We own a volkswagen vento 1.6 cr (Mt)-highline (Diesel) - 2011 registration. The registration number is kl01bb433. It has run ~72000km now and has been serviced regularly on time from the volkswagen service center at venpalavattom, trivandrum, kerala.

Since august of 2015 we are facing repeated issues with the fuel injector.
The first problem occurred in august 2015, while on a travel from thiruvala to trivandrum, suddenly coil warning lamp was on and mil warning lamp also glowed. After investigation at the venpalavattom centre, they informed us that the 2nd cylinder injector is out of order, so they need to replace the same.
The total repair work cost us rs.22, 035.

In december 2016, the same problem recurred.
This time when we took the car for repair they said, that the third injector is now out of order and we need to pay again around 21000 to fix the same.

In december 2017, the same problem recurred. When we were travelling from kottayam to trivandrum the glow plug warning lamp glowed when we were nearing kayamkulam.
Since towing would cost us more than 10k, we switched off the ac and drove at constant speed at 50km/hr. This time when we took the car for repair, i asked them to replace both the injectors left to be replaced, around 44k cost for fuel injector unit replacement.

This issue has caused us lot of tensions and inconvenience especially when we want to reach some place on time and also financial difficulty,
Since each time huge amount has to be paid as lumpsum
And it is unusual for such basic parts to be damaged so frequently.

Service center told the issue is due to fuel problem as the volkswagen had initially created the injector based on europe fuel standards and it caused issue in indian fuels. So for new volkswagen they have replaced it with injector based on indian fuel standards, meaning mistake is from volkswagen and we had to pay to rectify it. Service center told that this issue wont happen again once we replace the old ones.

Need this addressed.

Let me first of all tell you Volkswagen Vento is not only the diesel engine I have driven or had which uses fuel injector. I have used diesel cars of Renault, Tata, Fiat none of them had shown any issue relating to injector.

And also its not the case of long running issue, if you go and check the complaints registered by people you will see it gone damaged within one year also.

This is not any normal part you change every now and then.

From you word "Now the replaced parts are modified part which will not fail like the previous one." it clearly states its a making issue. If you make a product in any country it has to made based on its environment and external factors.

Every car company who made such mistakes have brought back there vehicle and rectified there issues. That is the way company show his respect to the customer by accepting there mistake and not blaming the customer.

The money for all 4 injector cost me a lakh, to you it maybe nothing but for me it is. And it was not only the money that caused the issue the vehicle always got into trouble while I was traveling distant areas.

I used to encourage people to buy Volkswagen car, but what assurance I have now that it wont fail again as to you guys are saying "that injector failure happens gradually".

The other diesel cars I driven, I knew where might the issue may come. But here I always need to keep an alternative solution.

The finally, customers who had this issues kept silent or didn't gone to court only because of their courtesy. And you are misusing it to full extend.

I hope you consider the grievance of the customers, and do the needful.

