I have done a booking for polo gt tdi (2018 make) on feb 3rd 2018 from elite motors, bangalore. I have got a promise from the dealer that i will be getting the delivery of the vehicle on or before feb last week, then i got the loan approval in one week and made the full payment on 16th feb 2018 with the agreement from the dealer that i will be getting the delivery on last week of feb 2018. I have waited till end of feb but i have not received the vehicle and when i checked with elite motors they said volkswagen plant is still having few 2017 make vehicle left out so, i will be getting the vehicle only once they clear the 2017 models. But i did not get any such communication when i did the booking and clearing old stock of vehicle is not my concern, also if that is your policy volkswagen should not allow any dealer to take booking of 2018 make vehicle. This is completely your fault. And then i got a commitment from the dealer that i will be getting the vehicle on first week of march, but it did not happen and they just pushed the date to next week, still even that did not happen, they again pushed the date to next week, so it kept on going pushing the delivery date to next week. Even the dealer does'nt know when they get the vehicle and the thing is i already paid the fist emi for the car loan and the next week i will have to pay second emi. This is very sad that paying emi for a vehicle which i have not received and don't know when i will be getting. If volkswagen is really struggling to sell your 2017 make vehicle then give better offer/deal to customer. I noticed that volkswagen is not giving any offers to 2017 polo gt tdi then who will buy old make vehicle. And you are not releasing the new vehicle to the customer who already did the payment and waiting infinitely. This is not fair volkswagen. I want you to fasten the delivery process of my vehicle

    Hi i am would like to understand few things about wv operation policy in india as customer of your product
    I have been using your product for past 9years i have bought polo/vento/polo gt tsi sports
    But the treatment today for your chennai sundaram motors, made me send this mail. I requested them for oil filter for which they have insulted me saying that we cant give oil filter in spite of me telling them that i have bought all cars from the same brand, i have even told them i can give copy of my rc and insurance and pan to certify i am the customer. But the answer i got is i cant sale the spare part to you. Now i required clarification on this why customer is not allowed to buy spare parts, as per my understand when you sale the product is sold to public even spare should be available to the public / customer. Why our rights are denied is this the same practice wv world wide or only to indian customer, if only to indian customer pls let me know but as per my understanding spare to all product need to be available for customer.

      Me and my spouse met with an accident on the highway in our vw polo. Both were wearing the seat belt and inspite the air bags opened we both have fractures on our face and rib. My right hand got fractured and my spouse's right leg got fractured. I was sitting on my spouse's lap even though i had my seat belt buckled. My left and right ribs are fractured, jaw is fractured. My spouse's jaw is fractured too. My concern in whats the purpose of the seat belt in vw?

        I have a volkswagen polo tdi 1.2 disel reg no mh20cs6405, registration aurangabad. I had given my car for a routine check-up today morning and received car at 4 pm, unfortunately while coming out of the service station the security gaurd opened my dicky and banged the dicky so hard that my dicky lock is broken, it is going to cost me 4000 rs for getting it replaced. I will have to unnecessarily pay for not my mistake. Kindly make a note do the needful. I like volkswagen brand have been your loyal customer since 2014.           Sir,

          We had purchased the voks wagen polo-a05 ind. Highl 55tdi m5f in the month of 10 nov 2012 and has run for approximately 89000 kms, we have got the vehicle serviced at the specified intervals by voks wagen at the voks wagen authorised service centre, hubli (Kumar motor corp pvt ltd). We were surprised that the timing belt had failed while driving from anantapur to bellary on 05.03.2018 at 89000 kms against the life of 120000kms as per voks wagen norms. It is disappointing to know that the quality standards of a professional company as volkswagen is very poor. It is noticed that 4 – 5 cars of volkswagen (Vento tdi, polo) have experienced engine seize due to “snapping of timing belt “which was taken by my colleagues in our company (Jsw steel ltd) from volkswagen.

          Colour: candy white.

          The vehicle was serviced on 31 jan 2018 at volkswagen hubli and at that time there is no point noted regarding timing belt condition. And you can find attachments for service date and description of servicing & job card

          As per discussion had with shri vinay bhusanur, crh, volkswagen hubli please take up inspection /repair/ replacement jobs under voks wagen account due to prematured failure of timing belt and poor servicing & work man ship

          Myself B MAHESWARA REDDY from JSW STEEL LTD, BELLARY.

