I Posting to VW about the problem, they blocked me on Twitter and they will delete the problem comments(NOT ONLY MINE, THEY DELETED OTHER COMMENTS AS WELL). Instead of solving my problem

I bought the new car(POLO Highline petrol) in end of March(They did home delivery on 2nd April), from PPS motors Tirumalagiri, Hyderabad. They gave manufacturer defect car to me, the same issue 3 times and engine leakage also.

Th issue with this car, engine malware function.
1. For solving the issue, I visited the Elite Bangalore service station(1st week of Aug/2016). They did something and return the car to me. Traveled KM is 3231 when the indication came.

2. The Same issue repeated again(engine malware function). Car towing by road assistance from Srisailam[nallamala forest](that time I am a vacation with family). The car reached to PPS Motors Hyderabad service station(13/Oct/2016), they find the issue and replaced with new sensors. They took some long trip for testing and they intimated to me, your car ready. Next day I collected the car(31/Oct/2016). Traveled KM is 5634 when the indication came. (this time I have faced a good amount of inconvenience with family and kids(less than a year))

3. The Same issue repeated again(engine malware function). I visited the Elite Bangalore service station(4/Nov/2016). They have returned the car in a week. Traveled KM is 6360 when the indication came

I am not understanding why Volkswagen people are pushing to customers defect cars. Is it for making money?

Why VW making inconvenience(problems) to me? Why should I keep visit your service station for the same issue? It's the manufacturing defect car(3 times same issue in 7 months and 6360KM and ENGINE LEAKING)

So I failed case against of VW, they are coming to court all the time last chance for each call.

    I buyed the vehicle on 14th july 2018.

    while the time of delivery the first thing i noticed that the rear camera was not working.i dont what have they checked in pdi.after then when i drove the car i found that the steering of the car is very stiff, vent in the glovebox was not working air was not coming from there and there was pain stuck between the gap of front left quater panel and front left door and the gap in between was not the same.when i went to the dealer with all these complaints the service head of the dealership just told me different reasons like glovebox cooling is just given for show purpose it wont work properly.about the steering he told me even i bought polo 2 days before even that car is having the same steering and will free after you drive some kilometres.i told them the car is having electronic power steering i don't think this will be the problem and i told them that the test drive car which i drived and finalised for ameo the steering of that car was light so arranged me another new car for test drive of same specs and features.i drived that car the steering of that car was also better then my car.next day again the service department people visited me with their technical person.they told me to keep the air pressure according to the company recommend.after that i noticed that the stiffness is little less so i told them i will drive now if some problem comes i will call you.today again the steering started feeling stiff so i contacted them the mam over there told me that i will see for the solution and getback to you 6 hours have passed i did not receive any callback and when i am calling them they declining my calls.is this the way volkwagen treats with their customers?their is no satisfaction even though i bought a new car.hoping a positive reply from your side

      We're called from raipur to sent our Ameo for servicing. In morning a person from company came to take away the Car. He examined all parts of the Car and took it. The Car was escorted back at 8.30pm.We being doctors were not at Home at 8.30pm My parents 70 plus were there and they paid for servicing Rs 12000.He said nothing and went back. Next morning we saw the crack in front glass and complained immediately.We were asked to sent pics which we took and sent. Now they're saying that the driver has off today and he is not picking phone We need to ask him. I strongly suspect the glass to be replaced at company 's costs.

      We were informed that the servicing of our Car was due by phone from raipur. Person driver came from raipur to escort. He examined all parts of the Car and took it. Lee at 8.30pm he brought back the Car We both being doctors were not at Home.         Am Shafas Raja from kundara, Kerala, India. I have booked a "White Colour Volkswagen Polo GT" in the nae of Mr. M. Haneefa On April 2018 Booking Ref: 41053, to be delivered by August 3rd 2018 for my marriage. Almost 5 months before we booked this inn order for not to face any delay / excuses.
        But now 21 st July 2018, just before 2 week for August 3rd 2018, From the showroom i booked, Volkswagen, 2nd mile stone, Kollam, they are saying that white colour is not available. What kind of customer Service is this.
        If i don't get "White Colour Volkswagen Polo GT" by August 3rd 2018 Morning. I will file a complaint against Volkswagen INDIA.
        Am an NRI, Working in Qatar and am a government official here in Qatar. So Don't take this as a silly complaint.

