedback
                4. No timelines or any schedule for the repair

                  Highly Disappointed with the Service when I visited the service station today. Did not have enough time, so just went there to get the oil changed for my car. But he talked me into getting the car serviced since it was due, and promised me not to waste my time and submit the car by 2:00 pm. He ended up wasting one and a half hour extra by asking the mechanic about what service he did in the car and re-confirming even after I gave him the details. That wasn't enough for him that he also misbehaved by taunting me about charges for the coffee he offered me which I denied of.

                    I have bought a new car ameo from psb autosales ambala on 24th december 18 and i noticed some scratches hidden by paint touching on 28th morning and send the pics to the manager sandeep and he told me that he is into sales and the car has came to there dealership on 24th only and he has also not noticed and told me to come to ambala and they will fix the problem free of cost or wait for some more scratches or accident then also will get the same done free of charge.. I have sent lot of mails and calls to their customer care of volkswagen but they don't take ownership of the customers.. I have received the mail from the dealership that they will ready to change the bumper with new one at my place at chandigarh but never turned up... I have also written mail to the ceo but not received any revert from volkswagen till date..

                    Toady i have received the mail from the dealership with attachments which shows that "customer has already signed the contract papers at the time of the delivery of the car that customer has inspected the car at the time of delivery so customer has no right to say anything"

                    I have reached the agency at 1600 pm and the car was at workshop with dirt and came to the showroom after sunset around 1815 pm and they have clicked my photographs at 1825 pm with car and artificial key... And signatures have been taken on papers at 1700 pm.. How can customer check the car scratches (Which were hidden by applying paint touching) in 10-15 minutes in 100 of lights in the showroom... It is totally cheating done by the dealership and now they are making excuses

                      I am really sorry to write this email to you because i was really surprised when your company service center told me i have to change my “ front rhs window motor - cost 8200/-". When i last visited your workshop and a road side car mechanic within 30 minutes could repair the same only for rs 200, so i want to know the reason behind such a high price

                      I don't know what is the reason your service center are doing all this bad practice.

                        I purchased polo mid range, vehicle no.- ka*nb*45 from this showroom and was promised of many things like 'free 3 service' and more but when i serviced my car second time after running apprx. 5000 km, they charged me about 10000 for this and also broke my front windshield glass, i observed it as soon as the drop agent was dropping me with the car before reaching to destination. I raised complain about this to them and also to my service advisor named "kiran". Now he is telling it's already broken, i have end to end insurance of this car, why i will lie!! His behaviour is like a # and very much rude, instead of being helpful he started threatening me. He broked my front windshield glass intensnally due to argument about the charge with him. I demanded the pictures during pickup of this car before servicing but he refused and was showing some fake edited pictures, he also tampered the pictures in the server since i was trying to open from the link i got during pickup. Only the drop pictures are in the server. I am going to file a complain in consumer forum and also i will post this in twitter, and facebook about the service and about the # advisor 'kiran'. I have 500+ friends in facebook

                            Hi,

                            The vw bhopal service centre has been very disappointing. Last time i gave my car for repairs, it took them over 35 days to fix the door and it still had problems. This time they kept my car for 6 days and sent it back without any repairs. They also broke my number plate and switched off their phones after that. Mr. Javed and mr. Pathak at the service centre have been constantly lying to me. Please try and help me out here. I also own a honda and a suzuki, but i've never ever faced such a problem before.

