Sir / madam
I booked the polo 1.0 L c/l version in mody autocrop, vizag, andra pradesh- 530018 in month of sep 18. But I canceled the booking after 2 days and the manager told me that you will gate money in one week but still after one month I didn’t get my money back the booking amount is rs 5000/- the working staff is not entertaining me at all

    I bought volkswagen polo in oct 2015 (Petrol) from mumbai - north dealer.in july 2018 i felt vibration while applying breaks and saw abs light in the panel was flashing. I got it checked with authorized volkswagen workshop at andheri east - parsi panchat road and they told me that one of the abs senor (Front left) has got damaged and was replaced. I was charged 4, 500 rs for the same. The reason was given that rats would have chewed the wires and sensors would have got damaged.
    In the oct 2018 again i faced similar issues and i again went to volkswagen workshop at goregaon west and this time reason was given that due to dust abs sensor got failed and again asked me to pay rs 5, 500 for senor (Front - right).
    I failed to understand how abs senor can be failed due to dust. I am driving the car in mumbai and i guess the dust we have in mumbai is normal and senors should be able handle the same. I am feeling cheated because of this and request vw team to reimburse me for my expenses.

      I have made a complaint for my vw polo in august 2018 and still now in october i am following up with them. A warning symbol was shown for the abs and sometimes while braking it gives a weird sound. So i called my dealer vw phoenix cars chala kannur kerala india to register the complaint. The reply i got from them was bizarre, they said the instrument to check abs is out of service and once its ready they will call back. I didn't get any call even after 1 week and i called them again to hear the same reply. So i called vw customer care and registered a complaint and immediately i got a call from dealer and i was asked to visit the service center. I visited the service center and they informed me they have ordered for the parts and will callback once they get it. I didnt get any call from them and now when i visited the service center they behave as if they don't know and they are going to book a new complaint. Its 3 months now and still its not fixed.

      I am Anamika J. Shah I am owning Ameo car since last year, on 11th of October my husband Jignesh Shah took the car to service station be serviced properly, but your staff is not cooperating and stealing parts and asking for new parts.

        Good evening
        I have purchased and ameo comforline on 29.09.2017 last year from your nasik city outlet vide registration number mh 15 ga 5040.
        1. The day i got it thee very next day i got a problem of ac wherein the car was sent to your showroom and there the located the defect and said that there was a problem stating that the ac had gone in sleep mode my car was send back to me after 3 days.
        2. Then my car faced a problem with the abs system and for the same i had sent my car to showroom for getting it solved and the showroom later gave me the same clearing it.
        3. I say that the car was sent for my first servicing and the abs problem was occurred again and the showroom people stated that they will change the part as it is in warranty.
        4. I want to say that when the car was send earlier for the abs issue my car wheels cap was tied up with nots and the same was not tied again even after servicing the same due to which i had to loose the wheel cap and due to the low quality rings which are used by your company my rings have got two dents and the wheel cap was thrown away when i was driving in the night and it is hardly driven 13000 driven and the quality which is given is of a very low quality.
        5. My only grievance to you is that the car which was given to me was defective from day one as i have suffered many issues and problems in regards to that and now the part which has to be changed is not available with showroom and the car is still lying down in your company showroom and i am not satisfied with the service what your company is giving.

        I state that if i dont get a promt reply or feed back from your end ill make sure ill take this issue to the consumer court and take legal actions against the company.

          Dear sir,

          M's autobahn service centre, kurla mumbai, has kept may under warranty vehicle on hold because they have replaced my alternator which they have replaced and now demanding for 55000 rs.

          Please note that for this replacement bit they have not issued an estimate or sent across any official communication before doing the needful and as of yesterday as well they said the same has been covered under extended warranty which is applicable on my vehicle, mh 02 bw 1840.

          Mr naval barkul service head and sachin service manager is now changing their versions and saying that the same has not been approved.