I am Mohan Kaliyaperumal working in Kuwait as an Engineer last 10 years. I had purchased Ameo Highline MT Plus, (Diesel) at KUN Capital Motors in Chennai on 09/09/2017 the Vehicle No. TN02 BK1216, Engine No; CWX163135, Chassis No; MEXD17601HT129512
I didn't drive my vehicle more than 3800 Kms from the date of purchase. First service was completed within1600 Kms without any complaint (only checked the oil top-up) on 07/04/2018 at KUN service center, Alandur, Chennai. Moreover i did not drive my vehicle more than 150Kms for each Trip past six months. When I had come second time to India and started my travel from Chennai for long trip with family on 18.04.18, not even crossed 60 Kms, vehicle was broke down with warning lamp glowing (Problem in fuel injector) and jerking. I called the toll free Number and they arranged and recovered my vehicle to nearby service center (KUN service center, Alandur, Chennai).In the beginning the local technician told me that the problem was filled by the new Diesel after that they had drained the Fuel (Diesel) thoroughly (45 liters) with tank cleaning and changed diesel. But they didn’t found the actual problem after thoroughly scanned. Meanwhile I send one complaint through email to customer.[protected]@volkswagen.co.in and registered one Case No;CCR116768 and CRM, service was replied that currently your vehicle fuel cleaning work is under progress and is expected to be delivered by 20-04-18 moreover I replied him that particularly don’t replace any spare parts in the engine components since it was covered only 1600 kms and the vehicle in warranty period so far from the date of purchase (completed only Six Months). After four days inspected by the Special Technician (from South region) He told that the problem was in Fuel injector of First cylinder moreover they had changed the fuel injector without charges exclude fuel and service.
I have realized all statement and issues from Volkswagen customer through Complaint cell the most of complaints last 7 years were replacement of Fuel injectors in all vehicles (Ameo, Polo &Vento) due to improper function of fuel injector accordance with Indian Diesel. The Volkswagen might be created the injector based on Europe fuel standards and it caused issue in Indian fuels. Therefore, when problem come to vehicle every service center in India is simply expressing to VW customer that problem in fuel. Moreover, your engineer and Technician have well known for the reason by fuel Injector only but why are they blaming and cheating of VW customer the reason by fuel only and the same fuel is also using to another Company vehicle without any complaint in engine component.
Why should VW customer unnecessary pay to Service center according to your business subterfuge? It isn’t small amount to VW customer almost 25K of each.
I had been to Kerala trip with my family after changed of the Fuel injector in my vehicle nearly 2000 Kms at most of hill location and after my trip handed over to service center as requested to be checked after one week. The test drive technician also checked & driven my vehicle and replied me that’s how the New vehicle looks like. When i asked him regarding noise of engine is coming inside the cabin and replied that it will more increase in future.
I would like to tell you that I have been driven so many vehicles each vehicle nearly 3000Kms like diesel model in India from 2006 (Indigo, Tiago, Swift, Brezza, Ertiga, S-cross, Xylo, Verito, XUV500, Innova, Honda City, Duster and Lodgy) and like petrol model in abroad (Camry. corolla, Duster, Pagero, Out lander, Lancer, KIA Sportage, Land cruiser) and I never faced like this issues in my experience.
I would like to tell you if my vehicle would be repaired in future (within 5 years) by the above mentioned details like problem in fuel injector with engine. Sorry to say I will not pay single penny due to your default design manufacturer exclude of others. This is for your kind information. If you are ignore and neglect this information I will take legal action with media and also consumer court.
(Note: when I was came to India for 26 days of vacation last month I lost my entire program due to your fault. Who will be compensated?)
Please don’t forward this information to Chennai branch for take any action because they are not right person in this regard.

    Hi! This is sanjiv desai owing 'vw polo high line 2014 registration.
    My car was serviced in nov 17 at vw mumbai north service centre and subsequently i started getting intermittent start-up problem. I had dropped the car at same service station to resolve the problem last week i. E end of dec and after two days of constant follow up from my end i was informed that no problem could be identified and i can take my car which i did after payment of @1800 inr still not sure for what? Because forget about solving the problem the service station couldn't even identify what was the problem. The problem continued through out last week and finally tha car came to no start situation yesterday.
    Upon contacting the the same service station i. E vw mumbai north yesterday, first of all i was asked to take appointment and when i tried to get one i was told that 3days from today, also when i asked for at least car pickup as it was not starting at all i was told i will have to manage thorough towing and only on appointment date. As i insisted for immediate support i was told by the front desk that i would get a call back from senior represantative in 10mins which i am still awaiting.
    Left with no option i had to get in touch with another vw service station i. E navi mumbai - nerul service station, who helped me arrange for car towing and my car was finally dropped for repairs at nerul service center late evening.
    I feel cheated and ignored by vw mumbai north service station and as a result have lost faith in vw, will think 100 times before recommending vw to anybody.
    Hopefully my complaint is taken seriously by vw india stake holders and appropriated action are taken immediately.

      Recently on my visit to global galleria, i found it to be closed. I then visited the mira road service station who advised to route the complaint to you.

      Same day same work do bar labour charges company hai ja chor bajar
      I bought VW_AMEO Highline petrol MSI engine on September 2016 within 4000 KMS i have faced the brake judder issue, it should be resolved ASAP. Also I have raised the complaints in service stations more than 5 times even i didn't get any proper response from service representatives. Please do the needful ASAP.
      I had purchased new Exide battery for my car Polo 1.2 L comfortline in End August-2017. Yesterday My car could not started as the battery was dead. Battery is in warranty period.The main problem is service station at Gandhidham-Gujarat is closed from 31/12/2017. How I could sort it out the problem? From where to change the battery?

