My car was purchased april 2014 tiruchirapally. Tamilnadu. (Reg no tn 46 r 0191) before purchase i search long review in more people told that maintenance cost very high in this car but i believe and purchase this car because i like jerman products are very high quality... Yesterday i attend some issues in my car and check ramani cars trichy one injector failure issue is idendified.. My car run only 48500km only, extended warranty expired may 2018, service advisor told injector replacement cost arround 24000 but company approved this case, change the injector free of cost, i am confused why world class product failure very short time, till i am waiting company approval...     Sub: veh. Model - new polo 1.5 tdi highline, chassis no - mexd16604gt081514, year of mfg - 2016, engine no - cwx131078, invoice date - 30/11/2016- battery failure - replacement
    Purchased a polo diesel car during the month of december 2016 from evm motorskottayam kerala. After 17 months, the battery dead. I have reported the matter to the dealer. The authorized person from trivandrum workshop informed me that the power of the battery has come down and there is no use of overhauling and better to purchase a new battery from the dealer. I was asked to pay the full cost of the battery rs. 7500. I have denied the payment since the car has purchased 17 months back. After much deliberation, i was asked to pay the cost of new battery amounting to rs.7500/-in spite of my valid arguments.
    I have purchased this car because of the quality and name of the company.

        I drive a vento 2009. Give for servicing on 8th june art rajijinagar center bangalore.
        Initially got estimation 19000 with tax and said a 2 day jon got back only on 12th evening with a bill of 33000/.
        After enough debate with the service guy he was sport for doing things which were not supposed to. Like cleaning exterior and interior for 8000/. When i got back the car i saw the left headlamp hazy and called up immediately. He gave some reasons by late evening i saw water vapour in the headlamp. Called again the next day. He said probably some crack is something must be there. I didn't agree as this was not at all a issue. He told me to call after 2 days if it doesn't go away. He would rectify it. It's been a week water vapour still there. And now when i call him he says you get the car let me see. I said you first have to find out how it happened. He says let's not discuss that
        That was bangalore motor works pvt ltd who did this horrible. It's always dread full event thw servicing time for my vw vento. It's been a headache to deal with them.
        German cars are good but what about life long servicing headaches. Just horrible with poor ethics

          I purchased my volkswagen polo last year from ahmedabad dealer and now my battery is not working and they are asking me to buy a new battery. Poor parts and quality by volkswagen india. In a year i faced many problems. My car regn no is GJ01RX9907. Every company is providing a 3 year battery warranty. And in india volkswagen is just providing a year warranty that is not satisfactory. I read it on their international website that they provide 3 year warranty and comapny is saying 1year. So please resolve my problems

            Hi,
            I own a vw vento car for the last 4 years and have been servicing my car at the pune b u bhandari service center. Recently i had my car towed to this service center and i have several issues with the kind of service provided. Its shocking to see such unprofessional behavior from an authorized service center.
            1. My car was towed to the service center between 5pm to 6pm but there was no indication from the service center even after receiving the car that evening. Neither was there any intimation the next day till 12 noon. After several calls i got to know that the car has been received by them and is safe.
            2. The estimate given kept increasing by 10, 000 each day with some issue or the other. They did not analyse the vehicle completely before giving an estimate. The total bill was 50, 000.
            3. This is the most important point and a repeat offence. Since the car was towed, we were unable to empty the car and all our belongings were left in the car. To my surprise, my 2 very expensive sunglasses and my company's rfid were missing from the car when delivered. After following up with that and escalating my making many calls, only 1 sunglasses were returned and the other 2 things are stolen or lost and nobody has a clue about what happened to it. The manager assured he will take action but i havent heard back from him even after 4 days.
            4. The fuel was also stolen or the car used. 1/4 tank was emptied when the car was returned. This happened second time, last time the car was completely empty before returning and the range shown was 0. I had to then find a petrol pump and fill petrol immediately.

            Such behavior from a professional company is uncalled for and i will really think twice before buying a vw car in the future.