          1) how can such an expensive spare part be replaced without taking clients approval is unbelievable
          2) till today when the car is supposed to be delivered they have maintained that the same has been covered under extended warranty and hence they have replaced the old alternator with a new one.
          3) this car has been with the service center since 10th october 2018

          I need my car back immediately and request you take immediate action with this service center.

          I await your earliest response to this note.

            I bought used car in guntur volkswagen showroom on march 2018, they manipulated car service history and sold car without mentioning the company letter heads, company delivery challah or company warranty, mr shekhar who takes care of car exchanges sold car in showroom with all false commitments, i have so many technical and engine issues with that car, immediately i contacted them on april, they given some false commitments which was not yet came into the action, now they are saying there is no proof that car sold through company and as per company norms, that’s your issue. We are no where related to the issue. I have escalated issue to the higher authorities but no one is responding.
            They given commitment that they will sell that car and refund my money but it’s not happening till now i have invested more that a lack on that till car is not in good condition. My contact details [protected]@yahoo.com ph no [protected]

              This complaint is raised in order to inform that the volkswagen car service centre in pondicherry. I recently serviced my car for changing lower arm /strud bush for both front wheels and they charged 12000 plus. After the service am getting more noise on the both side of wheels. And sound is getting increased. If i complaint again, they are not responding properly. And i noticed it was not repaired/changed properly. I think they didn’t change the proper new parts. Suspecting they have put old parts for one side. Now got tensed on this case. Planned to service again with different workshop. Outside mechanics (Experts) are most better than volkswagen trained mechanics. All service delivery peoples are aimed on only money not on best service.. Because of these quality of volkswagen is going down.
              So please peoples, don’t leave your vehicle in pondicherry starts volkswagen service centre. They are not having proper trained experts.

                My self abhinav bansal i have polo and vento car.
                Today i swnd my staff at gwalior service center to buy a high tone horn for my car. When my staff came back i find there is only one horn is given to him i call mr yadev for this this issue but he didn't take my call so i send my staff back to service station. When he reach their and ask about the horn mr yadev start shouting at him. My staff called me and said bhaiya he is shouting at me what should i do i ask him to give phone to mr yadev but mr yadev very rudely refuse to take my call, i ask my staff to tell him i don't want to return the horn but just talk to me but he didn't.
                This type of rude and bad behavior is not acceptable to regular customer i always get my service done at service station.
                Kindly do the need full.

                  The rear door light (Interior roof light) knob was broken by the company’s technician when the car was sent for servicing.. And the executive is not co-operating!
                  He says you can just stick it and it can work.
                  But
                  This is not the way it should be..
                  The company has to compensate for the error they have made..
                  I cant keep the knob sticking over in a 15lac car🙄

                    I financed a new polo highline plus from your company ie volkswagen finance india pvt ltd. At the time of discussion i told your executive that my emi should be debited on 10 th of every month, he said ok sir.
                    I gave them blank cheques and pdc. Again requested them that my installment should be debited on 10th or after of the month whereas my account was debited on the 1st of the month.
                    Delivery date of my vehicle is 5th september 2018.

They are not able to give any updates for me also while i called them today, they told me that order didn't placed yet... But 2days before they told me that they are waiting for the courier...                         This complaint is raised in order to inform that the volkswagen car service centre in banglore have irresponsibly responded for our presence to service the car. This is been repeated thrice and nobody from the company even bothered to ask about this. The isn't the first experience for us, even when we had been to the service centre for some insurance claim, the employees there had really harassed and offended us by just delaying the procedure and reluctance to get the work done, this was an embarrassing moment of service for our family. The management is least concerned because we had traveled all the way from hosur to banglore but they said that there was no appointment but even after having an appointment, the people in charge called us nearly after two weeks. The response is worse and too abominable. I'd like to have the management to take some action regarding this issue of delaying the process and the denial of the employees in the showroom to respond properly...
                        I hope that i see some improvement in the service procedure the next time.. But this should be noticed by the management and changed as this is my sincere request..
                        If the customers are only treated adversely, then how would the company run..
                        Please do rectify this issue and have timely service and delivery of the cars...

