My name is anirudh ravikumar, owning a car volkswagen ameo bought in feb 2017,
My car met with an accident on april 27 2018, and been dropped at service centre the same day. From the following day it took them 3 months to get fixed.
Now the issue its ready for delivery, i have claimed a insurance as the amount claim is around 3, 50, 000 i have claimed a cashless facility from the insurance company. They have mentioned that auomarks pvt ltd, vapi is not having an agreement of cashless facility, but we would provide once we get a letter in underwriting that vw has no problem in providing cashless facility to this customer.
Vw service advisor is denying to do so and my car is still at service centre its almost 4 months please do the need ful