              Respected sir,

              I am so sad to write something like this about such a reputed brand like volkswagen. I was a great fan of vw. When vw launched ameo, i was so glad that i could also own a vw.

              I bought a vw ameo petrol highline model on 17 august 2016 and the registration number is kl 24 m 1604. I bought extended warranty aswellas free annual service package for 5 years. I am almost using cars for past 6 years and hence an experienced person.

              From the starting itself the clutch of my car felt feable and there was some sort of bad smell from clutch felt in the cabin while driving. Along with that the abs symbol also starts blinking. So i visited the service centre at kollam district kerala. The service centre guys told me that the abs sensors were faulty and they replaced it. When i told them about the bad smell from the clutch, they said that the clutch was fine and there is no problem. I did this inspection almost at 9500 kms.

              A few days before my car got breakdown and the service centre guys told me that the clutch was completely worn out and i have to replace it at my own cost. The service representative who talked to me named manu had such a irresponsible and arrogant behaviour. Now my vehecle just clocked 11500 kms, just 2000kms after the last inspection. They were telling me that the clutch the clutch worn out due to my driving defect. I always use my vehecle with lots of care and i am driving cars for more than 6 years.

              The car had a defective clutch unit. The service centre guys are putting the vw's fault on my head. If they had checked the when i approached them with this complaint, would not have made the problem this worse.

              At the moment the car is at the service centre and i refused to pay the amount and take back the car.

              Please kindly have an investigation on this problem and do necessary to get the clutch replaced under warranty.

              Very bad behaviour and poor response of volkswagen jammu team.
              They have been telling me everyday. Painter is absent another day denter is absent. I am frustrated. They everyday say. Today you will get your car. But at the end of day they dont pick call or respond.

                My name is deepak. I am one of your customer for the past couple of years. Last month on april 22nd, my vehicle (Polo tdi) met with an accident. The rear door and bumper got crashed. Volkswagen service center (Maradu, cochin, kerala) picked up my car from the spot on the very next day. Till today the car is in the same state, i have tried contacting them many times regarding them but they are not giving me any proper response. This is not the service i expected from volkswagen.

                  My vw polo highline diesel had a problem of the flickering indication light of abs. And hard on brake and shivering on braking on low speed. I reported the complaint with my vehicle. 2 times february 2018 and june 2018 now my car is in service station evm kollam. They told me the cimplaint is sporadically. Not permanent. Car is under warrenty. Huge vibration occurs on driving during this issue. I fear that any accident may happen when i drive the vehicle without solving the problem. Sir abs sensor /complaint may be immedietly replaced. This is the second time i visited the service station for the same complaint between 4 four months. My number [protected], email.                     Sir,
                    I, (Mrs. Angelina kiruba shalini) purchased a volswagen ameo 2017 model on april 28th 2018. The car reg. No. Tn 19 ay 4015. I went on a long drive with my family to kodaikanal on 9.6.18. When i crossed 150kms from my place we saw 2 symbols on the board. So, we drove to the nearest service center which is in trichy named ramani cars. A service advisor named k. Hinduja looked in to the problem and sent the car in to the service yard
                    After some time she gave us a shock saying there is a problem in the first cylinder injecter and asked us to a pay a sum of rs.25000 to replace the injecter. But we refused to do so because it hadn't even run 2000kms. We asked her to replace it free of cost because it was in the warranty period. So she gave us a job card telling us it will take 3 to 4 days because we have mail it to germany.in the meanwhile i asked my friend to send his car which was purchased the same model on the same day along with my car. He sent the car 250kms to trichy. When it arrived, we were about to leave but she stopped us saying that we cleaned the injecter and we have sent it for a test drive. If the complaint doesnot arise you can drive the car home.
                    If she would have seen the problem correctly we would have not wasted money, time.
                    I have lost nearly rs.5000 because of her unwanted talks.
                    Another friend of mine wanted to purchase of the same model but i told her not to do because of this worst service

                      Today morning as i tried to crank my vento, it wont start and gave flickers and no response from engine. Contacted rsa, the guy propmptly attended within hrs only to inform that the battery may have to be replaced. He helped to jumpstart and i straight drove to bu bhandari at wakad, only to be informed that battery may have to be replaced and the warranty of 12 months has just expired 15 days back!! Cost inr 8000.