        Hi i am delma irin shylaja and i am an owner of 2013 vw polo gt tdi. Three weeks before my car got involved in a crash were a bike hit the right rear wheel of the car and the wheel got depositioned. Then i took it to the nearest vw service volkswagen evm trivandrum and the service engineer had a look at it and told me that there is a severe bend in the rear axel and advised me to replace it and i accepted it. He told me that your car would get ready in one week now its almost three weeks till now they haven't received the rear axel because of this i am loosing the thrust in volkswagen.in this year, i have also planned to buy the new tiguan because of this poor response from volkswagen. I am thinking to go for another brand. So i request you to take necessary action regarding this unavailability of rear axel and do the needful at the earliest

          I gave my polo gt car for servicing at autobahn volkswagen service (Kurla west) and they returned me my car only washing. My car still indicates me the symbol of service required. The car was not smooth while driving. Gear shifting was hard. The new front bumper was not assembled correctly and the part just came out. Cruise control not working.
          Simply pathetic service experience.

            Hi,

            I am neethi nithiya and i was a proud owner of vw polo for the past 5 years. I use to love my car and i have been recommending polo to my friends and family for so many years now.

            However things have started to change lately!

            I am having an extremely bad experience with the polo service. Unfortunately its a monopoly in coimbatore (Only one service center in coimbatore district). I. E., ramani volkswagen - kavundampalayam

            I was travelling for a vacation during new year with my whole family and my vehicle started behaving strangely. It stopped in the middle of the road and i have to cancel my vacation and it was a struggle getting back home.

            I visited ramani's service center yesterday morning to get it fixed. I was informed to leave the car as there might be a coolant leakage and it will take few days to fix this.in the evening, service engineer called me to inform that the coolant pump is gone and the leakage has damaged the timing belt too and it would cost around 25000 rs.

            I was literally in shock, as there was no indication in the meter (About the temperature) and there was not even a single sign of any abnormalities. I couldn't imagine what would have been the situation if the timing chain broke.

            I do all my service in your mentioned authorized dealer and i recently completed my 75000 kms service. I was not informed about any sign of this leakage in the service or no information was given about the change of coolant pump during this service.

            I understand that it is required to change the coolant pump around 75000 kms, however i am not ready to accommodate the timing chain issue. As this is clearly a design issue or service issue, either the meter should have shown some indication or the service engineer could have alerted me.

            I am looking for your support to resolve this dispute and i am not ready to get my car back until this is settled.

              I have a Volkwagen passat Highline car . Every time we go to the service or with the complaint they attend only 50% of our complaint and each one in the service centre provides different version . The expertise to repair the car is very limited and the prices are exorbitant .

              We call customer service there are only call centre people and they do not provide any escalation point and they direct me to the person or dealer on whom I had complained .

              They keep milking money with out providing good service

                Given for repair/annual service at vw service centre on 15th dec'17, situated at
                36a, gulam jilani khan road (G j khan road), topsia, kolkata, west bengal 700039.
                No spare parts are available. Estimated response time is one & half month from 15th dec'17. Car is lying at service centre.
                How can we accept such a hopeless situation, where i have to manage without car for such a long period, having bought established brand jetta
                Can something be done to supply spare parts quickly, so that i get my car quickly?

                  I have purchased volkswagon tdi bearing regd. No. Dl8cna 6215 polo 1.2 cr-comfortli from new delhi and after few days i found that the vehicle has clutch problem. I contacted the service centre of volks wagon situated at nh1a, by pass road, jammu, 180010, where the estimate/ replacement of parts of my vehicle has been intimated with regard replacement of mounting, ball bearing, stop, clutch pressure plate, clutch disc and release bearing in which the amount incurred upon these items is 23, 531. I paid the amount vide order no. So1701714d.172814 dated 08.11.17, promised date 10.11.17, after receiving the vehicle i just approached to my residence my vehicle has been automatically stopped. I again approached the concerned service centre, and on the next date the vehicle was found some wire problem where i again paid 500 to the said service centre, before exit from the service centre i open the bonnet of my vehicle i found my coolant body was empty, and on spot i complained to the concerned mistry who told me it is no issue and the water body of the vehicle is ok. I approached to my house, the coolant of the said vehicle has been dropped i approached telephonically many times to the service centre but they do not bothered. I compelled to examine from open market with regard to it, where they have intimated the water body is totally leaked which needs immediate replacement as well as many bolts of engine were found missed.

                  water body damaged, bolts of many parts in Engine were missed, and also the perfect sound of the engine is not found. when i approached the service centre they are charging for another part, they have confused me what can i do, at last i think i have to change all the parts of my vehicle because they replaced one item and another good item replaced into old or damaged.

                  i am going to lodge FIR against the said service centre.
                  Volkswagen mysore has sold me 2015 Car as brand new 2017 Car and the Car has manufacturing defect, it is giving injector problem and mechanic told me it’s 2015.