                          I left my car at volkswagen trichy (Ramani cars) for normal oil service (5-oct-2018). After few days i went to the service centre to take delivery (11-oct-2018) at that time in front of my eyes a mechanic damaged my car while parking. Then i shouted at the manager they told that they will clear the damage and make it looks like before so i left my car for another few days (Till 13-oct-2018). Even after they cleared the damage it's​ not like before.
                          And i also told some complaints (Bonnet is hard to close e. T. C) to the service advisor but they forgot it. When i asked it to the service advisor he is shouting on a mechanic. And finally they also took my charger and car lighter. I hate volswagen and i also asked my dad to change my car.

                          Front right side door speaker shows very noisy and poor sound it happen after the accident claim, they damage my battery also, in the case of battery issue they didn’t do any favour for me, now they change my speaker also. Don’t trust Phoenix WV polo mannuthy.

                            My car number ka 03 mx 9858 vento. This vehicle is serviced by elite motors bangalore on 29.09.2018. On 04.10.2018 while driving this serviced vehicle got abnormal noise in engine compartment. It was reported to elite motors bangalore and they have asked me to switch off and switch on engine several time and try to drive down the car to their garage. I did this and fortunately the vehicle was moved with out noise only d2 gear mode and auto transmission did not happened even when i tried to accelerate.

                            Till today it is in the garage and several complaints are lodged in your call center on toll free number as well mail to customer care. Each time i get the message that they will resolve it with in 48 hour's!!!. This is ridiculous approach of volkswagon.in spite of this i awaited 168 hours and still no response. Is it the culture of volkswagon towards the customer when it comes to service.

                              My name is anu a a i hav given my car kl08bm5121, vin no ht131944, for accident claim on 14/8/2018. After work they deliverd the vehichle on 9/9/18 since then my vehichle is showing battery issues and battery is very low. Before giving the car for claim there was no issues related to battery or other parts apart from the affected areas. About a month my vehicle was in their showroom and they are not at all caring for the vehicle. Battery isssues have resulted as the staff did not care to start the vehicle when it was in their custody which lead to battrey leak. Before this issue also i hav already registered a complaint after my second routine check up of 30000 km. There was full dust inside tha car when i recived vehicle after the work. I hav registerd this complaint to your call centre also.in short the service provided from mannuthy service centre is not acceptable. Hope you will check to this matter

                                I am extremely unhappy with your issue addressed for Oil Cooler Part replacement i did it at Volkwagen Apple Auto, Whitefield Bangalore authorized service centre.

                                My car no: KA 03 MV 1757.

                                Here is the detailed bad experience and still running now.

                                13-Aug-2018:

                                Last month i faced issue in my car getting overheated(95 degree) with warning lamp popped-up. I stopped the car and checked by opening the bonnet and noticed that the coolant was completely black as opposed to normal color. I towed the vehicle and dropped in Apple Auto, Whitefield last month 13th-Aug-2018. The service advisor named 'Bala' took my issue.

                                15-Aug-2018:

                                After couple of days of diagnosis he told me that there was issue with 'Oil Cooler' and it need to be replaced. He also mentioned that they checked thoroughly and there was NO other issues. I agreed and he placed order for Oil Cooler and the wait started. He never updated the status even after 1 week and i had to call him regularly to check the status. And many times they won't even pick the phone call. Please note that even when i asked for spare car, it was not provided during that period

                                After 2 weeks long wait finally the part arrived. Now they replaced the faulty part in my car. But they didn't deliver the car as another new issue popped up through "OIL-warning lamp is glowing"(not overhead warning). He told that the issue was due to Oil-Pressure flow was not proper. He admitted himself that, there could have been fault from their side while fitting oil-cooler and assembled the parts back in bonnet.