                      I have been driving for about 20 years and minimum a battery would last was four years. Hence this must a faulty battery or a replaced one (Bought from vidyut motors, pune).

                      Very poor quality from a brand like vw. It requires a consideration for free replacement.

                      My VW Vento is a 2015 model with auto gearbox, suffering a gearbox issue and is with pathankot service center for past 15 days and they have not provided me with exact issue and they have not provided me with any vehicle as i am suffering alot.People in this center just linger on things to one another and misbehave.

                        I, shabnam khan would like to bring to your notice that i have purchased a new volkswagen polo gt tsi bearing chassis no. Mexb18600jt124319 and engine number cbzk43828 from volkswagen downtown (Shaman cars pvt ltd) on 19th march, 2018. I have also purchased the extended warranty for the same.
                        Since the very beginning the car has been having troubles with the gearbox.
                        Every time the car picks up there is vibration that can be felt.
                        The worse is that in every gear and all the modes (D, s and manual as well) between 3000 to 3500 rpms there are a lot of vibrations and droning sound which feels as if two things are rubbing against each other that is actually very concerning but also irritating as i was told that the dsg is one of the smoothest gearboxes around and the tsi is a very silent engine as well.
                        Have also sent the car to the downtown workshop twice and had it kept there for 2-3 days but the outcome is zero.
                        Upon talking to the technician there i m told that he has driven another car of the same series and it displays these issues as well which he claims that after informing volkswagen germany he gets a reply that it is normal as it is also there on other cars.
                        So is it that the quality of volkswagen cars is sub-standard or a problem in multiple cars becomes the characteristics of that car???
                        I fail to understand whether this bland and casual reply to an issue faced by a customer means that there can never be any manufacturing defect from a manufacturer because other cars have the problem but just that nobody noticed or nobody thought its abnormal for a petrol automatic car from volkswagen to make such a noise.
                        Have heard the horror stories that people in the past have faced with the dq200 gearbox but i was told the issues have been resolved and i do not wish to face the same havoc for this brand new car.

                        This issue has been causing a lot of inconvenience and discomfort to me as it is the only car in my house and even inspite of the bad service reputation of volkswagen i went ahead with the car trusting volkswagens quality and technology but im disappointed and feel cheated.
                        Every other day i cannot keep sending the car and leaving there for no outcome at all.
                        Being an employee for jet airways, i will make sure that my company employees are informed about this concern and attitude of volkswagen and also ask them to refrain from buying any volkswagen cars.
                        I want an immediate solution and a replacement if the need so arises or else i am forced to take the legal route to resolve this issue.

                          I have given my car for service at bu bhandari wakad pune.
                          Worst service ever.
                          They charged me hefty amount telling that labour charges are high n during delivery i was just checking my car so i found a big nut bolt in my tire and now there are not taking the responsibility of replacement i have juz got my tire replace 2months back. They were rude saying if vehicle will go for check then this things can occur.. For an example if they met with accident stating that due to quality check vehicle met with accident we cant do anything is it fair.
                          Very unethical behaviour. Ideally they should replace my tire coz its there resposiblity i want my car in same condition it was before..

                            New vw polo car was purchased in 2015 (Mh-15/ep-7607).in tyre air bobble was formed. After complaint it come to my notice that for 2015 model, vw was used old tyres of 2012 year of manufacturing (All 5 tyres including stephany). I am doing follow up from feb-2018.                               I purchased polo highline plus petrol 1 l from kun capital chennai and taken delivery on 30 may 2018.

                              Registration number plate yet to be provided.

                              The vehicle is shaking and periodically jerking when in idle position.

                              Gear shift is ridiculously hard and 1st gear is fouling and not smooth.

                              When shifting from 1st to 2nd gear the speed is dropping.

                              I am not getting proper response from kun team.

                              Their job is over as they got the payment.

                              It is pertinent to mention here that i was driving a polo highline 1.2 petrol for last 5 years and had exchanged the vehicle to keep the loyalty.