                    Hello,
                    I have called before two days at volkswagen workshop chandigarh for asked the price of glass of rear window. They asked me the price is 900 of mirror and labour is 100 rupees. I called again on the next day for confirm the price. They transfer my call to the store and the person repeat the same price and labour. I booked my appointment of today and the concern person make the bill or around 1300 rupees. Machenic open my window for change the glass but afterthat he goes to store room and they asked that glass is not available. At the time of appointment they asked me that glass is available and you can come. I cannot except this from volkswagen. It is harassment from your side without any of my mistake. It is worst experience of my lifei think it was better if i change my glass from any workshop from outside.

                      Dear sir/ madam,

                      With reference of above mentioned subject, i have logged a complain against volkswagen service centre, m/s global galleria, thane. My vehicle advisor mr. Sahzad and workshop manager mr. Bala patil, but after a long time period you did not take any action to resolve my problems.

                      I have called volkswagen road side assistance on dated 8 september 2017 for clarify about my vehicle carpet was wet (Got moisture) due to heavy rain on 5 september 2017. I travelled to mumbai suburban and came back 150 km back to my home. Then volkswagen road side assistance advised me for do not drive the car and they arranged to lift my car to thane service centre on dated 8 sept 2017 at evening after that i visited service centre next day on 9 september 2017 to know the condition of my car. That time problems were only bad smell, carpet was wet and a single light glowing of airbags. My car engine was started perfectly and also running well. I asked about my car condition then advisor mr. Sahazad told me that for car washing and drying of carpet cost will be rs.12, 000/- only but when did i asked about airbag problem he told me that complete airbag was damaged and need to replacement then i again asked about cost of airbag system then he replied the cost of airbag is more than rs.1.5 lakhs. That time i was shocked and asked about the detail problem then he again replied that it will not be repaired and need to replace completely then i told him i cant bear this big amount then he suggested to claim it from insurance company and i signed the documents required by him and he promised to deliver my vehicle within 15 to 20 days, and he also told me he will do complete cleaning, drying and servicing of my vehicles including replacement of engine oil, air filter etc.

                      But after passing of 20 days i was calling to know about the status of my vehicle then he did not respond me properly maximum time he did not pick my phone, when i called on land line number then each time a new person picked my phone and not able to give me proper response about the vehicle.

                      Then i have logged this complain to you volkswagen india on dated 28 september 2017 vide complain no. Ccr99467. After that a long arguments and harassment i got my vehicle on 11 october 2017 at evening 17:00 hrs. On 11 october 2017 when did i reach to service centre at 13:00 p. M. I have seen my vehicle in dumped (Very bad condition) outside the service centre and there was wine and bear bottled, smoking scraps were also dumped in my car, i found many scratches and scares on outside body and inside. Then i was waiting there, more than 3 hours and made calls 10 to 15 times to advisor then he came at 16:00 p. M. And he instruct to washing my car. After washing they handed over car to me and i driven to home 25 km far from service centre, that day there was heavy traffic jam and i driven not more than 20 to 30 km per hour to my home.


                      Then, i driven my car after a week near diwali then i got many serious problems in my car then i again called road side assistance on dated 23 october 2017, then they again carried my car to m/s autobhan, volkswagen service centre, vashi, navi mumbai. They have inspected my car and informed me that there is more than 5 lakhs of expenses to repair and get ready my car to drive. When i asked about replacement of airbag system then navi mubai service centre told me that there is only airbag modular is damaged and costing to replace it only rs.30, 000/- and for same this thane service centre told me rs.1.5 lakhs. After some days they again informed me about insurance company is not ready to give any claim then i talked to insurance company with mr. Anil rawal, claim manager - liberty videocon insurance co. And they assured me to attend my claim and again service center called me and told me that oil pump and all injector are damaged/ rusty and due to non coverage of engine by insurance co. They will not give claim and i have to pay about rs.1.5 lakhs to service center. I received last call from autobhan service center on dated 23 december 2017 to get approval from me to start work. And they will email me insurance co. Approval copy and repair cost of vehicle to me. But till now i did not get any mail.

                      Now i have some serious issues with volkswagen india are as following and hope to resolve as soon as possible.