          On 12.03.2018 I had given my vehicle at KUMAR MOTORS PVT LTD, Hubli ( VOLKSWAGEN AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE) by towing from Anantapur to Hubli.. Till date the vehicle is not ready and there is no information about any progress made in resolving the problem which has occured(Details mentioned in previous mail). As mentioned in above mail it is noticed that 4 – 5 cars of Volkswagen (Vento TDI, POLO) have experienced engine seize due to “snapping of timing belt “which was taken by my colleagues in our company (JSW STEEL LTD).

          At JSW STEEL town ship, there are thousands of vehicle from other companies like MARUTI, HYUNDAI, HONDA, FORD, TATA, MAHINDRA, RENAULT, BENZ, BMW, GENERAL MOTORS etc . But till date none of the vehicles have faced such type of problem which is really astonishing!

          Till date I have not recieved any reply from Volkswagen service centre where I have left my vehicle. Me and my family are facing lot of inconvenience as we are unsure how to proceed further.

          Being a valued customer of Volkswagen, I'll positively expect Volkswagen to interfere & resolve the untimely issue which has happened from a globally recognized company.

          Need your timely response in getting my vehicle (KA 35 N 2247) back.

            We own a 2012 volkswagen vento 1.6 cr car with registration number mh 31 - ea410

            Was a very happy customer of vw with the car performing

            A software update was done to my car which has resulted in many problems in my car.

            Fault in engine light on dashboard was on
            Reduced power
            Increased engine noise
            Egr valve failures
            Injector failures
            Dpf filter blockages
            Reduced mpg / fuel efficiency etc

            Before submitting my car for software update i gave my car for complete check up as my service was due so i asked the service manager to check my car tell is everything fine. He called me after 1hr 30 mins and told me that car is perfect and very smooth just servicing will do. Than i agreed for software update.

            While takeing the delivery i saw fault in engine light on dashboard was on. I took my car directly to vw nagpur (Sadiq motors). Without touching my car adviser told me egr valve failures, injector failures, dpf filter blockages. He told me it will estimate cost you 60k without touching my car. How can that be possible just after software update.

            While taking delivery of the car, there was considerable increase in engine noise levels of the car, there was more vibrations from the engine than what it was before, there was decrease in power of the car and some intermittent jerking of the car once in a while.

            Promptly complained to the service adviser about the charge in behavior of the car. Adviser took my car to service center not just once but thrice.

            But there was no decrease in engine noise nor vibrations as told by the adviser.

            Now to the issue, my car has run around 5k kms, while traveling with family members in the car on 18th november 2017, night, all of a sudden the there was loss of power from the car with the engine check light on. Limped home which was quite nearby.
            Called up the next 19-nov-2017 on mysore road service centre but was not answered as it was a sunday. Called on monday and was asked to bring it to service centre, limped to the service centre, service advisor told they need to scan the car for issues and told that they would call back with the results of the scan.

            Simple i understand vw has changed my parts or damaged my parts to earn some money from me.

            Volkswagen is trying to dupe people into thinking that there is no problem with their software update but we know clearly that is not the case, and there are numerous issues after the software update, not only in india but all over the world, with complaints about -

            Reduced power
            Increased engine noise
            Egr valve failures
            Injector failures
            Dpf filter blockages
            Reduced mpg / fuel efficiency.

            It is just looking like after a software update you screen will broke down and you need to change it. Please dont play with your loyal customers.

            To mask the short comings of your mistakes and inefficiency you're taking your loyal customers for a ride...?

            Didn't expect this from such reputed brand like yours.

            Now what else is this than quite clear erosion of trust that we had in volkswagen...?

              Hi,

              I own a vento high line petrol variant. I have been regularly getting my service at elite motors in bangalore. Their service has never been great, but there wasn't anything bad either. So i continued going back there.

              I had changed my bettery last year march/april. At random few days back my car stopped. It refused to start. I managed to push start the car and bring it to elite motors for a check up.

