Dear sir
My name is prashanti salgaonker situated at mapusa goa.
I decided on 15th december 2018 to buy polo comfort line from mody autocorp pvt ltd volkswagen goa.
So gave full payment of car on 22nd december & i wanted car on 1st jan 2019, i was informed by sales consultant cliford that they will deliver my car on 1st jan and registration will be done online in mapusa rto on 2nd jan 2019.
So on 2nd jan i called sales consultant cliford to get the registration number which was supposed to be done in mapusa rto, but on call i was informed that, by mistake they registered my car in bicholim rto. Than i visited panjim showroom, they committed me on email that, they have done this mistake and will resolve my issue.
And with verbal communication with gm rudra, it was said that our ceo is coming on 3rd jan so he will find out if they can change the registration number if not done than they would replace my car as they had done mistake after producing all required documents.

Finally on 3rd they called me in showroom, apologized me and accepted that they have wrongly updated my details, but in this case we wont be able to help you and this was not the solution expected by me so...

I was so mentally disturbed with their error that i left my car there itself.
I feel like it was a very wrong decision to invest in a german brand after having this experience in volkswagen goa.

Dear sir all i want to know is these your esteemed management???, was that my mistake that i thought to buy volkswagen car?
Was that my mistake that after giving all required documents volkswagen staff has failed in their process. So do i have to suffer?
Instead of resolving the issue gm rudra is forcing me to use that car with that same registered number

Hoping that u ll do the need full and ill get justice from volkswagen india

Dear sir,
for your kind information, they have not resolved anything. they have sent me offer of "Referring to your mail, we have already discussed the matter with our principal and we can offer you with the 2 years of 'Free Periodic Maintenance' (which will include:- Routine Service, Oil Filter, Air Filter, Engine Oil, Fuel Filter, Washing, Alignment & Balancing) towards your car." but i have clearly informed them that i want cash discount as i'm not keeping that wrongly registered car. In first place its not my fault, secondly they are acting like goons, forcing me to keep quit not even replying my mails.
biggest mistake of my life is, i have invested in a company where they only care till you pay them full Amount once they receive, no one is interested in your matter.

They like Goons are forcing me to accept their mistake, even after its not my fault i'm suffering for last 15 days.
POLO was like a dream car, but this dealership is making me run like i have committed crime by buying that Car

Actually if you really care for your customer's than please solve my matter ASAP, i would suggest you to close this matter or my last option is Consumer Cort, i have hard feelings that at-list ill get justice over there but before that i would really love if you can do something for me.

    I had visited vw nerul navi mumbai workshop for regular service and repair of indicators.
    At time of handing over the vehicle steering wheel was working properly without any noise. Sales engineer advised that combination switch is not working and need to be changed. It costs about rs.10000. After repair and servicing the moment i drove out from the workshop i observed that some irritating noise is coming from steering wheel whenever it moves clockwise or anticlockwise.
    When i raise complain with sales engineer he said that it is because of some issue in suspension breakage. It appears that he was aware of the issue but did not reveal otherwise how come he knows about the suspension damage without physically seeing or verifying the vehicle. Service quality as well as response is very poor.

      This is in reference to above complaint, I am sorry to state that you are simply looting & cheating the customers without resolving their issues.
      I had a word with CRM Ms. Delna assigned by you who assured me that I need to send the vehicle to workshop and my problem will be resolved.
      I sent the vehicle today morning ( 29th DEC 2018 ) and got it back today evening after stating that all problems got resolved But when I checked
      Still same problem persist.

      Back shocker problem is still not resolved, Please be informed that I am undergoing through a severe mental harassment because of my vehicle problem.
      You are simply making me fool. How many times I will send the vehicle to workshop ? Also please note that for today’s work also I paid Rs. 12868/-, on top of Rs. 1.38 Lakhs which
      I have already paid for servicing of my car. Till now I have paid more than Rs. 1.5 Lakhs to you. AUR KITNA LOOTOGEY AAP LOG ?????

        I have given my car to service centre to repair the front side damage repair. After the delivery of vehicle on the way to home, fragments of glass hits to my face while driving and about to met with an accident. I called the service associate and the service manager to solve my issue as soon as possible as it is dangerous to drive in such condition. They are promising me to do the job from 2 weeks.