                              But unfortunately i feel that i had been cheated.

                              The test drive vehicle was completely ok.

                              I seek your immediate intervention and replacement of the vehicle.

                                This is regarding a complaint i'm facing with my vento highline tsi vehicle which i bought on 2016.
                                Before the vehicle crossed 1500kms mark this complaint arose. Vibration on the entire vehicle while braking. I mentioned this clearly at my first checkup itself and experimental works were carried out by the service engineers rotor polishing (Which was paid service even though my vehicle didn't do 1500 kms even). Again after few months this complaint arose again this time little more advanced tests, result was replacement of hub, bearing assembly under warranty. They didn't find anything with rotor (God knows whether they inspected it or not) adding to what they found out replacement of brake pads were also done (Which was also a paid service). Now again after all these services vibration is still there. Now the scientists at the showroom are telling me to replace the rotor for which i should pay.
                                From 2016 till, 2018 till date these so called scientists are experimenting with my vehicle asking me to pay for whatever things need to be replaced. After so many services i have lost faith in giving money for all these repairs. Now on what faith should i spend money on this issue. I asked to replace it under warranty since it's an issue since 2016. I don't mind spending more on this if this is gonna be a final experiment. I asked for a guarantee in writing from the so called scientists. Even they are not confident enough that this is going to get fixed by this replacement.
                                My vehicle is not your scientist playground and my hard earned money is not for your experiments. I agree if it was some mechatronics error or electronic fault. This is mechanical complaint which should be rectified in a service or two, not like this series of experiments.
                                Pathetic experience with the service engineers and service provided.
                                Another worst part is that, for me i took vehicle from cochin kerala and did initial checkup and first service at cochin itself that is evm volkswagen cochin, they have the service history with them. When i told them that i can't bring my vehicle every time to cochin for this issue, they told me to get to any convenient showroom nearby, so i went to evm volkswagen perumbavoor (Both belong to same owner/dealer). Now the thing is perumbavoor guys can't look into service details at cochin and they can't follow up with the complaints i registered at cochin that's what they informed me. I do have proof for all these things since i refused to have telephone conversation.

                                  I have let my car tn 22 bt 8017 for service at your show room at ramani show room branch, coimbatore about 6 months back. That time they given estimate rs.14000 whenever i ask for my car they say that its still in process and would give it in a week. I asked for the estimation for such repair they said it would take 35, 000/-. Nearly after 4 months after my number of calls and visit they said me to buy and give some spare parts which i have did. They asked me to pay rs.35, 000/- as the repair charge and get my car. Accepting on the same i have also paid the entire amount. Even after that whenever i ask for my car delivery they always asks me wait for 1 to 2 hours and then says still cleaning work is not over but your car to ready to run, all the problems are resolved. Nearly 2 weeks passed away like the same. Getting frustrated by such customer service when i went to the showroom and asked for my car they now say that your car is still in unrunning condition. But they got the entire payment for repairing my car and now they that it is not running.
                                  I have not only lost my money but also sustained mental pressure because of your service.in case if this issue is not resolved in 2 days i have decided to cause legal action upon your service

                                      I am highly disappointed with your brand’s services.
                                      Very poor services
                                      They just want to defraud their customers and don’t want to give warranty for any defected part.
                                      Nine months ago my car’s charcoal cannister was defected and one of the service advisor ordered that part for my car.
                                      It took 2 months to reach that part to delhi and then they did not change that part in my car.
                                      From then my car’s engine check error is appearing and i have visited volkswagen delhi west moti nagar service center like atleast 10 times and my problem is still not solved
                                      I’m highly disappointed that my car is just 27000 kms driven and this is what happening to my car.
                                      Very poor services and cheap brand.
                                      You guys just don’t want to give warranty.
                                      Why did i pay soo much for warranty extend then? If i’ll not be getting warranty for any of the part.
                                      I want you to look into this matter otherwise i’ll persue legally to get compensation from this good for nothing brand.
                                      I have wasted soo much of my time and energy onto this car.