              On my request to check the warranty of the better, the technicians at elite motors checked and confirmed that my battery is covered under warranty. Then they said it would take a total of 3 days to check the battery and revert to me with a replacement. Although this seems absurd to me, since elite motors has my entire service records, the battery was purchased from them and they are aware that i push started my car and that it refused to restart again.

              However they insisted that the old battery be charged for 12hrs and then be checked. I has visited elite motors on friday. I was promised delivery by monday evening.

              On monday morning, i did not hear from any body from elite motors. I connect with my service technician, mr. Vijay. He did not receive my call. Instead he messages me back asking me to call patrick the service manager. Patrick takes my call however and he said he will call back but never really connected with me. I msged him back later and got no reply.

              I call back on tuesday morning. Patrick takes the call casually and informs me that he has to recheck it for another 12 hrs. And that i must wait still. I don't understand this. There is no respect for a customer's time. Now i am still waiting for him to revert. All this under an excuse of he machines always it must be charged. Or that that warranty is yet to be released from volkswagen. This is really pathetic.

              I have bought the battery from an authorized service centre. Then have all my records. My car is regularly serviced there too. Why make a customer wait? Why not just replace it when it's clearly a battery issue.

              I have to say i am currently quite disappointed with the service levels at elite motors.

              I want his feedback recorded and would to understand what volkswagen would like to do about it.

                Hi,
                I was told but by volkswagen service center @ nagawara that they had done an engine oil topup as part of their ugadi campaign offer.
                But in two days when checked by volkswagen service @ mangalore for a brake issue they identified that i need to top up another 1ltr of engine oil.
                Why is the engine oil top up required again in 2 days?

                Remark from service advisor @ vw service mangalore : looking at the oil thinness it doesn’t look like there was any engine oil top up done in the recent past.

                Why this difference of opinion between two service centers of vw within the same region?

                  We booked a volkswagen polo top end model with sports kit from automarks motors pvt ltd located at andheri (West). It was handled by nadeem shaikh, niyati. At the time of collecting the cheque on 27th february we were told that the sports kit will be available in the next week that is by 7th and it will be fitted and the car will be ready by friday. Next day being last day, i had to taken the delivery to ensure that you can get the vehicle billed in that month. After that when i asked for mail on delivery of the kit, i was told another story that volkswagen has stopped producing the kits and they have arranged it from a dealer. The kit has been couriered and the delivery will happen by friday. When i started following up on wednesday started getting answers like we are waiting for the status. When i asked on friday they were not able to get the answer. I was told on friday night that we will let you know by saturday morning. There was no call from anyone in the morning. I was given nos of niyati, i spoke to divya [protected] she did not call back. I tried nos of vinesh naik he did not pick up the calls in the morning. Finally i could connect with him at 3:15 and asked for the nos of customer service head, but was told that it can be given only by divya. Immediately after that i tried calling divya on her call she did not pick up the call. Finally i could speak to her at 3:30. It has now been committed that they will update me in writing on the delay and the date of delivery and installation by 4:15 p. M today.

                    Hi, i have my vw jetta 2012 model (Tn 02au2500) for service mangalore service centre a month ago.
                    I had my abs fixed at that time never had any problem with my abs all this days..
                    For past few days i had sign show in my car abs
                    I called the service centre to enquire they said i had to change one more part which had to be changed last time but they did not do it …
                    My question is i kept my car there for almost 1 month and why haven’t they changed it
                    Now i should i give my car againg for service to fix this problem again.
                    I am really not happy with the service ….

                      I purchased a volkswagen ameo in december 2017, with the expectation of getting good after sale service as per the brand reputation. But having a very bad experience at morani volkswagen service center, jaipur, rajasthan.
                      My car met with an accident on 18th feb'18 and the car was dropped at the morani volkswagen service center in jaipur on the same date. Since 18th feb its been 18 days and the work in progress of my car is negligible. Sufficient staff is not available at the service center. Everyday some or the other person is on leave and no work has been done since so many days. I am facing a lot of problem without the car and the kind of response the body shop persons give is not at all satisfactory.
                      Kindly look into the matter and do the needful asap, taking so much time for such jobs is not at all acceptable.