                                After 3-4 days he called up and mentioned that "they refitted everything multiple times and finally the oil-warning lamp is not glowing". To me it looked like the root-cause was still not found and suddenly it went away out of nowhere. However since he assured that the issues are solved, i took the delivery of the car with a short test drive. I paid 28500/- Rs (approx) for this. The day after when i took the car some extra tickling noise coming from the bonnet. When i called up on Friday, the service advisor 'Bala' he mentioned that they will have a look and bring the car next Monday since they were busy. I kept the car in parking and left the car again to Service Center to address the tickling noise issue on 11th september. I am 100% sure there was no sound before giving my car to service. I strongly feel that my car is not analyzed and serviced properly or mishandled since there was some oil-warning issue popped up already due to them and they claimed its fixed.

                                As usual they never updated any status and i had to call up regularly to get to know if the tickling noise issue got fixed.. He mentioned that the tickling noise issue was due to oil pressure again. And i am really surprised to hear this since he already admitted himself that there was some refitting issue from their side during oil-cooler replacement. Also they clearly mentioned on day-1 that the issue is only Oil-Cooler which got replaced now with brand new genuine part from Volkswagen and now that tickling sound coming from Bonnet due to oil-pressure was really shocking. Next day is an another shocker day. When i called up, he told that the issue was not due to oil-pressure and they have to open-up the Engine to see the tickling sound issue.

                                I really lost confidence by now with their diagnosis now and told me give the car back to me so that i can check with other service center.

                                15th-Setp-2018:

                                The car got delivered to my house WITHOUT the tickling noise problem resolved. Again the next day when i started the car, i noticed that along with tickling noise, the Oil-Warning Lamp indication is also glowing. I really got pissed-off and called up 'Bala' and he mentioned that he will check on Monday.(17th Sep 2018). Please note that this Oil-Warning lamp issue i never faced till now. So far they(in service center) only faced while fixing the initial oil-cooler problem due to their faulty work.

                                After multiple attempt to reach Service advisor 'Bala' and i finally got hold of him through a call to Customer-Relationship person name 'Sasikala' . This time he mentioned that he would come and pick the car by afternoon. And not very surprised he never came neither picked my calls and finally i took the car myself to service center. And the next shocker came now is that he QUIT HIS JOB and that was last-working-day. And this was really giving mental agony to me and i blame it purely on the service center and Volkswagen for it. This shows never-bother attitude towards customer. They assigned a new service advisor 'named 'Jegan' and i explained everything from day-1 to him again. And he is investigating the issue now.

                                Hope i come out of this horror experience soon.

                                Week back Update on the Issue:

                                As per their latest update, my car's piston part got broken due to oil-pressure flow was not proper. They are suggesting to replace the base engine of my car now for 3Lakh rupees.

                                First of all, i gave the car for TEMPERATURE WARNING lamp glowing issue. They diagnosed and replaced the Oil-Cooler and i paid for the same. The OIL-WARNING problem was not there when i gave the car for repair. But now oil-warning problem + engine piston problem are new additions caused by the service engineers/mechanics.

                                Now this is clearly in-line with the current observation of engine/piston damage in my car.

                                When i gave the car:
                                1. Car engine/piston were proper.
                                2. There was no tickling noise.
                                3. There was no Oil-Warning Lamp issue.

                                All these issues were caused due to their mistake while fixing my temperature-warning lamp issue through oil-cooler. I want the above stated 3 issues to be fixed by them with due-diligence at their own expense.

                                Important Note:
                                They already admitted(3-4 weeks back as stated in my case raised last week) that they took a long test drive while fitting the new oil-cooler and also Oil-Warning lamp issue popped-up during that time in service centre. So they clearly damaged my car's engine/piston during this time of activity.

                                I really feel CHEATED by them. This is not the kind of service anyone would expect from a world-renowned top-class automobile company like "Volkswagen".

                                Please fix this issue by replacing with new engine in my car and making sure that all diagnosis were done properly OR give me a new CAR.
                                Also, since the damage was caused by Volkswagen Apple Auto Service center, all charges / part-cost / labour should be borne by them completely and i am not going to spend even a single Rupee for this fix.

