I have come to this page to write about your unsatisfied polo which was delivered to be 3 months ago by abra motors, chennai, tamil nadu. First and major issue which im having in the polo is the suspensions are really bad really bad. Its really very hard 100 % times more harder than normal cars like suzuki swift or hyundai i20. If its true then please i want in a writing that polo suspensions are weakest of its class vehicles. A cab driver is moving faster than me on speed brakers. For this is what i chose volkswagen?

The suspensions are very hard even in smallest bumpbs, its really not capable even equal to tata india i bet this or my polo maybe has a defect which was been sold to me without my knowledge. I have also inspected the car with my company (Peeyesyem hyundai) the suspension is really bad.. The cars suspension quality is really bad made this was never expected.. Now there are weird sounds comming from lh front suspension. Whats wrong with the vehicle? Its been only 2000 kms.

I really need the sollution to be fixed free of cost because i know how volkswagen ripped other customers with this cheap quality indian made suspension. There are some window bulgings also with the car. I need a replacement of the car it will be better i guess.. Problems with a new volkswagen car? I will be really glad if get the resolution as soon as possible. When i had called the abra motor service regarding the suspension a month ago they said in a cool manner that to get the car to service station and there was no any follow back... Is your customer satisfaction even upto volkswagen standards? I really want to know this. Another thing happened with your service center, i had given my car for front bumper painting job.. When i took delivery of the vehicle i saw the painting was improper and showed the service advisor and asked will it not peel? He gauranteed me saying volkswagen paint wont do such things? After 3 weeks i saw the paint started peeling off.. I was shocked when i saw the newy painted bumper paint peeling off. This is already informed to service advisor, he has asked me to bring the vehicle to re-doing the job for free. How can i always leave my work and run behind your polo problems?

Volkswagen products are not of low quality i believe, please check to this issue and solve my problem as soon as possible as i dont have vehicle to travel to office. From nowitself im saying please i dont want your engineers to give stupid reasons and try to solve the problem. I want this to be solved as soon as possible. Im totally fed up of your polo vehicle.
I would like to meet your manager who is related to this department to express the problems which i think will not be solved by volkswagen.
There was no any follow back from your service team when i told about the suspension issue. Volkswagen has the worst customer satisfaction experience.

    Polo/ car knocking sound is coming from when i took from the showroom. More than 20 times i’ll complain. They took my polo for 2 days sometimes 1 day like that. And never fix the problem and dealer are saying just drive the car at 3 rd gear you will fix the problem automatically. Now # i can’t drive because new fault come to an end. I’ll totally frustrate to having this car with me. I want you to guys replace my car. I don’t want this # at my home. Or else i’ll do something very big. Thanx

      My self, shree varaprasad basically from sullia. Did my masters and ph. D in chemistry from mangalore univeristy. Later worked as faculty in chemistry in couple of engineering colleges and did my post doctoral research at iisc.

      Currently working as scientist at center for energy research, s-vyasa university, bangalore.

      I bought a volkswagen (Vw) polo in the month of february 2016 (Ka 01 mn 0849) from elite motors, hosur road, bangalore. Within a month or 2, some of its part started changing color. Immediately brought to the notice of the service adviser at elite motors, bangalore. He said its common in most of the vehicles, and continued using the car.

      Recently, the car showed some malfunction and i approached elite motors and came to know that, there was some electrical problem due to rat bite. For more than 2 weeks, elite motors were not able to fix the problem due to the problem with their tool/system. That forced me to approach another service center at heasraghatta road. Where the service adviser noticed the color changes in several parts of the car and informed that, its not at all common in vw and that is the first time he is seeing the discoloration. He also advised me to approach vw.

      I did write a mail to vw along with the pictures. Based on the suggestions of vw, i visited elite motors and the body shop manager said, its the first time he is seeing these kind of discoloration. He took the pictures and said to be uploaded in vw server. Later by looking at the pictures, vw experts (They claimed) said that (In several mails),

      The discoloration is due to -
      A. Smoking inside the car
      B. Use of incense sticks
      C. Use of chemicals as anti rodent
      D. Human hand touch

      I questioned them with the following and asked for scientific reports and never got any proper answer from them. I even mailed several times to the india head (Service) and american head of vw and never got any proper answer.