          My vehicle polo 1.2 petrol highline purchased in year 2013 from vw authorized showroom reg no MP09CN3722 . Since last 4 months I am facing problem with the vehicle and you authorized service center is not able to resolve the issue. I have given my car for service at least 12 times in these 4 months and still the service center is not able to resolve the issue. Many of the issue evolved after the car was serviced from your company. I am listing down the issues that has the problem :
          1. First issue : the car was lagging acceleration is long distance travel and whenever the car got over heated. I gave my car to Bhopal service station who thereby changed the fan unit of the vehicle claiming that this is because of the over heating. I ended up paying 30000 there for service and all the parts.
          2. Second issue : when I came back to my home town indore the same issue occurred again, so I took the vehicle to indore service station, who inturn told me that your rear fuel injector is creating a problem and they changed the part. So I don’t get the fan unit was changed in the first place.
          3. Third issue : after changing the rear fuel injector the car was again creating the same problem, then I again took the vehicle to service center, they told me that rear fuel injector in faulty so we ll replace it and they did.
          4. Fourth issue : after the replacement, when I received the car there was a scent of petrol coming out of air conditioning. That when asked the service guy told me will go out eventually. But it didn’t and when I got the car back to the station they said a nut was not properly put so the fuel was leaking.
          5. Fifth issue : after this out of no where car started showing sign of engine on display. Again I took the car to service center.
          6. Major issue : since then I have given my car for service al least 10 times but they are not able to find the fault and I have not received a satisfactory answer for my car. I keep on visiting the center they replace some part everytime and say now the car is fine again the engine sign shows up.
          7. Average of the vehicle has declined a lot.
          8. Even the new fan unit is making more noise than the old one.

          Please look into the matter and revert because there is no direct contact to vw company. And I am not satisfied with the service at all.

          Here are few complaints I have :
          1. Staff have no idea of the vehicle
          2. There is no contact with the company executive.
          3. The mechanic are not skilled enough
          4. There is no alternate vehicle given since I am not able to use my vehicle for almost 4 months
          5. The service head has promised to revert and give answers but he haven’t given any.

          I think this is ruining your brand name. we don’t expect this kind of service attitude from a company who is based in Germany. i was so happy with my vehicle I never wanted to switch from volks wagen but I don’t think I ever again buying a product from vw.

            I am back to where we started last year. The great Volkswagen car have issues again with the fuel injector. The more I read about it, it’s a common problem is Vento Diesel model cars and the company had in fact recalled and replaced it for many customers at their own expense, acknowledging the fault in the injectors.
            Last year around the same month, I had the same issue with the injectors and in fact had to get them replaced for 40K. Now the issue have reoccurred. Every year Am i supposed to replace the fuel injector on this car ?

            The estimates provided was not a few hundred’s but close to 30K. Either the company find a permanent solution for your CHEAP QUALITY parts rather than blaming the customer for covering up the issue. I am ready to go to extends to get this resolved.

              I purchased polo tdi highline bearing chasis number MEXE1606gt089022 on 14th june2016 which was delivered to me at home (240kms from showroom) alongwith copy of insurance. Dealer assured me to send all the papers of car by post which i have not received till date and whenever i visit the showroom they tell me that dealership is changed and we dont have records. Car is still unregistered.help me out. The car showroom is shirani automotive pvt ltd. Bhopal. Today received call from volkswagen bhopal telling dealership is changed and we dont have old records. I need form 21 and form 22 for the registration purpose.

                One of the worst service from Volkswagen, I reached the place at 5.50 after waiting for half an hour around 5.20 person says everyone are busy in delivering vehicles, visit us tomorrow... Visited Volkswagen Mysore road. When purchasing a vehicle 3 to 4 person attend and water & tea facility is provided.but when I visit them for service, they treat u like u r nothing, not even water is served.

                  Hi Volkswagen India Team,

                  I have purchased the Vehicle 6 months back and now there is a burning smell inside the car. The service center team first confirmed the clutch has to replace and it will cost around 19000. Next day they said they don't find any smell at all even though the smell could easily identify by anyone. The third day someone else from the same service center confirmed Yes the burning smell is very clear and he also confirmed clutch has to replace.