                                Also they should pay me compensation for all the transit i am making on daily basis including my cab services/conveyance etc due to non-availability of my car because of "THEM".

                                And till now even after causing this much damage to my car, they never bothered to provide a spare car for my transits.

                                Also severe action should be taken on related stake holders for this negligent work.

                                Latest UPDATE:=

                                As per today's update, the piston got damaged since i didn't authorize to open the engine when i left the vehicle 2nd time for the ticking sound.

                                According to them, a week back the tickling issue was due to the piston got damaged in engine.
                                This means the issue was there from the time i took 1st delivery after oil-cooler replacement.
                                So they broke piston already and now just playing a blame game on me saying the engine was not opened hence the piston got broken.

                                Their statement itself is contradictory and i need honest solution on this.
                                Please help on what would be ideal way to approach to this guys who want to hide a mistake they clearly did.

                                After multiple iterations i had a 3 way discussion with volkwagen india, service center and myself to resolve the issue.
                                Their claim is that since the piston got damaged which is internal there is no way to isolate the exact cause of the issue and cannot really say at what point the issue occurred. They mentioned that it "could have" happened when i drove the car or during the repair work in service center and the only resolution they are giving is to share the expense between me and service center to replace damaged piston with new a "complete new engine block+piston" with 2 years warranty..
                                I have agreed to this as the issue is going 5months and also dont want to perform repair work which is the heart of the vehicle. They promised to do due diligence work this time and after delivery with new engine+piston the car is as good as new since there is no repair work and just new part replacement. Also told that it will run as equal to new car and will give life for 4-5lakh KM.
                                The work is going on and im planning to take delivery next week. Will keep here posted.

                                Took delivery of the vehicle and guess what, its back to service center again.

                                Before taking the delivery, dealer manager offered testdrive. I have reported few niggle issues after that and all them was addressed and i took delivery 2 days back.
                                But to my shock noticed oil leakage below the car everywhere i parked. Called the service advisor and they came with mechanic and confirmed that its Engine Oil leakeage :( due to engine block fitment issue. :'(
                                Its a new engine and there is no repair work to be done. The fitment of new engine block in bonnet properly with related parts without any issues is the only work they were supposed to do and there is a problem in this fitting work also.
                                I think they should start taking their work seriously now atleast after all these drama and i already made payment.
                                They mentioned its a small issue and slight adjustment only. But hope they realise that this small fitment issue could again cause damage to this new engine due to complete oil leakage. Waiting for the update tomorrow after fixing the issue. (and another front shock obsorber sound issue).

                                  My car came back from servicing in june 2018.in two weeks, my brakes stoped working. When i send the car back, they said the abs has failed and we have to replace it. So we went ahead and replaced it. After paying almost 3 lakhs on completion of nstalling a imported system, they still did not return the car for almost two weeks!
                                  The car came back finally after full check and service. Wthin two days, i had all lights go up. This time they did not pick the car for three weeks!! Once they picked up now they are saying the right sensor of the abs has to be replaced!! It's a money making workshop!! Every time the car goes there, within a week, something is damaged or has to be replaced. Cost 8000. The car is a 2015 model, so we are not talking about some old car here!! Pls advise. My car no. Is mh12 lp 2565

                                    Repeat complaint my vento car, one month 3 times toaing to sevice section.                                       Hi,
                                      Now a days sunroof in cars is becoming a must need among buyer.
                                      I would recommend to add a sunroof just like skoda octavia in polo as well as vento to attract more car enthusiasts and will hence increase the sale of the cars as it will be a usp for volkswagen from the current competitive cars in india.
                                      Safety features like six airbags, ebd, all wheel disk brake (For tsi variant), etc.
                                      Audio system should have have 8 speakers and addition of shark fin antenna to compete with its rivals.
                                      I would expect volkswagen to introduce these features in early 2019