      A. Smoking inside the car - i never smoke and never allow anyone to smoke in my presence
      B. Use of incense sticks - i never used
      C. Use of chemicals - i didn't use even car perfume
      D. Human hand touch i) if the color change is due to human hand touching, y the things are provided in the car
      Ii) should we use hand gloves to touch the car interiors?
      Iii) i am single passenger in my car, for early 90% of my drive. Then how the colors changed in other parts of the car?

      My suspect is there is something is getting mixed with ac vent or exhaust is coming inside the car and that may be causing these problems. (Recently, the sales person, who helped me initially, said that, there is some typical bad smell in my car and he got eye irritation from the initial stages, and he never informed me earlier. I might have got adjusted with that bad smell)

      Entire interior has changed color. The silver color metal has changed to golden color. Seat adjustment lever has become reddish brown. Dash board has also changed the color.

      Please help me to solve the issue. I am expecting replacement of the car.in the last mail, i even mentioned that, i will have to go to consumer court, where i will as compensation for the deterioration of my health, mental trauma i underwent and lawyer fee along with either new car or refund of my money with interest.

      I am literally feeling bad for all these happening and with high hope i am writing to you. Please help me.

        Dear sir i purchage a car in the date of 15 nov 2016. Next week of purchaging car a problem occured in the car.
        1-problem of the car is that after switching on the a. C. A huge number of dust are coming inside the car.
        2- all door of the car is not properly auto locked after driving the car.
        3- a. C. Of the car is not properly working.
        4- suspention of the car of driver side is totaly damaged, and not proper working.
        5 - stearing of the car also not working properly. That are also damaged.

        I complained to dealer according these problem from january 2017. But he can not resolve my problem till time.
        Recently i raise a problem in the date of 06 september 2018. And complain number is - ccr136619.
        Kindly resolve my problem.

            My volks wagen polo car got leakage of coolant tank and submitted for repair on27 th august2018. They told 1 week time. As 1 week is over no call from centre. L contacted. Replied that no spare parts. Lt has to come from some other place. Being a doctor l have to go to my hospital on each call. Arranging taxi for every time is practically not possible. So find some solution for this problem

              I have purchased a polo comfort line from volkswagen mandi near gutkar in distt. Mandi himachal pradesh. When i purchased the car only single key was handed over to me. It was said that other key will be handed over to me after some time. After that i visited the agency again and key was not found there and it was said to me that key will be delivered to me at my home but till date has not been delivered to me. Many times it has created me problem without having extra key. So it is requested that provide me the other spare key of car.
              Secondly when ac of car is on and travelling in upward direction/hilly terrain pickup of the car becomes to null and many times in first gear in hill/upward direction when ac of car is on its pick up becomes almost zero then double clauch have to apply then it wear its pickup properly.
              Many time it has been occurred that when in speed about 60 to 80 km/h when suddenly break is applied then some dangerous noise has been observed and fog comes through ac events.
              It is requested that volkswagen having a brand of world so these problems should not be occurred in the car. Kindly solve these all problems as soon as possible.

                    I am using Jetta PB-10-ER-4588 since year 2014.After it completed 50000 kms, problems started to arise in various parts like Radiator Fan, Door Locks, Flywheel, Front both side shockers (as per records reflecting in Lally motors) . Now again they have pointed out problems in flywheel and asked to replace, for which they are asking for huge amount.The point is my car has completed approx 90000 kms and if again and again the same parts requires a change how can I run my car on roads.
                    Moreover, local agency service manger Mr. Gaurav had been very rude and strict in his talks.
                    I am using toyota, maruti, skoda, hyundai.I have never ever faced such kind of treatment related to my cars.
                    Final decision rests upon you.