        I asked the service manager to resolve my issue but he made false promises for a week. That leads me to take action with consumer complaint against the service centre. Waiting for their reply about 2 weeks they responded only after I mentioned about legal proceedings for their mistake done in my car. After that The service manager is unable to cope with the situation But the service assocassociate called me and solved my complain with continues updation of procedure being performed on my car. The 7405403916 Finally I got my car cleaned and delivered properly like never before in time. Only strong action made the stubbern service centre work.

          Left my car at pune service center today and at the time of delivery i was told my battery is worn out completely.
          It's 1.5 yrs old and not given a trouble single time even after 2 weeks long gap being stationed at one place.
          To pursue their request and provide permission i was even pressurised and told that car is not starting and they have to jump start the car. If i take delivery as it is then there r good chances that car may not start tomorrow.
          I have refused to take delivery of the car. Asked them to charge the battery completely and five me written report on my battery status.
          Now i am even doubting whether my car really has my original battery

            This is to raise an issue being faced by the team at volkswagen downtown, prabhadevi, mumbai.
            I had done booking for amey car with 50, 000 on 15th of dec. Due to epitome of ambiguity and lack of communication i had canceled the booking. However till date i don’t have any update from the team, the sales executive to manager to crm lead, they fail update and call back for days.
            Also as a norm of volkswagen there are no cancellation...

            When my vento tdi car was services around one and half year back at apple auto whitefield, bangalore, they have done a software upgrade without my permission or intimating me prior. The car engine performance went really bad resulting high engine noise, vibration, missing and white smoke. I have approached the service centre multiple times, and every time they try to do something but just failed to fix the issue. I have been requesting them to fix the issue for ever, but the response i get is annoying. I am literally struggling with my car. I am very disappointed with the situation that they neither accept their responsibility in spooling the engine nor confident in fixing it. As a customer i have lost hope in them. Please do the needful to get the issue fixed positively at the earliest or provide me a new engine without these issues or replace me with a car itself. I can’t wait any long with this condition.

                My car: vw vento 1.6 tdi hi-line diesel 2011 make

                Refer the dieselgate scandal of vw.in india, a whole range of vehicles were affected, ranging from the polo and vento to the the larger audis that use the 3.0 ltr engine. While the cars were carrying the cheating device in the indian market as well, the company claimed that it can easily be fixed with the help of a software update. Customers in india including myself were asked to send their car back to the service station to get the same done.

                Post software update, there is significant jerking and increase in engine noise. This was just the beginning of the problem. Two weeks ago, the glow plug indicator starts blinking. Within a few minutes the check engine light/ engine malfunction light comes on. Upon calling vw helpline, i was asked to schedule an appointment with the auth service center and take the car for a diagnostic check.

                I scheduled the appointment with apple auto. The assigned service engineer took a cursory look and told me that it could be a fuel injector problem, but would however confirm back after the full diagnostic check. After taking nearly 3 days for ‘diagnostics’ i am told that there is an egr valve failure that would cost rs.58k+ to fix and moreover the part was not available for at least 15 days.

                The writing is on the wall and all over the news, that the software update has caused problems to most car owners who had the misfortune of buying vw diesel cars in the[protected] period.

                I escalated the matter to the service head, who admitted that the issue was due to a valve failure post the software update. He told me that they would make a representation to vw and let me know further course of action. After another week of waiting, i am told that vw has refused to provide approval for the valve replacement and refuse to acknowledge the fault is at their end.

                However vw has different yardsticks for different countries. They acknowledge their mistake in most of the developed world; maybe they feel they can get away with it in india, and are anyway reputed to care the devil for addressing customer concerns in india. Here they seem to believe in making the customers pay for the company's faults and getting away with it.

                It’s about time to change this if need be, through concerted legal action as well as spreading awareness about such unscrupulous practices by the so called ‘reputed’ brands.

                  We had given our car (Volkswagen vento - ka 03mt0538) on 19th dec 2018 for regular servicing with one observation about coolant leakage and it was told same day would not be possible and hence requested us to collect the car next day eod. Thereafter it took 6 days despite writing to vw customer care. Apple auto team has been ignorant specially the agm hari. I will be collecting my car... Knowing there is no use of writing.
                  I will never recommend volkswagen car to any one specially from apple auto... Big time attitude... Vw customer care spoke to them and assign crm but that crm has no idea nor any control as they all report back to agm service... Jayaram the owner is not reachable...

                  God save volkswagen... Bad experience... Helpless...

                    Dear vw apple whitefiled

                    This note is to bring to your notice about our experience and suffering for car servicing.