                      1. It has already passed more than 3 months, most probably 4 months of my vehicle breakdown and no body bother about my concern.
                      2. Volkswagen service center, thane did not do any work in my car and they kept about one month with them and my car got rusty due to non operating.
                      3. They told me completely lies about my car problems and solutions. They breached customer faith.
                      4. I bought this car from same thane volkswagen show room, and insurance was done by them and told me that insurance is zero debt and cashless facility with my insurance for which i paid rs.40, 000/- premium. And no one told me that engine is not covered in this policy till 3 months and when my car engine got rusty due to non operational then insurance and service center advisor aware me about this point.
                      5. After passing of four months i am not sure about condition of my car by all the above said bodies.
                      6. Volkswagen india is also not bothering about my issues and i did not get any positive response from you.
                      7. Now, i want a perfect solutions of my all above said issues.


                      I am attaching herewith some pictures of volkswagen service center, thane and some informative documents in this mail for your reference and i hope to get quick response from you.

                      When did I purchase this car, show room has issued this insurance policy and told me that this is cashless zero debt policy and when did I given my car for repairing that time no one told me that car engine is not covered in this policy and policy company has also not told this thing to me till 3 months. After 3 months insurance company told me that for engine is not covered in this policy.

                      Volkswagen India gives two year warranty on this vehicle but they are not responding for the issues and not ready to give any warranty claim on this vehicle.

                      I want to warranty claim on these parts from Volkswagen India which is not covered by Insurance company.

                        I got second servicing of my car VENTO TDI HIGHLINE at Volkswagen Hubli on 20 Dec 2017( car was purchased in Nov 2015).
                        During the servicing, I was informed by the Service Centre that the battery of the car is fine/ good condition.
                        I have been using my car daily and it travels around 35-40 Km a day. On 30 Dec, in the morning at around 0900 h, the car does not start.
                        On calling the Service Centre, I am informed that the battery is dead/low and need for 'Jump Start'. Later, I am advised by the Service Centre to approach for Road Side Assistance (RSA), therefore, I registered my request for Road Side Assistance at round 1230hrs and my request ID 556777.
                        I was given assurance by the call centre and RSA team that they would attend by 1630 hrs on 30 Dec.
                        RSA team did not turn-up to my location at 1630 h and they also refused to attend even though the Call Centre - Mr Ramzan had connected to the RSA in Conference call.
                        Later, the Call Centre organised another RSA team at around 2300hrs on 30 Dec.
                        The RSA team was ill-equipped, they were carrying cable without clamp and a battery. Therefore-
                        1. They were unable to 'Jump Start'.
                        2. They tried to place battery over the car battery but the failed to succeed- reason best known to them.
                        3. They tried to remove the car battery - they were unable to trace clamps holding battery.

                        RSA has organised to attend again at around 0830 hrs on 31 Dec, however they are yet to come.

                        My Questions
                        1. Service Centre has checked the battery and said that the condition of battery is 'Good'.
                        a) Then how is it that within a week the battery is weak/dead.
                        b) Does the Service Centre carry out any maintenance of battery.

                        2. The RSA is not responsive, and could attend after 12 hrs.- I want to raise the issue to Consumer Forum for delay attending my request.
                        3. The RSA team not equipped with proper tools and knowledge about the car.
                        4. RSA team is not adhering any safety - wearing gloves, head lamp etc.
                        5. Mr Asin, Assistant Manager in RSA, Mr Ramzan have failed to provide response to my grievance- other than doing 'Lip Service'- Sorry for inconvenience.

                        I'm using new POLO car (Comfort line, 5864 kms, 1st free check up done)
                        Today found an issue while driving.
                        I can able to change gears from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
                        But when changing form 5 to 4 is not happening normally, Gear getting stuck. I have release accelerator, double press the Clutch then only gear will change.
                        Dear Sir,

                        There was no response from Volkswagen to my grievance.

                        My Question- How can battery get discharged within 15 days of servicing and certification that battery is good condition.

                        Rather, the service centre at Hubli advised to get car to check if there is system failure.

                        I have purchased new battery from Exide.

                          All vw owners must read.
                          I brought a vw polo 1.2 litre petrol in 2011, due to proximity to my office my usage of car is very minimal and i have drove it in total around

                          32k km so far. Suddenly one day epc light comes on my dashboard, so ready online about it and it says there could be multiple reasons why this
                          Light could lit up, but because nobody else can open up vw card, i am bound to go to vw workshop, so i send card for checkup.
                          First of all for 1 and half day they couldn't figure out what the issue is.
                          Towards the end of 2nd day, i am told that they need to replace one of cylinders which would cost me rs. 60000.
                          I am also told that it's been more than 6 years now, so your car is old now and can have issues.
                          Also they say we don't repair anything in workshop everything has to be replaced with a new part!!!