                    Also, my service advisor asking silly questions that "Have I run my car in water ? ".This is the main reason he gave for changing FLYWHEEL which I think this is very silly on his part because if it is raining outside and I am out somewhere for work, its a common sense that in order to get back home I have to drive back by car

                    Also back in 2015, when they had changed the FLYWHEEL they had quoted me the price around Rs 40000 and now they are saying it is of Rs 70000.Who will justify this price??

                      I purchased demo car from maa sheetla automobile moradabad center u. P in 4 april 2018.

                      They sold me defected car. As after one week i started facing problems and stuck on road.

                      In very first week, i faced problem with clucth. Its clucth failed on 10th april. I used toe and went in noida service center. They cost it around 9000 rupee.

                      Later on 23rd august, its fuel pump failed around 10 pm. Which cost is 7400 rupee around. I again called toe truck.

                      There i came to know many other problems like its right fender is accidental.

                      Right mirror is also not working.
                      They have not provided second key of car.

                      Car has so many problems. I called sales head mr. Saurabh gupta many times but he is not responding. I am very disappointing and in fear to think that what will be the next problem.

                      Would be break fail or stearing failer

                      Who will be responsible in case any mis-happening happend in future with me or my family?

                        Dear sir,

                        We made a complaint for tiguan car purchased in dec2017 from frontier autoworld pvt ltd.in august it developed a problem of getting fan switched on automatically even if the car is stationed, resulting in battery drain to a level that it does not get start. We sent the car on[protected] for repairs & check up, in spite keeping it for 4 days delivered on[protected] the problem could not be solved your workshop people assured of not finding any problem. We parked the car, next day[protected] again same problem appeared this time we recorded video & sent to your workshop people to convenience them we are not lying (Big issue is people dont trust) any way we sent the car again on[protected] but till this time no one has rectified the problem they have no answer to my queries they are simply saying that technical team is coordinating with team of aurnagabad,

                        It is very strange that the volkswagen group does not have requisite expertise to solve the issue. Now the workshop people have adopted a strategy of not receiving my calls. Is this a solution?

                        This simply means that i have been delivered a defective vehicle which can not be repaired or rectified. This is absolutely against my right to have right product.

                        We request you to kindly confirm course of action to be taken.

                          Worst service being provided by vw downtown mumbai!!!

                          My vehicle - vw ameo is not even 10 months old. It started giving problems from very first day.

                          The vehicle is still not in the correct shape. Recently the service center (Downtown mumbai) worked on rear shock-absorbers without informing me. They interchanged them without my permission. First they denied and later when i shown them pics with difference then they accepted the mistake. When i asked for the reason / record of doing this, they failed.

                          New issue keeps coming in the vehicle. Humming noise started coming from pressure valve on the same day i got the car delivery from the workshop.

                          Door rattling & dashboard vibration noise in the vehicle started after the recent job done by vw downtown mumbai.

                          The vehicle’s front vw logo got damaged in the workshop as well.

                          I sent an email to vw india stating all issues. If all issues don’t get resolved on an immediate basis, i will be dropping the vehicle at vw downtown mumbai and will ask for the new vehicle!!! Frustrating!!! Unhappy!!!

                            I have a 2011 vw vento 1.6 highline tdi - purchased and regularly serviced by vw dealer in chennai - abra motors. Has only done 35000 km

                            3 weeks ago, during a short distance (110km) outstation trip, sudden failure of acceleration with heating coil warnign light and engine warning light came up. Immediately pulled vehicle to the side and called up vw hotline - was given contact detials of nearest vw dealer - vellore india. Mr. Murali, chief technical consultant at vw vellore, immediately on hearing the issues indicated - injector failure. He even was able to tell me what are all the features i should look for and all present - engine vibration, will start ok and slowly accelerate in lower gears - once higher gears - will rattle as if the engine is going to fall off etc. Subsequent check identified injector 3 failure - changed at the cost of 17k. Still ongoing problems - diagnostics indicate injector 1 and 2 - weak! And cost of changing all of this will be around 60 k. Blame is placed on "bad fuel" but fuel from the tank taken out and tested to be perfect (In a govt chemical lab). This is a scandal by vw - india in refusing to acknowledge a manufacturing defect - in europe - same model had same problems - some recalled (A batch of continental injectors) and any that gave trouble was replaced free of cost even when vehicle out of warranty. I seek full refund of the 17k plus free replacement of the 2 weak injectors as redress. (Not to mention the inordinate delays in the initial service leading to several days of terrible inconvenicne and loss of time, stress factor etc which will incur further compensation claim in a consumer court).