                  I have a doubt that Volkswagen sold me manufacturing defect piece as I have some other brand vehicles which are like more than 4 years old but I never faced such damage in any of the cars. I am very sure this is a manufacturing defect.

                  The worst part is whenever I call customer care they always redirect to the same service center. I asked them I need to speak with the technician directly from Volkswagen, on phone they will say YES but again they will redirect to the same service center (I AM NOT SURE IF VOLKSWAGEN AND SERVICE CENTER HAS ANY DEALING ON IT)

                  I want to understand from Volkswagen team :
                  1) YOU REALLY DONT HAVE ANY TECHNICIAN WHO WORKS DIRECTLY FOR VOLKSWAGEN RATHER THAN SERVICE CENTER?
                  2) YOU ALWAYS SAY YOUR VEHICLES ARE BRANDED AND BUILT WITH HIGH QUALITY BUT HOW CAN YOU ANSWER HOW COME YOU CAN SELL SUCH LOW-QUALITY PRODUCT?

                      I have purchased the new car - VW polo Diesel on 25th June 2014 from Hubli show room.

                      The vehicle has been getting serviced from Hubli service centre as per the schedule from last 4 years.

                      Recently, I have observed that there is warning signal with engine symbol appearing in dashboard. When I discussed the same with the expert at Hubli service centre, I was informed that there is a problem in EGR valve which is to replaced and it costs Rs.45000.

                      As per my verbal communication I had with expert at Hubli service centre, this problem is common in VW cars.

                      Why I have to bear the expense of Rs.45000 to replace a spare part when there is fault in VW supply. I have never heard this type of problem in other make, Maruti, Hyundai & Toyota cars.

                      Please replace the EGR valve spare part. Hope I receive a positive reply from VW team.

                          I have Volkswagon Polo which i gave for service last week at Volkswagon, Amritsar center. I was informed that its oil cooler and water body needs to be replaced. but it is out of stock at the centre and i have to deposit advance of Rs 5000 to book order for that spare part. the spare part was estimated around 35, 000 inr. But its been a week now and that order is not available till now. I am bound by my faulty car and had to cancel my urgent errands this week. They did not even provide me subsitute car for service for the period.

                          i am also very disappointed with the service advisors behavior, Mr Arvind Samyal([protected]). Firstly, he almost wasted my entire day to accept the car for service and when after 2-3 days, i called him to know status, he told to call me back but they then his contact number was coming switch off or out of service. Same was case with their landline number and this other service advisor. they turn off their phones. So I had to physically reach out at service center twice in scorching sun in an auto to know the status of the car. This is highly unexpected and unprofessional from a so called reputed brand like you.

                          Volkswagon service is extremely poor and they have very few service stations, this is not the first time I am facing this problem, it seems it was my biggest mistake to buy Volkswagon Car, they have no infrastructure and availability of spares. I will not suggest anyone to buy Volkswagon Car. Even for small service parts, they take weeks and are have unprofessional service staff.

                            I had given my Volkswagen vento 1.6 diseal for service at bajbaj(topsia) Kolkata for service ..after service I took to my home on 21st and drove only 38kms total and vehicle stopped starting at my place ..after that I spoke to customer care, contacted service center and all but no help came on the way and my vehicle on stand out parking since six days and can't take to service center as I felt being cheated by Volkswagen (I paid for service charges 16000) which I unworthy and I felt they have done some thing to my vehicle .and for toying I don't want to pay as I felt cheated by them with the service charge and all.Â

                            Whole lot of other complains ..as I didn't get any satisfactory support and help I am forced to take this matter in legal ways . Will go to consumer court ..!

                            I'm preparing my documents ...as I have no choice left for me ..I know by going court I'm wasting a lot of time but I have to do this to showcase the Volkswagen pathetic service and support + cheat service centers in India ..

                            I will do whatever I can ..!

                              My Vento car was not getting start on 13June Morning and I informed the service center. They took the vehicle with the help of recovery van around forenoon on 13June itself. Till now the car is not repaired and not giving any proper update. I placed a complaint in Volkswagen customer care (CCR 125850) last week. Today is the 22nd day the car is in the service center.