                        Myself viky joarder from ranchi jharkhand, had placed my car (Wb 06f 0883) in ranchi service centre on dated 16th jan 18 for starting problem, but till now it is their custody. After passing of 48 days they are telling, still one parts is under "back order", don't know when the parts will come.
                        Simply i am getting shocked about either their irresponsibility or really what is the problem?
                        May i expect some timely action? Will the requires spares be supplies to the ranchi dealer immediately keeping in mind that volkswagen is not so popular like maruti whose spares are available everywhere. The monopoly of the volkswagen in the matter of spares certainly puts the customers at disadvantage that's why more and more people are switching towards maruti vehicles.

                        I hope volkswagen customer care will look into this and delivered quickly on utmost priority and i still believe my choice is the best.

                          I own a volkswagen polo tdi highline bearing registration number ka-04-mq-4209 which i purchased from volkswagen whitefield (Bangalore) in august 2015.

                          Of late (From past 2 months) there is a lot of noise emanating from under the hood and the car used to vibrate/shake like a truck/tractor. So, i gave my car the volkswagen whitefield personnel after obtaining an appointment on 2018-mar-03 (Saturday) morning at 10.

                          After examining the vehicle, the service adviser one mr. Nigil (Attached screen shot of message received about the service request and adviser) explained me that the noise and vibration was due to some mecha-tronic failure and it would be fixed by updating some specific software.

                          But after a few hours he informed me that the fuel injector for the third cylinder of the engine was not working anymore and had to be replaced. My car has run only 40000 kms and i wonder how a fuel injector can fail so soon unless it has some defect during the process of manufacturing or assembling. This fuel injector is very costly - around 24000 inr.

                          Today, i. E. 2018-mar-05 (Monday) i have been contacting the volkswagen whitefield personnel for an update on my vehicle from past 2 hours. But they are unable to ascertain the service adviser till now and neither have they put effort in checking if my car is even present there. They have been giving false assurances that i would be contacted in 5 minutes. But i have not received a single call from them (There are call records to prove that i have called them thrice in 2 hours). Pathetic service.

                          Volkswagen whitefield (Located in mahadevapura) at bangalore has thus shown unethical, pathetic, unresponsive and irresponsible after sales service and i request strict action on this errant office.

                            I am owning a volkswagen polo since last 1.5 years and the experience with the polo servicing and quality has been extremely poor.
                            The volkswagen dealer in gujarat vadodara - automark motors, is not doing there work sincerely.

                            I am facing a problem with my break pads and my car is 11000 kms so far.in just 11000 kms if break pads are damaged, then i would be compelled to doubt on the quality of volkswagen parts.

                            Volkswagen boasts so much about the build quality and it is really shameful for me to say that quality of servicing and spare parts is highly poor.

                            I want the break pads to be replaced within my warranty and automark is denying on that.

                            If this happens, i will be highly furious and will never ever recommend anyone to go for any volkswagen car.

                            Please look intp this issue and get it resolved.

                              Hi,

                              I own a volkswagen vento car kl 29 g 39. I am happy with my vehicle and i love to drive my car.

                              But the problem is about the service. I purchased the car in 2013 and i took the service from ernakulam, thiruvalla and kottayam service centres. Frankly telling all centres are the worst. Even the telephone operating people do not have the courtesy to listen what we say.

                              One week back i gave the vehicle for regular servicing in ernakulam service centre. Even though, i paid rs.25, 500/-, they have not done it properly and now vehicle is in such a condition that i'm not able to drive it. Clutch showing problem and no pulling. Vehicle is raising without increasing speed too. Horn gone. Now its in my car porch. Since kottayam is the nearby service centre i requested them to send somebody to take my vehicle and repair. The lady attended phone arrogantly told that they do not have drivers to pick up. I have already paid amount for roadside assistance when i purchased the car.

                              I am thinking about changing my car since 5 years over, but i am afraid to purchase a volkswagen car because of this.

                                I am. Having a vento for last 7 years and presently i am posted to bokaro and i am sending my vento for service at sai autowheels - ranchi since 2016.
                                On 14/2/2018, i reached with my car for some fault check up with a pre booked appointment for which i was advised by vw ranchi to reach by 9.30 am on 14/2/18. I landed around 10.10 am and tried to call mr papu kumar and mr dev rishi both didn't answer the phone as they were busy in a morning meeting. Larer mr sumit was allocated the car for fault checking. He inspceted the vheichle and prepared the jobcard and the car was sent for washing.