                          Thoroughly dissappointed with this vw experience.

                          I am giving it one more try to talk to someone else, if i get any positive reply.

                            I recently purchased vw ameo car in exchange of vento from vw thane showroom (Global gallery). I got delivery of car on oct 15th, 2017 that too after follow ups with sales team but after 15 days their sales representative called and said our rto registration was not done and we have been handed over temporary number because epayment to rto was not done yet. I called 9-10 times but no desired response from vw. They said it will be resolved soon since thane showroom is closed due to some property tax issues. Either i want my rto registration (With panvel rto) to be done else give me a refund and take your car back!!! - mr. Dilip p vichare.

                              I am planning to change car for my wife from santro xo in this december as i heard that your co. Is giving options to buy in 2017 and start emi from 2019. I approached your customer care in the last week of november, 2017 and booked a con call revert from gurgaon, shhna road dealer. They called me in the same week and assured for test drive but then and now after that no response from them, then 3 weeks ago suddenly i got a call from faridabd dealer whcih is
                              'capital vw"- mr. Amarjeet and then contineously every 2nd day, some new person called and fixed a time for test drive, but no response after then. Including today i got a call atleast 7 times in last 3 weeks, but after that no response from them.
                              Now days already gone and i am nowhere to approach any other options. I dom't expect such a poor and worst response from such a reputed co. Infact, today, got a very rude behaviour, when i told them to make complaint against them.

                                I tried to contact the andheri service center to book the appointment after missing the appoint set earlier, the reception phone rang for hours and never got picked up then i called up mr kiran whos number was provided during previous set appointment in earlier sms on my phone so i tried to contact mr kiran from andheri service center so its seems he was also enjoying his vacation and never had courtesy to call back the customer.
                                What kind of mess is this volkswagen customer service today is 26th dec and i am still awaiting the revert... Waiting count and increased frustration

                                  My vehicle got hit with a stone between road near mandideep bhopal at the speed of only 20km/hr at 3pm on 17/12/2017, which cussed oil chamber damage of my car vw polo tdi, immediately i stopped my vehicle and contacted with bajaj allianze road side assistance to pick my vehicle to nearest service station, which came at 6pm and carried my vehicle to success automobile vw authorized dealer and service station at 7:30pm, from 7:30 on 17/12/2017 to till my vehicle is with success automobile where they have unnecessary started engine of my vehicle total of more than 6 time (2times-17/12/2017, 1time - 18/12/2017, 3times-19/12/2017)- this information i got through an alert with a device smart drive which is attached in my vehicle and the same alert has been confirmed my bajaj surveyor and earlier admitted by work shop engineers that vehicle started in workshop, but when i asked with workshop engineers that why my vehicle has started with broken oil chamber which can cusse other damage too in my vehicle they denied that did'nt started the engine and after couple of minutes success automobile engineer called me and told there is other damage in my vehicle engine which is connecting crank and main bearings and continuously pressurizing me to repolish crank and change the main bearings other wise my vehicle will provide more problem and if i will not change this part the vw dealer will not be responsible for any issue.in this whole scenario success automobile has diverted whole issue from there irresponsibility to other unnecessary chargeable issues, even they called me for a meeting and to hand over my vehicle in there workshop from indore to bhopal on sunday (24.12.2017) on the off day and when i reached after travelling 200kms from my home to there work shop found only a single person who just showed my vehicle and nothing els, i dont understand why they called me on off day just to show my vehicle.., please advice how to deal with you dealer?

From then next year 2014 there were no showroom and service center, we travel 400kms for servicing many are facing similar issues please do something!!! Thank you...

                                    Car given in mrng arnd 11a. M and is not recieved till 6:30p. M too much time because of work load as 3 cities are taken to singke station, it is advisable to open another service station to reduce the problem causing to the customer.
                                    Moreover a simple part related to seat belt is not available again for which custmr have to come and waste entire day

                                      Hi all,
                                      I have a volkswagen polo tdi car last 2 months before i got a call from volkswagen service station to upgrade the software which can help for new emission systems, after received the car engine check light-engine emission malfunction light glows in dashboard, not sure what to do.