                            There is some sound in front suspension of my Vento from the time I purchased it from B U Bhandari, Pune in August 2016. The same has been checked by VW service centres at Pune and Nashik but it has not been resolved so far. Have developed serious doubts on VW's capabilities.

                              02.08.18 - i dropped my vehicle for checking the error about abs displaying on dashboard.
                              03.08.18 - i got a call stating two abs sensors are damaged and needs replacement, which i advised to replace.
                              They mentioned, those were not in stock and are going to place order on my confirmation, which confirmed to place an order.

                              Finally the vehicle attended repairs on 21st this month, but both the cases i am not satisfied, and the response of works manager & people over there is not even fair.
                              Needs enquiry on this matter.

                                Chassis mexg17606ht142687.. Owner name v valentina.
                                Tn 94 3542... Battery is shutted off.. They r not responding properly... Invoice date 23/8/17. Mr ashok from ramani volkswagen madurai tamilnadu, not reply properly... They will refund as soon as possible.. I suffered a lot while traveling midnight its shutted off.. I called them.. No one response... This type of shut down happened three times for past 1 month

                                  My name is anirudh ravikumar, owning a car volkswagen ameo bought in feb 2017,
                                  My car met with an accident on april 27 2018, and been dropped at service centre the same day. From the following day it took them 3 months to get fixed.
                                  Now the issue its ready for delivery, i have claimed a insurance as the amount claim is around 3, 50, 000 i have claimed a cashless facility from the insurance company. They have mentioned that auomarks pvt ltd, vapi is not having an agreement of cashless facility, but we would provide once we get a letter in underwriting that vw has no problem in providing cashless facility to this customer.
                                  Vw service advisor is denying to do so and my car is still at service centre its almost 4 months please do the need ful

                                    I purchased vento highline in 2012. But somehow i was never satisfied with this vehicle the main problems which i remember
                                    1. Three no’s of battery’s have been changed within 4 to 5 years
                                    2. All the four tyre’s finished before 40000 km
                                    3. The third major problem is in the coolant. It couldn’t be repaired anywhere. I was stuck in a jaam the car started giving out smoke without any indication showing inside. The coolant box became empty and coolant fell on the road. But then it filled by itself. I drove it till home. It broke down again and again. With coolant running down and filling by itself. I changed the part for 9k in november. But the problem persists.
                                    I need a proper explanation explaining whether the problem is in this particular vehicle of yours or in your lousy services. Please explain.

                                      I have polo car tdi model (2016). I got my car service done on 11/8/2018 from volkswagon capital workshop, mohan estate, new delhi. Mr. Harish was my attendent. I specially told them that my door handles are very hard to open, plz lubricate them. And very cheap thing is my diesel tank was half full, n i received my car with almost zero diesel in my car. Even i am scared of driving half km, and fuel station is 7 km away from my house. And there many more things left.
                                      I am very much disattisfied from this. I didnt found any benefit of going to authorised volkswagon service center.

                                        Dear team,
                                        I dr sahil bareja is having your polo model registration no - hr12 ad 9138 is suffering from severe ac malfunction as it is producing excessive fogging in all the glasses of car and it is very difficult to drive during winters and rainy season with zero visibility. I already complained about this from past more than 1 year but no solution for my problem. Kindly sort out my problem as it is very dangerous and i have to drive almost 200 kms per day. All the services has been taken from authorised vw service stations. Kindly solve my problem asap.
