This is regarding a complaint i'm facing with my vento highline tsi vehicle which i bought on 2016.
Before the vehicle crossed 1500kms mark this complaint arose. Vibration on the entire vehicle while braking. I mentioned this clearly at my first checkup itself and experimental works were carried out by the service engineers rotor polishing (Which was paid service even though my vehicle didn't do 1500 kms even). I am unhappy with the service of my vehicle vento at your volkswagen service centre belgaum. Its the third time and i am very sad to see this. My ventowas serviced but was not checked there was a huge leakage of diesel and they delivered the vehicle. If there was little spark then my vehicle may have blast as it was very risky

I got my volkswagen vento serviced in chandigarh about a month back. It had a problem of ac not providing cooling. Since then i have moved to lucknow. The ac worked for around 15 days and now is again not providing any cooling. It seems that chandigarh service center was unable to find the source of leak and just refilled the ac gas and gave me the car back. I have purchased a preowned vw polo 1.2ltr petrol highline reg year 2013 from delhi. Now i want to re register the car in kerala. I have taken noc from delhi and i dont have the copy of invoice. The rto in kerala needs the copy of invoice for tax calculation.

I owned a vento tdi 1.6 2010 model. I was very happy with this car performance till april 2018. After a lot of assurances from dealer about software update i decided to upgrade the software and it turned out the worst mistake.

The wheel cap is removed while droving the vehicle on highway in august 2017 and it has just happened after check up of vehicle in the month of june or july 17 during monsoon camp.