                    We had given our car (Volkswagen vento - ka 03mt0538) on 19th dec 2018 for regular servicing with one observation about coolant leakage and it was told same day would not be possible to deliver and hence requested us to collect the car next day eod. Unfortunately from there onwards we did not even have any update from apple service team about when we can take the car back, kept on saying afternoon, evening and next day morning. Every time my driver went it was told that its not ready, we found this very fishy… failing which yesterday i. E. 22nd when my husband and father in law were there at their service centre for almost whole day. I was really surprised to see the inflated invoice as well mentioning about various minor replacements and labour chargers apart from service, which were never discussed earlier however i told them to deliver the car and again it was agreed that by 3pm and final commitment was 5pm evening. I left from the service centre around 4.00 pm with assurance that car will be ready for delivery at around 6.00 pm on 22nd dec 2018. I left my driver at the service station and he was supposed to go for the quality test drive along with vw service advisers post servicing but to our surprise they left without our driver. When we got to know of the same we spoke to shankar (Adviser) and told him to get the car back so that our driver can accompany for the test drive but the request was not adhered to.

                    The car came back to the service station after test drive and to our horror the front bumper was damaged (Burnt and melted), the same was brought to our notice by our driver immediately and never by their service team as they tried hide from us about the damage. & to top it up, our driver was never allowed to go near the car and was always chased away as their gm did not approve to take any photograph. I truly want to understand that who gave them the rights to stop people from inspecting our car??? All this while we were on phone with shankar (Adviser) other service associates and mr. Hari (Agm - services). But also nobody helped and came forward to inform us about the car damage.

                    At last we (I, my husband and my father in law) had to come to service station at around 8.00 pm none of the senior staff was available despite we telling them that we are coming. It was till then that no one from service team came forward and told us about the damage. On visiting they told that the fog light was not fixed properly and because of overheating it melted the bumper. Mr. Hari (Agm) had stopped answering our phone by then…. Hari had promised that we will get our car delivered home today and sadly no response from them. Just imagine how lethargic and casual this apple service team have taken... 5 days...

                    Please help me in understanding apple team accountability and responsibility when we leave our car for servicing??? You do not follow up on your commitment for delivery, you give no information on the spares and damages during services, you don't let our driver go near the car, come for test drive and the best…. Damage it. Worse is today its more than 5 days and no response…

                    I am a big vw fan, but i am horrendously sorry if these are the service levels - i don't feel like buying vw again as their apple team is useless as we are not getting any updates / info from apple auto, whitefield, bangalore

                    I have forwarded every conversation and photographs to hari and he failed to respond… as attached. All the photographs will be also posted in the vw group for cheating their customers.

                      I have a 2015 polo. This is the 3rd time i'm facing abs sensor issue. Front 2 sensors have been already replaced. Now when issue came third time it's the rear left sensor that needs to be replaced according to the vw service centre. I'm sure that soon the rear right sensor will also fail & need to be replaced.
                      The reason given by the vw service advisor is also not clear as to why the sensors are failing. Reasons like dust & humidity they are giving. So then according to such reasons the car is not designed for india where there is humidity & dust everywhere. Vw & their service centres are cheating people. I have already paid about ₹5k for each sensor. Now they want me to pay ₹5k more for 3rd & soon ₹5k more for fourth.
                      This company is cheating me because of their design & part issue.

                        This mail is regarding to my polo comfort-line which i purchased at 29 of dec 2016.

                        Respectful sir/mam,
                        This was really my dream to bought a car like polo since my schooling days and after many hard works finally i bought it with new excitement. But now i realize that i got betrayed from the vw sales team.

                        Actually the matter is that i bought my car at 29 of dec 2016 with two years of company warranty which was default came with car. And today is 23rd of dec but few days back around 19 of dec i realized that my warranty is going to expire on upcoming 29 of dec 2018. So i called to vw dealership to take extended warranty package as 2+3 years.
                        But i got really negatively surprised when i told the girl to renew my package who took my call. She ask my car registration no. Which is dl14 cc 9996 and she replied me sir, in our database it is showing that u purchased your car polo in september of 2016 not in 29 dec 2016. I just bit laughed and ask her again to check the details in database. But she replied me the same thing and also told me that your warrant as extended for next 3 years cannot be renewed again because warranty has already expired

                        Then i called to vw customer care [protected],[protected] and told the same thing in details. The person were on call registered my complain and forwarded to vw capital which is at mathura road delhi. The person ([protected]) were there asked me details and also asked that from where you purchased your car. I told him that i bought it from atrica automobile located in industrial area patparganj east delhi. Then he told me that sir that dealership has been closed permanently and i cannot do anything because you have not purchased your car from my vw showroom. But the dealership of patparganj atrica has been transferred to delhi-west vw showroom which is located in moti nagar, delhi. I said ok dear please do.