                                My car was unlucky and in the the midway of washing the power went off and the washing was stopped as generator was not in function due to out of disel. When i tried to intervene with mr sudhir ojha service in charge'he was busy with internal meeting with staff for sorting out some local unrest among staffs.
                                When enquired it was learnt that the fellow who looks after deisel was on leave for last one or two days so diesel could not be procured we aw. Most unfortunate is that some one named kishore has gone for getting deisel from petrol pump today morning but he was yet to land up till 11.27 am.
                                I sincerely fail to understand. Vw service ranchi where you have 250 landings every month can run out of deisel to run the genset. More so the service engineer and the staff are not free to take calls of a pre booked appointment at 10.10 am when the appointment was for 9.30.

                                As per the invoice generated at the time of receipt of car (After survey from icici lombard) the promised time of delivery was 15/2/2018 14.00 hrs, however the car could not get ready till end of 16/2/2018. My driver reached on 19/2/18 and received the ar from vw ranchi.

                                Vw india is a brand, as a bonafied customer of vw we expect some brand image from vw, its like a 5 star car.

                                So my sincere request to vw india management team to kindly bestow its personal attention to sort out the issues and have a great future ahead for vw in general and vw india sai autowheels - ranchi in particular.

                                We had a VW Vento Breakdown at Hyderabad ORR Ghatkesar, we called
                                SO CALLED VW 24/ 7 service assistance across India all online number, and no response from any number. we have valid Road Side Assistance till 2019.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam

                                  My name is Shashidhar Reddy Chitukula, i was a resident of Hyderabad, Telangana, INDIA.

                                  I have a Volkswagen Polo, I am a regular customer to the Volkswagen Deccan Service Center, Which is located in Ramanthapur, Uppal, Hyderabad.

                                  Once i had a problem with my car, The car stopped during the drive, So we called the service center to send a technician to fix the issue, The technician came to the location and fixed the issue and recommended us to send the vehicle to the service center for a regular checkup. After few days i decided to send the vehicle to the service center for a checkup.

                                  After i send the vehicle to the service center, the next day the vehicle adviser said the vehicle is not getting detected by the scanner to check the issues. He said to give him some time to find the issues. Point to be noted that I have sent the vehicle in the running mode, its not been towed. After two days the adviser called me and said that the parts related to fuel system are completely damaged and all of those are to be replaced. I have the photo copy of the estimation which the adviser sent me for the spares. The estimation was around 2.30 Lakhs INR.

                                  I was totally shocked with the estimation. Another point to be noted, before few weeks the vehicle was sent to the service center, there was a heavy rainfall in our area, there might be a change of water getting to the engine.But the vehicle was parked when there was a rainfall and it was not in the running mode.

                                  After i received this estimation, i enquired with my other sources and every gave me a mixed response but after a strong discussions i decided to go further to fix the issues in the service center and get my vehicle repaired. Before i proceeded further i asked the guarantee of the spares. Then they replied even after fixing this issues and replacing the parts, they said they cannot guarantee the engine working condition. Again i started to think whether to get the vehicle repaired in this condition or sell it in this condition. Because its foolish to get it repaired by spending 2.3 Lakhs for spares and around 4 Lakhs for the engine replacement coming together 7 lakhs, which i can buy a brand new car.

                                  Finally, I decided not to trust these guys and started to take second opinion. Another point to be noted, The vehicle adviser said we cannot take the vechile in a running condition and it has to be towed, But my other mechanic said since you took it in the running mode, they has to give your vehicle in running mode, After few arguments in the service center, they finally gave our vehicle in the running mode.They also charged me 2000 INR for the checkup charges.

                                  Now, After coming out from the service center, I took my vehicle to 4- 5 different mechanics who can repair the Volkswagen vehicles and who has experience in the different Volkswagen service centers. Every one said there is no such problems which your service center adviser has said to me, except few minor problems.

                                  After i took my second opinion i realized that your service center tried cheat me with the wrong estimations and wrong repairs. How could you do this to the regular customers.

                                  Now i got my car repaired with in the amount of 25000 INR and now its running good. I am not going to leave this issue as easy. you tried to cheat me and my trust on you.