                              Sir/mdm i've purchased an ameo car in palace cross bangalore registration number k04 mv9047 while taking they have said they going to provide holiday packages so emi starts from jan 2020 onwards but the emi started feb 10 n i've not noticed now cheque bounced what bout my civil score? Why u people cheat customers like this? In car also having some issues regarding model 9th of this month i've explained bout that now this type of issue pleas don't cheat customers

                                I own a 1.2 l vw polo diesel highline... I bought this on nov 2012..in 2017 my car battery brokedown. And the vw service centre fitted it with a new battery.. 2 months ago i had my car's annual servicing.. On 09th feb 2019 my car stopped in the middle of the road, and i called road side assistance, they came and started the car with the help of a jumper. And charged me 600rs. Today i called a mechanic from outside to inspect the battery and found that i was cheated by the vw service centre, because they changed my battery with some local battery written as exide but the logo was incorrect.. They changed the battery at the time of my annual service, also one more thing sticker above the battery was that of july 2017, but actually my battery was replaced by them on jan 2017 as per the bill. We trust the brand vw... Even though its costly and these service centre # are screwing the customers, i want a solution for the problem, my vehicle is lying dead for the last 3 days, i want a solution.

                                  I am mohan kaliyaperumal working in abroad. I had purchased ameo highline mt plus, diesel at kun capital motors no.64.103 3rd avenue q block, anna nagar chennai600040 on 09092017 the vehicle no. Tn02 bk1216 engine no cwx163135, chassis no mexd17601ht129512. I would like to inform you my grievance regarding my new vehicle and now i totally fed up and deeply depressed because of the subsequent same faults in the engine management system mil & misfiring indicators in my vehicle which has been happening past one year within the warranty period. When i had come to india on 18042018 and started my travel from chennai for a long trip with the family, not even crossed 60 km, my vehicle was broke down with engine warning lamp glowing mil & misfiring indicators due to the fault in fuel injector along with jerking.in that period i had driven my vehicle not more than 1600 km from the date of purchase. Moreover, i didn’t drive my vehicle more than 150kms for each trip past six months. I called road assistance and they arranged and recovered my vehicle to the service centre kun service centre, alandur, chennai in the beginning, the local technician told me that the problem was by filling the new diesel after that they had drained the fuel diesel thoroughly 45 litres with cleaned the tank and changed diesel. But they wouldn’t found the actual problem after thoroughly scanned. Meanwhile, i had sent a complaint to customer. Carevolkswagen.co.in and registered case no ccr116768 and mr u. Ramesh crm service were replied as below. We have a diagnosis and found cylinder 1 injector faulty and replaced the 1st cylinder injector and delivered. But other injectors have not shown any faulty we are confident in our diagnosis you should not face any complaint in future in the error-est case if the problem occurs your concern will treat on priority as per terms of the standard warranty, as a special case, we will provide a discount on an extended warranty if you wish to extend. Moreover, i replied to him for the above concerns particularly don’t replace any spare parts into the engine components since the vehicle is in warranty period within six months. If i have prolonged my vehicle warranty along with the standard warranty period as you said above, it may also occur in other injectors in future. Whose know that it will not happen this is well known only by the manufacturer moreover i had also realized the same through comments and concerns provided by vw customer. Therefore i couldn’t extend my vehicle warranty along with the standard warranty period because you’re prompt insisting us to extend warranty period for safe from your side. The same incident happened again when i had come to india on 18012019 and started my travel from chennai to neyveli trip with my family, not even crossed 65 km, by my vehicle. Which was broke down with same engine warning lamp glowing mil & misfiring indicators due to fault in fuel injector along with jerking i called road assistance and they arranged and recovered my vehicle to the service centre kun service centre, alandur, chennai. Meanwhile, i had sent again a complaint to customer. Carevolkswagen.co.in and registered case no ccr156326 on 23012019. Now i will not come to anymore compromise and convince from dealer and manufacturer. This is totally manufacturer defects. Hence, i dont want this vehicle anymore and also i can’t drive this vehicle with thrilling in my future whereas, where will stop at any time. Please understand my situation at these conditions and i am not ready to waste my time anymore and i am not paid and purchased this vehicle for adventure driving. Therefore, i handed over this vehicle to kun capital motors in chennai without any damage as a new vehicle and no more driving only 5000 km within one year and four months. Kindly request you to resolve my grievance for reimbursing the money along with interest amount whatsoever i paid at purchasing time or new vehicle.