                        But till 2 days i did not any call from delhi-west then i again called to customer care and ask them to help me.
                        Then i got call from the delhi-west showroom and the person ([protected]) were there ask me the details like deliver challan, copy of bills, rc. I gave each and everything to him. Then he ask me to also give invoice bill of your car and if you give me i will solve your issue without any hassle. I told him brother its 2 years going to complete and nobody take care for each and everything document i think the document which i already gave you should be enough but he deny to help me without of invoice bill. Then at same day i came from office (Ongc ltd.) and started to search and after lots of effort i able to found it and become happy but now complete night has been overd and did not take 1 minute of sleep but still i was happy because i found the invoice bill from my home for which i have been looking for.
                        And next day i gave the same bill to delhi-west person ([protected]). But i got again negatively surprised that now that person not giving me any reply then i messaged him but no reply. Then i called him around 15 number of time but every time he cut down my call. Then i again called to customer care and told the things to guy mr. Pratap were there. He called to delhi-west and took me over a conference call but the delhi west guy take that conference call and simply denied me solve my problem because i did not purchased car from delhi-west and put down the call.

                        Now i again called customer care again ask them to transfer my call to some one senior one. But pratap told me no senior is available now.
                        I got frustrated and same thing is happening again and again with me like i call to customer care the took a conference with delhi-west and deny to solve my concern.

                        Points sir/mam,

                        1. Is that really my mistake that atrica dealer has closed now from where i purchased my car.
                        2. I called around 15 times to customer care and 15 to 20 times to west-delhi dealership but nobody helping me solve my hassle.
                        3. How this can happen that i bought my car on 29 dec 2016 but in vw database it is showing i purchased in september 2016.
                        4. If in case atrica showroom closed now then nobody take any liabilities and responsibilities.
                        5. Is that a really my dream car.
                        6. After upcoming 29 dec 2018 my warranty will goes expired then who will take the responsibility for this negligence which is done by your sales team.
                        7. If all my above points are not valid according to you then please give me a written proof that patparganj atrica has now closed and vw name will take any further responsibilities of atrica customers.

                        In last 7 day i got few things from the name of volkswagen and those are:-adache, anxiety, frustrated, faithless, helpless, exhausted, betrayed, deceived, reckless... I m looking to take some legal action.

                        Please guys understand the word customer.

                            I have purchased volkswagen polo (Petrol) in december 2015 from delhi. The engine of the car used to make a persistent noise right from the beginning of purchase. The same was noted to the dealer of the car but the dealer waived it off by saying that german cars do make a noise.

                            At the time of first service of the car and at the time of second service of the car it was reported to the service provider person that there is an persistent and hoarse noise in the engine of the car. At both the times they said that the noise is comman in every volkswagen car.

                            After a period of time the engine light blinked at the dashboard of the car. The car was taken at the service centre. They did a cleaning of the engine and the engine light was linked off. At this point of time as well it was very well noted to the service centre persons that the car is making certain noise which was again ignored by the service person.

                            At the third service of the car it was brought to our notice that there is some fault with the engine of the car which creates a noise in the car. For which we have to pay a certain amount to get it replaced. For which we asked the service person that the same should be covered under the warranty as engine is covered under warranty which was very violently refused by the service person that we have to pay the amount otherwise we are responsible for the faults in the engine in the future.

                            We have adhered with the service schedule of the car as per the volswagen norms and we had taken the extended warranty of the vehicle at the time of purchase. It is very sad to note that after repeatedly requesting the company and noting them that the engine is making an indelible sound the same was ignored by the service person. Please help us to get the same done under warranty.