                                  Hi i purchased a new vw polo. The new model comes with a 1.0 ltr petrol engine, with 3 cylinders. After taking the delivery of the vehicle i feel the vehicle performance is not upto the mark. When trying to move the vehicle in 2nd gear after slowing down on a speed breaker the vehicle struggles to pick up and sometime the engine goes off.

                                  When complained to the service team from where i purchased the car they say that the new model has been modified in such a way that only it can be moved in 1st gear after slowing down. Its not only the case during the speed breakers, even while driving a hilly area it struggles to get the required pickup even though there is enough rpm.

                                  I really never heard off such thing that a petrol engine will perform this worst. When i asked them to replace the vehicle they say that the vehicle is already delivered and they have temporarily registered in my name. I have taken a loan to buy the car, but i feel the value of the car is not worth the money.

                                  Even the test drive vehicle that they gave was 1.2 l engine and based on that i opted to buy this car, unless until i paid my down payment i wasnt aware that it is going to be 1 ltr engine.

                                    Hi i m caring ameo since oct16 with regd number pb65- ak - 0447 in the name of harjeet singh

                                    My complains are
                                    1. At the time of second service, (General check alert) has been removed, means they asked me no need to come for general check up after 7500/- directly come when speed meter reached to 45000/- km from 30, 000 km,

                                    2. My steering is vibrating which directly impact the wheel alignment this issue has been captured but not rectified even asked to do it

                                    3. I visited agency in jallandhar when my speed metre reaches to 37000/- that time i asked for wheel alignment was denies that no need to do its ok

                                    4. Becoz of regular vibrate in steering now both front tyres has been starts loosing the rubber very fastly

                                    5.in front driver side window their is some point loose is not repaired at the time of general check up at 37000 km/-

                                    Its very disappointing that brand like volkswagen providing such services

                                    No use of sending mail to VW, I send multiple times about different problems, but they won't respond and they won't care the customer. End of my story is, it's in consumer court.

                                      I, emmanuel d j davis, own a volkswagen vento 1.2 tsi - highline - petrol vehicle, bought in june 2016 with registration number: tn 05 be 9445... The car has a chassis number: mexb16607gt074466 and engine number: cbzk33455 and has done about 25, 000+ kms... It was bought from kun madras volkswagen, chennai and is being serviced at their alandur, chennai workshop...
                                      On 26jun2018, i drove and stopped the car at a shop to buy certain things and when tried starting the vehicle, it wouldn't start... There was no panel lighting and the engine wouldn't crank... I had to call for 'road-side assistance' and they were on their way...in the meanwhile after about half an hour, i just tried starting the vehicle and it started... I then called the 'road-side assistance' customer care and requested them to abort the service as the vehicle had started...
                                      The following day i sent my vehicle for my 2nd year-end service and made specific complaint about the 'starting' problem... At the end of the service, they mentioned that the existing battery is not good and wanted me to change the battery and as per their advise a new 'company battery' had been installed, and was told that it had a 2-year warranty...
                                      Within just a few days, yesterday 01jul2018, my vehicle would not start in exactly a similar fashion as the earlier incident with the old battery... Now the same thing has happened with the new battery as well... I once again had to call for the 'road-side assistance' and this time, after hours of waiting, they had to come and 'jump-start' the vehicle...
                                      I am totally frustrated with this and have absolutely no confidence to take the car out, as i am not certain when it would refuse to start... Possibly i need to carry an extra spare battery in my booth and 'jump start' the vehicle as and when required...
                                      I am literally scared to take the vehicle out and worried when and where i would be stranded on the road awaiting a 'road-side' assistance staff to jump-start the vehicle... I think, i definitely would not recommend another soul to buy this vehicle and keep guessing when it will refuse to 'start'...

                                        Proud owner of Vento Petrol version. Vehicle No. TN18 0730. An office goer and used mostly for commuting to office and home. Has run for around 80000 kms. Picked up for service M/s. Ramani Cars, Trichy on 03.06.18. Still to be given. Daily they say some failures and parts replacement. But Vento car quality can not be like this.as the brand is known for highest quality. Lot of mental pressure due to the attitude of the service center. Is it a ploy by service center to grab more money. Car is best but service is worst. It induces me to go to other brand.
