Hi i m caring ameo since oct16 with regd number pb65- ak - 0447 in the name of harjeet singh

My complains are
1. At the time of second service, (General check alert) has been removed, means they asked me no need to come for general check up after 7500/- directly come when speed meter reached to 45000/- km from 30, 000 km,

2. My steering is vibrating which directly impact the wheel alignment this issue...

My polo gt tsi which i had bought two years back, sustained spontaneous crack around two months back which i got replaced urology my insurance. It has again sustained a spontaneous crack in first week of june, same site on windshield. This is regarding warranty of an electroni parrt in my car.
As per the company guidelines, my car is in warranty for 2 year from the time i bought it. Now one of the part has to be replaced under warranty and the service manager and g. M of the service center denied to change the part though it is in warranty.

I drive a vento 2009. Give for servicing on 8th june art rajijinagar center bangalore.
Initially got estimation 19000 with tax and said a 2 day jon got back only on 12th evening with a bill of 33000/.
After enough debate with the service guy he was sport for doing things which were not supposed to. Like cleaning exterior and interior for 8000/. When i got back the car i saw the left headlamp hazy and called up immediately....

Recently i had my car towed to this service center and i have several issues with the kind of service provided. Its shocking to see such unprofessional behavior from an authorized service center.

After complaint it come to my notice that for 2015 model, vw was used old tyres of 2012 year of manufacturing (All 5 tyres including stephany). I am doing follow up from feb-2018. I purchased polo highline plus petrol 1 l from kun capital chennai and taken delivery on 30 may 2018.

The vehicle is shaking and periodically jerking when in idle position.

Gear shift is ridiculously hard and 1st gear is fouling and not smooth.

When shifting from 1st to 2nd gear the speed is dropping.
