Why the service levels in volkswagon kochi india is so bad? Asking customer to wait for 90 mts to take a complaint? 3 times coming to fix the repair issue and negative attitude of service agent. Reached service centre since the service agent didn’t pick up my call and waited for 90 mts to take the repair work in spite of paying advance amount and asked me to wait till 430 pm to fix the rear view mirror which is already painted and ready...

Myself dr shivam mishra from new delhi. I purchased volkswagen vento tdi amt comfortline last year on 6th august 2017 and the warranty commitment given to me by the sales representative from frontier volkswagen safdarjung enclave new delhi was for 2 years from the date of purchase of the vehicle,
On 8th november 2018 my car had a breakdown and i had to take road side assistance for a jump start and was told by the mechanic...

We paid an advance of 10000rs in the month of august 2017 which they mentioned as refundable and still dint receive the advance till date november 2018. Called them many times but no response. They will tell you we will call you back and some fake reasons and never responded back. I have the recipt with me and papers related to the advance given along with the check number i gave them.

So unprofessional and irresponsible....

Had not cleaned the black spots quoting that it would take long time. When insisted it was done which was hardly a matter of 5 minutes.

I had handed over the car for regular servicing. The car was serviced and i immediately received an abs failure alarm the next day. Had to send the car again. Along with that few other pending things were reminded, which were not dealt with in the previous service. Upon returning the car the issues were still not resolved.

I bought volkswagen polo in oct 2015 (Petrol) from mumbai - north dealer.in july 2018 i felt vibration while applying breaks and saw abs light in the panel was flashing. I got it checked with authorized volkswagen workshop at andheri east - parsi panchat road and they told me that one of the abs senor (Front left) has got damaged and was replaced. I was charged 4, 500 rs for the same. The reason was given that rats would have chewed the wires...

I have made a complaint for my vw polo in august 2018 and still now in october i am following up with them. A warning symbol was shown for the abs and sometimes while braking it gives a weird sound. The rear door light (Interior roof light) knob was broken by the company’s technician when the car was sent for servicing.. And the executive is not co-operating!
He says you can just stick it and it can work.
But
This is not the way it should be..
The company has to compensate for the error they have made..
I cant keep the knob sticking over in a 15lac car🙄...