                                  Please find the photo copy of the estimation which your service adviser has sent to me.

                                  I am strongly decided to fight for the justice.

                                  There is no proper update on my complaint till date, I spoke with the Gereral Manager (Mr.Raju) regarding this, but he is trying to pretend that there is nothing wrong from their service center, He trying to compromise us that this is not a serious issue to look into, At one point of conversation he was saying that they gave us this wrong estimation keeping the future performance of the vehicle in mind, How can we decide the future damage of the vehicle in the present situation and gave a huge replacement estimation.

                                  Also, in the initial conversation the manager was saying that the vehicle came to the service center in Towing Condition, which is absolutely wrong because my brother drove the vehicle to the service center for a general check-up, you can also check the CC camera footage and when i raised this question he said he was mistaken, How a manager speak to customer in a situation like this with out the proper information.

                                  Also, When we took the delivery of the vehicle they charged us INR 2000 for the check-up charges, but they didn't provide us any bill for the amount, When i asked the manager about it, he said only 500 has been paid on the bill and the rest is in the credit, which has not been informed to us and didn't provide us any bill.
                                  When i asked what is the purpose of keeping my amount in the credit, They were saying that they did some fuel tank cleaning and they didn't charge for it, if that is the case, why didn't they charge it in the beginning and now how can they charge it after the delivery of the vehicle, Finally the manger agreed to refund my balance amount.

                                  Finally, I am not getting a clear and proper justice from the people of the service center, with their conversation i came to a conclusion that they tired manipulate few things from my vehicle and charge me for nothing.

                                  Being a regular & trustful customer, i was to ready to invest INR 3 to 4 Lakhs of amount for nothing.

                                  My main question is if the vehicle is having the problems which the service center technician has detected, why the vehicle is running good till date with out any malfunctioning, the repairs which i did to my vehicle is completely different from your estimation. The repair which i did to my vehicle are
                                  1. Oil Change
                                  2. Filters Change
                                  3. Interior cleaning
                                  4. Coolent Change
                                  5.Air Bag Module Calibration

                                  Which costed me around INR 22000, and its running very good with out any problem, where did the error signals or warning signs gone with any repair or replacement.

                                  I want to Know who is behind this Scam, If in case i am not satisfied with your investigation, i am also preparing to proceed legally from my side.

                                    This is with reference to my car vw jetta 2.0 highline tdi purchased from kun capital motors pvt ltd - vehicle regn no. Tn 02 ba 5670, the vehicle was taken during october 2014.

                                    Since then, the car has been running into a series of manufacturing defects.

                                    1) engine stalling / shut off: the car had a major problem which is above 120kms rpm vehicle stalls and all functions just freeze (Steering gets locked, brakes fail, and engine shut down) for this reason the car was in and out of your work shop several times, as they were unable to identify the error causing the same, they would simply return the car erasing the error codes, after all repeated efforts and complaint raised to your office they have made some repairs on 18th may 2015. Under warranty (11, 043kms). Invoice no. Sip151010 (This problem would have made me and my family to a death situation)

                                    And issued an extended warranty for additional 2 years foc.

                                    2) the 1st service was carried out on 26 sep 2015 (14, 925kms), and in the list of billing battery has been tested but in (16, 687kms) 23 nov 2015, invoice no. Sip155682 the battery was dead and replaced under warranty.

                                    3) 18, 250kms - the cluster panel was replaced under warranty as false indications were shown for this again car was sent in for least 3 -4 times until after repeatedly sending the car to workshop they decided to replace, invoice no. Sip158323

                                    4) 23, 000kms approx - the battery was dead and replaced under warranty for which they have not shared the invoice copy.

                                    4) 30, 095kms - battery replaced again under warranty invoice no. Sip161056 dt.28 feb, 17

                                    5) 31, 029kms - error code - steering light and abs light where glowing during running time. Invoice no. Sip161258 - dt.21march 2017

                                    6) 31, 437kms - battery & sensors - connected to abs failure & traction control glowing continously, adaptive headlight failure, esc failure. Particular parts replaced after 4 times of vehicle going in and out of workshop. 11april 2017 finally replaced. Battery they are saying is fine - but vehicles doesn't start most times, should go dead any time i guess, this battery issued is connected with a component alternator i believe. The problem is with the alternator.