                              Hi,

                              I have purchase vw polo petrol 1.2 ltr in june 2015. Currently my car is clocked approx.48000 km. After purchasing car i have installed cng in my car due to my personal requirements for which i was aware that my car warranty will be lapsed. Recently my car is suddenly broke down and i contacted vidyut motors service center, pune from where i brought my car. I told them that my car is broke down and also informed them that i have installed cng kit in it. They advised me to bring the car to service center by towing. After taking car to service center service advisor asked me to leave a car for 2 day to inspect. After 2 day when i contacted him again he told me that we cannot repair car as cng kit is installed (Service advisor-nikhil pisal mob no-[protected]). Unfortunately i have again towed my car back to home as it was not in running condition. After some investigation i found root cause of car breakdown that ignition coil of cylinder-1 was damaged. As vw service center was not repairing my car due to cng fitting i asked them to issue me ignition coil over the counter so that i can personally change it but they refused to issue me spare part over the counter without car.

                              Below are my complaints which i expect to be answered as vw customer:
                              1) how the ignition coil can be damage of new car in just 48000 km (Or in 3 years) which are supposed to long last up to 1, 00, 000 km?
                              2) i am aware that i have installed cng kit in my car and my car warranty is lapsed. Even after that if vw service centers were did regular servicing's then why cant they fix issues like this?
                              3) even if they cant fix the issues like breakdown due to cng kit installation why they cant issue vw spare parts over the counter to the customer to fix their problems on their own?

                              I have already lost my rs 4000 for towing my car to service center and back without any fixes by service center. Also they forced me to pay rs 413 bill for doing nothing.

                              How can volkswagen and their authorized service centers trap their customers? If you cant provide me concrete solution to my problem then in future i wont go for vw products and will also advised others as well.

                                Dealership : apple auto pvt. Ltd., whitefield bangalore-16

                                At 24, 108kms my vehicle was serviced by the dealership and no issues were identified post the service.
                                However a week after the service the ac fin motor has stopped working. Bear in mind that the servicing covers checking of ac functionality and changing of pollen filters.
                                When i inquired about the problem, the advisor suggested that the fin motor often gets damaged due to dust, which is the reason in this case.
                                If the filters were changed (Assuming they were) a week before the component breakdown, then how would it be related to dust impacting the motor?
                                Also, visual inspection of the brakes makes me realize that they weren't even cleaned during the service, which is something i did mention is an issue they should look at as i was facing some problems with them.
                                While talking to the service agent, it often seems that they are clueless, and for every single problem their solution is to change the part.

                                The solution to the problem related to brakes was to change the brakes discs and pads. At 25k kms? Do you really think the brakes can last only for 25k kms? The company suggests to change them at 50k kms.

                                My overall experience has been worrisome as i don't even know if they are doing the basic checks in a periodic service. Or are they just suggesting part changes based on incentives?

                                  We bought a new car "polo" exactly one month back in the name of anshika shroff. Just 2 days after we took delivery of the car we noticed that the blade of back wiper is broken. So we immediately informed sarfaraz (Our sales executive) and also had word with sana - service executive and she also confirmed that you send the car we will fix it.
                                  We were busy the whole month so couldn't send the car. Today when we have send our person you guys have made this chargeable? Like really? We are already having vento and after that also we choose to buy the car of same brand because of the service that we have received since last few years.

                                  But this was totally unexpected and highly disappointing. Also the car cover that we have received is not of proper size of the car and has not been replaced yet.

                                    I had taken car loan from volkswagen fin. 9.37lac in may 2015 loan account no. [protected]. But due to some reason i was paid full payment in mid dec.2017 after confirmation by fin. Company. Loan was closed normally case but after 3-4 month it showing settlement in my cibil. After many mailed and telcon discussion with custmore care but no solution please help.

                                      Company dealer in haldwani named maa sheetla auto. Pvt. Ltd.
                                      Befool public by taking heavy sum of amount as a booking charge and after the 60 days seasonal offers expires they simply say u please take your refund by subbmitting a application letter.

                                      Volkswagen is running sum offers at festive time of diwali by slashing down some 40k to their cars but dealers are making people fools by not providing the booked cars to the customer and afterwards about 2 months... Say like your choosed colour is not in production in plant.

                                      Please submitt us full amount then we will give u car in 2-3 days.. Is this a standard way of purchasing a car.

                                      But volkswagen dealers make their format to sell cars.

                                      Dear company your sale from 2% will not increase in india by reducing engine size from 1.2 to 1.0 liters... You need to provide a through check-ups what all your dealers are doing with your customers please...

                                      I really like the brand but sadly now only option is left to take my 60k refund & moove to some other car makers they are giving satisfaction to their customers by excluding these miss-happenings inside.