                                    In view of the above, the car is most of the time in your workshop. The loan emi being paid is for the car to be sent to your work shop only. Worst part every time the car needs to be sent 3-5 times for the same issue they just erase the error code and send back, the same problem raised by the time car is home and has to be sent again & again.

                                    25th feb, 38, 500kms the battery is dead, for which i had to pay up your road side assistance and also error code esc failure and adaptive head light failure and a small yellow light is shown like a steering wheel symbol is shown, your omr service adviser mr. Anish told will arrange for a pick today and inspect the same. Will your vw jatta car break down battery dead and other problems every 9000kms?

                                    Whats the point of purchasing a premium car and suffer with so much problems and car lying in your service center half of the period.

                                    This is causing a huge pressure on me. Either you may take the car and replace for a new car/ extended warranty for another 2 years period, failing which i am under so much of stress caused because of purchasing your car i ll have to take this to consumer court.

                                    The extended warranty was given only because your team knows this car is prone to series of issues in the future. Your immediate action on this needed.

                                    Other than the above minor issued which were there:

                                    1) diesel lid opening failure. Rectified

                                    2) disc looks rusted from beginning - they say its not a problem, all cars of vw have the same issue is what they say.

                                    3) music system hangs (Unable to diagnose)

                                    4) the phone charger doesn't work (Still not rectified after repeated complaints)

                                    Request to look into this provide me an immediate action on the concern and proper service with necessary extended warranty or you may replace the car. Failing which i shall be raising the same to consumer court.

                                      I have purchased my vehicle from volkswagen thane (Global gallarie motors pvt. Ltd.in 2012 and the vehicle was being maintained by global people from over a span of five years. Global had offered an amc for a period of two years in june 2016 and i had accepted the offer as it was thru registered dealers of vw. The contract was issued for the period from[protected] to[protected] and as per the terms & conditions of the contract, global had offered to provide two paid services and two general check up during the amc period. I have also made a payment of rs. 20488/- for the amc., copy of the amc document is attached herewith for information.

                                      As per my knowledge they have carried out only two services till june 2017. The 3rd service was due somewhere in octoberr 2017 and i was awaiting a call from the workshop which did not happen. I tried calling on the landline numbers but there was no response. Susequently, it was learnt that the showroom was shut down due to some problems. I waited for almost two months but there was no signs of activities seen at the workshop.

                                      Since servicing of my vehicle was already due, i approached volkwagen navi mumbai and got the servicing done at their service centre but had to pay for the service.

                                      In my view, my vehicle should have been serviced by global gallaries motors upto the expiry of the contract (I. E.[protected] but they have failed to do so. I had to travel a distance of 70 kms for servicing at navi mumbai which caused inconvenience for me.

                                      Request volkswagen to look into the issue and help me in getting the service extended by global people.

                                        I just bought a brand new vw vento in october 2016 on the pretext of german brand name and its hi quality. However, after 1st service, it starts encountering issues like battery replacement, rust on vw logo and front grill though they sell on a guarantee that the car will not catch rust till 7 years and its not even 1.5 years, one can see all rust on the chrome parts which shows the poor quality of chrome plating. Secondly the plastic parts inside the vehicle are also not durable at all and there is no warranty on plastic parts.
                                        Every time i give my car for servicing, i feel cheated and they will surely recommend you to change one or the other part. I think its a very good car but after sales is equally bad. Vw reputation is at stake.

                                        Yes you are right TG. I totally agree with your complaint as I myself experienced this in chennai. I own vento and every dealer are keen in replacing a part for no reason and ensure that I am Invoiced at least 15000 rupees.

                                        Recently I caught a dealer red hand who changed the harness in my car and charged me Rupees 6000. When I said its (harness) under warranty, VW dealer removed the newly installed harness and reinstalled my old part( harness) & said its working fine now. No need of changing new harness as we didn't diagnose it properly.

                                        Then why did VW changed the harness earlier if its working fine? Trying to loot my money??

                                        Clearly it's a broad day light robbery. VW is trying to fool us by not extending warranty for products that we actually deserve.
